    I did a payment at bigbasket.com on 01 july 2016 for over rs 2000 and was supposed to get a 10% cashback (Payzapp transaction id - 99qayi). The app claims to credit the cashback in 5 working days, but its been almost 20 days and it has still not been credited.In fact i wrote a mail after 6 days of the transaction and was promised the cashback will be credited in few days, but its still pending. The level o[censored]nprofessionalism has now gone to the extent that nobody even responds on the mails/calls sent to customer care contact given on the app

    While, i am not so concerned about the petty cashback, i am definitely enraged at the bank's unprofessional & unethical behavior. I would appreciate if someone on this platform can help me sue the bank for a hefty fine for wasting my time and taking customers for a ride.

    I pay Rs 400 my mobile bill @[protected] through HDFC PAYZAPP. Yesterday 10a.m.Balance already debited from bank, but still not recharge. If recharge not done please refund my balance.pfa the screenshot of payment where payment shows successful.so please Notify me where is the error.
    I did a payment at Reliance Retail via HDFC Payzapp scan and pay option on 30th Nov 2017 and supposed to get 10% cashback. The app claims to credit within 30 days but got nothing till date. So I mailed to [protected]@payzapp.in ('Ticket=227-345). And the reply from Pazapp team shocked me because they asked me to provide them " a written mail information from the merchant end for cashback"
    The respond from payzapp is not acceptable for me and it is unpractical for any one.
    I did a payment on Big basket of 2100 rs and was supposed to get a Cashback of 10%.Its over 10 days now but I haven't recieved the Cashback yet.Moreover I have already registered a complaint on the toll free number but still no action is taken.Apart from it the HDFC payzapp app is highly unprofessional and unethical because of their update KYC process.They are telling that if you aren't a HDFC bank account holder you will be notified for the KYC update.What unprofessionalism is this I need to do my KYC right now.What if someones thousands of money is stuck in payzapp wallet and he need to transfer it to bank account how will he do it untill his KYC isnt updated.I have been waiting or this update from a month and already registered a complaint.

    I have done a transaction on grofers for Rs1600 on 2nd September. i used a pazapp promocode and completed the payment thruogh payzapp. I have not received the cashback even after 40days of the transaction.
    Even I have faced the same issue.
    10% cashback is not received yet.
    Why the HDFC Payzapp is cheating like this ??

      I vikram malhotra wanted to close my trading account no1187677 account with hdfc bank[protected] at kanpur.
      I was called to hdfc sec for closure of account by mr sumit sharma but i was told that closure format is not available.
      I spent rs300 going from residence to trading office with no reesult.
      I was told that mr sumeet will come to my residence with the closure format but as usual false commitment was made
      Kindly attend to this greivence

          I have a credit card of hdfc bank. I haven't paid last month's bill. A new bill is generated which have higher value as compared to last month due to obvious reasons (Last month payment+interest+this month payment) mentioning with last date of payment 5th august 2016. However i am getting calls from collection department forcing me to pay all amount before 5th august 2016. I am ready to pay last months outstanding to collection department anytime but i can't understand why collection department is forcing me to pay the lumsum amount before due date. I had a word with your customer care department but they simply refuse to intervene. I request to the concern authority to do the needful. Collection department has no right to force me to pay lumsum amount before due date. As i stated i am ready to pay last months overdue amount while remaining amount will be paid as per scheduled time of billing cycle.

              I have borrowed personal loan of rs.270000 with emi rs.9496 due on 7th of each month. But bank has charged me the rs.200 as bouncing charges even if there was a sufficient balance on due date i. E. 7th june.16. Again today i. E. On 19th july 2016 banks costumer care executive called me today for claiming rs 600 as pending bouncing charges for the same emi. Requesting you the bank's policies/rules/regulation for the such bouncing charges.

                  Total Rs 229.50

                  How they can deduct the charges with out our concern.

                  We all should make complain to ombudsman of RBI.

                  If no refund then we all shift our account some where else.

