I have a very old HDFC CC and was issued some gold card in same card no. which has received regularised payments. Suddenly I strarted being charged 200-500 every month under some apple download . On disputing the same as I dont even have an apple devise to download anything the call centre asked to me lodge a dispute, gave me a ref no. and as they could give no reason how this was being charged they asked me to block the card and get issued a new card to avoid this. I sent seperate letters disputing the apple download charges, blocking the card, giving an add change request for my new mumbai add and a new card request.
My card is blocked though after months my add is still not changed, no new card recieved and to my surprise every month a statement goes to my Kolkata add for some Rs 300 or 500 payment.
When I called the mumbai call centre no. behind my card today 18th of July2012, a lady named Priyanka informed me that my card is blocked, my dispute is registered but yet this strange payments due of meagre amounts go in statement to my kol add and I better make them. She said no new card will be issued(well thankfully i dont even ever want one from such a bank) and when I asked then why was I wrongly guided by the same call centre before to block my card and get a new one and that my dispute has been registered and hence forth false charges would not apply, she couldnt say anything. On asking the name of head of HDFC Credit Card department she disconnected my call. I am absolutely disgusted as I am aware the nuisance HDFC may create and all CIBIL issues cropped out of this little mess later and I want it sorted immediately. I have had enough.

    I am working with HDFC Bank, HBL Pvt. Ltd., Vikas Puri, Budela Market. I hereby inform your about our Manager Mr. Pranav Mehta, manager of MECVM Deptt. Mr. Pranav Mehta don’t has etiquettes to speak with his staff. He shout every time. When we join this office that time Pranav told the timing of office from 9.30 to 6.30. Now he leave the staff at 7.30 onwards as he take meeting after 7.00 p.m. onwards. As he harass his staff so much. Example:-
    There was a girl name Deepika worked with our office but she resigned due to his misbehavior. He calls late night to Ms. Deepika and he sent messages to her every time. He said her that do friendship with me because “I like you.” He said her come with him to his aunt house at Dwarka. There are so many other cheap talks which we cannot write. We have all the messages which he sent to Deepika and we all will telecast very soon in front of every body. Pranav Mehta is a cheapest Manager in HDFC. Being a Manager he don’t have manners. What he do in office. He flirts with other staff also. We all are requesting you to please taken necessary action against Pranav Mehta. Otherwise we will go to Court for Justice.

    PRANAV MEHTA working as Sales manager,HDFC BANK HBL GROUP PVT LTD,JANAKPURI NEW DELHI near janak cinema. He has harrased his staff i.e girls.At the time of interview he told us that working hours is 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (i.e 9 hours)and he said that national holidays and gazzested holiday also given to you all but after 1 month nw he is saying that you have to do work upto 7.pm or he sit there more than 7 pm also and he is not giving any national holiday or gazzested holiday..he dont have manners to talk to his staff i.e girls...he said that i[censored] cannot sit upto 7:00 pm so you can resign this company..most of the girls has resigned due to his behaviour..he shouted at his staff also...he has not given us salary from last 1 month..HDFC Bank have another branch also in mayapuri and the timings over there is 9.30 am to 6 pm but he is taking 1 hour extra from us..
    We are requesting you please suggest us what can we do either do job or we resign the job or we should take some action against MR PRANAV MEHTA.

      I used PNB ATM card (account number [protected] Hari Nagar branch New Delhi, Account holder Neeraj Kumar) to withdraw amount Rs. 25000 in three installments 10,000+10,000+5,000 total (Rs.25,000) on 17 July 2012 around 12:00 IST from HDFC Bank ATM(P1TNDL17) Virender Nagar. The balance has been deducted from the account but no cash withdrawal was received. The machine did not respond any error. I was in doubt regarding the improper insertion of card that compelled me try three times. I did not receive any slip or written proof for the failure by the HDFC ATM machine. I have lodged the complain to PNB consumer care office. I request you to please refund the amount to the account number as soon as possible.

