I am holding a salary account in HDFC BANK since last 3 and half years.I am surprised with the Deduction of AQB CHARGES without informing me for my HDFC SALARY A/C [protected] for branch located at SILVASSA(DNH).Also my account is converted to saving account without informing me through email or communication to my registered address with the bank which I have updated regularly.amount of rs 363 Is deducted.

      My Saving a/c No. [protected] (Cust Id.[protected]with Dlf Branch,Gurgaon is operational since Dec.2006.
      I booked two Fix deposits each of Rs.50000 on 15th March 2011(FD No. [protected] and [protected]) for a period of 12 months 16 days @8.50 %.
      As per FD Confirmation Advice the maturity amount was Rs. 54599.41(FD No. [protected] ) and Rs. 54599.41(FD No. [protected])
      on the contrary I recived Rs.54486.11 and Rs.54486.12(FD No. [protected] and [protected]) which is lesser amount than the Actual Proposed amount.
      In such a way I did not recive (113.30+113.29) Rs.226.59.

      Here I want to clear that I have submitted Form 15G/15H on 15/2/2012 against (FD No. [protected] and [protected]).I am not able to understand as to why TDS or Hidden charges deducted from the above mentioned FD's even though I have submitted Form 15G in advance to maturity of these particular FD's.
      In such a way I bear a total loss of Rs.226.59 because of your inefficient reception Staff member at HDFC Rohini Sector-8 Branch,Delhi 110085.

      Due to such a dissatisfaction from HDFC Bank Branch of Sector 8 Rohini I hereby applying for Account closure and final Settlement of accounts.

      I am forced to apply for account closure through e-mail because the same reception staff member of HDFC Rohini sector 8 Branch has refused to recive account closure form/application with the reason that the account is maintained at Gurgaon and cannot be closed at Rohini sector 8 Branch .



      I hereby attached the documantory proof of Account closing application due to not getting favourable responce from sector 8 Rohini Branch (same Reception Staff).
      Kindly Close the Account ASAP and send me the Refund if any after F & F Settlemnt of Account No. [protected].

        Dispute transaction

        On[protected] Morning around 02:14, I got 3 SMSs stating that a transaction of 14000 Rs., 15500 Rs. and 18100 Rs. has been done in ETSAFE POS D at NETSAFE on my HDFC Credit card.

        I disputed this as illegal transaction done with my card. That morning I called the Customer care and blocked the card.
        Regarding this, I filed a Charge Dispute Form and did submit to HDFC BANK LTD, Plot No 2, LSC Mandaveli, Fazalpur, Patparganj,...

        Dear all,

        Few months back i have received call from hdfc bank regarding making cr. card and after listening there terms and condition i m ready to make card with out any member ship or annual charges, but with my 1st month statement they have charged me annul/member ship fee. after complaining telephonically n by mail there was no action taken by them. so its humble request to all friends dont go for hdfc cr. cards they are big time fraud co.

          I have SBI ATM-Debit card[protected]) against my Savings Bank account in SBI, NEHU Branch, Shillong ([protected]). On April 1, in Guwahati, I went to HDFC ATM ( P1CNGWO1)at Paltan Bazar, Guwahati around 3 PM to withdraw Rs. 30,000/-. When I asked for Rs. 15,000/- initially, I did not get any money. When I tried again, it asked for opting lesser amount. So I asked for Rs. 10,000 and I got the money. I repeated the process two more times and got Rs. 10,000/- each. The transactions record numbers are 8146, 8147 and 8148. When I did last time the balance amount is shown as Rs. 166078.14. But after returning to Shillong, when I saw Mini Statement from SBI Bank ATM, I found that Rs. 10,000 is shown as withdrawn six times on April 1. It appears that Rs. 60,000/- is deducted from my account, when I actually took only Rs. 30,000/- from HDFC ATM.

          I request the bank to look into this anomoly and ensure that Rs. 30,000 taken from my SBI account is deposited in my account at the earliest.

