      I had booked ticket on 08.12.2021 from BRC to NDLS for 23.12.2021 vide PNR no. [protected] for an amount of Rs. 2245.00. However, i need to cancel this ticket which can only happen via this Payzapp application as IRCTC does not allow cancellation via its portal. When going through the cancellation process from Payzapp, it keeps on loading and nothing is happening as of now. If the ticket does not get cancelled before 20.12.2021, i will loose substantial amount of money which will be the responsibility of App only.

          As we already submitted all documents against our overdraft facility, also bank charges high rate of interest, In this regards we already written letter to our branch but there is no response from bank executive and manager, ( Crow ford market branch-Mumbai- 400 001.)
          within last 2 month they dropped our overdraft limit for 3-4 times without any previous information,
          which is not bearable to us, and also our client deposited cheque also bounced because of no limit, which is embarrassed to face this situation,
          Please do the need full as soon as possible other wise we are taking strict action against this matter,

            I have given documents for current account opening with everything in place from my side, but inspite of 16 days passed, they still have not processed my account .. account not opened even after 16 days.

            First of all, the employee dont bother what customer is suffering because of the delay in their work and second- they dont care about hdfc reputation at all because of their own mistakes and unprofessional work.

            HDFC account opening procedure also takes quite more number of days compare to ICICI, Axis or any other their peer compitator but their employees loose attitude toward the work make it even worse.

            My account opening process is carried out by Mrs. Anjali Bhagat madam, at Pipeline road branch, Ahmednagar city.
            These employees dont even attend customers urgent call but are always on their personal calls !!! Feels like they have no professionalism, no responsibility towards their work.

              Emi Return Charges

              Due to some situation i cant maintain my account balance on 07/11/21..later after checking my emi hold status i arrange deposite money same day later same day after night starting 08/11/21 my emi deducted sucessfully and hdfc bank charged me 531 INR overdue loan charges(bounce charges) for time of less than 24 hrs bounce and now again as 14/12/21 they again charge 236 INR as emi Return charges.

              Dear HDFC Loan Team,
              Today i have visited two of your branches in Noida Sector 70 ( General Branch) & Sector 62( Loan Branch)- Both of them hasn't solved my queries.
              My pending loan amount of 23484/- which is pending due to my personal issue & financial problems, which i have decided to clear now as my financial condition is little stable that i have also discussed with Branch person of sector 70 Noida ( PAN OASIS), he confirmed me the reflected amount of -24000 i have to pay thru cheque is loaned amount ( he didn't confirmed me any other charges), then i have raised a cheque of 32K to my account in order to settled the loan on 14/12/2021. the amount of 23484/- INR got deducted from my saving account [protected] showing as
              INR 18995/- in the name of Loan hold Manual charges.+ amount of INR 4489/- deducted against some cheque EMI -S[protected] [protected] .
              & Later on amount of INR 7713/- also deducted in the name of Over due amount. as Statement attached
              which i have inquired in both branches today-16/12/2021, they concluded still some amount pending to clear this Loan which is shocking.
              It is completely harassment from HDFC & yet no query resolved, they just passing the ball as ( completely utter Failure), a customer wants to pay the loan pending amount but, your Bank deducted unnecessary charges first( Loan Manual Hold) instead of Actual Loan amount, which I condemn & ask to return back or deducted in the actual loan amount and Pay me back the Balance amount(7713/-) with NOC.
              Your Loan Branch ( Sector 62 Noida) they refer me to your Moti Nagar branch, without telling me the contact person name who is affiliated to this matter. another example of bureaucracy, i dont want to use False language but your query resolving branches & offices are useless.
              i am clearly indicating you to take balance Loan Pending amount which was 24K INR (approx) but i will not pay this #Loan Manual Hold Charge.
              Kindly Acknowledged this Mail as application from myside & Refund/Transfer the deducted amount of #Loan Manual Hold Charge -18995INR to Overdue amount & pay me back rest of balance amount of INR 7713 along with NOC .

                    Dear team,
                    Hdfc bank has put on hold an ammount of Rs.2600 by mi revenue hold through gefu for no reason or may be misleading. I have already emailed them for this issue bit haven't get any response from them.
                    I request you to take initiative steps for refund my money. In this current crisis situation me and my family are are in no income stage, we don't have that economical condition for paying such unknown ammounts without getting any information about it.

                            Dear Team,

                            When I was withdrawing an amount of 10000 from SBI ATM the Amount has been debited from my account but I did not receive money. At that time my brother in law was admitted in hospital in COVID time and suddenly we lost him due to that incident I did not do complain for reverse of my money. When I was free from these bad situations I create a complaint in the month of September but still I did not receive my money back till now. Please help urgently as my money is stuck since long time back and I am already been an ex employee of HDFC Bank at that time my employee code was H3380.

                              Under my Pending Loan amount 23484 INR Loan account number[protected].
                              I have put cheque of amount 32000/- to clear amount 23484/- to closed the loan, but they have debited extra 18995.66 amount first as Manual Hold Loan charge.
                              which is cruelty & hypocrsy in this banking system.

                              i will protest and only pay Loan amount 23484 INR, extra other charges i will not pay. i am lower middle class person, & HDFC Bank are harassing people like us by putting these unnecessary charges.

                              I am last time requesting to HDFC to deduct only loan amount and pay me back my money.