        This complain is against HDFC BANK for personal loan taken by me.
        actually in 2010 one day HDFC representative calls me for loan @ 13%.i was ok & call him in my office for signing the document.but after some months i realize that they are charging me for 16%.so i lodge a complaint aginst their representative & against bank.after some time i have recd. a call from customer care & manager from HDFC bank.i told them the whole stroy & just after the conversation with HDFC manager i recd the call from hdfc representative & he was saying me sorry sir,please take back you compliant ,i am ready to give you diffrence amount of interest otherwise HDFC manager will resticate me.i say him ok because as a human being i trust him & he was ready to give me the diff amount.but he didn't give any refund to me.so i again loadge a complain against HDFC bank represtative.but till date i have not recd any response and now they are charging me for 19% the maximum interest rate.
        what shold i have to do.i don't know but i request all people not to take any loan from HDFC bank.I am thier very old customer i have HDFC saving a/c,credit card,persoal load,cash on call.but now i am very unhappy with the service of HDFC bank.i am in th process of close all service from HDFC BANK.

          After so much harassment from HDFC BANK services. I have my Salary Account in DEFENCE COLONY (HDFC Branch).
          On 28 May 2012 , I was withdraw Rs. 500 from my Account from Deutsche Bank ATM ( Sector -58, Noida) at 7:57 PM.
          At that time I have left Rs 2596.13 balance in my Account But When I was checked my Account on same day at 10PM .
          My account shows the balance left only Rs. 96.13 in My Account. I was shocked that how was this happened. So that i was call HDFC Customer care then The costume care told me that this withdraw of Rs 2500 done by Myself which i was not done. But they did not agree with me after that she register my complain (complain no is 411983). and told me that your problem resolve within 7 days. After 7days my issue are same as .So i was go to nearest HDFC branch ( South Ex Part 2, New Delhi) here the concern guy told me "I am liar, all withdraw done by myself. And refuse my request."
          After that i was call again the customer care then they told my that HDFC send me a Claiming Form for that but still i was not got any such kind of form.

          My Major concern it that "I was lost Rs 2500 from my account which did not done by myself and after 2 months of contacting many person from HDFC bank and still my problem is not sort-out."

            Dear mam,

            Greetings,

            I would like to inform you that my Savings account number : [protected] Pijush Dutta, Brand Vasundhara Enclave Delhi 110096,

            I am sorry to say that I am totally unhappy with my home branch regarding my ECS clearance for so many accounts for Airtel, HDFC Equity Fund- Growth folio no: 83098553/91 from 6th feb 2012 onwrads for three to four months.

            These are not small ECS problem, I have mailed thousands of problem earlier to customer service but nothing happened from Bank at all.

            If by 15 days my ECS problem will not be solved in this time I will closed my Savings account ultimately.

            No body does anything from Delhi Home branch . Your bank evry 3 months new personal bankers come without any knowledge of banking at all.

            And I need positive result only. No passing the parcel like always you guys throw the ball in my clients account like in airtel acccount mobile bill.

            I got my saving account on my HDFC home branch vasundhara enclave Delhi 110096

            I would like to inform you that I have sent a cross cheque through Air tel mobile service for my ECS system approval for my mobile no; [protected] for processing on 14th July 2011, from Airtel Company to your head office. After seven days later I got to know from my home branch that did not receive any ECS appliaction from Airtel so i have contact in airtel they said they have already sent to HDFC head office for my ECS.

            So i have gone to my Home branch and compalint about this ECS thing then I have called and spke to customer service also put a complaint on 6th august 2011 about my about my ECS failure from Home branch of HDFC.

            So I got a call from Richa of HDFC customer service from that she will contact Airtel and do the ECS asap and I have given every details of mine to her. Her mo no is [protected]. she said it will be done by one week max.

            But sorry to say nothing happened from HDFC branch till date.

            Sorry to say your Vasundhara Enclave Branch Delhi 110096 does know anything abouit ECS thing and they do not help customer for anything and for your kind info I am your calssic account hoder.

            And also we have our family and parents accounts also in this home branch so if suitable action will not be taken so I have to withdraw all accounts from HDFC home barnch.