            I Showkat Ahmad Mattoo working as TEAM LEADER in HDFC bank maharaj gunj Branch srinagar jammu and kashmir bearing Employee Code CS08567 has resigned from the services on 31st of december 2011. As I have applied for the PF and other benefits which I have not recieved till date. So kindly look the matter and reply me at early.

            As earlier I was told on the phone that my PF and other benefits will be settled quickly and credited to my Account on 28th March 2012, but unfortunately the same has not been credited yet.

              I have taken a health policy from HDFC Ergo General Insurance .Some days ago my wife has undergone a treatment and provided all the necessary documents asked by the company but the investigator of company has rejected my application on the grounds of misrepresentation of material facts (Gross irregularities between administered drugs & purchased drugs) which according to me is totally wrong . So its my request to kindly guide me to reclaim my policy amount as soon as possible.

              Hdfc Ergo General Insurance — No Response for request of cancellation

              I have taken health insurance policy around 1& 1/2 month ago through telephonic conversation from my debit card. My Policy Reference No is HN[protected]At the time of Payment I had requested to send the policy on my residential address at Delhi but my policy was send to my previous employer address. at that point of time I was very angry I told to cancel my policy but your representative persuaded me to continue on the promise that I will receive my policy document. Instead of me getting policy document I received endorsement letter for address change. This thing irritated me again I requested them to cancel the policy but again they persuade me to continue, somehow I got agreed to this hoping my policy document will come to me. Its been around 15 day to that thing I have not received any document then on 16th of August I raised the cancellation request,(No[protected] and I was told that I will be contacted for that within 48 hours I waited till Thursday but no body contacted me then once again I raised a complaint (no[protected] and I was promised that I will be contacted by 10.00am next morning. But I have not received any call. Even till now as of 24th of August after many reminders through email and telephonic conversation i have not been touched upon.

                I NEED TO SURRENDER THE POLICY, WITHOUT ANY SURRENDER CHARGES, AS BRANCH PEOPLE MADE ME FOOL TO BUY THIS POLICY, HOWEVER AS PER HDFC LIFE THEY WILL DEDUCT 15% FROM FUND VALUE,

                hello friends
                this HDFClife is the most bogus company in the insurance sector. Once u purchase any thing they donot bother after that.STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURENCE COMPANY.hdfcLIFE TOPS IN NOT ATTENDING TO CUSTOMERS.I AM STRUGLING TO GET BACK MY MONEY FOR THE PENSION PLAN I INVESTED 10 YEARS BACK. NO REPLY FOR LAST 5 MONTHS.

                    Hi,

                    My HDFC Credit Card No is [protected], I had an overdue payment on my card, for which I used to pay 2500Rs as an minimum amount every month from my salary. Suddenly i started getting calls / emails / telegrams from the recovery department for the same. I was given an offer for settlement which i did not accept as i didn't wanted to do any settlement. So finally in October 2011, i made a full and final payment of 22,000 Rs from my dad's account. Then i called HDFC credit card customer care to inquire about my NOC they said they will arrange a call in next 3 days. Each time i used to call them i got the same reply, the call never came... Now i am planning to apply for a credit card, but i am not able to get one as my name is still in the CIBIL. I have paid more than the bill amount and i have some amount with HDFC CC. Now i don't see any card registered under my HDFC net banking also..

                    Can someone please help me with this and let me know what needs to be done to get my name out of CIBIL...

                    dear sir/mam,
                    i was used the 4 credit cards before 6months but due to some reasons i was not paid the regular payment of that cards but before 5 months i was paid the satelment amount as disscuss with bank creditcard dept. executuive, customercare executive and manager. i have all that satelment letter with me but still my name reflecting in cibil list so tell me the way how can i will be clear and clean from this.
                    Hdfc bank credit card not recd but issue card statement one lacs and above i complint RBI grivence cell @ filled the cousumer court

I had spent 10300 on shopping and paid the same but due to late payment they entered my name in cibil and charged higher rate of interest which i didnt pay. I had went to Bank for enquiry of loan but it didnt get sanctioned. Please help me

                      I was regular Customer of HDFC bank Limted i had one Credit Card of this compnay in 2008 that limit was 15000/- Rs i have swapped for 13000/- in 2008 . Min. Due Amt amt paid in next month as per statement then after i was not capable for paid that amount . after 10 Months i had talk to hdfc bank for Satalment but no reply

                      After 2.5 Years Hdfc has deducted 10112 Rs. in account without my permission . and now my total outstanding fugure is 43000/- Rs.

