Hi,
I had cancelled my flight tickets booked via smartbuy with hdfc bank smartbuy ref no :[protected]. I made a cancellation on 25th april 2016 and till date i have not yet received the refund amount.
Surprisingly, there was other onward journey ticket also booked via smartbuy with hdfc bank smartbuy ref no :[protected], i have already received the refund but that too after much follow up with the customer care service desk.
However, for one of the cancellation as stated above, i have not received the refund for the cancellation of hdfc bank smartbuy ref no :[protected] till date. I have been following up with customer care team, almost every week and every time i am advised that the refund has been initiated and i would be getting the amount in another 5 -7 working days. Getting convinced, i wait for the said duration but always in vain.
Its been more than 2 months now, and i am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
We would like to inform you that when you use your HDFC Bank Debit Card at other Bank ATMs within / outside India or at a merchant outlet outside India, and the transaction gets declined due to insufficient funds, the charges of Rs. 25 per transaction (plus taxes) are levied. As per our records, such declined transaction was attempted on June 11, 2016 for which these charges of Rs. 28.75 were levied to you on June 21, 2016.