                Amount 28 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

                  Hi I have a salary account in HDFC Bank which was open 3 months back and also i have a credit card from the same bank which was taken in 2009. There is dispute on this credit card and bank has not replied my simple query of my credit card since last 2 years and they are simply increasing interest charges and other finance charges. The actual amount which i was suppose to pay was 15000 which has now become 40000/-
                  I stopped payment as i want the query to be resolved and bank still not replying me with any answer even after calling them number of times and writing mails to them. But today they blocked 11000/- from my salary account and when i spoke to customer care they are talking rudely and harassing me saying that bank will recover the money like this only.
                  They are already harassed me and my family a lot for this and now they are harassing me by blocking my money from my salary account.
                  Please suggest me what to do and how to proceed this further.

                    Credit card payment — Harassment for Non payment

                    Dear Sir,
                    I Dr. Sukesh kumar would like to bring into ur kind notice that I am having SBI Credit card No-: [protected] and the bill for the month of Nov.2008 on the card mentioned in this letter has already been paid by me on 24/11/2008 via cheque no-:372298 for Rs.2552.25, and the payement against this particular bill has already been cleared from my bank on 26/11/08 from (state Bank of hyderabad, Shalimar bagh branch, )and after clearance from the bank I even got a message that ur cheque has been cleared.but unfortunately Its been 4 days i have been getting harassment calls from this no-[protected] for non payment for the said amount. please take the necessary action to do thew needful.

                      I am completely disheartened with the most unfair way HDFC deals with the customers.
                      I am logging a complain regarding the harassment that I have been experiencing for quite a long time now. I did few transactions with my credit card and I have always been a good payer, I used to clear the dues on time. This complain regards an unknown transaction happened on 24th october 2011 when I purchased an Air ticket for Kolkata. On the same date I called your customer service to know about the transaction and the agent confirmed me one transaction and no other. After a week I called HDFC to arrange an Installment plan for that amount Rs7,470. There I came to know that HDFC wants me to pay for another transaction which was completely unknown to me. The adviser told that I booked a Culture holiday package. Immediately I asked the adviser to stop any further transaction from my card and I raised a dispute for that unknown transaction of Rs7,270. I asked for interim credit and the adviser told that he will raise an investigation. he asked me to send a dispute form and I did that immediately. I do not know what investigation you did as after some time you started putting charges. Then I raised a progressive dispute form but still no positive resolution came out. Meanwhile I kept on paying for the Air ticket which I purchased.
                      I have asked to investigate the matter several times. But, just to maintain the formality they call me but always tell me that the transaction was done through secured pin and they do not listen to my request at all. I informed them that is a fraud transaction. Their response never shown any acknowledge to my wail.
                      Now, They have done an extreme Harassment by Blocking my Bank Salary A/c. I live on my own far away from my family and I have no money as I cannot withdraw my salary from my bank a/c. I have almost no money to have Food and my Medicine without which I cannot survive.
                      It is my HUMBLE REQUEST to you, Please look into this matter and HELP ME..

                        by mistake i transferd money 2 netsafe. Amoun transferred is rs.10000
                        out of whic rs.595 has been used. Balance amount is transferred by
                        back. I called but they said 35days time will be req. I think this is
                        kind of fraud only because money transfrd from account in just second.
                        I[censored] need money back that takes 35 days. Its really cheap thing and i
                        found hdfc as worst bank. I will forward this thing to rbi as well

                          In 2009 person name suman(Mob. No. [protected] / [protected]) from hdfc chitlapakkam branch came to me and offered a policy by telling me pay ecs rs.2500 every month and get rs.1.5 lakhs sum assured in 2012.Even i asked is it a market based insurance or what he said that this policy is 100% non market based and he also said i can take back my money rs.1.5 lakhs once 3 years completed he said.
                          He also made a small calculation that rs.2500 x 36 month(3 years) = rs.90,000 but he said you will get rs.1.5 lakhs in 2012(3years)
                          He said after 3years your policy will get maturity and you can withdraw rs1.5lakh for sure.
                          I also said ok and i started paying it from march 2009 till july 2012 so it almost 39 months
                          So 39 x 2500 = 97500 i paid.
                          A person from t.Nagar branch name manju called me today regarding this and told a person will come and meet me regarding this.
                          He came and started doing marketing for 1 more policy.
                          I asked him how to close this policy because its already got matured..
                          He callled some1 and asked and he said that i cant break it now and i can break it next year only and the most irritating answer he gave is.
                          I can get only rs.71,000 and rs.9000 will be charged in rs.71,000 he said.
                          I asked why?
                          He said only this will be done in ur policy.
                          I asked then why that person gave me a wrong info..
                          He said before 3years only agent have done hdfc policy.
                          I said he is a employee and he showed is hdfc id.
                          For that he cant even answer.
                          I said get out your hdfc beggars.
                          I paid my hard earned money for 39 months but hdfc cheat life will pay me only rs.71,000 and rs.9000 will be charged in that rs.71,000.
                          See how hdfc life is cheating.Stealing my hard earned money.Hdfc insurance is 100% cheat please don't pay in it.