                          subject - complaint against HDFC credit card

                          I am varun guleria having saving account in HDFC BANK [protected] from last three year . i have maintained account so good . and i got a call from HDFC bank employye in hamirpur (H.P.) and he say to me that you maintained account so good and you are in good existing customer list so bank facilitate me by credit card . i never use this credit card,in any shopping or any other purpose and till this time this is packed as like when i received as speed post . After submission of formalities OF CREDIT CARD with in weak i have daily calls from delhi that its compulsory to take hdfc ergo HEALTH PLAN of 120000/ monthly installment approx. 963 with this credit card. i declined but they daily call me that its compulsory .and i also tell them that when i give my formalities to open credit card the bank executive not give me such type of instruction of any policy . i have so many calls from call centre that i have to open HEALTH SURAKSHA PLAN from HDFC ergo , this is compulsory ,Without this we are not able to give you credit card . i ignored so many times but daily they called me and after so much conversation with them at last i am forcebly convienced . i confirm that other listing hospital specially govt. hospital should be reimbursed . They said yes , i tell them all the formalities which can available from govt. hospital . At the time of claim they declined and demand lots of formalities that should not be available from govt. hospital at any cost . Payment mode on my saving account is auto pay. when i got all these mis selling i call on customer care and close my health policy in October 1st weak . they confirmed me your policy is closed . due to this harassment and money loss of 3000 i also close my saving account of HDFC and withdrawl balance amount .

                          And on 2nd November i have a call on behalf of my credit card . they tell me some balance that i have to pay. i ask why i have to pay . customer care executive tell me that u have a policy of HDFC ergo health plan . and by auto pay your amount is deducted from credit card . How this happened. I am totally surprise . i have close the policy , I have close the saving account , and i have not opted auto pay on credit card.
                          And I HAVE NO INTIMATION BY MOBILE CALL, NOT ANY BALANCE OR DEDUCTION MESSAGE , NOT ANY STATEMENT ON HOME ADDRESS AND NOT ANY SIGNATURE THAT THIS AMOUNT IS DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT CARD BY AUTO PAY .
                          AND FOR ALL THIS I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE . this is total miss selling and only harassed the customer .

                          KINDLY COMPENSATE MY AMOUNT take back your CREDIT CARD NO. [protected]
                          Sir i have never use this credit card so why i pay the penalty for which iam not responsible .

                          This complained is also send by me on NOVEMBER 1ST weak .
                          After this in February 2012 at home address i have a legal notice to pay standing amount of credit card which is approx.3800 and plus 500 notice document charges. When i called on customer care they confirmed me amount approx 11000/-
                          This is a big blulder and mis selling which i have faced . i tense about this and i have called so many times on CUSTOMER CARE of HDFC bank , ERGO and credit card . and they not solved my problem ,, i deposited written application on 35 sector branch in NOVEMBER as by guidance from customer care at Chandigarh . and with this all process i assured that everything is solved now. Why we customers face ,we have never do such things so why we get frustrate by these banks . we believe on you and on employee so why do they all this and brake confidence for which these organization are not able of trust and confidence .Banks PNB SBP SBI UCO never respond or frustrate any customer like this , if by mistake anything , they get responsibility ( with huge gatheration they have ) .
                          Last month in February 2012 i have a legal letter on my home address of penalty by this private bank .and after this i have again call on CUSTOMER CARE centres between 13th march 2012 to 15th of march 2012 by my mobile and landline phone they confused me by giving numbers and say call on these numbers . but there seems no result , at last they forward my complained by saying that with in 48 hrs u have call of our senior person to compensate or dissolve my problem .today 2nd weak going to be over but i have no call and no satisfactory response .
                          So kindly dissolve all this matter and comensate my frustration .

