maine 28 jan 2021 ko credit card ka payment kiya amazon upi se payment 28 jan ko sucessful ho gaya tha par 9 feb ko jab february month ke emi ka statement aya to hdfc me unhone timely payment karne ke bad bhi late fee charge kiya maine call kiya to hdfc customer executive ke kaha ki hdfc ke server me kuch technical issue ke karan apka payment 29 jan ko hua isliye hamne charge levy kiya ..sir maire account se money to 28 jan ko hi deduct ho gaya tha hdfc ke server me problem tha fir bhi unhone 450 ka charge levy kar diya mai screen short upload kar raha hu ...aur sir aaj jab maine 6 month ka statement check kiya to pata chala hdfc every month MER EMI ...charges bhi levy karta hai EMI par gst bhi levi karta hai...moretorium ko maine 3 month ka liya tha rbi ne moretorium par intrest remove kar diya fir bhi hdfc ne levy kiya

29/01/21 PAYMENT RETURN FEE(time se payment karne ke baad bhi 450+81gst =531rs fine lagaya gaya hai)sir please resovle it customer care executive help nahi kar rahe hai

    I am drafting complaint mail just because of frustration with the HDFC bank ltd. and my all limits comes for handle the financial problem.

    This is Nikunj Vaghela from Surat, Gujarat. My employee code was N12702. My joining date was 04/11/2019 and my last date was 15/06/2020. Due to too much Pressure I lost my job in Lockdown. at that time my wife was also pregnant and a bank pressure both I can't handle at same time. Just because of the HDFC bank's culture I lost my job in pandemic situation of covid-19. I lost my job in 6 month only that's why I did not get a job till now. There is an per month EMI is 40000/- Plus which is ongoing. after job loss i am not able to pay EMI on regular basis. I don't know what to do now.
    and please explain me if possible, how to achieve all the targets in Lockdown without customer visit. also please explain me how to visit the customer while curfew in the city. I know about banking terms for the sales employee but bank should think about their personal life too. I have a call recording of the con-call regarding sales achievements. Where I have done the account but there is an technical issue of the mobile application which I am trying to explain my branch manager who is not ready listen about the genuine problem and saying that why other did not get the error. before that I have proceed one account which was successfully process but 2nd time i get an error which screenshot is shared with him but he said I need a result not a arguments.as this types of many things happened after that con-call. like One on One con-call with Superior, Meeting in every 3-4 hour in a day, late sitting in the branch, etc.HR also called my after 2 month regarding review. If HDFC really take care about employee then it must be called while i put resignation in may month. My all the savings and Accumulated PF has been used due to this job loss. Employee will not die because of Covid-19 but they will must die just because of this types of treatments and Pressure and culture.

    Now I can not say more, there is one more request from my side is please don't do this to anyone else.

      I got 4 calls continues from hdfc bank for personal loan, from 9176xxxxx I keep on ignored when I asnwer my daughter was speaking to me that Lady assumed my daughter speak to her, what the hell. She saying why your daughter speaking like that that's too much o tried to call back but no respond.

        HDFC IFSC:HDFC0000694 Branch:0694 under fraudulent act.
        My Salary SB account No.[protected] without my knowledge had been converted to regular account and now I had been dodged by the bank to part with Rs.4500/-and manager Sridhar used abusive language when I insisted him for details as I didn't obtain any loans or credits from the bank but accosting to pay the aforementioned charge is nothing but looting spree and illegal.
        I was being tortured by the bank particularly its manager Sridhar who intimidating me to remit the amount which was illegitimately cooked up and my salary account was being blocked by bank which deserved to be condemned.
        The conversion of my salary sb account by the bank incurred me a huge loss in my family activity as the bank so far collected Rs 35000/- by its employees through forceful armtwistting method and the private sector hdfc bank must be sealed and the banking branch here is held responsible to pay compensation of Rs.5Lakhs for the lapses and omissions either their own cost or collect from the pocket of manager Sridhar who by using his mobile no.[protected] harrassing me and call record is evident
        Failing which our entire WSHG would stage demonstration in front of all your banking branches.

                I paid my property tax on 10/02/2021 on https://www.ccmc.gov.in/ccmc/ website by using HDFC bank payment gateway by using my UPI and also through HDFC Netbanking. Amount got deducted from my Hdfc bank account however transaction shows ‘Transaction has been tampered. Please try again’

                This is ridiculous that at the time of need or emergency what a customer should do when big banks like hdfc fails to do their job.

                  This side Akshay registered mobile no. [protected], By mistake i don't know by my side or payzapp side while i recahrge my no [[protected]] 5th digit changed to 8 instead of 9, i seen just recharge done]but the recharge done another nos i shocked when i seen, that nos also not working state i tried calling.

                  I request kindly take prompt and appropriate action and refund by amount i. E 555/-rs

                          Kindly change my relationship manager. My current RM is Shebin Hussain. He is neither knowledgeable nor helpful and does not solve my issue even after repeated requests and multiple visits to the branch. I had created a request for a current account opening for my business on 5th October 2020. It has now Feb 9, 2021, and still, my current account is not fully active.
                          Moreover, he charged me 240 rs without giving me any bills or informing me that payment will be required. When I told him to claim those charges from my account, he said that it was not possible and wanted the payment in cash. He said that it was for the passport size photo and company seal making charges. But I was not informed that I would be charged for it. Nor was I given any bill for the same. This is totally unprofessional.

                              Hi,

                              I have been trying to add a Beneficiary account of type "Transfer to other bank / Credit Card Payment (using NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)" to my HDFC Account using netbanking login but in vain.

                              When I choose adding beneficiary, I am able to enter the account number of the beneficiary but unable to add the IFSC code. I tried searching with IFSC code alone, by adding bank name & branch code- It simply says "no records found".

                                I booked a order via flipkart on emi which got cancelled by flipkart. My whole amount was reversed, however I am still being charged loan processing charges of 199+gst.

                                  HDFC Bank charges 590 for issuance of debit card

                                  I just opened the new account in HDFC,
                                  through Video KYC because I believed that they are professional and reliable and they shattered my wrong assumptions by greeting me with the debit card issuance charges, that too 590 rs.

                                  To amount was deducted today i.e 8th February and I did not even receive a text message regarding that, I had to figure it out myself.

                                  I have/had accounts in 6 other banks and none...

                                    I have returned the product and Myntra informed me that the amount is credited to my account but it is not reflecting in my HDFC bank account. I did a traction of Rs 6400 where I bought 2 products, The other amount Rs 3521 has been credited but the pending Rs 2879 is still not recieved.

                                    Here are few details which could be helpful.

                                    1. Payment was done through UPI with reference number:[protected]
                                    2. Date of transaction- November 16, 10:36 PM
                                    Amount: Rs 6400.50
                                    3.Date of refund processed by merchant : 22-Nov-2020
                                    Amount: Rs 2879 (dint receive till now)
                                    4. Refund was processed by UPI which was the original payment method with reference number:[protected]
                                    5. Screenshot attached by the Myntra( Merchant Query)

                                    Where my bank says " We checked our records and confirmed that the said transaction with reference number[protected] has been credited to your bank account for Rs. 3, 521.50 on November 23, 2020" and the other pending amount is not received by bank from Myntra Merchant bank.

                                    Please help me with the issue.

                                      I had purchased an iPhone SE on 21/08/2020 with my HDFC bank debit card from Maple Store, online. As I was informed that the cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month. Now it is more that 120 days but yet I have not received cashback. I request to HDFC bank to please co-operate and resolve this issue by crediting cashback as soon as possible.
