      I m really depressed and agonized by the repeated harassment calls by third party agents of hdfc for loan recovery. I explained to the bank that it is difficult to service my loans for 6 to 8 months due to financial crises but they didn't grant me any relief. They r deliberately hitting ecs inspite of no funds in the account. Personal loan team give calls even after I give a payment date. Even after making the due payment, the agents call .

      I m getting harassment calls even from personal loan team for due payment. Their complaint department didn't resolve my issues inspite of repeated mailers. They keep calling even after payment is done. They have taken me to the brink of suicide and mental agony. I will file a harassment suit as they r not at all considering my problems.

        Refund my EMI RTN Charges 236

        I have HDFC salary account and get personal loan from hdfc bank. And loan numer is 9022388. I am paid every month and Corona Lockdown period also paid at the time. EMI amount Rs.5842 but once I cant maintains balance in account that time bounce my emi and bank charge me bounce charges me 236. Without message hdfc deducted my amount. I have complaint this issue but...

          I have hdfc sal account and get personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 13000 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 649. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

            The fastag app does not accept vehicle registration number for app functioning.
            Please make changes in my fastag so that app can function accepting the registration number UP32KZ6074 .

                Hi Team,

                I would like to inform you that, during taking a loan in 2019 from hdfc bank they forced me to open salary account in HDFC bank. I didn't have any option so opened an account.

                So salary account the debit card is charge free but HDFC bank has deducted Rs. 885 for maintenance and Rs. 18 as tax on that.

                I sincerely request to take serious action against them so that they shouldn't do such fraud again.

                    With out my consent one assist mfee has been deducted from my credit card, and I am trying to call HDFC customer care number, there are one of the worst and am not able to connect with them.

                      Dear CEO,

                      I thought it is better to write a complaint here about how your employees are behaving when they interact with customers. I just got a call from one of your executives regarding a "Health card".

                      Today is Friday (Friday, 29 January 2021) - working day.
                      What was my point is, we are also busy with our job and we are attending their calls in this busy schedule.

                      The executive (She) started the conversation very nicely, with all politeness, and at the end, when I said "I am sorry...I have health insurance already", she disconnected the call like slapping me on the face without saying anything.

                      I wonder, how your company will grow up in the future with these people. How dare you hire these employees to serve customers?

                      As we value our profession and time, please teach them to show some basic human manners and respect.

                          HDFC bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 6000/- as mi revenue hold through gefu,
                          This deducted account actually my salary account since I left the job I didn’t use this account later from 2018 my new company opened another new HDFC salary account.

                          Without my knowledge or any kind of information they have changed my old salary account as saving account and monthly deduction 600rs.
                          Couldn’t able to contact any agents through customer complaint numbers also.

                              I Have HDFC bank Sal account and i took a personal loan from hdfc bank.I paid every month emi 3607. But once i couldn't maintain balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charges which is around 590. After 25 days they charge me 236/- for EMI RTN charges.As i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

                                  I have applied for Easy shop debit card before month but they send me Times debit card. i was visited badlapur branch but still no any conclusion and response. they are telling we are following only.
                                  Really this is not accepting through HDFC bank.
                                  i dont know this is bank or sabji market like manga Mango to diya apple.

                                    Hello,

                                    I, Kirti Kansal, is the present HDFC account holder, have been using your account since November 2019. My debit card has been stolen on 23rd Jan 2020, and 10 transactions sum of Rs 83, 500 were withdrawn between 1:37 pm and 2:09 pm without my consent, and the corresponding messages were received near about 4:30 pm which was quite late to take any action to block the card.
                                    My concern is how the norms of the bank allowed the transaction of the sum of rupees 83, 500 from a master card from a salary account, this is unbearable. Why transaction messages were blocked for 2.5 hours and arrived late. As soon as I got the messages, called the toll-free number and get the net banking, UPI, and debit card blocked. I have attached the screenshots of the transactions which I received.

                                    This is a request to return my money back soon as it was fraudulently debited from my savings account.
