I am one of your account holder and very old user earlier i had very good experience with hdfc bank as its trustable and big branded bank but from last past hour its like i am fool here who is using hdfc as you people reduct 1400 rs from my account and even you people doesn't know why that reduction has been done from past 3 hour i was touch with you people there is no resolution see i need my money back at any cost please arrange a call as soon as possible otherwise
With in one hour ill provide very bad feedback in social media & twitter as well as case a file against you people even don't bothered to inform me reduction. You will get a court notice to deposit an amount in hdfc account kindly arrange a call with my refund i don't want to listen any. You will get a court notice because this money its very important of me my college fees was pending on today. So' its my humble request you to please considered it urgently.

      They are deducting the money without any intimation my 1300 rupee is been deducted from my account I dono why in salry account there is need to keep min balnc of 10000 as my salry is only 9200. So cheap bank lier bank. I don't no any thing I want my money back in my account.

        I, pratap kumar j kushwaha a/c no [protected] was the a/c holder of badlapur branch thane-421503.I was deposited of rs 227000 on[protected] in badlapurr br, which i have taken from federal bank through gold loan due to emergency requirement in my home town. I have withdrawan the amount rs 105000 vide chq no 030005 and rs 125000 vide chq no 030004 on[protected] from bhagalpur branch. I have asked from bhagalpur branch staff is there any charge, if i withdraw more than one lakh by chq from non home branch, he told no charges, the i have withdrawn the above said amount.
        Please refund of cash handling charges rs 127.53 and inter br cash chg rs 1292.14 which debited on on my ac [protected] pratap kumar j kushwaha on[protected] as soon as possible.The a/c was closed.Please send banker's chq of rs 1419.67 to the following addresses:

            On dated 16/1/2016 two transactions done and i come to know from my sms alert as under:
            S.No transaction date merchant name amount
            1. 16-jan-2016 meghdoot bar and resturent 6, 900.00
            2. 16-jan-2016 appayerrs 5, 000.00

            Immediate i block my card and logged the complaint with them vide re:'hbl=[protected]' cardholder dispute form.
            But till date they are mum and charging bank finance charges for same.
            I also want to know how it is possible to make swipe transaction without physical card, when primary and add on cards are with me in kolkata and fraud transactions are done in bangaluru. But bank is mum on this question.

            Please see into the matter.

              Dear Mr. Anay, I would like to introduce myself as an INDIAN n am proud of it. My simple Question being a HDFC Customer is as follows -
              1) why Mumbai Cust. have to dial on the LANDLINE [protected] & not HDFC Tollfree numbers 1800*****?
              2) Landline number which is charged for INR 3/minute whereas Tollfree numbers are charged INR 0.00/min?
              3) How possible a Cust. can bear the charges of Call for just asking Repayment Dues etc?
              4) Is there is any direct number to be dialed in case of emergency in Credit Card related queries?
              5) Is it worth for MUMBAI Consumers to pay charges in the name of tollfree while the other states of the Country using BSNL or 1800******* free of cost?

              It means you think that the Mumbai Customers are well versed & must not have any issues in paying for cust. care services whatsoever charged. where it is the duty & responsibility of the Co. to provide absolutely "TOLLFREE" services similar to ALL INDIANS.

                Hi, I have HDFC salary Account and in month of Dec, they deducted thrice a sum of amount 28.63 from my Account. Although my Account is Salary account and they mentioned that you have unlimited no. of transaction from any bank..

                      I placed order on 11th august 2015 on amazon app, by which I am eligible for cash back of 15% subject to maximum of rs. 1500, by using Hdfc debit card on delivery.
                      I ordered after I was confirmed by both amazon and bank to pay by card on delivery to get cash back.
                      Since cash back should be credited upto 12th november 2015 but til now I havent received the cash back.
                      When I reported the matter to amazon, they told me to contact the bank.
                      And bank phonebanking officers are denying that card on delivery is eligible.
                      I ordered for rs. 12758 on 11th august 2015 and received delivery on 15 and 16 th, on which I made payment by hdfc debit card.
                      So please help me in resolving the above issue.

                              Im working as a private financier, one of known person approach me for a credit loan, i asked give surety for loan, then they said their relation working in HDFC abnk, they have bank guarantee cheque. so i received and ready to give loan. but after i accept to give loan, they rise the amount in lakhs they bank guarantee. so i got doubt in bank guarantee, so i deposited the cheques...

                                  EMI of Rs 26795 is deducted twice for March-2016 against my personal loan.
                                  Could you please revert back the extra money ASAP as I need to pay for other needs.
                                  If it is 3 or 4 thousand means okay, but it almost 27k.

                                    As HDFC is my salary account, I want to open DEMAT in HDFC only. I think that, as its my salary account there should be less formalities& I will get DEMAT soon.
                                    But I am trying to open this DEMAT account from last 6months. I've visited
                                    branch more than 10times (for opening NPS/ other things). Every time I've discussed about this, but it is not yet done.
                                    My branch is ITPL road, Bangalore (HDFC0001472), I came to know that Mr Vazram will be responsible for opening DEMAT account. I tried in Maratha halli branch too. They also said the same thing. I gave my contact details in ITPL Branch& MarathaHalli branch. Till now I am not getting any call from this guy.

                                    I am not able to understand how much time is required to open a DEMAT account?
                                    Other banks are in Q for opening this DEMAT account for well earned professionals. Why this HDFC guys are behaving like this??
