I bought a mobile and make it payment on emi for 9months..after completed 9 months still i have bill for next emi, I tried for customer care for 3 days they not responding, they make me to kept hold and cut the call, its very worst customers service...

I received a call from a collection agent and he named himself as Saravanan from HDFC bank. I told him i am ready for the settlement but told him that one time settlement is not possible but i would be happy to pay in easy installments. Suddenly the Rep started using Profanity on me Such as "Mother ******" etc. and finally i had to disconnect the call. Inspite of my humble request the rep kept using profanity and i stopped picking...

I have paid premium against policy no. 14843236 rs. 50132 on line through credit card, on 04.01.2016 at 10:22 PM, acknowledge no- mscno[protected] Comp/Jan/Int/3151, but still it is shown the premium is due, please look over this matter, I do not get any message or email. about receipt the payment. I had a some balance in an account in HDFC, IT park, bangalore branch.The bank has debited penalty charges from many past months & my bank balance is zero few months back.
