My husband brought a scooty by hdfc loan (hdfc ergo general insurance com. ltd) but my husband dead by critical illness and companies rules - if died person critical illness so insurance automatically covered by company - company not paid insurance and thread and misbehavior with me by hdfc bank staff. so i request as follow at that matter and kindly necessary action and oblige me.

    I have salary account in hdfc bank. I requested check book nearly on 13 jun 2016 on my home address. On 17 jun i got message that my check book is sent through courier but later on 20 jun i got message it delivered in home branch, when i asked about reason customer care executive said my address was not in courier delivery area for that courier service. Then i again requested for delivering it at my nearest hdfc branch so that i get it from at least from there but same thing happened with me again and i again got message that it is undelivered. I went to check in my nearest branch so they told that they also didn't get it. I tried to ask reason to customer care why it didn't get delivered at hdfc branch also, for that i didn't get any answer for it and executive disconnected call acting like he is not able listen my voice. Then i raised complaint on 2nd of july 2016 for my check book for net getting delivered on time not at my home or not at my nearest branch then they said they will resolve my complaint on priority. It's 7 jul now and today i got message that my complaint is registered and they will revert me within 7 more working days. For a single check book bank is troubling me from 20 days. My money is now stuck in their account and i am not able to use it where i want to use from 20 days. Because of there irresponsibleness i will have to suffer late fees panelty or any big loss. I need strict action against bank for causing such big trouble and putting me in such a difficult situation where i will be having financial loss.

    Very disappointing service, i was informed from home branch that my checkbook is dispatched and will be reach today itself, i made my commitment according to that for my further payment. But I got fooled again as usual from HDFC Bank, waited in branch till 6pm but courier person not arrived neither my checkbook. Not callback from home branch, not even any single update.i am sure there will be lot of customer of HDFC Bank suffering from such a services. It's one month and customer don't gets requested checkbook, its really annoying

      I had HDFC salary saving account 2 year back later i stop credit the amount to my salary account because HDFC blocked my salary account without intimation and whatever amount was there in account that amount also blocked .
      Now there is no balance in my salary account & so still bank adding maintenance charge every month. Now its showing -8000 Rs. but, I want to close that account, or reuse without paying charges.
      still the account was in blocked state but HDFC bank applying the maintenance changes .
      Now I want to close / Deactivate this, HDFC have very good service & Reputation but this type of basic features should be on their
      please help me to close my HDFC account .

      I received the mail from HDFC customer care center regarding close the account but the account not yet closed they applying charges for account maintenance again and again

        Dear Team,

        I am a happy and a privileged customer of HDFC bank, was holding 2-3 accounts with HDFC Bank.

        I was told that all my account will be Zero balance while opening the account however the account has started being charged now for non-maintenance.

        I visited to branch several times and could understand the policy, being told that I cant close my account i.e. [protected] as two loans are linked to my account .

        All my loans have been closed and it is not de linked – not my fault.

        I have been told to call the loan department and get it closed which I very well did, they told it has been delinked.

        I visited branch again, they denied to close the account again for which I am writing to you now.

        Request you to please don’t trouble me more and close my account i.e. [protected] which is of Delhi branch.

        Don’t tell me to visit your branch again for this –I wont & visited enough & interacted enough with your staff- Please close my account [protected] .

        I am ok to maintain one account i.e. [protected] .

          I transferred 49000 rs from icici bank pay any visa care at 30 june 2016 and i till not received that payment in my credit card and i also confirm to icici bank they said all ready pay to visa but not received by hdfc bank credit card.

          Where is my money.?

            Sir,
            I am having the following complaint regarding my policy No.13698720. For the last few years the amount of Rs.3000/- monthly has been debited to my savings bank account through my bank SBI. Accordingly I used to keep sufficient funds in the account. All of a sudden without giving me sufficient notice if ask my banker to remit 35, 000/- yearly, it is not possible. This I informed to your representative when he visited my house to take the policy. Accordingly ECS has been given to you as well as my Bank. This has been doing for the last few years.
            Sir, I am a retired person from SBI. I will not be able to remit Rs.35, 000/- yearly. Hence if you want to continue as done earlier, I do not kind to remit the amount. Otherwise please credit the proceeds so far accumulated as per your terms and conditions to my SB account. This wind of action is not expected from your well established Organisations without informing to the customer. Hence the complaint.

              Hello,

              This is sheshank, i have apllied for hdfc credit card recently.

              I got the application reference number as [protected]s3, verification and everything has been done. my cibil is also good as i checked it through the cibil website.

              The status of my credit card application is showing as disapproved and there is no reason written there. there is no proper response from the customer care phone banking also.

                Tele callers from the co called our residential number, very rudely stating that they are calling from i. t. dept & sought my cell no. from my mother who is a senior citizen in the mid afternoon when she was resting.

