I am a hdfc credit card holder. my cc no. is [protected].

One day i received a phone call from your customer executive. she told her name as miss nupur and called from phone number[protected].
She convinced me saying that one hdfc ergo health insurance policy will be issued to me against rs. 9166/- and after few days the money will automatically reverted back to my account.

Accordingly i believed her words and agreed. on 27/06/2016 the amount (9166/-) was debited in my cc a/c. but till date the amount has not been reverted back.

I strongly object this fraudulent activity and request justice from you. otherwise i shall close my hdfc cc a/c and will complaint to higher legal authority. more over i will share my experience in the social media to make aware everybody about this type of fraudulent activity done by hdfc credit card department.

Hope you will take necessary corrective measure and revert my money back.

But i am not sure they are correct or not.
Some guy from this number [protected]
Claiming himself as hdfc cc Department channei.
He said once my insurance tenure will complete without any claim than all amount will ve refunded with intrest by hdfc cc department bot from hdfc ergo Department.

    Hi, i am a customer of hdfc life insurance. the policy number: 17982808 and the product is click2 product plus. i have taken this policy in the month of sep or oct 2015 from the branch (olympia tech park, chennai branch). have done all the process and formalities as they asked me to do. have provided the documents as required.

    From the starting onwards i am facing lot of issues and troubles while communicating to the branch as well the hdfc insurance office. what are the documents which they have requested, had handover to the hdfc bank (olympia tech park chennai) peoples. but sometimes they miss up and requested again and again. but still i follow up with them and provided everything. while taking the policy, i had requested to ecs clearance for the payment transaction. they have selected that option as well. but some time later the ecs process not happening from my account and i am getting messages and emails from policy office. while checking the branch they said i have to sign a form and need to submit again. the process i have done on the day itself and handover to branch.in may month again was getting messages and emails saying that i did not made the payment of the policy. while checking the branch peoples they promised me, next month onwards you won’t get any trouble and they have taken the action about this. but still am seeing the issue and the payment is not clearing thru ecs. today when i spoke to customer care, they said the document is not yet updated and i need to make the due + late fee + and other charges also. i am fed-up of all such a bull things. can anyone respond me back with the solution?

      Its a totally fraud bank interms of commitment and services. QOS is poor upto 0%. I opened an account and was not able to accees net banking due to mobile number not updated and it didnot happened upto a month passed. Their one of senior manager was making commitment it is going to happen by today or by tomorrow by EOD. But didn't happen. It was showing the value of service if this much irresponsible respont by managment peole.

        I, mr.snehal c shah maintaining a banking relationship with hdfc bank from last one decade and more and am pleased to share that it was wonderful journey banking with hdfc bank.
        I am having two saving a/c and was having one salary a/c (which was transfered into saving a/c without any message)
        I would like to bring to your notice that i have been charging amq and amb from last 2/3 years for all of my account and was completely not aware about this as we are not use to print our pass book on daily basis as we do in other nationalized bank.
        Since this are our saving account there are times we use our saving for our expenses because we save for that and really am not aware that my all accounts are getting debited because of amq/amb.
        Sir i really would like to continue banking with hdfc as all my demats a/c are with hdfc . i banking with you from last one decade
        I personally request you to look into this matter and help me as i come from middle class family and money which is been debited from my account is hard earned money which means lot to me.
        And i also want to clear that i was having salary account which was converted into saving a/c and as mention above there is only one customer id under which there are three saving a/c for each there is minimum balance criteria which have to maintain it.
        I would like to resolve all the issues regarding these and would appreciate to look into this matter so that it will give me peace of mind.
        One of the main reason is my customer id show total amt in minus, totalling of all the three a/c but if there is sufficient balance in one account, then also amb/amq is been deducted from another account.
        Dear sir, i request you to look into this matter as this in todays market even nationalised banks are giving better option and services because now a days everything is online banking from all the banks,
        Request you to look into this matter as it is mentally making me sick as all my hard earned money (till date appx 20, 000 inr has been deducted from my a/c in form of amb/amq)
        I do not want to fight but just need your help to close this matter asap.