                            I am Nitin Shinde i had apply for the credit card as on 2nd week of may 2012, Ref.No. # [protected]W1.
                            after application i got the call for verification it has done but after that there is no any call from your end.
                            I try to call call centre no.[protected]. they don't have any information then told me to call after 3-4 days for the update then i call then inform me you request has been decline i ask them why it has been decline then they said that information is not available with us you will get the letter at your address with reason why it is decline,after that i calling again & again but still i didn't received any letter from HDFC.& when i call to call centre they inform me your request has been rejected & we can't do any thing you need to apply again.

                            Now again i had apply for the card as on 24th June 2012, Ref.No.# [protected]W1.
                            same thing is happen again it is decline due to incorrect address, hence i given correct address proof with the application, but then had enter the wrong address in your system due to that reason it is got decline after that i had resubmitted my proper address with land mark but still call centre don't have any information they told me to wait for 4-5 days to get update, i ask call centre give me the ETA but they told me we can't give the ETA you call after the 4-5 days you will get the status.

                                Insurance Agent working in HDFC Branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat sold me one policy, with annual premium of 15,000. I asked him so many questions before applying for the policy. He answered me few and all was lie. After that he started talking sweet and told me that " Sir, You dont have to worry about it. Once your policy is approved you will get booklet, you read the booklet with your convenience and you if you are unhappy with the terms and condition. call me I will come to your office and collect cancel request and your money will be returned." I believed him and singed up for the policy and gave him the check.

                                Upon reading terms and condition in policy booklet which I received after a week at my office I found that I am being cheated by HDFC Bank. I called that agent and told me that you have lied to me and this is not the policy I wanted. He again lied to me and said, " Sir you have to personally go to main branch to complete cancel request with your ID, Photograph, 1 Cancelled check and Policy booklet." I again asked him " at the time of selling policy you came to my office and also told me that if I am not happy just make a call and I will collect it?? what happened now. I called him for another 5 days but he never showed up and kept requesting me, Sir please do not cancel it, please keep it. Also, he told me that Sir, you have go their personally, you cant send your employee or office boy for this. They will check your id and than only they will process your cancel request.

                                Then I went to head office of HDFC Bank main branch, stand in a line for 1 hour with NO Air Conditioner, sweating. Moreover when I got my turn Printer stopped working and I had to again wait for 1 hour. Meanwhile they asked me to come tomorrow. But I did not wanted to delay, because 1 month trial period was near end. My whole experience was full of harassment by HDFC. I will not forget this HDFC cheating with me for whole life. If it would have happened in any other country I would have sued HDFC Bank and received thousands of dollars for mental harassment and poor customer service.

                                In the conclusion I would like to say that. Stop cheating customers and provide better customer services. You are earning Billions of Dollars through customers only. Beware of HDFC life insurance or HDFC ULIP policies.

                                  I Ashutosh Shukla holding with saving account with HDFC Bank account no. is [protected].
                                  On 4th of July, i received a message that less then 10,000 Rs in your bank account.
                                  But that time my Debit Card is blocked. And when i discuss with Bank Employees they sayed that 20,000 is withdrawn from ATM.

                                  I ask that problem to Bank Employee and also with Customer care but till date i not find any solution.
                                  I am stuck with this problem,

But i have not yet received that.