                Incident at mumbai on 6th july 2016

                Initially she refused nevertheless they persisted by making a number of calls & then claiming that there is an it issue

                When i received the call on my cell i was livid & regret that i used inappropriate language.

                This infurated the guy at the other end & he thereafter must have called me more than 10 times & when i took the number he has the audacity to tell that we will continue to call & how dare i used inappropriate language.

                Has hdfc recruited goons instead of tele callers?

                    I Chintan Tanna having a savings account number [protected] and [protected] along with FD in Chamunda circle Borivali west – Mumbai Branch hereby request you to reverse the chrages levied in my account due to non maintenance.

                    The reason being account was in debit freeze mode from November 2015 to May 2016.
                    I was a guarantor in a personal loan for one of my office colleugue in Janseva Sahakari Co-operative bank borivali west.

                    Due to default in his personal loan the Janseva Sahakari bank instructed HDFC Bank to debit freeze my account as i was a guarantor in his loan. Account is in normal mode from this month June 2016

                    For the said reason i was unable to transact in both the accounts and non maintenance charges amounting to Rs 5000 approx has been debited.

                    Hence request you to reverse the said charges as a service gesture considering my past record in your bank. I assure you that since the account is now operative; the balance will be maintained in both the accounts.

                        I had called up the hdfc credit card customer services on he early morning of saturday to check the total amount outstanding and the pending emi's amount as i wished to close the dues completely.

                        I was quoted an amount of rs 78320 by the agent on the early morning of saturday and i made a payment of 78500 by going to the hdfc bank brank, ulhasnagar, camp 4.

                        I called up the bank on the saturday afternoon to confirm if my dues are closed as i have made a payment, i was asked how much payment did i make and i quoted the amount that i paid.

                        I was informed that the amount given to me previously was incorrect and i need to make an additional payment and so on to foreclose the emi's.. which i did on monday morning the additional amount rs 1121

                        This was the bank representative's fault who gave me an incorrect amount in the first place. i asked them to lodge a complaint and they gave me the complaints reference number - [protected] mentioning they have now taken the request to foreclose my emis and it shall be actioned.

                        I called up the contact centre again today to check if it was closed and the bank representative's response just blew my mind up saying that it is still not.. nothing is mentioned on my account about emis and i still have to pay the amount and he disconnected the call. unfortunately i couldn't get the agents name.

                        This has caused some serious inconvenience to me as i have already made the payments as mentioned below and it's a huge amount..

                          I have maintaining my current account in hdfc bank, saleem nagar branch, malakpet, hyderabad for 15 years, i dont know about interbanking well, thats why i have submitted maximum 5 rtgs/neft per day to the branch, but the single window operator his name mr. Anand akkaram does not accept my forms more than 3 forms per day. Hence i have faced lot of transaction problems.

                            I wish to understand that whether the bank is allowed to charge AMB charges to the savings account.

                            As per the RBI norms banks are not allowed to show up negative balances in account. So what way out HDFC bank has had is they show the account balance to be 0 INR and as and when people add any funds to the account they deduct charges towards the maintenance of balance for various months in a row. Some of these charges may even be for the previous financial year.

                            How can the same be charges if it was not carrying a negative balance in their system?

                            They have made adjustments to the system to just suit the RBI norms but the consumer is yet being affected.

                              I want to file a case against hdfc bank who has placed a "hold on funds" in my saving bank a/c no [protected] without any information. as per them their is a due of amount rs. 34711/- on my credit card [protected]. i have already send a mail and ask to your customer care representative to close my credit card and covert amount in emi but they did't reply me.

                              My objection to hdfc bankis that, how they can hold my funds without any information.

                              Would like to request you to file my complain against hdfc. i can provide you all required documents.

                                  I am very frequently getting unwanted messages from VM-HDFCSL and VK-HDFCSL headers of HDFC Life on my mobile number [protected]. I have repeatedly complaint on their customer care and email but no action is been taken. I still get the messages. I just want them to stop sending me these messages. Its been more than a month now that am talking to these guys with no satisfactory response. I dont understand why they need so much of time to just unsubscribe one number.

                                    I had sent my complaint to hdfc life on 21.01.2016 and it was addressed to director customer service.instead of the director hearing to customer complaint, a junior replied back on 28.01.2016. the reply is a reiteration of falsities, concocted statements and concealing of facts.

                                    This complaint is once again being addressed to director customer service, expecting a prompt action on the complaint.

                                    The justifications by hdfc life are vehemently denied and the pointwise reply is as follows:

                                    1. your comment "we would like to inform you that in the event of regular premiums not being paid before the expiry of the grace period, after 3 years of regular premiums have been paid, the policy will be made paid-up.
                                    The sum assured for the main benefit will be reduced while the cover on rider benefits will cease with immediate effect."

