HDFC Bank — imps transaction timed out due to technical reasons.
I initiated a transfer of 57000 on 1st of April 2021. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still did not recognize the transaction. It has been 1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

Update: your money transfer of inr 57, 000.00 on 01-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call xxxxxxxxxxxx.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Issue with IMPS Transaction - Processor Error

    Dear HDFC Preferred Banking,

    I have made an IMPS transaction of INR 50, 000 from my HDFC Bank account to my ICICI Bank account. Later I got a message from HDFC Bank that
    "UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 50, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reasons. (IMPS Ref No.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected]".

    When I check the status in netbanking, it shows status...

    I do a IMPS transaction of rs 16000 rs today but amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary account.at first show pending from bank after 2 hours msg come your transaction is time out.yet amount not credited to my account or beneficiary account.please solve a problem as soon as possible.

      Imps txn RRN no[protected], Date - 01.04.2021 of amount 3000 is failed and got txn timed out message. Didn't credited in beneficiary Account.
      HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Dear team even I'm also faced the sam issue of transaction timeout error.

        ALERT:You've withdrawn Rs.3000.00 via Debit Card xx2134 at NEHRU ROAD KURNOOL BR on[protected]:22:32:09.Avl Bal Rs xxxx.Not you?Call [protected].

        I tried withdrawing money from ATM but atm did not have enough cash the ATM transaction was failure and I did not withdraw money from ATM
        But money got debited from my account

              Today i attempted to perform an IMPS transaction from my hdfc bank saving a/c to a savings a/c that i have at sbi, using hdfc mobile app.I have done this a couple of times in the past and there were no issues.However today morning the transaction failed with a request timed out error but the money was debited from my account

                      Due to some financial emergency I have surrendered my policy on 18th March 21 and as per HDFC life data the surrender date is 19th March, anyway HDFC life representative assured me that surrender you will get you money within 10days from surrender date . I have forwarded all the documents as per the requirement on 18th itself. In service request tracker it is showing pay-out is in processes. But after 13 days when I contacted customer care, they told that it will take another 15days to revert back.
                      I do not know with this type service how it can support their customer in emergency.

                        I have done an IMPS transaction of 15000 . The money was debited from my account . but not credited into beneficiary account . I have received message like,

                        Kindly reverse the transaction and send my money

                          Dear HDFC,

                          I have made IMPS transaction of 50, 000/- on[protected] at 6:21 AM it was showed successful at HDFC end but beneficiary bank not received the money when see history it was showing under process what do you mean by under process it is not a NEFT transaction to show under process right?

                          After 4 hours the transaction is showing as timeout due to technical reason how to process further i am trying to connect customer care from past 2 hours it telling like executives are busy... and busy... from 2 hours with what they are busy

                          Since i have some auto debits from that beneficiary account How will i get my money back please Look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible

                            I initiated a transfer of 82, 190 on today (2nd of April 2021). The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction.
                            Tomorrow is EMI date, Kindly Credit the amount to beneficiary account or revert back to my account ASAP to avoid unnecessary NACH Debit return charges.

                            Below is the message received to my registered mobile number

                              Hello, I did an imps transfer today morning. The amount got debited. But, after an hour I receive a message that the imps transaction is timed out due to technical reasons. The debuted amount is still not credited back to my account .

                                    I performed the imps transaction of amount 30000, from my hdfc savings account to other bank account via netbanking.

                                    I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end.
