I suppose to get a cash back offer for the oct 2016 sale. I have read through the terms and conditions that was posted on amazon site and then used my corporate credit card as there is no mention about corporate card. I suppose to get my cash back by jan 05 2017 but i did not get and when i approach them they said the offer is not eligible for corporate cards. I send them the terms and conditions posted at amazon during offer period asking them to point out where it was mentioned. But they took all these days do simply copy paste the recorded message instead of replying to my query. From day one i am asking this for which i did not get a reply till now. This is really frustrating. I copied the nodel officers but i feel they are sleeping. There is no value of ccing them in the mail. They dont even respond to me. Also i am not sure whether they are checking their mails. I have all the mail threads and attachments. If any one from the back is really interested to solve this, please get in touch with me so that i can send all the details to you.

Why the status is going to Resolved. Its not resolved. I have provided all info to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with ref ID-TTU[protected] on 23rd March and did not even get a single response from them. I am still waiting for their action.

Mr Bejoy from HDFC replied to this on 19th March and that's it. I sent all relevant details to him on the mail id specified along with subject line as requested. Also followed up more than 5 times on that mail. Not even a single response i got either via mail or in this forum. Dont know whats the next step and how to get a resolution.

I am attaching the Terms and condition posted by HDFC on the website during offer period. Can any one point me why i am not eligible for this. I badly need a explanation from HDFC and a resolution as early as possible. Its been 3 months over now, Since Jan 05th I am chasing HDFC bank as well as raised the concern in this forum without a resolution.

    I have received suspicious calls today with the following numbers asking my 16 digit card details for id verification. They said 30% discount on every purchase i do

    (Shopping, restaurant, etc). 2 vacations expenses anywhere in india & asia from check-in to check-out (4* hotel)

    I denied to provide my card details. I confirmed from the bank and they said no such offer is given. I also checked truecaller app and found that there are already over 150 spam reports on these numbers.
    The hdfc bank should take action against such fraudulent calls to protect consumer's interest.

        This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

        Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 862.50/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 14 march 2017 under the name of depository charges feb[protected].

        This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

        And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

        Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

        I had an issue with HDFC bank Depository Charges,

        I have demant account, and there was no communication shared with us about depsiory charges, when account was open they said there is only delivery charges on security
        however i can see they charges frequently on my DP account. when i asked them to provide the clerification they said it was charges to sell the sequirity from HDFC to NSE.
        I said that they already charges as delivery charges on share, when i asked to provide more justification they didnt shared the input.

              Hi, i m the priority client of hdfc bank, i tc chennai branch. I m unable to deposit my cash into tiruvannamalai teller desk. The teller refused to accept my amount to deposit. My knowledge and my rm confirmed that priority client can deposit 1 to non branch. But teller balaji redited to accept my deposit. I want solution for that..

              Hi, I m the priority client of HDFC BANK. I m unable to deposit my cash into Tiruvannamalai (Anna salai branch) teller desk. The teller refused to accept my amount to deposit. My knowledge and my RM confirmed that Priority client can deposit upto 1 lac to non branch. But teller Mr M.Balaji refused to accept my deposit. I want solution for that.. if I m wrong in my view, I want to raise complaint against my RM for wrong information given to me.

                Hi HDFC Support team,

                This is in regard to my account no[protected] which is with your bank at branch Gurgaon Global Business park. I’m unable to do any kind of debit transactions on my mentioned account, when contacted the Phone banking I was suggested to visit the nearest branch at Hinjawadi Pune and on visiting the branch, the associates were unable to assist and mentioned that there is a No Debit applied on my account and when asked for the reason I was given a wearied answer that there is no reason mentioned by the person who has blocked the account. On requesting the associate, she initiated a mail and also called the Gurgaon Global Business Park branch where my account is and following were the responses :-

                1. We will check and revert back to the mail which the associate had initiated from Hinjiwadi Pune but it passed an entire day there was no response
                2. The branch mentioned that they will call me in next 30 to 45 minutes with the reason and solution but again as usual there was no response.
                3. To have an updates I was given a number of the person at Gurgaon Branch but I have been trying since morning (10 15 times) but the person did not even bothered to answer my call at once or give a callback.
                4. When I was not left with any other option I again contacted the Hinjawadi branch Pune and it really came as a surprise to me that the bank had updated that they had called me but were unable to get connected with me which completely is a false statement.
                5. Additionally the Hinjawadi branch associate mentioned that since they were unable to contact me over the phone so they will revert to me via mail which I never received till now.