                          i have confidence towards this process and on consumer court department, because this is related with consumer problem, they are get mis guide and only for their little benefit consumer got harrased and misguide by these private organization . step should be taken, that in future no being get involved in this by fraud organization .
                          and only consumer court complaint department is the platform by this everyone can get justice .

                            We have taken home loan from HDFC during that time it was promised by HDFC person that the processing fee of the loan amount will be return for the TCS employees once the loan approved, we have selected HDFC because of this offer. We are also TCS Employess and chasing from last 6 months but not getting proper response. Even the sales manger of HDFC alkapuri branch Mr. Sunil Sah([protected]) is not responding to our ph calls.

                            we have lost our pateince to chase any more into this. Request you to please take some serious action so that we will get our money soon.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I was working with HDFC Standard life insurance company ltd from 3rd Dec 2009 to 15th Apr 2011 as Regional Accounts Manager. I transferred my provident fund from my old company century cement around 2 lakhs to HDFC standard life insurance company. When I left HDFC standard life I submitted my withdrawl form to them on 9th April 2011 and they told me it will be done within a month.

                              But till date it is not done.

                                Non acceptance of aadhar card as address proof

                                Today i went to hdfc bank, thakur complex branch to get my dmat account address changed. I was shocked to hear from them that thay do not accept aadhar card as proof of address it can be taken only as proof of identity. Isn't it surprising that the government is spending so much as well as taking pains to get aadhar card done but our institutions are not accepting it as a proof of address. I feel some corrective measures are required...

                                I have an existing home loan with HDFC for last 2 years. They had offered me a scheme where for the first two years, the interest rate will be 8.5% and from third year onwards, it would be floating. recently, I had an offer from a different bank where the interest rate is going to be lesser compare to HDFC. So I decided to switch to the other bank. But HDFC is charging me 2% interest + tax. I read somewhere that NHB has directed that for floating intrest, there should not be any penalty. But HDFC bank is chargning me penalty even if my interest is going to be loating from 3rd year onwards. What are the NHB policies for this dual interest kind of plans.

                                  Two years back, I had availed a HDFC Ergo health insurance policy, bearing no. HN[protected] for a term of two years.
                                  This policy was provided to me as a valued credit card customer, where in I pay thee premium for 1 year and next year premium would be paid by the company.
                                  This year policy expires in April 2012 and I got calls enquiring whether I was interested in renewing this policy.
                                  From thee month of Feb 2012 I used to get these calls and I consistently rejected the offer of renewing this policy.

                                  On 25 Mar 2012, I received a SMS from "TD-HDFCGI" stating the following:
                                  "Dear Customer, as per your tel. confirmation we will debit your credit card a/c for health renewal HN[protected] in next 3 days.
                                  Please maintain sufficient balance."

                                  This came as a shock to me as I has rejected policy renewal offer multiple times.
                                  Thus I called HDFC Ergo help line[protected] on 26 March 2012 and registered a request, bearing no.[protected] to stop my credit card a/c from getting debited. I was informed that it would be taken care.

                                  Today, on 27the March 2012, I received one more SMS stating that my HDFC Bank credit card has been debited for HDFC Ergo Ins. policy premium.

                                  This was utter nuisance and was totally unacceptable.
                                  I again called thee HDFC Ergo help line today and informed the problem and requested them to revert the debited amount.
                                  I am being assured of this being done in next 72 hours.

                                  The whole purpose of me writing this incident here is to highlight the double standards these insurance companies have.
                                  How can they renew thee policy stating that I had confirmed for renewal over my tel. conversation which I never did ?
                                  I would request thee Insurance company to provide a proof of the same.

                                  If not, I would want thee company to pay interest on the amount debited for number of days from my credit card a/c.
                                  This is the same procedure which most banks follow when a customer fails to pay a premium/credit card bill before his/her last date.

                                  Secondly, policy renewal should not be done over tel. conversation.
                                  The customer should be asked to submit a written request or for convenience can be asked to fill an online form.

                                  Hope appropriate action would be taken and some relief would be provided to people who have experienced similar problems.
