Hi,

2 weeks back I tried redeeming my points by selecting 3 products. My order number is [protected]. So far I received only one product which is the cheapest of all 3. When called courier they said there is just one packet for the specific AWB#[protected]. Today when I checked the HDFC page, I noticed the status is delivered against all 3. How's it is possible? I never expected this from HDFC.

    Hi,
    1. I have a salary account in HDFC bank for last 1 year and few months. But without any information my account has transferred into savings account when every month my salary used to credited in this HDFC bank. So, due to this I have to change my salary account into another bank. My last credited salary in HDFC is April 2023, since I changed my account my may month salary credited in another bank.
    2. Every month HDFC used to hold my ammount due to ecs. How much ecs is used to pay to hdfc bank. I already paid 9000 rupees in ecs for previous month now they again charge 4000 rupees. So, I asked them previous week to close my account since hdfc is keeping that amount in hold not paying anywhere. Now after 1 week the amount exceeded to 7000.
    It's a humble request from a customer to cooperate with us. Its really difficult to pay[protected] every month only because my amount is getting hold and I am unable to use that ammount anywhere. Kindly release my hold ammount and give any solution to keep my salary account in HDFC bank.
    I have already logged a complaint in HDFC portal .

          My name is Harsh Agrawal and I have a salary account in HDFC bank. I had withdrawn Rs 5 lac by self cheque from Hdfc Kalyani Devi branch from their cash counter. Now they have deducted 1770 rs against the transaction. I did not get any prior intimation for the money that has been deducted. This is vey wrong from the HDFC bank side. You cannot cut customers money like that without any reason. Also in a salary bank you provide so many benefits then this cheap act of deducting my hard earned money.

              Hi,

              This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank.

              An amount of Rs 885 has been debited for the month of Jan 2023 141.99 FEB 2023 885 and Mar 2023 885 from my saving account[protected], mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES- with regard to my demat account Which I have never used this account.

              When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

              Can anyone help me to refund my Rs (885+885+ 141.99) = Rs 1911.99

              Please help and give me an update.

                    Today afternoon unauthorized charges were deducted from my account of rs 9893.16 there wasn't any Recent international transaction Done then I don't know For what It was charged.

                        I had done the IMPS transaction of amount RS.20, 000 from my HDFC current account to other bank account via netbanking.

                        I received transaction timed-out message on my register mobile, however the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to other end even after a working day. I have been asked to wait while there is no response. The app says for any concern send an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com well no response. Why is the email address even displayed on the contact us ?

                        No help received while it is an urgent situation.

                        As per the HDFC CC, it seems there was an issue with beneficiary bank systems and have asked to wait for a day I am still waiting after a day.

                        With no help scenario I would definitely plan to discontinue all the services.

                        Can the bank not see whether the transaction is successful or not when it was timed out? Even after giving the Transaction ID, we were not helped in any way

                          Can the bank not see whether the transaction is successful or not when it was timed out? Even after giving the Transaction ID, we were not helped in any way

                            There is a serious concern and unethical activity which happened on my account, they download statements and are provided to some xyz person, that person was telling me my last transaction details too, pl understand this situation and expedite the investigation to find that hdfc unethical employee to punish

                                  I had settled my HDFC Credit card long back and never requested you people for any support. Then you people called me stating i had logged in and requested for closure in last 4 days. Executive name Iqbal was very harsh and unprofessional and was arguing with me stating I had requested in last 4 days and he will share the details to my email ID.
                                  Till now I did not receive any mail.

                                  One of executive says HDFC bank told them collect the amount. Why are this people taking our financial Data and making our lives miserable. Already HDFC bank guys called my in-laws and discussed my financial matters now the Credit Mantri guys calling and making my personal life hell.

                                  This has been repeatedly happening with you team and I had recorded all the conversation and going to file a case against you people in Consumer forum and RBI regarding the data security issue.

                                    Extremely unprofessionalism in Ranchi and Kolkata branches.

                                    1. No response on calls/emails by HDFC executives.
                                    2. Had I not followed up with them the disbursement would be in another 6 months.
                                    3. Delayed process unnecessary even providing required documents.
                                    4. Sales person has no update namely Chandan. The file was unnecessarily on hold for months by Hitesh.
                                    5. In spite of raising multiple escalation matrices Praveen Mishra was unable to handle this.
                                    6. One step loan process moves, again there would be no response and delayed. Again I had to raise an escalation ticket. Why multiple escalations?? It means HDFC is unable to handle the staff.
                                    7. No response on follow-up emails by Rhea too from the Kolkata branch.
                                    8. Legal Documents were not sent on time by the Boisar branch, it was delayed for 10 days.
                                    9. Internal follow-ups also could not be done. I had to follow up with each and every responsible person. The third-party agency already had submitted the docs. In spite of that, it was delayed unnecessarily by HDFC.
                                    10. Even for disbursement I had to raise an escalation ticket. When I reached the branch each staff has its own fan at the desk and the customers are in sitting without a fan and AC in the summer at 45 degrees. When I asked the staff about it. I was told that AC is not functioning for so many years and is not his look out. Then who is responsible for this? The branch manager and all staffs are mostly out of the office.
                                    11. There are just 2 staff handling the branch and it gives an outlook on how government offices are run, though HDFC is a private firm.
                                    12. Totally incapable team and the branch manager.

                                        I opened an account with HDFC Bank based on a promotional offer that included a reward of an Amazon voucher upon successful completion of certain requirements. I diligently fulfilled all the criteria stated in the offer and expected to receive the voucher within a reasonable time frame.
                                        However, it has now been over two months since I met the necessary conditions, and I am yet to receive the promised voucher. I have contacted the customer service department on multiple occasions to inquire about the delay, but I have received no satisfactory response or resolution.
