Sir,
We are very old customer in your bank, Bhawanipatna. For con-tuning
our regular customer we convert the same account into current
account.But it is regretted to inform you that our customer are all
from other state depositing cash in our account and same you have
collected huge amount of cash deposit charges.
We have many times inform to the bank and they assure us that they
will reimburse in our account.Now after our written complain on
03.12.2015 to the bank, Till now we have not get any response or any
assurance.
From the above i feel that bank is not interested in our any complain
and to keep our accounts further.detail of charges also we are
attaching in this mail.
Hence, we are requesting you to kindly take necessary action in the
above cited matter and oblige.
