I performed the imps transaction of amount 1002, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via IMPS (MOBILE BANKING)

I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have transferred amount of rs.26000 today morning 02/04/2021. Amount got debited from my account. But receiver didn't get the amount. It's 12 hours now. I didn't even get a single message hdfc stating that amount will be credited back. Am really having an emergency of paying hospital bills. Hdfc doesnt even have customer care to speak about this . Only the IVR is working all the time. What I will do for the money. Does they give me penalty for paying late

      Dear Sir / Madam,
      My recent IMPS transactions performed on April 2nd, 2021 are getting timed out alerts. The transaction amount has been debited from my account and not transferred to the beneficiary account still.

      The cheque/ref no. is[protected] and this transaction is for medical emergency and it is most urgent.

      Can you please check and expedite to fix the problem at the earliest.
      Hope you understand on the need on emergency.

        I had initiated a IMPS transfer and the money got deducted from hdfc but did not credit in the beneficiary account.
        It's been already a day and the status is still the same.
        Need assistance asap.

          I have sent sum amount of 1.1 lakh to the beneficiary account. But it says transaction timed out from beneficiary bank end. Still beneficiary didn't get the amount. What is the problem of this? Its an emergency situation. This money i habe to pay to the hospital. Pls understand the situation and give me feed back.

            I did mobile banking money transfer to my another bank savings account. I received message from HDFC bank that your transaction has been completed and deducted the amount. But later at evening when I checked my another bank account, money didn't receive. Please help on this.

              The amount is debited from my account but it has not credited to the beneficiary account.

              What is the issue with HDFC bank?

              When will they resolve this ?

                  I tried to transfer a huge amount through IMPS. The money got debited but Transaction status is showing "Transaction Timed Out". The beneficiary has not received the amount too. HDFC Bank, do you have any comment on the issue. The RRN is[protected]. I tried to reach out to you via mail through, I just received an automated mail with reference number 'HBL=[protected]'.

                    Today morning I did an IMPS funds transfer of Rs.30, 000 from my HDFC bank account to my another bank's loan account. The amount got debited from HDFC account and not yet credited to the beneficiary account. The loan due date is 03 April and I have not yet received the refund in my account. This might cause a problem for me if I am not paying the loan amount before due date. Request you to take immediate action and refund the amount to my HDFC account.

                      This is the second time the money is being deducted from my hdfc account withoit providing any information. No information is provided on why the money is being deducted from the savings account. The statement doesn't provide any information as well.

                        I transferred 32000 today from HDFc to SBI account but it timedout and my money didnt go to SBI neither it came back to HDFC

                          Today I transferred one lakh amount through IMPS from my hdfc account to my ICICI account. The amount got deducted and not credited in ICICI account. When I re check the transaction status, it shows transaction timed out. Kindly check and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Transaction ref no:[protected]

                            I have transferred Rs. 100/- first and then Rs. 14400/- again.
                            Totally, I have transferred 14, 500/- from hdfc mobile banking to my own SBI account. After 2 hours, I received the message that your fund transfer has got timed out at beneficiary band end. Yesterday also I got the same problem and the amount credited immediately to my HDFC account. Please return the amount back soon.

                                Its very critical for me the amount should either reach the destination or retract to my account.

                                  I made an imps transaction today morning. The amount was debited but never credited to my sbi account in which I transferred the amount.
                                  Upon checking the status in my hdfc NetBanking it says "Transaction timedout" and in details it says "the transaction is timed out and pls check with beneficiary

                                      I recently did an imps transaction for hdfc to sbi bank, the amount debited from my account but not transferred to the beneficiary account and after some time I received the following message from hdfc bank.