          My card was blocked on[protected] for non payment of my diners club card of rs 819/-. When i called hdfc bank on[protected] they mentioned that i didnt pay for diners club card. But on 03 july 2016 i paid 900 rs from my idbi savings account towards diners club card. But the amount got reversed after two days to the same account without any reason. I called idbi bank regarding this. They simply told me that the account doesn't exist. But i paid my platinum card in the same way and the payment was accepted. After several discussions hdfc bank gave information that for diners club card i need to add two zeros (00) before my card number while adding it to any savings account. But i didnt receive this information before due date. I didnt get any welcome call from hdfc bank. And
          Also i didnt receive any e-statement for the month of june. I gave a complaint on[protected] regarding this and the complaint no is [protected]. And the complaint team was not accepting my second complaint that i didnt get any welcome call from hdfc bank. And i dont have any information of my outstanding amount. First of all hdfc bank gave me two cards thats diners and platinum where i got confused about transactions. Now for all these reasons my cibil score will be effected. Its not at all fair from hdfc bank where my score got effected. If you want to see my idbi statement showing that i ahve paid 819/- in time, i will send it. Because of hdfc bank service my cibil score got effected. Very bad service and worst bank.

              Sir,
              I am holding an account no :[protected] in hdfc vazguthacad branch. This is saving account. My current salary is credited on the same account passed 3 years. Every month they are deducteing money from my account reasoning that minimum balace is not keeping. I had already given a duly filled offical letter to the concern person in panampiily nagar branch date 9th may 2016. Still now there is no response and the deduction of money is continuing here by iam requesting you transfer my account to salary account.

              Other wise i need to choose with other banks because every month loosing money after submitted the offical letter.

              Hope you will consider this as a genuine request.

                This is with reference to my complaint against hdfc bank "hbl=[protected]' ref id- ttu[protected]", i have already discussed and received the mail from hdfc bank stating this :

                Thank you for your patience and co-operation.

                We understand that our official ms. meera barma sent an e-mail to you on july 05, 2016 and informed you the process to be followed for your account.

                You may write back to her for further assistance.

                We understand that our branch official ms. aditi wadhawan tried contacting you on the registered mobile number but was unable to get through. we wish to inform you that the outstanding amount of rs.2, 089.44 has been waived off as a one time service gesture.

                It has been our constant endeavor to serve our customers with required element of precision in service and thereby striving for customer delight.


                And now i am getting sms for june month and the amount is doubled, i must said that this is the begging to ask me to stay with hdfc bank account.

                I must said that i will not pay a single penny and will going to take this matter forward to ombudsman .

                  This mail is in regards to harassment by hdfc credit card collection team, where as i have already made payment on 05th july 2016.

                  I want to bring your kind notice than as i am not getting proper service and paper bills from hdfc team end, where as in last year- i was getting all service on time.

                  I am chasing to hdfc customer care & technical team since last 03-04 months for paper bills and online portal password request but no one has provide solution…..as on 07th july 2016- i am getting harassment and enforced calls from hdfc credit card team for bill payment, where as i already did it.

                  Now hdfc team have sent me a bill of late fees and interest charges of inr 1100 approx where their credit team is asking to make for payment-minimum amount due . really it’s a question on hdfc service, where they are not ready to listen my complaints and providing wrong bills to me.

                  If you check my calls logs, i always call to customer care and i ask for outstanding amount then i make payment.

                  Now i don’t want to keep relation with credit card banking service as their regular failures, request you to please close my credit card asap.

                    I have two corporate accounts and 5 individual accounts at hdfc bank, r s puram - branch in coimbatore.
                    Recently my father passed away and i am trying to get my corporate accounts updated with my name. I submitted all the papers on june 28th. They are still processing this and claiming that it will take another week. They are citing reasons like the forms have to go bombay and some address mismatch. They were supposed to resubmit everything last week, but they are still sitting on these papers. Is this the service hdfc bank meets out to a long standing customer? Other banks have been able to finish this process in a much faster time frame. I think someone from head office has to be aware of this lethargic behaviour of the manager and staff here.

                      I am ankit kumar agarwal. holding acc. no. [protected] (branch - rewari, haryana), without any information amb charges are deducted from my account.

                      At the time of opening the account, they said, it's a salary account and the minimum balance can be 0 rupees. however, after leaving the job, hdfc converted my salary account to a regular savings account automatically without informing. the problem is, they didn't inform me the minimum balance i should keep on the account. according to reserve bank guidelines, every banks are required to inform the customer about the minimum charge he should maintain prior in his a/c to levy penalties.

