I have very two simple Questions, for which you have failed to answer, rather harassing me with [censored] reasons which are not applicable in my case.
Q-1: During my loan process, I have made sure what are the charges applicable to my Loan, for which I have been told by Mr.SachinSing (The CHeater),
there won't be pre closure charges after 24 months, in that case there is no question of waive off or write off.
Request you to stop being Adamant and deliver what has promised.
And regarding CHeque bounce, you are free to charge bounce charges as per rules, but you can not mix up with Precloser, (and I see from Bank statement already Bank has Charged for Cheque Bounce),
During covid time, there was difficulty making the payment due to late salary credit, but I still tried to make the payment with in a day time when ever there was cheque bounce, and I did not say anything for the charges levied for Bounce.
When Mr.SachinSingh (The CHeater) clearly mentioned there are no pre closure charges after 24 months, then there is no Question of waive off or mixing with other components.
Q-2: As per RBI guidelines (attached the rules many times in earlier mails), Banks should not leive any pre closure charges for Auto or Home Loan.
So stop being Greedy and don't try to steal money from customers for false charges.
I have paid more than 3 Lakhs in terms of Interest for my Loan amount, looks like you are not satisfied and looking for more money by harassing customers,
which is Bad for any Bank, that to a top Bank who has a very good reputation.
As I mentioned, in the last 12 years, I never experienced such Harassment for HDFC bank, I always had a Good repo, as I have taken PL many times and while using a credit card or savings account.
This is my First Auto Loan with HDFC and really it's the worst experience I had in my entire relationship with all banks.
This is my Third car loan which i availed from Hdfc Bank, I took first Car Loan from State Bank of HYD and second Car loan with State Bank of India,
but never experienced such Harassment, I had very Good time during paying EMI and also very simple and Gentle process during pre-closer,
as I have closed earlier two car loan with pre close.
If you still want to be adamant and interested in Harassing customer, then I have no other option other than going to Consumer Court,
as I am very clear and confident that I am asking for something which is promised during the loan process.
I have all the proofs where it clearly shows, SachinSingh (The Cheater) had cheated me, and also it's against RBI guidelines.
I would like to make it very clear, the first complaint I made was on 14th Nov 2021, I am already in loss of per day interest, which will be mentioned in consumer court and
HDFC needs to reimburse me along with court and lawyer charges.
Hope I made things very clear and expect HDFC to do some introspection and solve this matter very gently and not make it more ugly.

The only request for you is :
1. Give the Best Cheater/Fraud award to Mr.Sachin Singh
2. HDFC Auto Loan Dept Employees are worse than the Leeches (Sucking Customers Money)
3. Close the Auto Loan Dept at HDFC bank, or inform customers not to avail the loan, as you have Cheaters/Fraud at Car Loan Dept. (Because I never faced such issue with HDFC suvidha account or Credit Card or even with Personal Loan)
4. Kindly share attached images to all the customers so that they are aware of the cheaters.

First and Foremost, Not happy with the [censored] Replies received from Dumb Employees.
And Not sure why the Higher Management, Board Of Directors behaving like Deaf and Dumb.??
Whan I had a Clear Discussion with the Cheater Sachin Singh, clearly mentioned there wont be no Precloser charges after 24 Months, now they come up with [censored] reasons, who the hell read 30-40 pages Agreement copy and more over your executives come with empty agreement and get it signed, when we ask, those stupid executives says, just to avoid any rejections due to mistakes we take sign on all pages and fill accordingly as the employee discussed, and now you say, you have to read and sign.
HDFC is world's worst bank I ever seen.
