Dear sir/mam,

I'm using hdfc credit card
524216xx xxxx 1005

I'm using hdfc credit card. Last year december i have purchased one of the phone using credit card with emi. I have paid emi till february some family i have miss emi. So after 2 month i have paid twice emi but surpriselly bank closed my emi account. When i called customer care he told me we have send you notification on phone and your address. But not receive any single notification. Same i have told customers care he just niglet all thing and tell me if have paid all closed amount in shot if it not possible i have paid 6300 rs immediately. So we can rearrange emi and you can start emi account on remaining amount. I have paid 6300rs amount and called customer are this tym i got other representative same i have tell all scenario and he just tell me we can not told our customer like this you have paid all amount.
I have just frustrated and shoking when i was haird from him.

After they i have received call from hdfc bank lady he just told i have paid 1000 as remaining amount but when i have tell him send mi mail for confirmation so she told mi i have confirmed the same. So i have a just awaiting for called since 3 days not receive called from hdfc bank.

I need to solved this issue asap.

    I v k srivastava wanted to intimate you that i have four savings accounts and services provided by bank earlier was excellent now a days from last two months it is very difficult to get the work done in hdfc swarupnagar bank kanpur
    Even i was told we r having classic bank account.
    I therefore request you to please close my account

    A month ago i requestted to open recurring account min bal ten lac after two days i was informed they are fail to open this account because officers are absent in these days

    Yesterday i asked for accountstatement of previous session

    They told me to give a request we have given written request
    Now today in morning we are continuously calling but they are not picking up phone when i send my staff they informed today not possible. These are the problem we are facing see if you can resolve.

      Dear concern;
      As my credit card expired on 05/16 bearing no :- [protected] and had asked our hdfc branch in leh for re-issue of credit card which should not be case.
      It has been now almost two months, as a normal routine it has to be delivered to the customer before the old one expires. Its really very bad experience for me to continue as a hdfc customer if your services remains like this.
      So kindly up date me if the card will be issued if yes then when. Your response towards customer service reminds me of old govt banks..
      Looking forward for an early reply.

        I have applied for credit card on june 6 and still not received. The status shows as disapproved even after submitting all documents and completion of physical verification. The hdfc phone bankers is not giving the reason for rejection as well as not providing solution to continue the processing of the current credit card for which i had applied.

            At 16:27hrs on 08/08/2016, hdfc bank is asking money from me via sms [screenshot attached]. I must say that i had already closed down my account and the same has been confirmed by hdfc bank in written mail that why hdfc bank is asking money from me???

            I must say that hdfc bank is poor bank and already most corrupted bank that why asking money from me. I had already put this matter to ombudsman this time.

            Hi all,
            I am having HDFC bank account by some mistake i took that and i am not using this account for last 5-6 month cause of account balance is deducted. but still I am getting message of AMB deduction. Is there any possibility to close account automatically. It will affect me anyhow or i have to be calm. I can't close this account because I moved to other city from bank branch.

              Called mr. Ansh gujral 45 time6s who attended call at 10 pm and says that he is mr. Chindesh rajput and denied to give the number of mr. Anurag srivastava who said that is sr. Rm but now number not working. Mr. Rajput is abusive and no one listening with still to receive bond paper. I also made another policy of 1.44 lacs after 40 percent discount but things are different what they gave in writing and now no one attending. They dealt with id's

                  Sir, iam sbi a/c holder. I have purchased some items from numero uno rr clothing co by bill no 487 at haldwani through atm card swapping on 10 july 16. The swapping machine install by hdfc bank haldwani in a/m numero uno showroom. Two time money rs. 5416/- has been deducted from my a/c by swapping on a/c of showroom who is the a/c holder of ibid bank. But no action taken regarding to refund the money by the showroom incharge neither hdfc bank.                     Its been more than 45 days now after the medical test is done. And their system is not able to update my documents. I have called their status check helpline 5 times now. It has taken my call back request couple of times but still i am waiting to receive their call and confirmation on this. I have already paid my first year premium and now after this discrepancy i was fed up and wanted to cancel this and get a refund. Company refused to refund full amount saying they will deduct my medical test fees.

                      My account is in hdfc bank with a name of arpit sharma. About one and half year ago the personal banker (Mr. Karan gupta now manager in icici bank) which have been assigned to me and my father who have fdrs in the same bank of over 10lacs repeatdely told us to have a credit card for which we are not interested initially but due to regular calling we said yes to him and he charged us both a rs of 1118.00-/ which he told will refund back as soon as you get credit card (Karan told us this a charge for credit card). And after that he resign from the bank and joined icici bank but we dint get any credit card yet.
                      And the other persons from the banks repeatedly told us for 1year that he has done similar type of frauds with others. And when i asked assistant manager to give me details about the transaction of 1118.00-/ last week he told me that this amount is for some life insurance hdfc ergo and the thing is i din't even get the cover note of that insurance also. Now i urge you to please help me in getting my money back and to give such proffessionals a lesson so that he may not misguide others in future

                        What the hell and worst service, i opened a salary account on january, 2016 but on the same month i resigned my job so that i'm not using this account, today i receive the message you have charged rs.690+609 for non-maintenance in june and july. What is this with out any information or warning you have charged to me.


                        The silly thing is for both months i receive message today only, very bad service i want to close my account with out paying any charges.