This is to apprise that your salary account has been converted to savings account due to non credit of salary in three consecutive months and the minimum AMB of INR 10000 was not maintained in your account, In view of same charges, levied in your account are genuine. However as discussed, you are requested to maintain the minimum AMB of INR 10000 for one month to review the reversal of charges as an exceptional case.

                            Hi,
                            I called hdfc on 27th june and spoke to an executive named deepika. I requested for a new credit card to be issued to me. However first of all I was never informed that I would have to submit any documents. Secondly I had specifically informed her that if it would be possible that someone would call me back in the evening as I have an evening shift. I received call back on 3 different days, all in the afternoon, obviously I couldn't receive it. I am yet to receive the credit card and tired of calling the bank to request for credit card. Why is the services of the bank not transparent?

                                Hi,
                                This is joginder, 6 months ago i got hdfc credit card. when i was getting the card i asked the executive that if i shop from this card for more than rs. 30, 000, so can i pay that amount in emi option. the executive said, yes you can pay the amount in emi option also.
                                But, when i purchase the items for more than rs. 30, 000, and asked them to convert the amount in emi and i will pay, so they refused and said, you have a new card so the emi option will come on your card after 2 months. so i paid minimum due amount which is rs. 3000.
                                After that i again asked to them that when can i get the emi option to pay the amount. they said, the emi option will come on your card after 3 months, i again paid the minimum due amount.
                                Now its been nearly 6 months, sometimes they said that you don't have an emi option and sometimes they that the emi option will come on your card after 6 months.
                                I am fed up of paying the minimum due amount which 3000, they are not listening my request, now i complaining about the hdfc credit card company for taking me granted.
                                I will not pay the due amount unless they convert the whole amount in emi option.

                                  I applied for a personal loan in hdfc bank 20 days ago and submitted the all the documents as i was asked by their representative. Firstly, he didn't have much knowledge himself as he was stammering while answering to my questions. I was not even sure if he will be able to guide me properly about it. Then when i submitted all the documents he said that he will try and make sure that the loan gets approved since he thinks all documents were sufficient for the request to process. Received no call from him in a week and then he called that he found out that i had submitted an application before also. I told him that it was an online submission and the representative that guided me that time did not pick up my phone or called me back with the status after submission of my documents. He said okay, he still has a solution for that. He said he will ask his manager to write an email to the credit manager and get an mdr (I don't know what that is) so that my previous application gets rejected and the new one is processed in a fresh manner. He again did not call me for a week and when i called him to ask for the status, he mentioned that the credit manager is not responding. Then right after the day i called him, he telephoned me and said that your application has been declined. Is this the kind of service they provide? My cibil score is good, and if loan cannot be given to salaried persons like me then who should it be given to, millionaires? This is the reason billionaires like vijay mallya run away taking so much money from the banks and then never come back. And atleast if it was declined, a proper explanation would've sufficed. I would have spoken not a single word then.

                                    Recently i had to fill up ecs mandate given by hdfc life. first of all, they don't accept any application with out ecs. none of the other insurance companies ask mandatory. also the following problems in their mandate.
                                    1. period is uncertain. they can take money any time from bank.
                                    2. amount is uncertain. they can take any amount with out limit from bank.
                                    3. corrected by overwrite.
                                    4. two lines two write application no. most of the case the second line is blank. this is a problem because any one can add one more application no., so that he will also get money from the same ecs form.

                                    Many customers does not like to sign in such confused ecs form.

                                    I hope the officials will look into it and make necessary corrections in the ecs form, so that foolproof methods are implemented to get better customer confidence.

                                      I cancelled my tickets 2 months back, still my amount has not been refunded. I have written many mails to smartbuy but no reply also the customer care no. Never gets connected.
                                      I am frustrated!!!

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I had purchased a hp 15-ac122tu 15.6-inch laptop on amazon.in website through my hdfc debit card on 4th april 2016. my order number is order #[protected] as per scheme it was 10% cashback and max rs 2000/-on this website. it must be credit in my debit card account after 3 months probably on 6th july 2016. but i have not received yet. i had called amazon 2 times but now they are suggesting me to discuss with hdfc bank people. when i call to hdfc customer care service number, they did not answer the call and if they answer they did not answer properly.


                                        Please help me to solve this problem.
