Sir I had purchased a washing machine from Home shop18 on[protected] of amount Rs.11,999 through my HDFC credit card no.[protected] through online. But I received a message from HS18 that, the transaction has been cancelled & the amount was refunded on[protected] to my credit card account with the R.R.No.[protected]. But I enquired from HDFC customer care executive, he said that no amount was credited in my account, moreover two transactions has been done, one on[protected] & the other one on[protected]. But HS18 is said that only one transaction has been done to them only on[protected]. I do not understand where the mistake has been done. Two orders are canceled & washing machine not received.
After my frequent requesting for rectification of this mistake, the amount of Rs.11,999 was refunded to my account on[protected], this amount was regarding to the transaction that has been done on[protected]. Later I had requested several times by phone calls & fax for the refunding of the 2nd amount of Rs.11,999 regarding the transaction that has done on[protected]. One of your executive has told me that this amount was also refunded to me on[protected], with this I thought that my problem was solved. Then in the next month statement i.e., in august statement you had once again included Rs.11,999. When I called up to hdfc credit card executive, he said that you had given me only TEMPORARY CREDIT, What is this temporary or permanent.
I’m paying my minimum dues only with a thought that I should not get any black mark. Whenever I call to your executives, they are saying to wait for 4 to 7days. This was going on from APRIL-09, but till today my problem was not solved.
Now I had really fed up with your valuable, needful & great services of NO USE. This is my humble request you to give a best solution for this irrespective behavior of bank people.

As per his assurance, I was to get the welcome kit with a week's time and accordingly all necessary documents were collected from my office on 14.12.09.
As per the process, three times verification was conducted in my office and twice in my residence and it was being confirmed that you will be getting the card in three weeks.
During last week of December 2009 I received three calls on my cell for confirmation and verification at office number. Since i was not in City, I have asked them to conduct after 4th Jan 2010. On calling HDFC Bank Credit Card division, i was asked to drop a letter stating that you are back in town and necessary verification can be completed. According letter was dropped in HDFC ATM Credit card correspondence box in 10.01.2010.
Till today no verification has been conducted even after several reminders to Credit Card supervisor – Ms Madhuri and Mr Susant.
Today on 8.02.2010 on speaking to Ms Madhuri, she asked me to once again summit photocopy of my salary slip and ID Card.
According to me they simply collecting customers document and creating data base and might be misusing else where.
They are big cheaters in the market.
Need to take up with Mr Parekh with a copy to Banking Ombudsman