                This is really an insane and a surprising incident which I have never ever faced in my life till date, there might be some valid reason behind the lock on my account but is it not the duty of the bank to first inform the customer that there is so and so problem and it will have such and such impact. The account being linked with my salary has so many dependencies on EMI’s and other expenses and HDFC showcased such an insensitive act that it completely shocked me.

                Please look into the matter with immediate effect.

                  I am an account holder in hdfc bank Gopaplapuram chennai.my locker fee was increased 5 time by BM with out any reason and i registered a compalint, but the branch manager closed my complaint without resolving. I wanted to escalate it to the nodal officer, But HDFC bank web site never accepts the escalation. what i will do now

                    I am Akhilesh Sharma, I was having a HDFC Credit Card without taking the confirmation from my end bank have activated the credit card, which i have received on 25th April 16. and the details are

                    2. Card no. 5244 and it was fully closed on 29th Dec 16, also have the NOC certificate from the Bank.
                    This is for your kind attention that later one week back, I had applied a personal loan from HDFC bank but it was rejected due to low CIBIL score. I humbly request you to kindly look in to my concern and resolve my CIBIL score problem at the earliest to get a personal loan from HDFC bank.

                    Dear Mr. Bejoy,

                    This is to inform you, that HDFC Bank had issue a credit card in the month of 25-04-16 and i have finally closed on[protected].
                    Without intimating any credit card customer how they have can link mobile bill with my credit card and HDFC use to send the bill on every month and one more issue i have to bring to you notice i have not activated my credit card still.
                    I have mail conversation and confirmation from your grievance team end that they have given my final bill to be paid and close the credit card and they have issued me a No Due Letter from HDFC Bank.
                    However now i am in need of Personal loan very urgent but Ganesh Hedge who is looking personal loan department, he rejected my personal loan and informed that your credit cibil score is low,
                    The issue is made from HDFC end and why i should suffer for this.
                    I am attaching my No Due Letter.

                      Manager venkat has refused for loan

                      As i'm having a status to buy spot cash
                      He has refused 6 persons loans as well
                      U can make a query in um amaravati show room

                      I ve buyied a um renegade commando for cash because of refusal of loan

                      The loan was not even applied by the personal and refused
                      I came to know by one of my friend said u will get an sms when application is processed


                      O strongly recommend to take action 7 customers are already lost

                        I have requested many for settlement for my cc due but no body has contacted me i have received a call from hdfc service department but she was suppose to call me back but i have not relieved.
                        I do not a single penny my landlord ask me to go vacant flat as i ma outsider and staying on rent and because of my salary hold was not able to pay my rent i am not able to survive please try to under stand my situation and wave off my due balance you have already deducted 41, 000 rs from my account.

                        I am writing this email to you in depression as i got my salary hold for this month and hdfc is not allowing me to withdraw a single penny.
                        I do understand but sir/madam please see my all attached email after loosing my credit card i wanted to settlement though my credit limit was only 20k and i used some 7k approx though all were interest.

                        when i got to know about my salary hold i called to collection agencies they were not picking my phone after 1 day i spoke with somebody and her name was sudha and she was very rude and when i talk about negotiation she told me that she will call me back but i never heard it back from her. next day again i called her she again said that she will call me back even i asked that where i can call for help she didn't suggest anything and she was very rude and hung up on me. after that i have not received any call from her.
                        as per letter receive it says that after 15 days my amount will get deducted from my bank.

                        I work in mnc i stay here alone and i am suffering with financial crises since first may i have not paid my rent my land lord asking to vacant the house and i have my mother whom i need to take care. you can not understand how is my condition right now.

                        when i was staying in delhi i was ready to pay when balance was 25k approx and i got settlement for 15k approx as i remember but no body came to collect money then i had to shift Mumbai because of my job.

                        I am not doing any fraud with hdfc bank. i wanted to settle it down but this way i am suffering a lot mentally.
                        i would not have any choice left just one as suicide and HDFC will be responsible for it..
                        i am attaching my all email which i have wrote to hdfc bank. i was seeking help from hdfc but i am not getting any help. i would say when i told these thing to lady i as speaking she told me that its my responsibility though i have just use my 7k from card and rest money is only interest amount.

