I had sent my representative to deposit cash at my home branch (SS Road, Pune). They didnt accept the cash stating that I should be personally present to deposit the cash in my acount. They also suggested my representative to deposit cash in cash deposit machine, even the machine didnt accept the cash. Now, when I am checking my statement, I am seeing that I have been charged Rs. 1180 + GST for depositing cash, "INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL GST 090523-MIR[protected]".

I just want to know why I have been charges even after they didnt accept the cash?

I want the refund of whole deducted amount including GST.

    Hi HDFC Support team,

    This is in regard to my account no [protected] which is with HDFC at Aluva branch kerala state. I’m unable to do any kind of debit transactions on my mentioned account, I have notced on June 22 that my account withdrawal is not working, still credit works good. I have contacted bank and they have updated that the account has gone to nodebit status on June 12 2023. But this was never informed from back side via any of communication medium. On requesting the associate she has taken a request and account profile was updated (account was old one which was opened in 2014) and a pysical verification was also done. It is already 10 days after fniishing this procedure. Account is still in the same status and I am not getting a valid update from Bank side. It is really strange that credit to this account works and I am unable to do any debit. The assosiate on bank side is simply telling that they have done very thing from their side.

    1. Whom should i contact for resolving the case completely.
    2. What was the root cause of the problem that has lead this account to nodebit status
    3. Why this status change was not infomed as it is a critical issue.

      HDFC Bank — Getting YC error while doing UPI payment. Can't make any payments for the past 6 months even for emergencies.
      I contacted the bank regularly and raising this issue. They are saying my UPI is unblocked but when making transactions it is showing my UPI is blocked. Even they are struggling to solve this issue. Totally unsatisfied with HDFC bank

            I just found out that an amount of ₹ 5, 171.47 was deducted from my account as of today. I haven't done any foreign or international transactions whatsoever from this account card.

            I have not done any transactions from my debit card and have not used my debit card at all.

            Please reply fast.

                      Hello Team,

                      My HDFC Account ([protected]) has been blocked from past 10 days, when i tried to know the reason for this, they mentioned high amount of transaction has been done from my account and so they have blocked. I have given them explanation stating that my salary has increased more than 100 percent and i took loans and even i am using the same account for fanatsy game apps so transactions has been more, but still now they have not resolved my issue. Can you please help on this

                        I have closed my bank account 6 months ago.
                        Then also I was getting mails of HDFC about low balance alert, so I visited the branch personally but clerk told me that my account has been closed.
                        Yesterday when someone transferred me funds through upi then also it credited in HDFC account and it has now went on hold.
                        Do the needful. This is unprofessional deed by such a reputable bank.

                                Dear Respected Sir/Mam,
                                I am struggle with my savings account from 28th June to go. I can't make withdrawal From my savings account It's inactive state and no debit mark on my savings account.
                                I visited multiple time in branch for the issue but bank staff Ignoring to resolve the issue and said same words that our head office done the no debit mark on your account we can't do anything. We can only forward mail once you submitted Gst and trade license. But here is problem I don't have any document such as they needed. I am doing small home business not a registered business. I asked them any alternative methods to resolve my problem they ignoring me.

                                Today 1/7/23 From hdfc bank OVD verification team comes in my home and verified successfully my home and business as stock point where and what type business I am doing.

                                But after verification yet not active my account I contact over call to bank for reactivation of my account but they said RBI needed verification that's reason we are verified but no debit issue we can't help you without required documents.

                                I am really struggle with money my wife she is pregnant and serious patients everyday needed money to check up her condition within next weeks Delivery happening need money for surgery now I am very much suffering with the issue. Hdfc bank verification staff also seen my wife condition when they comes my home for verification. My wife and I Humbly requesting them to resolve immediately my debit not allowed problem from my account.

                                Please humbly requesting here please Re-active my account please remove No debit please allow me to withdraw money from my Savings account.
                                If you stay my position you could better understand how I am upset and suffering with money.
                                My whole balance I kept on hdfc bank for trust and no1 bank purposes without any doubt. But now struggle I say sorry If I done any mistake any suspicious huge business transactions from my savings account ! Please give me one chance. I done mistake without knowing bank savings account rules. Please Reactivate my account please remove no debit mark from my account.

                                    I had purchaced an item from Flipkart on emi which comes under no cost emi policy, i understand that the interest on emi was reduced by amazon from the device price. But now in my e statement I could see that I have been charged with two components namely mer emi int nbr and finance charges. According to me it should have been only a single charge rather than two things.

                                      I already visited today nearly our branch for this their staff Ignoring my issue and said We are not marked this .Our head office has been marked this so we are not responsible. And one more things I am doing small home business not a registered business cause I belongs from nuclear family. Bank staff asking We need gst and trade license then we will be sending mail to our head office then only problem can solve. So now I am big trouble how I can get the documents and what I do now? My wife is pregnant after few days need surgery need money my all savings are on hdfc bank which is Debit not allowed currently. Sir please solve this Immediately. If you stay my position you could understood how I am upset and struggle with the issue today morning to go. Please do resolved my Debit not allowed from Savings account immediately. The whole available fund I have taken loan from online application you can check my cibil you could find out still default also I have taken loan from nearest our area from a person. Please resolved my issue as soon as possible.
