      Hi, My name is Sawarmal Agarwal, i am an HDFC Bank account holder since 6 years. My a/c no. is - [protected] (Sahar branch) Recently i got in touch with HDFC bank executive Bhayander West branch with regards to locker facility. I accepted the terms of transferring my account with Bhayander west branch. The most frustrating term was to have an insurance related investment of 200000/- annually only when i can have an Locker facility with the branch. Upon non agreeing to the terms i was told that i cannot have a locker facility. Such stupid terms kept by such a big bank is not acceptable. I will also highlight the case in my office where we have approx 200 accounts with HDFC bank so that even everyone comes to know the game played by banks against the account holders. I put forward my complaint against the bank authorities so that they get aware of the bad practices done by the branch executives and keep genuine terms for all account holders so that everyone can avail the facilities provided by bank. regards, Sawarmal Agarwal

      Hello,

      After the above mentioned complaint i got a call from the Bhayandar west Bank Branch Manager Mr. Tejas Shah, where we decided to meet on Saturday 4th October.
      Upon meeting in HDFC BANK i found no conversation from the branch manager regarding the complaint and i was asked to write a letter for requesting locker facility with the branch and told that there are currently no locker available.
      I even asked Mr. Tejas Shah about the update of the complaint but there was no regrets or update about the complaint. Rather i was told that there is no locker available with the branch. I asked about the executive who told me to invest in insurance products then i was given no answer and told me to stand in queue and write a request letter for locker.
      No concern was showed for my complaint also the attitude of Mr. Tejas Shah was bad.
      I would expect a strict action to be taken against the bank.
      I am closing my account with the bank and would also forward the complaint with my office admin so as to think and move the bank accounts of all our 200 (approx) staffs with some other bank where such false practises and bad attitude is not shown.

      I hope HDFC BANK will understand what their customers have to go through inspite of keeping all their savings and being an old customer.

My A/c NO. is [protected]. I had issued a Credit Card vide No. [protected]. I have not done any transection from this card till date. I had not used this card upto date. I have also a HDFC Personal Accidental Policy which premium i pay through my account on every month by cheque which Policy No. is 51852604. I received a Credit card statement which shows some deficiencies in the statement. which shows about Rs. 6853.52 due on me. Two BSES payment also shown in the statement but i had not done any BSES payment through this credit card. and Some other charges like Late Fee, Smartpay BSESYA, DAE RTL payment, Finance charges-retail, service tax are also wrongly treated. you are also directed to stop this Credit Card for any payment as early as possible.Please rectified the problem within two days. It is financial and mental harassment. If HDFC Life will provide such kind of mean facility none will dare to invest money in this. So you are requested to look into matter and do needful at your earliest. When I am trying to call HDFC ! nobody picks up the phone.                 I received HDFC credit card around 3 months back and still i havent received the PIN number. I have tried speaking to customer care but of no use. They tell the courier "First Flight" has returned stating 'person not available'. The new pin was generated 3 times and "First Flight" has returned it stating the same reason. So i request help from Consumer Complaints forum to help me in this regard.

                  Hi, My name is Shirish Ashok Shivarkar Card Ending 2130 I had very bad experience of HDFC Bank Customer Care service, I wanted to have my mailing address changed, had called the customer care they guided me to download the address change form and send to their Chennai Office. I downloaded the same and courier to Chennai office. After few days I got SMS saying Signature not matching, it was my mistake, I called the customer care again asking the further procedure for signature mismatch. The customer care told me to attach my Photo ID along with address change form and send to Chennai office which I did. After few days when I did not receive any update I called HDFC customer care, this time they told me to give an application and download KYC form. I just wanted to know why this information was not provided when I called HDFC customer care asking for Procedure. My Time and Money (Courier ) was wasted. I am now closing my HDFC Credit Card Service due to Bad Service