                        i am including cc consumer court email so i can get help as i tried many times with hdfc i called them i email them but i have not received any response on this yet today is 16.05.2016 and its been 16 day i have not slept because of tension. i am mentally disturb and harassed

                          Hi this is madan lal bunkar having hdfc bank diners club international credit card last one year.My last four digit of card is 2526.
                          I never got my e statement on my email.I always made calls to customer care, your staff said, we have sent the mail.
                          My bill generating date is 12th of month.
                          Last month my outstanding balance showing 100700 around.
                          I paid 20000 after 12th before my due date.
                          Then i made international purchasing around 62800 rs.
                          My perivious 80k balance and 62800 rs balance goes to this month on 12th march .
                          This 12 th march i got message from bank, my total outstanding is 155000 something.
                          But i got my minimum due 43000 rs.
                          I dont know,
                          how it can be possible.If total outstanding is 155000 rs, then mini due should be 5%.
                          I made calls on 15th as well as 16th march.Nobody made me stisfied.
                          Still i didnt get my e statement.
                          I am using sbi, indusland and cti bank credit card also.
                          I am frequently making international purchasing.But till now no bank is doing like hdfc.

                          Last night i made call to customer care, he gave me request no

                            I have personal loan account #31067207 in HDFC Bank for EMI gets deducted from my ICICI Bank salary account, unfortunately on 7th EMI date I could not maintain sufficient funds, I informed collection agent that fund would be available on 20th March, however without intimation they did ECS again on my ICICI account for which I have been charged,
                            I want to understand who gave you rights to do ECS again and that to without info customer.
                            I phoned collection manager swapna more and retika gawde, none are answering my call, even phone banking is helpless.
                            This is unethical way to do collection and cheating customers.

                                Hi Everyone, I would like to talk about something that I am just very excited about; I had a small restaurant and in my apartment I had a bad credit. It became very though for my family, because people do not want to loan; banks and other financial institution do not want to loan money to us due to bad credit. So I needed to find someone that was very lenient and also could pay really quick to us. We wanted to add on to our restaurant in other words we needed an $80, 000 loan which was really difficult at that time.                                     The hdfc bank atm is in kodinar ambujanagar, is installed at outside new north colony. It has been always observed that there is no money in atm and we have to visit other atm's to travel to around 08 kms to withdraw money.

                                    It may please be seen that atm should be equipped with money so as to avoid inconvenience to the customers.

                                      My name is Bhaskar Tiwari and I am having a salary account number [protected] with Kottivakkam, Chennai Branch. On 16.03.2016, around 23:20, I have received 5 consecutive SMS from HDFC Bank stating withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000 in each transaction using my HDFC card at Chakrata road around 23:20 but ATM card was with me at that time. I was in Gurgaon at that time.

                                      I immediately checked through the net-banking and withdrawal was done through some ATM in Dehradun. I informed customer care and my ATM card and net-banking were blocked. The customer care guy informed me the ATM ID of the ATM. The ATM ID is S1CW3123. He told me to register a FIR and to visit nearby HDFC branch with FIR copy.

                                      I again checked with the customer care to reassure and they told me that my ATM and net-banking is blocked and my complaint number is MUMC[protected].

                                      I have already filled the dispute form with HDFC Bank Branch sco-39, Sector-56, Gurgaon on 17.03.2017.

                                      I would like to assure that these transactions were not authorised by me and my ATM card was with me all the time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

                                      No response from your side as on date(21.03.2017, 11:44 am).
                                      In last 4-5 days, I have received only a single message from HDFC Bank and that too just mentioning the complaint number (MUMC[protected]) claim to revert within 40 days. This is quite unprofessional. I can understand that the whole dispute process would take a month or so but nobody from your side is telling me what's going on.In fact I emailed you to your MD and board members 4 days back to look into this matter as it is a security loophole confirming the customer money is not secure. However, they are least concerned about such issues, I suppose. I am in a mental pressure and highly depressed. Your Customer care Guys told me to visit the branch and the branch guy told me to talk to customer care. I am not able to connect to customer care as they are asking for Phone banking password which I never used and not aware of much. The metal trauma is such that I am not able to concentrate on other things.
                                      I don't know what to do. If you cannot do anything about it then please tell me once. I will try to forget it like a bad dream but I need to be assure so that I can concentrate on other things. I don't want to live in a dilemma or false hope. The money is not that important but trust is.
                                      5.75 Rs taken at many dates randomly from my account HDFC savings.
                                      Dont know what is the reason behind it

                                        For generating vocher. Its not good for using voucher generation rs 100 ur debitting 75 and sevice tax it comes around 85 to 90 rs. As i early i spoken to your customer care they told for generating voucher there is no charges. Now they charging me. Earlier it was not charged. Can u justify me please why u make us give and take policy.
