Extremely unprofessionalism in Ranchi and Kolkata branches.
1. No response on calls/emails by HDFC executives.
2. Had I not followed up with them the disbursement would be in another 6 months.
3. Delayed process unnecessary even providing required documents.
4. Sales person has no update namely Chandan. The file was unnecessarily on hold for months by Hitesh.
5. In spite of raising multiple escalation matrices Praveen Mishra was unable to handle this.
6. One step loan process moves, again there would be no response and delayed. Again I had to raise an escalation ticket. Why multiple escalations?? It means HDFC is unable to handle the staff.
7. No response on follow-up emails by Rhea too from the Kolkata branch.
8. Legal Documents were not sent on time by the Boisar branch, it was delayed for 10 days.
9. Internal follow-ups also could not be done. I had to follow up with each and every responsible person. The third-party agency already had submitted the docs. In spite of that, it was delayed unnecessarily by HDFC.
10. Even for disbursement I had to raise an escalation ticket. When I reached the branch each staff has its own fan at the desk and the customers are in sitting without a fan and AC in the summer at 45 degrees. When I asked the staff about it. I was told that AC is not functioning for so many years and is not his look out. Then who is responsible for this? The branch manager and all staffs are mostly out of the office.
11. There are just 2 staff handling the branch and it gives an outlook on how government offices are run, though HDFC is a private firm.
12. Totally incapable team and the branch manager.
