My Loan No[protected], Name- VIKRANT, Mobile No-[protected]
I am facing ECS problem form the bank side. I have given filled ECS form 3 times, even though the problem was not solved. Every month they use to collect the cash from me. Now, they are charging cheque bounce charge of Rs.7, 500/-, (approx) which was not suppose to bear by me. All these issue are happened because of your HDFC Bank executive was not reverted the proper information and wrong commitment given by him.
Now Recovery agent (Ms. rakhi ) using un-parliamentary language with me and threat me. I need your intervention to slove this problem on most priority. I lost my patience and faith on HDFC Bank.
Since HDFC is a reputated Bank, I never expected these kind of wrost service from Loan department.
