I wanted to cancel my HDFC ERGO health insurance policy : 50649078
Ref no : HN[protected] and my rejection reference number is 50649077.
First of all I am cancelling my policy because I am not able to make the payments and now I have been told that I need to pay 75% of the premium and only 25% will be reimbursed and they say that it is clearly mentioned in the documents ,
But the documents containing the rules was given to me only after buying the policy and that too 18 days after buying the policy and even no document was provided to read before buying the policy nor they told me on call

Infact I was fooled by them by giving me wrong information like the insurance can be used even for OPD treatments ( I have the call recorded in my phone and have the proof for the same )

So if they tell me I should have read the conditions before buying the policy I would say the documents containing the rules and conditions was provided to me only after buying the policy and that too after 18 days .

I just kindly request you to cancel my policy and refund my amount .

    Is this true or SCAM?

        Respected Sir,

        My two wheeler loan A/c No. 19492661 installment is been paid regularly but this month i.e. July it is informed that there are insufficient funds in my account by your employee and I have payed the amount in cash to clear the installment due as the your employee said that it is impossible to re represent the cheque in the bank, but there are sufficient funds in my account when the cheque is represented, as the bank statement shows.Apart form this they have represented the cheque in the bank and cleared the installment again.After that when I came to know this your employee had said that the amount will be given back, but I have received only Rs.1754/- out of Rs.2204/-.Now I want to know why the amount Rs.450/- has been deducted from the total amount which I am about receive without any information. Kindly respond for the above mentioned complaint immediately.

        Two Wheeler Loan — poor response and negligence

        i have taken two wheeler loan in bangalore thru bajaj auto finance in bangalore.they have put ECS for clearing even after my loan amount is fully paid and ECS got bounced since i havent kept any money thinking that the loan is over. there is no proper response from their office regarding any of your querries, ...
        befor three years i have four credit cards and two loans due to my bad financial position i cant meet to repay credit card bill s and emi on time so that time my emi was bounced badly and credit card payments also has been made to much later in the time period of one year but after improving my financial position i clear all credit card payment with principal intrest panelty and all the charges counted by bank as per their policy and also check bounce charges or penalty charges of loans and now i get clearance certificate noc of all personal loans and credit cards not yet before one or one and half year and in some bank i got loans easyly and somtime i get problem in aproval of credit card or loan due to cibil report so what should i have to do

        Iam Vidhu .My father have taken loan and cc before one month and now he is heart patient and seetled in native place.When i talk to the call center people for settling the accounts they dont have any idea.Every month field executives comes makes promises that he will settle the accoubts next month but he absconds after that.Call center people dircted us to kanchipuram branch then wht again the same response tht we dont deal with loans and cc u hv to contact call center.frm past six months iam just paying the int without any idea tht account will be settled or not.Please dont go for this bank at all.Bank executuves .They dont have any clue abt the bank.it is waste to talk to call center.

          End of the day for the bank means midnight 12:00 AM, this you'll not come to know when you are depositing, The bank will put all the clearance doubts on RBI, and will easily say, whatever delay is there is due to RBI, but will promise you 24 hr clearance when you deposit the cheque. Please don't go with HDFC, worst support on your finances, worst customer care, and people sitting on phone don't know the banking procedures even.

            HDFC is the most worst bank I have ever come across, when they need your credit card payment, you'll receive 100s calls per day, but when its a question of your concern, they'll not even bother to reply and will speak of rules and regulations, If you want a service level satisfaction please don't opt HDFC go to any other bank.

            HDFC Bank — false commitment

            Hi,
            i'm having salary account in HDFC bank,nungambakkam branch.
            Based on my transaction the HDFC employee named Thamarai called me regarding the Loan offer of 104000 at the rate of 17%.So i agreed and handed over the documents to her.
            The amount of Rs.103552.got credited to my account three days before without any prior confirmation from me.
            and also received a SMS for the EMI payment of 4086 at the rate of 24%.

            I need the answer from the Bank manager,Mr.JOHN.immediately.

            Behavior of staff at HDFC nungambakkam branch is really bad.I find staff of SBI, Indian bank, other non nationalized banks much better in term of customer service.