                    Dear sir,
                    I am an hdfc account holder. Account number - [protected] in vazhuthakkad branch trivandrum.
                    I have cashed a cheque amount of 200000 rupees from attingal branch on[protected] between 11am to 12 noon. Unfortunately i did not count my cash and i admit it is my mistake. The same amount (Two bundle of 1000 rupees) after half an hour i submitted the to the federal bank ltd. Manamboor branch to close a gold loan, and they found 3000 rupees was less in a bundle. I have reported to the attingal hdfc manager the issue and he said that he will tally the account and will call me back. I was expecting his call and he never call until end of the bank day.
                    I know it is my mistake and i am not claiming the amount, but it is your responsibility to at least call me back.
                    I recommend you, if you can get the cctv footage of same day and same time to review and find out the issue if you are interested.
                    Hope you may take necessary actions

                      They have committed not to charge preferred customers who maintains so much balance in them.In spite without notification they charge so much money that is more than rs 400 + tax a year...

                      Please refund us money and will shift our account to other appropriate bank

                      If they had told me about their fee in advance, i would have closed my account there. There are hundreds of banks who are eager to take our business without any fee, and they evn pay more interest on sb accounts

                        I am sick an tired of hdfc bank associates calling me for offers against my car. I am seriously stressed out every time i hear, "hello ma'am xyz calling from hdfc bank. Aapne gaadi lee thi/ you got your car financed and we have offers against the car."
                        Offers made on the phone are:
                        -cash loan
                        -personal loan
                        -two wheeler loan (Seriously? I bought a car and they are offering me a two wheeler now?!!)

                        I am so sick of being polite i feel like screaming. This is mental torture. I get up to 3 calls a day at least 4 days a week.

                        I have said i do not want the offers. I have asked all of them to stop calling and some stubborn people are smart enough to call again as if no conversation has happened before. That's when i started storing numbers.

                        I have received calls from vasant vihar branch, ito branch, pitampura branch, gurgaon branch among others and i don't even have an account with any of them!

                        I just want the calling to stop!
                        I cannot handle it anymore. It ruins my day and gets me so angry it takes almost an hour to calm down. I just cannot deal with these calls anymore.

                        I have registered for their do not disturb service to no avail. Why should it days 45 days to deactivate their calling when it takes a day to start calling??

                        I have been on airtel's full dnd since 2008 and yet there is nothing i can do to stop these calls.

                        I have complained on twitter. Written official complaints from my email id and nothing seems to work.

                        I need this resolved at the earliest before i start giving these numbers to the police.

                          This is with regards to the hdfc click2invest policy i had taken on 29th june 2016.
                          I had made the half yearly paymentof rs.24, 000/-
                          The payment was processed on 29th itself however, the policy has not been processing for reason that the proof i had submitted for the address was insufficient.
                          While taking the policy itself i had called out that i had shifted to a rental property newly and so i do not have any address proof apart from my rental agreement. This was agreed to by the customer support executive.
                          Later i receive a mail saying that would not suffice..
                          After a lot of email communications, i provided the airtel mobile bill that gets sent to my office address as my correspondence address proof.
                          However, everyday i receive a mail saying i should submit my address proof.
                          The policy has not been processed yet.
                          Even after repeated calls and emails to the customer support team, i have not received any solution.
                          I had chosen this as an investment option for this years tax savings.
                          However, i am going to be taxed heavily as this policy is not processed yet.

                            It is totally worst experience from hdfc as well as the customer care.

                            I tried to withdrawn of 4.5k from the sbi atm. atm didn't give the amount but the amount is debited from the account and had waited for mints in front of the atm machine.

                            I have lodged a complaint on the same day regarding the above issue and complaint number is 1112934 and i just recieved the compalint number thats it. there is no progress in the redund of the amount. whenever i call customer care they tell some other reasons and it is almost 10days completed.

                            It is very worst experience from hdfc.

                            So kindly advice you to look into it and resolve the issue as soon as.

