First i applied for cheque book in may month and now july is about to go and i am fighting for getting my cheque book. Hdfc bank team is so smart that they cant even update the customer address so after looking their response someone suggest me that these guys just throw the paper in dustbin so apply online for addresss update and its done now. Then again i applied for cheque book and followed process and get the drop mail from my nearset branch but again after 7 days of wait i acme to know that my cheque book cant delivered to my address.
Is this hdfc bank??? I am surprise no one is worry for customer satisfaction??? I got so many things via speed post at my home?? Shame on you guys that you are not even confirm to delivery agencies whether they deliver at customer address or not???
This situation is like worst nothing to say on this casual approach???
They must have sent it through speed post.
Mast ram masti mein aag lage basti mein...
Thosusand of call i receive regarding to get credit card but what i need is not update to me...
I am really fed up... Please send me or give my cheque book either on official address at ghaziabad or nearest modinagar hdfc branch...

    During policy surrender the claim amount was different without any mention of tax. Then came tax. Then the agency changed which asked to submit papers again. This took more than a month. Then annual, half yearly, quarterly and monthly pension options were given of which agent had no clues of calculation. The annual amount was changed in 15 days due to their fortnightly change in rates. The problems are there is no document supporting these rates calculation and hdfc life sets the rates on their own. Processing is slow by clueless agents who ask to talk to seniors on little matters, who again are clueless and depend on system generated information.

      I've raised a closure request for jumbo loan which i've taken on my credit card. Customer care executive informed i can pay it in 2 ways which are netbanking and through hdfc branch. Unfortunately, i lost my credentials and cannot retrieve them as i don't have the registered mobile number. Again i called customer care to check if i can pay it from other bank netbanking. One executive said yes we can pay from other banks netbanking and one more said i cannot do that. He informed i can go to nearest bank and pay it by cash.
      One of the branches they said they don't accept jumbo closure. Again i called and checked with customer care, can it be done or not by paying cash in bank and the answer from executive is yes. I wasted one more half day going to bank and again the same response saying its not a valid account number. I'm totally pissed off. And finally, now one more executive game me information that it can be done only through cheque and not by cash.
      Are the customer care executives trained or not? Don't they have proper information about the products? If not, why are they placed there to answer customer queries? It's really creating more problem than helping customers in resolving the issue.

        Due to financial crisis i missed one emi against the personal loan availed from hdfc bank. as a result i asked hdfc representative for some time to pay the amount. after 2-3 days i started receiving threatening calls using abusive language who they said they work with hdfc bank. how come this third grade people got inducted into this bank. one of the person went to my home in my absence snatched my mothers phone and started abusing me in front of my mother. i told him to wait i will be there in few minutes but sensing some trouble he left the place as he was under the influence of drugs. i think hdfc bank is hiring drug addicts and goons to get money extorted from there customers by harassing and abusing them. i also want to bring to your notice that as per sc orders no third party should indulge to extort money from someone. this is the mobile no:[protected]/[protected]. this no. will be handed to crime branch extortion cell for harassing and threatening me and my mother after filing fir against this drugs addicts and goons hired by hdfc bank. i want a reply on this asap.

          Ear hdfc bank,

          My name is lovedeep singh and holds a credit card and i am writing this mail in regards to the threatening call received from hdfc bank credit card collection department's agent gaurav kumar and his senior tripathi. They've been the most rude and mafia guys i have ever spoken to as they used these sentences "bank tere hisaab se nahi chalega be", "tere ghar ka bank hai be", "payment kar nahi toh phir dekh kya karte hain hum", "defaulter me daal iska ka naam" misbehaved with my mom stating "itni si umar hai iski itna loan le rakha hai us ko bolo aaj k aaj paise chukaye nahi to acha nahi hoga". This all happened despite of my request in the beginning of the call itself that i had financial crisis due to which i could not make payments in the recent past and asked if can get any arrangement or a weeks time to clear off the minimum amount.Instead of replying they started to shout on call to make this payment and said all the above mentioned stuff. I am damn sure the was not getting recorded as per the indian compliance and if it is recorded then i want you to retrieve that to take the legal action against them

          Dear hdfc bank, if you check my transaction history before march'2016 i have rarely failed to pay minimum amount or if missed have paid that with the late fee and it's financial charges. It's not a 6 months old card, it is 4 years old card. Had never been dissatisfied with hdfc in past 4 years but this last conversation has made my mind to change my bank to a different company as i cannot tolerate the such behavior at all.