              I am an MBA. I had joined the company as a trainer on a third party payroll. I was told that I would be confirmed in three months and latest by six months. I was hired as a Trainer consultant so they would not have to pay any PF.
              After 3 months there was an assessment done and none o[censored]s were selected. We were told that you are being given 3 months on work on your skills.
              3 months later I was transferred to another location in Delhi NCR. The cost of living was almost double to my earlier location. The manager over there was more interested in making me resign from the company rather than helping me out.
              Eventually I resigned as I did not see the confirmation happening.
              ONE SHOULD AVOID ALL JOBS WHICH ARE ON THIRD PARTY PAYROLL.
              THEY ARE MEANT TO MAKE A FOOL O[censored]S AND GET CHEAP SLAVES FOR THE COMPANY.
              About the functioning of insurance companies - Most of the policies are MIS SOLD. You can Google it or search in similar forums. It is not only HDFC Life but most of the insurance companies.
              It was very common to sell ULIPS asking people to pay premiums for only 3 months and withdraw money the 5th month.
              There are bizarre incidents wherein agents have convinced people to invest their PF amount or money saved for their daughter’s wedding in policies informing them that it is similar to a Fixed deposit or single premium policy.

                I an MBA and was recruited by HDFC Standard Life now HDFC Life on a Third Part payroll as a Trainer.

                I was told that i would be confirmed after three months of joining and a maximum of six months of joining.

                On completion of three months they conducted an fake assessment and did not confirm any of the six o[censored]s who had joined the company saying that you need to work more and we are giving you three more months.

                Three months later i was transferred to another location. The place was expensive and i had difficult time managing my expenses. The manager over their was more interested in making me resign from the company instead of helping me out at the new place.

                I eventually resigned from the company as i felt their was no point in continuing the job as the confirmation would be done by the manager and he was in no mood to let that happen.

                Moreover most of the policies in most of the insurance companies are mis sold.

                It was very common to sell ULIPS telling the customer to pay premiums for just three years and withdraw money after fifth year.

                Apart from that their are bizarre cases of regular premium policies being sold as a single premium policy for a high amount

                I know incidents where an elderly person had invested his total provident fund amount in an insurance policy, on being convinced by an agent that it was similar to a fixed deposit.

                Their are incidence of term plans being sold as instruments providing return on maturity

                HDFC LIFE is a 100% cheat organisation. I have burnt my fingers by depositing more than a lakh with this company at the time of depositing their officials, who provide misleading information to customers and using the unethical and unprofessional approach in selling the policy with incomplete and inaccurate information and did cheating with the customer, should be arrested under section 420 (cheating), 468 and 471 (forgery) TO ALL MY DEAR FRIENDS, DO NOT KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THIS CHEAT ORGANISATION .. IF YOU HAVE HARD OF SARADA GROUP OF BENGAL DUPED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE BY CHEATING THEIR MONEY, , THIS HDFC LIFE IS ALSO SECOND SARADA.. I HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO SEVERAL NEWSPAPERS TO BRING THE NEWS IN LIMELIGHT .. SAY NO TO HDFC LIFE..THEY ARE 100% 420 ORGANISATION.

                  On the perusal of the same, it is seen that following transaction/amount paid for the
                  account is not taken into account. Hence, there is difference in Closing/Opening Balance

                  1 1st amount paid by cheque no. 285519 as pre EMI which was credited
                  to HDFC on 24.06.11 & not taken into account Rs. 3792

                  2 1st regular EMI was paid by cheque no. 285519 (Post dated cheque)
                  which was credited to HDFC on 05.07.11 but the interest was
                  charged for full month instead of proportionately. . 12780 Full month Intt.
                  Hence principal less adjusted by (12780*12/30)-5512 Rs. 7668 5112 proportionate Intt.
                  3 In view of above 1 & 2, excess interest was charged and less principal 7668 Diff.
                  is reduced by as per statement enclosed.

