I recently did my re-kyc for the second time and it has been more than a month and also visited hdfc bank personally more than twice. I received sms saying my account status has been successfully changed from blocked to active. But when i do online transaction, following is the message received with transaction failure: there is a memo present on the debit account, transaction declined....

My name is jay arvind parekh and i have two personal loan with hdfc bank, the emi for the loans are rs 5953 and rs 1754 which are deducted on 7th of every month from my hdfc account, but today on 7th april 2020 none of my emi have been deducted from my account and there is enough balance in the account so i want to know why my emi for both the loans have not been deducted. Hi team,

I have been trying to pay my lic premium using the netbanking facility, however am repeatedly getting the below message :

"we regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more info, please contact your nearest bank branch or use phone banking services.

To amplify the issue, you phone banking services are also dead.. It dosent proceed beyond the language selection...

I have salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds.
I have paid all sip on time but i didnt maintain sufficient balance in march 20 due to financial problems due to covid 19 virus. I have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 *2 total rs 1180 in march 2020.

Rbi also requested from all banks pls don't charge any penalties to customer in this knockdown period.

I missed 2 emi's for the month of jan and feb and the emi amount is 4664.
Including bouncing charges my bank account was in negative balance of 12800.
Befor march 7th i cleared the amount and the emi for march was also there in the acoount.
But now i can see that the amount is deducted twice and even there is a hold of more than 3000 in the account....

Whenever we use this online redemption process, everything works ok till you place order.. I. E. You select the product, add it to cart, click on cart, you see the item then you click on the checkbox for terms and condition for redemption and click on "proceed to redeem"... Dear team, i have requested fast tag though the hdfc site with my application no:hfro1400314, its on jan 18. Not response till now from team after that even though email say 7 working days.