          Post your reaponce, i am going to post this on social media and almost 90 social media groups that i am added to so that everyone gets a clear picture of experience we have from hdfc bank. Further, if it is not a satisfactory action on my complaint regarding the behavior of your collection employees the will file a complaint in consumer forum on the mental harassment i had.

          I never said no to clear my dues on my credit cards and will surely settle this if any of your sincere staff can speak to me via mail or can drop me their no. To contact as my no. Might not be reachable due to network problems at home and i keep my phone in locker during my office hours.

          Hope that you have all their details and wouldn't give excuses by asking their further details. Such instances are keeping your goodwill of being one of the best bank at stake.

            I have been trying to contact customer care since three days but in vain...
            I would request you that i'm using a debit card which is not honoured internationally.. This is second time where in have felt the embarrassment... Before travelling i have been to the hdfc bank in hyderabad... They said the issue is resolved n you can use the card.. The problem lies the same.
            Kindly provide me a solution asap as i'm out of country n unable to use my debit card for any purpose of mine...

                    Hi,
                    My name is dr. Vipasha sharma, i have purchased maruti celerio from autopace, industrial area, chandigarh on june, 2016 by sanctioning loan from hdfc bank. The emi paying date has been decided by them on 7th of every month. Which means the date of payment lasts with 12.00 a. M of 7th. But they put the penalty of rs. 345/- at 10.00 am of 7th. However, i receive my salary on 7th evening of every month. Then how they can fine us, on the other hand they said that emi will be automatically deducted from our sbi account, which did not happen.

                    For that purpose we talked to relation manger, mr. Summit with phone number [protected] to resolve the issue. But nothing came positively. Thenafter we asked for the loan account to deposit the money but they said their executive will collect the cash from our house.
                    However, i have already paid the emi as it has been collected from my house by authorized representative of hdfc on dated 16/7/16 but surprisingly i have received message from hdfc for penality of rs. 365/- for not paying the emi as dishonor of security cheque on dated 21/7/16.

                    Therefore in total

                    Cheque bounced two times for 345 x2= 690/-
                    Penality fined by hdfc= 631/- for late fee depositing the emi.

                    Therefore we gave 5973 including emi + penality

                    My only belief in on you as now i am left with you to resolve the issue.

                      I have requested for credit card facility twice before opening a new saving account in hdfc bank and executive had call me and i also provide information like, i am a government officer, from legal department, gujarat, drawing net salary around rs.83000/- p. M. And my job is transferable. But i didn't get any reply from the bank. Thereafter i opened new savings account in hdfc bank and after receipt of e-mail suggesting to apply for credit card, i again applied for the same and i again get a call as before and provide the same information but didn't get the reply. So i want to know, whether person from legal department is barred or blacklisted to avail credit card facility of hdfc bank?

                        Please help me.. i am getting frequent emails regarding hdfc bank account. hdfc bank and its officials are cheating on to me and this would be proved by the evidences and circumstances which i would be sharing... i had a salaried account opened with hdfc on 2012 december which lasted till 2014 august when i resigned. after that in my new company they want me to take sbt bank account for salary purposes.

                        I am getting lot of emails & sms like this. "credits in a/c are subject to clearing." what does it mean? whether i have to pay them these minus balance amount? this account is currently inactive.

                            I have a regular saving account in hdfc bank. An amount of rs 114.50 and rs 115/- have been deducted from my account in form of program-management fee without any earlier information that is not justifiable. Which type of program bank is offering, i have no locker, no loan, no such type of cards except atm. Kindly be deposited these fees to back my amount otherwise i will be forced for legal remedy.

                              The complaint has been registered thrice, no action has been taken till date.
                              Amount of rs 689 has been deducted twice in the last month of may. I have called the customer care several times but they have come back saying, it will be done.

                              The worst bank, i have come across ever with pathetic client services. I will make sure i will never recommend anybody to open the account here.