                              It is very difficult to earn the money in these high inflation time period for a middle class man.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have taken loan from HDFC Bank and submitted 260482/- foreclosure amount on 28_10_2021 .i have recived loan statement in which loan is closed but NOC not recived from HDFC Bank . And after visit for NOC now HDFC is saying NOC will provide by kotak bank.
                                Please provide my NOC urgently as after many visit i have not recived after 40 days else i will lodge complaint.

                                  I request you to help me close the Car loan which was availed from HDFC bank two years ago.
                                  As I am finding it difficult to pay the EMI, as I am scared of the Pandemic situation, I do not want any kind of burden of EMI.
                                  So arranged the money and approached Bank to close the loan with making payment of outstanding principal amount,
                                  But it looks like the Bank is not interested in getting the Loan closed as they lose Interest amount, so mentioned that there would be pre-closure charges of 3.5% + GST which is against the RBI rules.
                                  And when I mentioned that, during availing car loan, one Mr.Sachin who had POC for loan approval, mentioned that there won't be pre closing charges after 24 months, but Bank kept saying as per agreement there is no such waiver and asked me to submit the proof.
                                  When I submitted the proof, where Mr.Sachin clearly agreed for No closer charges after 24 months, now the bank has come with a new reason, saying they can not waive off for some reason.
                                  Request to kindly check the attached proofs and help me close the Car loan without any charges, as per RBI guidelines.
                                  Even during the pandemic, RBI has clearly mentioned to banks not to charge extra.

                                  Hello HDFC Bank Auto Loan Department,

                                  I have very two simple Questions, for which you have failed to answer, rather harassing me with [censored] reasons which are not applicable in my case.

                                  Q-1: During my loan process, I have made sure what are the charges applicable to my Loan, for which I have been told by Mr.SachinSing (The CHeater),
                                  there won't be pre closure charges after 24 months, in that case there is no question of waive off or write off.
                                  Request you to stop being Adamant and deliver what has promised.
                                  And regarding CHeque bounce, you are free to charge bounce charges as per rules, but you can not mix up with Precloser, (and I see from Bank statement already Bank has Charged for Cheque Bounce),
                                  During covid time, there was difficulty making the payment due to late salary credit, but I still tried to make the payment with in a day time when ever there was cheque bounce, and I did not say anything for the charges levied for Bounce.
                                  When Mr.SachinSingh (The CHeater) clearly mentioned there are no pre closure charges after 24 months, then there is no Question of waive off or mixing with other components.

                                  Q-2: As per RBI guidelines (attached the rules many times in earlier mails), Banks should not leive any pre closure charges for Auto or Home Loan.
                                  So stop being Greedy and don't try to steal money from customers for false charges.
                                  I have paid more than 3 Lakhs in terms of Interest for my Loan amount, looks like you are not satisfied and looking for more money by harassing customers,
                                  which is Bad for any Bank, that to a top Bank who has a very good reputation.
                                  As I mentioned, in the last 12 years, I never experienced such Harassment for HDFC bank, I always had a Good repo, as I have taken PL many times and while using a credit card or savings account.

                                  This is my First Auto Loan with HDFC and really it's the worst experience I had in my entire relationship with all banks.

                                  This is my Third car loan which i availed from Hdfc Bank, I took first Car Loan from State Bank of HYD and second Car loan with State Bank of India,
                                  but never experienced such Harassment, I had very Good time during paying EMI and also very simple and Gentle process during pre-closer,
                                  as I have closed earlier two car loan with pre close.

                                  If you still want to be adamant and interested in Harassing customer, then I have no other option other than going to Consumer Court,
                                  as I am very clear and confident that I am asking for something which is promised during the loan process.
                                  I have all the proofs where it clearly shows, SachinSingh (The Cheater) had cheated me, and also it's against RBI guidelines.

                                  I would like to make it very clear, the first complaint I made was on 14th Nov 2021, I am already in loss of per day interest, which will be mentioned in consumer court and
                                  HDFC needs to reimburse me along with court and lawyer charges.

                                  Hope I made things very clear and expect HDFC to do some introspection and solve this matter very gently and not make it more ugly.

                                  The only request for you is :

                                  1. Give the Best Cheater/Fraud award to Mr.Sachin Singh
                                  2. HDFC Auto Loan Dept Employees are worse than the Leeches (Sucking Customers Money)
                                  3. Close the Auto Loan Dept at HDFC bank, or inform customers not to avail the loan, as you have Cheaters/Fraud at Car Loan Dept. (Because I never faced such issue with HDFC suvidha account or Credit Card or even with Personal Loan)
                                  4. Kindly share attached images to all the customers so that they are aware of the cheaters.

                                  First and Foremost, Not happy with the [censored] Replies received from Dumb Employees.
                                  And Not sure why the Higher Management, Board Of Directors behaving like Deaf and Dumb.??
                                  Whan I had a Clear Discussion with the Cheater Sachin Singh, clearly mentioned there wont be no Precloser charges after 24 Months, now they come up with [censored] reasons, who the hell read 30-40 pages Agreement copy and more over your executives come with empty agreement and get it signed, when we ask, those stupid executives says, just to avoid any rejections due to mistakes we take sign on all pages and fill accordingly as the employee discussed, and now you say, you have to read and sign.

                                    Hi This is Arshad,

                                    On 14th Dec There is a false transaction happened with my account.

                                    Rs. 590 have been deducted and when I checked the mini statement it showed that it was a DCD Transaction. Today when I visited an nearest ATM I came to know about this false transaction. Would request you guys to get the amount again credited in my account.

                                    Kindly look into this case and get it resolved ASAP.

                                    Hoping for a prompt reply.