                  4 On 7-01-12, Pre Payment of EMI of Rs. 1,50,000.00 was paid
                  by cheque no. 22536 including interest of Rs. 221/- which (intt.) is not
                  shown in the statement.
                  5 Regular EMI of Rs. 24000/- for month of May (dtd.[protected] appears does not taken into account.
                  6 On 8-5-12, Rs. 3,06,619-00 was paid by cheque no. 234022
                  but Rs. 619/- is not shown in the statement.
                  As per my calculation, balance loan amount after adjustment
                  of Pre Payment dated 8-5-12 is Rs. 9,51,747/- instead 9,81,432/=.
                  Please reconcile the account with my statement and intimate me.

                    I had gone to HDFC Bank branch in Sector 50 Noida and I was forced to take an Insurance policy by HDFC. I complained several times and had paid Rs. 50,000 in 1st year. The HDFC Insurance spoke to me in the 2nd year and told me to pay Rs. 10,000 from 2nd year onwards and take back the money on completion of 3rd year. I paid another Rs. 20,000 in the next 2 years and when I surrendered after 3 years, I got only Rs, 28,000 despite having paid the Insurance Company Rs. 70,000 in 3 years.

                    I complained to many people but no one listened. When HDFC Bank and HDFC Insurance are 2 separate companies, why did the Bank force the Insurance policy to me? Can I complain to RBI or IRDA? I know these 2 government bodies may also not do much as they have representatives from Banks and Insurance companies working in them.

                    Please let me know how to proceed on this...

                      Hello Sir,
                      1. At the time of applying the credit card the customer representative told that I have won HDFC platinum card as complementary gift, even the brochure they showed me the platinum credit card. But when I got through post I got Gold credit card. I complained the Customer care but no response.
                      2. I got the HDFC Gold credit card No: - [protected] dated on 06/12. At the time of discussion HDFC representative told me that the is the complementary gift so you don’t need to pay any dispatch & other charges. but in the last 3 days I have got 4-5 messages from hdfc bank for the dispatch bill & min due charges(500rs).There is no proper response for the queries from customer care. Very pathetic service.
                      Due to this reason i am not interested to use the credit card .So pl.Cancel my credit card.
                      Note: Even for cancellation there is no proper procedure from HDFC representative

                      Please be informed I already taken a loan in HDFC for Rs 1 lakh
                      after that I was requested to take another loan as my record shows that I dont any default status in my payment.

                      Then they confirmed that I can take upto another l lakh rupees
                      but according to me rupees 64 thousand is enough and the representative informed me that they can go for the favour of .5 percent as the processing.
                      .
                      Later they informed me that 1 percent of the total loan amount will be taken as the processing fee. I said no need to avail the loan and I requested them to return my documents and four checks
                      .
                      This was happen for a weak till date I have not given back my documents or even checks that I have submitted.

                      i was hospitlised n is nt keeping well since last 2-3 months. so was nt able to pay dues on time n bcoz of this my total outstanding shown is rs.28615.09 which includes heavy interest n late charges.i hve several times requested hdfc executives to gve me some reversal on my outstanding as i wnt to pay the full amount n wnt to continue wid my card bt no response has cme frm ur side n when i was hospitalised whenever ur executives said they ill cme n collect the min due they never turned up on time which resulted in late fee n once ur executive misbehaved wid my mom on phone saying dat when when u ppl cnt pay back why do u withdraw though my mom told her abut my condition. i hp to get the reply this tyme as soon as posssible.

                      I have posted a letter Reg: CANCELLATION OF BAJAJ ALLIZANCE INSURANCE POLICY. On 01.09.2008 at Bangalore ATM near jallhali cross, and again i have faxed the same letter on 11.09.2008 to HDFC CARDS CHENNAI ADDRESS.
                      Till today there was no responce from ur executives, weather the policy has cancalled or not.Please give me the confirmation.

                        I have a saving account in HDFC Viman Nagar, Pune branch from 2008.

                        I requested to convert the same to Salary Account in Aug 2011.

                        Accordingly, I was told that the account has been converted to salary account with 0 balance in Sept. 2011.

                        But still the Minimum balance fees(AMB,AQB) is deducted from my account.

                        When I logged complaint at HDFC, customer care associate replied me saying the account can not be converted to 0 balance account (It is converted to Salary Account).

                        When I approached Branch Manager of Viman Nagar branch, she told me to meet the HDFC's Corporate Representative for your company.