                              Pls be informed that we have not withdrawn 10 k from yes bank atm code nmno1184 but amount has been debited in my account so we have have registered a complained for the same ref no. Delc[protected] & my customer id is 46407522 for your ref. So hdfc bank confirmed me that we'll
                              Revert within 90 days. It is not acceptable for a normal customer as the same amont is very very high for me.

                              Kindly request to you pls do on priority & refund my amount of rs. 10k or provide me the camera recording for the same.

                              Kindly note we have received representment (ATM Log) from the ATM acquiring Bank stating that the transaction was successful. As per the network operating guidelines, the ATM log is sufficient and conclusive proof of successful cash dispensation. Hence, the transaction has not been credited to your account. You can visit your account branch and view the Proof of transaction (ATM Log) that has been shared by the acquiring Bank.

                                Sir i am a hdfc credit card holder from last fifteen years and all my payments were prompt in the beginning. Three years back i had used the card for a substantial amount of 1.75 lakhsbut subsequently due to some business failure i could not pay promptly, in spite of it i asked for settlement and after that i cleared my provident fund applied loan and cleared the due up-to 2.65 lakhsalso selling the jewellery, but today i am 55 years and lost everything i have, the bank even put a case against me in the court for settlement. I have told them i am not for cheating them and requested them for 20000 settlement for eight months time. Yesterday an official from the bank with mobile number [protected] was using abusive language and threatening me that he would make regular calls and even trouble me in the office and also my house and family. Kindly advice.

                                  I have applied for a car loan. The reference number for the same is ref. No[protected]. I was assured that the car loan would be processed within 4 working days. Its been more than a week and there is no progress on the loan. The manager had informed me thrice that a representative would come for verification but no one turned up. I had to cancel my other business appointments because of this. I regret for having applied for a loan from hdfc. Government banks function more efficiently that hdfc. There is zero customer satisfaction.

                                    I called the hdfc customer care as a long time customer of hdfc credit card to ask for suggestions to settle my credit card total amount, since i'm literally on the verge of bankruptcy.

                                    Over the years i kept paying the minimum payment diligently, & last 1 & half years or so i haven't even used the card but kept making the minimum payments. i suffered a jobless 6 months last year & then got a job at a startup in pune for a much lesser salary, where i've been for the last 8 months, & i still continue to make the minimum payments, in a very tight financial status.

                                    However, now i have more responsibilities towards my parents & their health expenses to add to my existing financial demons.

                                    In such an event, i called hdfc to ask for suggestions to settle the card because i cannot afford to pay those minimum payments that are basically interest & finance charges & doesn't really decrease my total due amount. i was firstly told "you have taken the card, you have to pay the charges", in an aggressive tone, if i might add, which i still acknowledged & politely said again about my status & inability & also requested to talk to a supervisor or manager who might understand the situation & might know how to help me out, & she said "they will tell you the same thing, there's no other way, you have to pay either the whole amount or the minimum", this time even more rudely, & as i was about to request she hung up on me, she just hung up. so much for customer service & so much for assistance by a bank representative for a financial bankruptcy settlement request.

                                    Is this how a banking official supposed to treat or (not) assist a customer, especially someone who's been sincerely paying over the years & is a polite caller??

                                    I really need help, & i can't find an hdfc credit collections department number either. please lodge this complaint & please help me with the collection-settlement information.

                                      Adhoc stmt charge debited from my hdfc account

                                      Ad hoc statment charge ₹115 deduct from my account
                                      Without information dated on 04/07/2016
                                      When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
                                      But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 04/07/2016 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹115.
                                      So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹115...

                                      1) this is to inform hdfc team that till now have return more than 30 mails on a single subject but no one has responded to the query.

                                      2) but for the payment hdfc team will send notice to home which is not ethical.

                                      3) i didn't apply any loan from hdfc

                                      4) hdfc team has credited the loan amount into my old salary account and they have debited the loan amount from the account. Now if they are asking me to pay the rest of the amount which i will not pay. Because i have not used the amount and i have not applied for the loan amount. I want proper reason for this loan amount.

                                      5) i wrote mails to the same issues to the below mail id's