                                    Kindly be noted that for the policy 00273933 in all 12 years of policy since 2003 all premiums have been paid before due date.in nov 2015 the customer approached hdfc life branch in sec 15, gurgaon for knowing the surrender value of the policy. the request was given on 17.11.2015 and i have a record for the same. the surrender value was deliberately and with malafide intentions not provided to customer through phone or sms or e mail for more than a month. hdfc life was waiting for the next premium date to pass by.
                                    Evidence of malafide actions on part of hdfc life are the multiple sms sent to me after i asked for surrender quote and all such sms threatened me of submitting premium. no mention was given on the surrender value. if hdfc life is no prompt in asking premiums by sms and phone calls, then the same speed could have been shown on surrender value in nov 2015.

                                    It is the hdfc life who has made the policy paid up and not the customer. extortion and harassment of customers cannot be more evident than in the present case of not refunding customer's hard earned money.

                                    2. your comment "reversionary bonuses attaching at the date of the policy is made paid-up will remain as attached but the paid-up policy will become non-participating thereafter i. e., no further bonus will be attached.
                                    We wish to inform you that the policyholder can surrender the paid-up policy at any point of time.
                                    We confirm that the guaranteed surrender value of your policy, as specified in the policy document, is 50% of the premiums paid, excluding the first years premium, rider premiums and extra premiums. beyond this, any additional surrender value that is paid out is at the discretion of the company."

                                    It is very clearly stated in my mail dated 21.01.2016 that the policy was sold to me in 2003 by your agent assuring of constant stable returns greater than the market linked policies. name of agent is available in your records. the agent never advised of complete loss of premiums in case of surrender during the course of 27 years. had he stated so, no sane individual would have invested his hard earned money into extortionist policies. i as a customer have full right to withdraw my money at any point of time. i had asked for net value of running policy 00273933 in the year 2014 so as to determine how much shall be the amount paid back in case of termination of policy. the statement by hdfc life is with me (sent on mail to me in feb 2014). the net value as on 31 march 2013 is given as rs 12, 08, 542. note that hdfc life has one policy in case of promising customers of showing good value and another policy of paying peanuts in case customer surrenders the policy.

                                    Your comment on bonus not payable is another attempt of cheating, extortion, and customer harassment. your monopolistic trade practices are not sustainable and have no standing in any legal battle.

                                    3. your comment "an insurance contract is designed for a long - term savings and is not designed for short - term investment. if a policy is surrendered in a short term then surrender benefit payable might be less than the premiums paid into the policy."

                                    12 years is a sufficient long term for giving chance to a insurance company to mend its ways. the customer has not approached hdfc life for withdrawal within 2~3 years of inception of policy. if is 12 years the company cannot pay basis interest and market based returns, then the customer is not at fault in withdrawing the money invested.

                                    Herein the amount due to be paid by hdfc life to me is again reiterated as follows:

                                    The premium paid per year of rs 36220/- starting from 2003 till 2014 is in all 12 premiums totaling to rs 4, 34, 640/-

                                    The reversionary bonus upto year 2015 is rs 2, 48, 542/-.

                                    The total of above is rs 6, 83, 182/-.

                                    Any payment delay beyond 3 months from the date of demand placed on 17.11.2015 shall call for interest chargeable @ 15% per annum.
                                    Additionally causing mental agony, deliberate harassment with an intent to cheat and extort money shall call for penalty to the tune of 10 times of sum assured plus the interest @ 15% per annum chargeable for delay of such payment.

                                    The matter of deliberate holding back surrender value and of not refunding customer's investment has been put up to irda as well


                                    The matter was escalated to level 1 and level 2 on 10 feb 2016.instead of getting any resolution from hdfc senior management, i am still getting lame excuses from service deptt. the staff at service section is paid only to repeat tutored statements without any customer concern.

                                    Its been 4 months since i have been asking for refund of rs 6.5 lacs due to me.


                                    Speed post letter sent to hdfc life mumbai office on 12.04.2016 which is received by hdfc life on 15.04.2016.
                                    HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Filed application for 3 lots on 28th June 2016 through online banking for 3 lots and got the confirmation message for bid. I didnt receive any acknowledgement from NSE over email or SMS as is received by all investors to the IPO. Also, my funds stand blocked against IPO applictaion in bank that has no idea about the status of application.

                                      I checked at the verification link at the NSE Site for IPO applications & after entering my application number and PAN, it gave response message of invalid number.

                                      No proper reply from bank is given even after many followups. They simply seem to have no idea about ASBA system,

                                        Hi,

                                        I had applied for smart pay of bescom bill 2 months ago. But the smart pay was not successful and the due date of the bill is over. I had to pay the bill manually. If i could pay the bill manually, then what is the use of smart pay ? I had spoke about the same with the customer care, but they were like unaware of the issue. Because of the failure, the had to pay the bill with additional fine amount. Why should the bank promise automatic payment of bill when they cannot do it. Hdfc smart pay is worse. I like to register a complaint against this and require an response for the same.