                        Accordingly I called Mr.Prabhakar & explained him the scenario on 4 July 2012. He told me that there should not be any min. balance fees for Salary Account. If it is deducted,you will get refund in 15 days.

                        When I called him after 15 days , he says it will get credited within next 2 days.

                        There is neither any refund nor any communication from HDFC till now.

                        Is this the way HDFC works?

                        I have been to my HDFC branch to deposit some money in my salary account.which i usually do. today teller sitting on the counter refused to accept the amount and starting explaining me that we cant deposit any amount in the salary account.
                        Please let me know whether this is a fact

                          Hi

                          I have applied online for HDFC Gold Credit Card. Within 1-2 days their agent contacted me and came to my home with Application form. While filling the from I saw there is no option for GOLD Card. he told that "Now HDFC Bank stopped issuing gold credit cards so you have to take Titanium edge, and their minimum credit limit is 75,000 - 1,00,000". I have agreed with him. But When I received my card I got only 35000 credit limit. Also one of my officemate received their HDFC GOLD Credit card with 60,000 credit limit, I get shocked, that Agent Misguided me. Why do I pay higher annual fees for less credit limit. Which is similar to GOLD Card.
                          Annual fees:
                          Gold card: 199/- + Taxes
                          Titanium edge card: 599/- + Taxes.

                          It’s very unfair. I request HDFC to kindly change my card with GOLD Card or tell me the procedure to surrender it ASAP.

                            Recently i tried to purchase a flight ticket from spice jet using credit card on 17-06-12 but the transaction was declined from the spice jet so i have purchased a new air ticket from the same spicejet for the same date and time of travel on 18-06-12 and that transaction was executed
                            the complaint is both the transaction were reflecting in the statement and when we enquired from the spice jet they are declining the transaction on 17-6-12,
                            but bank is not crediting the amount into the account.

                              I am Rajesh sawant and i had tried to withdraw Rs. 2000/- from my AXIS bank debit card at about 7.30 pm on 19.7.12 from HDFC ATM at orlem malad. I tried twice but the message shown was, timed out . I did not receive any money. As there were two machines I tried there but could not withdraw then I withdrew the cash from my wifes Indian Bank debit card. from the other machine in the same ATM. I then received an SMS from AXIS bank that Rs.2000/- has been debited, but actually I did not receive anycash from ny AXIS bank card. It is therefore requested to credit the same in my account.

                                My name is veerabhadradra rao kaki, working in a private company hyderabad, i have two accounts in HDFC Bank, savings and salary account, the account numbers are
                                1) [protected] - Savings Account
                                2) [protected] - Salary Account

                                I opened my HDFC savings account ([protected]) on dec 2011 and i applied for Credit Card through online reference no: [protected]S3, after that i got a call from hdfc executive saying that i have to submit the salary slip, address proof, pan card and contact details through courier or hdfc bank to the head office chennai, then i sent all these documents through courier and through hdfc bank also but i didnt get any response from the hdfc executives and i sent those documents five times to chennai head office, and i call to hdfc credit card department executives so many times they are not answering my queries and upto 2 months i called to them but they said my credit card request was rejected, i asked "whats the problem i sent the documents what u said', then they said we are unable to process and after they didnt respond to my calls.

                                In May 2012 i opened my salary account ([protected]), this time i went to my local branch to apply for credit card reference number and consulted the credit card executive, i filled and submitted the documents what they want and i gave address proof, salary slip, and my company contact details, after 1 week i got a call from hdfc executive and enquired my birth details and company details , and they called to my company and enquired , they got all the information and called me back and said "sir we got the conformation form your company and your address proof is also correct with in few weeks we will process your credit card", after that i saw the online status it was rejected , then i called to the executive[protected] and asked why it was rejected they said " sir we are the third party agency for HDFC BANK, we dont know why it was rejected , but we got the correct information form your company as well as your address proof" and i went to my local branch and asked the executive he checked the status and saying we to dont understand why it was rejected , so many times i contacted the executives and enquired about my rejectyion of credit card , they are unable to answer why it was rejected.

                                Even though i am submitting all those documents they needed, and their third part agency executives also enquired about my side was true information, they rejected my credit card request , the executives in hdfc banks are not giving proper response,every time iam calling they are telling we dont know ,we dont know and telling false reasons

                                So please solve my problem as soon as possible, and get the credit card request approved.

