Hdfc fastag account freeze

Address:HDFC

When I tried to recharge my wallet suddenly I get a message saying its frozen.
MY HDFC FAST TAG WALLET ID [protected] unable to recharge.

From past 10days I am following up with the HDFC Fastag customer care, initially they mentioned it will be done in 2 days.
When again called they mentioned eKYC lite has expired that is where wallet is frozen. Now they mentioned HDFC Bank has to send email. Till now there...

Fastag not received even after 20 days

I have applied the Fastag with HDFC on 22nd Feb but have not received it yet. I have raised multiple complaints and called on the given number but no body is helping and just asking to wait....

Unauthorised deductions

I got a message that an transaction of rs.999 had been deducted without any otp from my card for amazon1258399.

Please solve this asap...

Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . The bank has charged me a total bill of Rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3336 without my concern. I am not interested about this service and also never agreed with this service to be activated and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1899/-....

FasTag not received

I have registered for FasTag on[protected]. But till now I haven't received the FasTag. Not even a message from bank that your FasTag is dispatched. Such Unprofessionalism from HDFC Bank....

Rude & irritated while communicating share details

I am an existing customer bearing policy number-PP000208.
On 8th March 2021 at 3.17pm to 3.19 I made two calls for my query.. The first call attended by an executive who was so unprofessional at her approach to attend customer query. She event lost her decency to extend her assistance further and willing to disconnect in a hurry... In my second time call my query got answered by another executive with proper intention of serving customer...

My company opened a salary account with HDFC in 2011, but for some reasons I moved to ICICI and had very less transactions with HDFC there after. Also I was asked to take a MF SIP in one of the branches through CAMS and they linked this account for direct deduction of 1000 RS against each SIP every month. I wanted to close that before COVID but neither HDFC nor CAMS helped in closing that SIP

Hr Breach Of Trust

I have joined hdfc bank in 2019 and in 2021 i left or i say they are forcing employee indirectly to quit thier job inspite of doing their responsibility. however as per company policy the fnf is suppose to settle within 45 days but 2 months have gone and they still hold last month salary and earning interest on them . inspite of doing higher escalation, the seniors are just enjoying their wfh and doing nothing about it. only the branch personnel...

UPI ID blocked constantly

Hi,

This is the umpteenth time the HDFC bank fraud team has blocked my UPI ID for doing regular transactions like paying grocery stores etc.
I was not able to use UPI for 2 months and they have blockd it again.
I called their Customer Care this morning 5 times and all 5 times they kept me on hold and disconnected the call.
I have written to [protected]@hdfcbank.com but they closed the complaint without resolving...
