Hello,
I have a salary account in Karnataka, Bangalore, Kartik nagar branch .
My my card is goin g to expire in end of Feb, My new card has been issued to my old company where i wouldn't able to receive. So i went to another branch of HDFC to receive a new card where i got the information that if didn't receive on my mailing address then my card will be back to my home branch(Banglore, Kartik nagar ) branch from where i should go and collect .
Two days before ( 10th Feb) i got an email that my card was undelivered so to collect my card from my home branch But when i went there i got informed that my card went back to chenai . so i need to cancel that card and need to apply for a new one which will get approved by the manager and i will receive that after one week and i had already ticket booked for my home town next week .
When i asked for instant card they told they don't have stock .
I don't have any plans to come to banglore for 3 weeks and end of this month my card will expire .
What ever information i received was wrong .
So i am totally not satisfied with the service, even informed by some of my friends who have accounts with HDFC for alternate option in future .