                                I have bought a policy though hdfc ergo # 16-02-16 offer on hdfc credit card. I regret to inform you that this is a useless policy and i did not recommend to anyone even not to my enemy. I have a salary account in hdfc bank and also have credit card of same. I received a call from hdfc bank they told me about the policy benefits and did not inform about the loss of same. Till date i did not receive any single document (Bond agreement, insurance card etc.) from their side related to the policy. After buying this policy my husband met an accident and broke his leg. He was admitted to non network hospital for 9-10 days. When he was in hospital i had already informed to insurer that this is happened with us. They suggest me to after discharge please submit the all documents for claim process. And i did so but the result is nil.In the meanwhile my grandfather passed away. I have courier all the documents related to the process # 03-05-16. From my side i had already submitted the all documents to the insurance company but they told me that you have admitted to a non network hospital so that all formalities completed by you only insurance will not playing a role in it. I informed to them remaining documents which was not submitted to you that hospital clearly refuse to handover to the patient insurance surveyor come over there and collect the documents from here. Now they just send me the reminder over reminder. I also trying to cancel the policy but they are not responding in it also. I ma very upset with the services because i am in very trouble and now my husband got slipped down and fracture in his hand. I need your help to sort out this problem. If policy company send their surveyor over there to collect the remaining documents from the hospital or cancel the policy as soon as possible.

                                When i lodge a complaint at Consumer Complaints i received a call from HDFC ERGO Insurance department as on 25 July, 16 i also request to cancel this policy and after he raised a cancellation request on same day. Cancellation policy no. is HN[protected]. And after that i received a call from their head office mumbai no. is[protected],[protected] spoke with anita and after she informed me that you have raised a cancellation request of this policy but we have already approved this claim and sent a cheque of rs. 3000/- karur vsyasa bank at your registered address. I told to her that i did not receive any cheque till date[protected]. She told me pls confirm with claim department as you know that we have send you a refund cheque so we are not able to cancel the policy. I don't know what are they doing. It's very useless policy and useless people are working in their department. when one person is not able to resolve the problem they just transfer the call to another one and keep the phone hold for long while.

                                Please help me out in this matter because you are only the person who help me.

                                    I did a payment at bigbasket.com on 01 july 2016 for over rs 2000 and was supposed to get a 10% cashback (Payzapp transaction id - 99qayi). The app claims to credit the cashback in 5 working days, but its been almost 20 days and it has still not been credited.In fact i wrote a mail after 6 days of the transaction and was promised the cashback will be credited in few days, but its still pending. The level o[censored]nprofessionalism has now gone to the extent that nobody even responds on the mails/calls sent to customer care contact given on the app

                                    While, i am not so concerned about the petty cashback, i am definitely enraged at the bank's unprofessional & unethical behavior. I would appreciate if someone on this platform can help me sue the bank for a hefty fine for wasting my time and taking customers for a ride.

                                    I pay Rs 400 my mobile bill @[protected] through HDFC PAYZAPP. Yesterday 10a.m.Balance already debited from bank, but still not recharge. If recharge not done please refund my balance.pfa the screenshot of payment where payment shows successful.so please Notify me where is the error.
                                    I did a payment at Reliance Retail via HDFC Payzapp scan and pay option on 30th Nov 2017 and supposed to get 10% cashback. The app claims to credit within 30 days but got nothing till date. So I mailed to [protected]@payzapp.in ('Ticket=227-345). And the reply from Pazapp team shocked me because they asked me to provide them " a written mail information from the merchant end for cashback"
                                    The respond from payzapp is not acceptable for me and it is unpractical for any one.
                                    I did a payment on Big basket of 2100 rs and was supposed to get a Cashback of 10%.Its over 10 days now but I haven't recieved the Cashback yet.Moreover I have already registered a complaint on the toll free number but still no action is taken.Apart from it the HDFC payzapp app is highly unprofessional and unethical because of their update KYC process.They are telling that if you aren't a HDFC bank account holder you will be notified for the KYC update.What unprofessionalism is this I need to do my KYC right now.What if someones thousands of money is stuck in payzapp wallet and he need to transfer it to bank account how will he do it untill his KYC isnt updated.I have been waiting or this update from a month and already registered a complaint.

                                    I have done a transaction on grofers for Rs1600 on 2nd September. i used a pazapp promocode and completed the payment thruogh payzapp. I have not received the cashback even after 40days of the transaction.
                                    Even I have faced the same issue.
                                    10% cashback is not received yet.
                                    Why the HDFC Payzapp is cheating like this ??

                                      I vikram malhotra wanted to close my trading account no1187677 account with hdfc bank[protected] at kanpur.
                                      I was called to hdfc sec for closure of account by mr sumit sharma but i was told that closure format is not available.
                                      I spent rs300 going from residence to trading office with no reesult.
                                      I was told that mr sumeet will come to my residence with the closure format but as usual false commitment was made
                                      Kindly attend to this greivence