                        This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, or reversal of charges, please request the branch official to consider the same removal or reversal of the same before account closure.
                        In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account.
                        We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes.                           After i got hdfc credit card, they also offered me this ergo insurance. I was interested. But before accepting this insurance, i have told them that i need to receive the documents which can shows all the coverage of this insurance. Logically, its not possible for people to accept insurance on their verbal promises. So i told them, first send me the documents, then i will accept this insurance. But just today, i realised my credit card balance has reduced, eventhough i am sure i didnt use it even once. So i called hdfc customer care, they said the ergo insurance cut my money. And provided me a number to call for cancellation. I called and got connected to a person. But after i explained my situation, the call got disconnected suddenly. I tried to call back many times using the same phone number, but automated message indicated that the line was busy, cannot be connected. So i tried to call using my mobile number, its getting through. Immediately, i used the other number to call them, its again saying cannot be connected. So the case here is, if i use the number i tried before, i will not get through. But if i use a brand new number, its getting through. This is outrageous.

                          I need to receive a call from your side about my issues. And please dont just ring once. None will pick up a call at its first ring.

                            I have open my account in 2007 and used for around 4 years and then for around 4 years it was dormant account. Now in four month back in may 2016, i have again started my salary credit to the same account.In four years period the negative balance was around 7000 and i had a discussion with bank executive and they told me that we will first deduct this amount and will again credit to your account once you open salary account with us.
                            My salary is already started crediting to this account.
                            Now its almost 4 months and heard that they are still escalating this issue.
                            I am not sure for how many month we should follow up with bank.
                            If bank is committed something then they should act on this.

                            Dear Customer,

                            We wish to inform you that the charges have been aptly levied to your account. As per the terms and conditions, Salary account gets converted to savings account if there is no salary credit for 3 consecutive months.

                            The bank notifies the customer about non salary credit by SMS/ email/ letter etc. for 3 consecutive months, post which the account is converted to Regular Savings Account and the customer needs to maintain the average monthly balance applicable as per terms & conditions applicable. At the time of conversion, the bank intimates its customer the requirement of maintaining minimum balance applicable to the account & levying of charges in case of non-maintenance of the minimum balance requirement and in case of any changes in the charges the customer is intimated one month in advance. Further, in case the average minimum balance is not maintained, the bank notifies the customer by SMS/ email/ letter that in the event of the minimum balance not being restored in the account within a month from the date of notice, the applicable charges would be levied.

                            I have been committed that once you start your salary account again then they will revert all amount which has been deducted.

                            This is my concern as I have again started salary account with HDFC bank and they told me it will get reverted.

                                Rajani dhakate empolyee of mmodal ITpark nagpur i am facing problem from last 5 month regarding debited amount 690\month hdfc bank not changed my saving account to salary account company HR provided a letter misplaced again company HR provided 2nd lettter still hdfc brach has not converted my saving account into salery accont from last 5 to 6 month the hdfc branch deducted the amount .. thnaks . rajani dhakate

                                  Very unfair and fraud bank - hdfc bank. I checked my account and found deduction of rs. 100 + service task and that is for deduction of program management fee. What type of fees is this... No intimation from bank for such deduction, no news highlight

DPID IN301151 OF 1000 share due to delisted from BSEandNSE.I already sent my exit offer letter to link intime india pvt ltd signed by me.Received response from them still your share been in demat need to transfer in escrow account through my DP.I don't know the procedure to transfer the share from my DP. I mail to hdfcsec on 31-07-16 through my mail .[protected]@yahoo.com. but no response from them.need your assistance to sell my share.

                                      i am Krishna working in dmrcl. I received a call from hdfc bank executive for a credit card. I was told that they are providing life time free card to to selected customers. I was agreed to take it.Even i didn't get my Card PIN till now But after some time of card receipt, i got a statement of nearly 2000 rs. and they are claiming for nearly 7000 rs right now & disturbing me through calls.
                                      please take necessary action soon.

                                      no resolution is provided till now Krishna Gopal Vishwakarma, CC No.- 5459648900865123, i recieved a call from hdfc executive (Mr. Sachin, mob num-9811332528) offering a life time free CC to DMRC employees. So I decided to have one also as it is free of cost as per the executive & also many of DMRC employee have it. so i gave my documents to him. After receiving my card i again received a call from a executive for protection of my card against fraud. He told me that he has a offer, no money is required for this, only some amount(1800/-) will be freezed in my CC & i able to use full limit of my CC from next year. I have to say 'YES' to a calling party to which hdfc will coordinate. after it i have called many times for sending of my CC pin but still not received it. From past 2-3 month i am having a call from hdfc, insisting me to pay an amount of 7000/- for the shopping i have done. But i still not received my CC PIN to shop anything, it is useless to me till now. but They are calling me & warning me regularly to pay 7000/- which i did not shopped. please help me

                                        I am Ravinder Ludhiarich. holding acc. no. [protected] (branch - Sector14 Gurgoan, haryana), without any information amb charges are deducted from my account.

                                        At the time of opening the account, they said, it's a salary account and the minimum balance can be 0 rupees. however, after leaving the job, hdfc converted my salary account to a regular savings account automatically without informing. the problem is, they didn't inform me the minimum balance i should keep on the account. according to reserve bank guidelines, every banks are required to inform the customer about the minimum charge he should maintain prior in his a/c to levy penalties.
