Today I made a IMPS transaction from HDFC bank to Canara Bank. The RRN number is[protected].
The transaction says it's timed out.
The amount is debited from my account but it has not credited to the beneficiary account.
When reached out to beneficiary bank, they said the amount has not been credited and to contact HDFC Bank.
This is really not acceptable from HDFC bank, I tried reaching out to HDFC customer care, but I couldn't get connected even after trying for more than 45 mins.
I tried reaching out to my customer relationship manager, no response.
Is this your service? I'm customer of HDFC bank since 2011, now I might have to think of choosing other banks if this is the pathetic service
