Dear Sir / Madam,
My recent IMPS transactions performed on April 2nd, 2021 are getting timed out alerts. The transaction amount has been debited from my account and not transferred to the beneficiary account still even not reversal back to my HDFC account.

This transaction is for medical emergency and it is most urgent.

I called customer care but no one providing correct information.

Can someone please check and expedite to fix the problem at the earliest.
Hope you understand on the need on emergency.

Is anyone live in HDFC Bank... Can some one have a look on this... My money is stuck and no one is bother to looking on this issue.

      My IMPS deposit transaction of 15000 rs is showing as timed out. Amount has been deducted from my account but not deposited in beneficiary account. It says transaction timed out. Can you please help as it is very urgent and important.

        I have done IMPS transaction of Rs 63, 400 on 2nd Apr 2021 around 12:30 AM, amount is not credited to destination bank. Later I got SMS stating as the transaction is timed out and customer care assured that the amount will revert back to source account by EOD 2nd March. But the amount is not yet reversed. Could you please reverse the amount as soon as possible.

          I have made 50000 rs IMPS transaction from my HDFC account to my own SBI account today morning 02-Apr-2021. The money is debited from the account but it is not yet credited to SBI account . The status now shows as processor down..what exactly meant by it ..when will it be credited to my sbi account or when will it be back to my account if it's not successful .

            I performed the imps transaction of amount 32000 and 3000 My RRN Number is[protected] from my hdfc current account to other bank account via netbanking.

            I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

              I have done the imps transaction of amount RS.30000 from my hdfc savings account to other bank account ICICI via netbanking on 1st April 2021.

              I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.

              Why dont you credit it back when Transaction timed out and money debited from account??? What if its very urgent like hospital purpose and dont have any extra money.???

              Please check and refund my money Rs.30000 back.

                  I have transferred amount of rs.26000 today morning 02/04/2021. Amount got debited from my account. But receiver didn't get the amount. It's 12 hours now. I didn't even get a single message hdfc stating that amount will be credited back. Am really having an emergency of paying hospital bills. Hdfc doesnt even have customer care to speak about this . Only the IVR is working all the time. What I will do for the money. Does they give me penalty for paying late

                      It's been already a day and the status is still the same.

                        I have sent sum amount of 1.1 lakh to the beneficiary account. But it says transaction timed out from beneficiary bank end. Still beneficiary didn't get the amount. What is the problem of this? Its an emergency situation. This money i habe to pay to the hospital. Pls understand the situation and give me feed back.

                          I did mobile banking money transfer to my another bank savings account. I received message from HDFC bank that your transaction has been completed and deducted the amount. But later at evening when I checked my another bank account, money didn't receive. Please help on this.

                                I tried to transfer a huge amount through IMPS. The money got debited but Transaction status is showing "Transaction Timed Out". The beneficiary has not received the amount too. HDFC Bank, do you have any comment on the issue. The RRN is[protected]. I tried to reach out to you via mail through, I just received an automated mail with reference number 'HBL=[protected]'.

                                  Today morning I did an IMPS funds transfer of Rs.30, 000 from my HDFC bank account to my another bank's loan account. The amount got debited from HDFC account and not yet credited to the beneficiary account. The loan due date is 03 April and I have not yet received the refund in my account. This might cause a problem for me if I am not paying the loan amount before due date. Request you to take immediate action and refund the amount to my HDFC account.

                                    This is the second time the money is being deducted from my hdfc account withoit providing any information. No information is provided on why the money is being deducted from the savings account. The statement doesn't provide any information as well.
