I have transferred Rs. 100/- first and then Rs. 14400/- again.
Totally, I have transferred 14, 500/- from hdfc mobile banking to my own SBI account. After 2 hours, I received the message that your fund transfer has got timed out at beneficiary band end. Yesterday also I got the same problem and the amount credited immediately to my HDFC account. Please return the amount back soon.

      Hi, I have initiated a IMPS transaction yesterday, April 1 2021, but the transaction has timed out.

      Its very critical for me the amount should either reach the destination or retract to my account.

        I made an imps transaction today morning. The amount was debited but never credited to my sbi account in which I transferred the amount.
        Upon checking the status in my hdfc NetBanking it says "Transaction timedout" and in details it says "the transaction is timed out and pls check with beneficiary

          Today morning I got a message saying that the transaction is timeout.
          Status is Processor down

            I did an IMPS transfer of Rs 5000/- on 02/Feb/2021 from my HDFC saving bank account towards an SBI savings account. IMPS ref number is[protected].
            The money was debited from my account, but not received by the beneficiary account.
            I received an SMS from HDFC stating that the money transfer has timed out due to technical reasons.
            Request you to please check the matter.

              Dear HDFC Bank,

              I recently did an imps transaction for hdfc to sbi bank, the amount debited from my account but not transferred to the beneficiary account and after some time I received the following message from hdfc bank.

              UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 38000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No.[protected]. If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].

              Kindly let me know, When can I get my money back,

                I initiated 1000 rs imps fund transfer to my another bank account, amount debited but not credited to other account. After few hours I received sms stating your transaction is timed out but I have not got my money credited back. It happened on 1st April 2021.

                    Today I made a IMPS transaction from HDFC bank to Canara Bank. The RRN number is[protected].
                    The transaction says it's timed out.
                    The amount is debited from my account but it has not credited to the beneficiary account.
                    When reached out to beneficiary bank, they said the amount has not been credited and to contact HDFC Bank.
                    This is really not acceptable from HDFC bank, I tried reaching out to HDFC customer care, but I couldn't get connected even after trying for more than 45 mins.
                    I tried reaching out to my customer relationship manager, no response.
                    Is this your service? I'm customer of HDFC bank since 2011, now I might have to think of choosing other banks if this is the pathetic service

                    Why is the complaint marked as resolved as soon as it's raised??
                    I too have same problem and sent an email to support team. No response from anyone yet and amount is not credited too.

                    I too had the same issue and have raised the complaint.

                    HDFC bank is becoming pathetic bank now.
                    I did the transaction of IMPS from hdfc bank to PNB bank
                    the transaction was timed out and amount debitted from hdfc bank and not creditted to pnb bank.

                    I called both banks, PNB rejected that amount not reached yet and HDFC side earlier they told to wait for 24 hours now Monday EOD that is 5 April 2021

                    This is IMPS transaction and 1 lakh amount is debitted and not refunded back yet

                    Please help to resolve the issue as early as possible

                        I made payment through upi amazon paly on 19th march 2021 to purchase zasco gps device their upi operator is razorpay i maid payment and it got canclled immideately and i got redund 2nd time i made payment money got deducted but razorpay denies getting money from bank and product remained unpaid but money got deducted razorpay says to escalae this issue with the bank for refund soo i am telling u m grevences i have talked to amazon pay they say to talk to bank for this isue i am facing please help ill attach bank statement and transaction id below, plese see whats the issue and refund the money back to my account

                          Imps txn RRN no[protected], Date - 01.04.2021 of amount 15000 is failed and got txn timed out message. Didn't credited in beneficiary Account.
                          Not returned in my account also.please resolve asap

                            Today 02/04/2021, I transferred 8000/- from my HDFC account to my own Sbi account through IMPS Fund transfer, money was debited from my account but not credited(deposited) in beneficiary account. When i check the status of IMPS transaction it's says the Processor Down. I need my money back immediately as i have to pay my credit card bill today, and i don't have other money to deposit in bank and pay the credit card payment, if i miss my payment they will charge late payment fee. Moreover as a common man this is not at all my fault, then why should i punish with credit card late payment fee as Hdfc bank servers went down. So please deposit my money back in HDFC or deposit in SBI (beneficiary), AS Both are my accounts only.
                            Do it immediately as i dont have money other than this 8000/-...

                            Money deducted from my hdfc account but not credited to beneficiary account no (state bank of india). Now imps transaction status is Processor down. when i have done imps then timeout due to technical reason was come. Please confirm when my amount is reversed or credited to beneficiary account . I have only today to give him. Its very urgent.

                            Money was deducted from my hdfc account but not credited to beneficiary account no (Axis Bank). Now imps transaction status is Processor down. Please confirm when my amount is reversed or credited to the beneficiary account. I have only today to give him. It's very urgent.

                            Today 21st July 2022, I transferred 20000/- from my HDFC account to Axis Bank account through IMPS Fund transfer, money was debited from my account but not credited(deposited) in the beneficiary account.                               I have done IMPS transaction on 2nd April 2021. Money is deducted from my account but not transferred to beneficiary account. Got msg from HDFC like transaction timed out but amount is not reversed.

                                Now how much time HDFC bank would need for the settlement. I need the amount to be credited back to my base account or to the beneficiary account.

                                  Please be note that I have paid two of my payees today about Rs.5000 so after two hours I got this message saying that the transaction was timed out and bank needs to check the beneficiary for the same.

                                  This is not even acceptable!! I would like to add that both my payees are from different banks.

                                  How could I check my beneficiary bank if my bank is not responsible for their customer accounts.

                                  Instead of raising complaints it would be much easier when there is a message saying that your money will be refunded or credited to your beneficiary account within some XX days.

                                  Quick response would be very much appreciable

                                  Please respond to this query ASAP

                                    I have started imps transaction for amount Rs. 90000.
                                    In mobileapp showed its successful, money is debited from my account.
                                    But money is not credited to beneficiary account.

                                    After 2-3 hours, I have received message
                                    your money transfer of inr 90, 000.00 on 02-04-21 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call xxxxxxxxxxxx.

                                    All call center numbers seems busy of HDFC bank.

                                      I have transfered Rs.20000/- on 1st Apr2021 and transfered Rs. 5000/- twice to two different account. How ever after all transaction successfully message received as " Your moneh transfer timed out due to technical reason". Total Rs.30000/- blocked as benefeciary is not credited . Please kindly advice to resilve this problem. This is quite urgent.

                                        I have transferred 40000 from hdfc bank to another bank and the transfer has timed out. I have not yet got my money remitted back to my account yet.

                                        Customer service number for Delhi is unresponsive.

                                        It was urgently needed.u work is getting delayed because of this. Terrible service. Please resolve fastly.
