I have been using it to login since activation. But now i am unable to login. It says invalid user id though i have selected wallet id as id type. When trying to reset user id or password the site doesn't work. What other ways of recharge can be made? The tollfree number is anyways busy. Please help me out to get this resolved to contribute using the service....

As per the cibil people hdfc didn't provide them the data. This is in regard to a transaction (Customer id: 56121037 in hdfc bank) i did on 26th november at 6:25 pm. I had transferred 40000 rs. To an axis bank account holder via google pay. The amount was debited from my account but the amount did not get credited to the receiver's account. It's been 6 days and i have already been imposed a late fee of 800 rs. Due to their mistake. Hi team,

This is regarding the loan insurance amount that is pending for refund from hdfc life insurance team in tie up with pnb housing finance. This loan insurance has already been cancelled from hdfc life insurance but as they have not provided full refund only the surrender value it is still open on pnb side. Cancellation of one assist membership
I a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 1743. Without my concern on date 16.11.[protected]@7.17 am i got the message. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-...

Hi,

Today, 08 nov 2019, rs 177 had deducted from my hdfc account. When i checked the deduction the detail is showing there as "3rd party cash txn inc gst". I am not aware about this deduction? Why the account has been deducted on such an amount without informing to the customer? It is really unsafe to keep funds in account.

I have a salary account fro my company and whenever i have less amount in the account, these guys deduct amb charges of Rs 354. I don't understand even on salary accounts you guys are deducting the amb charges without even informing their customers. I want my amb charges to be refunded immediately or else i will never feel bad filing a case against the HDFC Noida branch sector 26....

I am not getting otp when i initiate transfer or try purchasing stuff online. I tried both the options - email and mobile and its not getting delivered.

The unfortunate part is - i am unable to raise a complaint in hdfc bank portal - it asks for a country code and if i type 1 its not accepting it. If you have a portal that can be used only from india... Please dont ask people to convert their account to nri account. I tried...

I was mis guided by hdfc manager and took hdfc progrowth plus plan. I paid 2lakh rupees and the next premium is due this month. I was asked to check the fund value each time and when i checked it by giving missed call to a tollfree no. The value so far is 1, 81000. Which means the amount i paid is already under loss od 19000. If i would have done fixed deposit of my 2lakh rupess i would have got 14000 rupess as interest...

My funds in my savings account was put on hold without any notification and intimation from my end. When asked, they said it is because i blocked my cc. But, i blocked my cc because of an unauthorized transaction. And, if this was the process, then it should have been explained to me before and not after this was done. I would have issued a new card. Please unblock my savings account funds immediately otherwise, will have to take this up...