                                  I am working with hotel vivanta by taj srinagar. I am havina a salary acount with hdfc bank branch karan nagar . The bank is deducting Rs 386 after every two months from last one year. I visited the bank 4 times from last one month and when I asked the bank staff about the deductions i was assured that all the deducted amount will be reversed to my account but requesting repeatedly nothing happened.

                                    I have a very old HDFC CC and was issued some gold card in same card no. which has received regularised payments. Suddenly I strarted being charged 200-500 every month under some apple download . On disputing the same as I dont even have an apple devise to download anything the call centre asked to me lodge a dispute, gave me a ref no. and as they could give no reason how this was being charged they asked me to block the card and get issued a new card to avoid this. I sent seperate letters disputing the apple download charges, blocking the card, giving an add change request for my new mumbai add and a new card request.
                                    My card is blocked though after months my add is still not changed, no new card recieved and to my surprise every month a statement goes to my Kolkata add for some Rs 300 or 500 payment.
                                    When I called the mumbai call centre no. behind my card today 18th of July2012, a lady named Priyanka informed me that my card is blocked, my dispute is registered but yet this strange payments due of meagre amounts go in statement to my kol add and I better make them. She said no new card will be issued(well thankfully i dont even ever want one from such a bank) and when I asked then why was I wrongly guided by the same call centre before to block my card and get a new one and that my dispute has been registered and hence forth false charges would not apply, she couldnt say anything. On asking the name of head of HDFC Credit Card department she disconnected my call. I am absolutely disgusted as I am aware the nuisance HDFC may create and all CIBIL issues cropped out of this little mess later and I want it sorted immediately. I have had enough.

Mr. Pranav Mehta don’t has etiquettes to speak with his staff. He shout every time. When we join this office that time Pranav told the timing of office from 9.30 to 6.30. Now he leave the staff at 7.30 onwards as he take meeting after 7.00 p.m. onwards. As he harass his staff so much. Example:-
                                      There was a girl name Deepika worked with our office but she resigned due to his misbehavior. He calls late night to Ms. Deepika and he sent messages to her every time. He said her that do friendship with me because “I like you.” He said her come with him to his aunt house at Dwarka. There are so many other cheap talks which we cannot write. We have all the messages which he sent to Deepika and we all will telecast very soon in front of every body. Pranav Mehta is a cheapest Manager in HDFC. Being a Manager he don’t have manners. What he do in office. He flirts with other staff also. We all are requesting you to please taken necessary action against Pranav Mehta. Otherwise we will go to Court for Justice.

                                      PRANAV MEHTA working as Sales manager,HDFC BANK HBL GROUP PVT LTD,JANAKPURI NEW DELHI near janak cinema. He has harrased his staff i.e girls.At the time of interview he told us that working hours is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (i.e 9 hours)and he said that national holidays and gazzested holiday also given to you all but after 1 month nw he is saying that you have to do work upto 7.pm or he sit there more than 7 pm also and he is not giving any national holiday or gazzested holiday..he dont have manners to talk to his staff i.e girls...he said that i[censored] cannot sit upto 7:00 pm so you can resign this company..most of the girls has resigned due to his behaviour..he shouted at his staff also...he has not given us salary from last 1 month..HDFC Bank have another branch also in mayapuri and the timings over there is 9.30 am to 6 pm but he is taking 1 hour extra from us..
                                      We are requesting you please suggest us what can we do either do job or we resign the job or we should take some action against MR PRANAV MEHTA.

                                        I used PNB ATM card (account number [protected] Hari Nagar branch New Delhi, Account holder Neeraj Kumar) to withdraw amount Rs. 25000 in three installments 10,000+10,000+5,000 total (Rs.25,000) on 17 July 2012 around 12:00 IST from HDFC Bank ATM(P1TNDL17) Virender Nagar. The balance has been deducted from the account but no cash withdrawal was received. The machine did not respond any error. I was in doubt regarding the improper insertion of card that compelled me try three times. I did not receive any slip or written proof for the failure by the HDFC ATM machine. I have lodged the complain to PNB consumer care office. I request you to please refund the amount to the account number as soon as possible.