                        just wanted to add some more fraud of hdfc life company in the story. Firstly I wanted to warned everyone that this company is a bunch of crooks who all get together to snatch your money which you have earned by hard working. I don't know why govt is not taking action to such complaint against hdfc life and other such institution. I got a call from IRDA in july 2014. he giving me a fund money. he said me that you file a tds to hdfc then we will give a fund money your policy.he took my doucment copy and one cheque name of HDFC for tds but after sometime when i information my my then i knew that he is done my HDFC life INSURANCE policyand i have no any document of my policy i got only my policy number and made in chennai .I will get returns of rs I submitted all the information and refund form along with a cancel chequebut they not givin my money they said that you get a new policy .They said the all wrong details in the policy regarding my nominee name and my phone number. And when I went to their branch at Address 177/1, PP Plaza, 2nd Floor, University Road, Opposite University Main Gate, Mangal Pandey Nagar, Meerut. P.C. 250001. Meerut. Uttar Pradesh the front officer told me that the nominee change is not possible in this policy and also my phone number. My gut feeling was that they don't want to return my money and giving such excuses. There is no fixed working hours in the bank on an average every employee works for more than 12hrs daily.Some time employee are called to work on Sunday also. Employees are not allowed to take leave.Even a pregnant lady is forced to work for 12hrs daily. I would like to get this into notice of the MD of the bank Mr.Aaditya Puri. HDFC is at no 1 position as of now but will not remain at this position for much time as no employee is happy in this organization. HDFC bank has forgot ton that it has established the top most position only because of their employees and they are least bothered. In all the branches this harassment has reached at the highest point employees are fed up and quitting the job. Mr.Aditya Puri please take a look at this situation otherwise it will not take much time for HDFC bank to come at the last position from the 1st position.

                            Everyday I facing problem from HDFC BANK, Even Sunday also HDFC or HDB staff calling with UNKNOWN TELEPHONE NUMBERS & asking take Jumbo/Insta Loan On Credit Card Based.. Daily Harassment FROM this HDFC Bank TO ME.

                              Hi, today I called to hdfc credit card call centre for some query. Some mohit Gupta attend that call, AND he was so rude And he doesn't know how to deal with their customer.when I told him to transfer the same call to manager, he replyed I will not transfer with his haryanvi tone.. I was shocked. My credit card number is [protected] and I called around 8pm. Number is [protected]. Hope you will take some serious action against the same person.

                                  Dear Sir, This mail is with reference to the HDFC Standard life policy No. •[protected] Policy Holder Mrs. Usha Rani, & • 14857710 – Policy holder – Babita Singh . sold out of false & misleading information to dupe us. This Policy No 14529281 & 14857710 were taken from your Agent/Channel Partner, Mr Vikash Kumar & Kalpana Sharma on the years -2011 & 2012 The customer asked for a product which has maximum 3 years lock-in period & money should not be invested in equity market. While selling this policy the Agent said that this policy has only 3 years lock in period whereas This policy has 10 & 12 years respectively locking period. We had received the policy papers after 25 days, by that time the duration of returning/ Cancellation the policy was already over. The other major concern area is the service Issue. The agent has not given any service regarding correct communication or any reminder or status of policy . We had the worse experience. I request you to please ponder on the following. 1. Kindly return my entire payment without any deduction as the policy sold was on false Information. 2. The policy holder is not English literate to read & understand the terms & conditions written, thus, we go by agents. I urge you to kindly educate & train your Agents & take strict action against such agents so that customer’s firm faith in your repute companies should not be shaken by few fraudulent Agents of Yours. 3. The work doesn’t end, once the policy is sold. Service begin, once policy is sold. The customers like us would never like to refer or recommend such companies whose employees/ agents don’t follow ethics & compliance & runs away when the service stands. 4. This policy holder is a rural based & not economically sound to make the rest of the payment. Considering the situation & fraud selling happened at your end, i request you to kindly return the entire payment or convert this plan in 3-5 years lock in period plan, so that the innocent customers should remain the customer of your company.                                     Hi Sir, I need your assistance in regards to my HDFC Home Loan account[protected] running since march 2008 and its a floating home loan. Every time when RBI increases the ROI it gets reflected on my Loan account immediately but if the ROI decreases, I am asked to pay conversion rate to decrease it on my loan account. Can you please suggest they have charged me thousand of rupees for the same. I am attaching an email from HDFC officer for written proof.

                                      I am Gowthami.K, holder of credit card with card number [protected] got a call about health/risk policy, due to illness and hectic schedule at the same time i didnt listen and not aware about that policy that it was an IVR call activation policy and told ok for what he told and later within 24 Hrs i have requested for cancellation of health/risk policy activation in refernce to the reuest ID [protected], as i do have other same type insurance policies and presently not interested.As i am recent holder of credit card and even didnt use it atleast once i was not aware of such calls and i admit that it was my mistake to accept without awareness but i have applied for cancellation within 24 hrs and got good responce that the policy can be cancelled and even i got messages that my policy will be deactivated.Later i got a call that i need to pay 6000 rs if i cancel now and i should pay rs 291 per month for 1 year and then i lwill get chance to deactivated and the paid amount will not be refunded.Kindly plese do the needfull for me
