I try so many times to purchase a laptop for Flipkart and proceed to pay throw emi for 24 months emi option and fill all card details and enter otp then payment got declined. Please help to resolve this problem

    Full & Final Settlement and Relieving Letter

    When i saw offer as zero foreclose charges then i applied for car loan, now after 2.5 years when i want to close the chaged 30000. i reached out to customer service and variuos other groups also but everybody are based on 1 persons comment "JAYDEEP", every time i raise a compliant i will get response saying jaydeep comment is not refundable and cant do refund. is JAYDEEP CEO of HDFC ??? or why all other officers are working just to follow jaydeep ???? why cant a compliant looked or handled fresh and give a soulution. waste of giving salries to other officers if only JAYdeep comments are final. i also attached forclouser charges screenprint but they dont want to respond on that.

      HDFC Bank — Complaint against my relationship manager - Jhansi Kanthala

      I have been facing this issue with my relationship manager from HDFC - Jhansi Kanthala. She is highly unprofessional. Lack of clarity.

      My previous RM was genuinely helpful and solution oriented and look at this RM, Never I got any proper response from her and I have given this feedback previously as well. So I have stopped calling this lady for any of my queries or concerns because I know I will not get any proper response . She does not know the services and do not have any clarity on the services and process of HDFC.

      Again I am not saying all this considering one time instance.I have observed this. She simply keeps on hold, wastes time and finally no proper solution from her.She should learn how to interact with customers and address their queries first .

      I am a working professional and I know when to reach and when to understand the situation. But this Lady is not acceptable.

      Just an example:

      I have ordered a consumer good availing my HDFC credit card EMI but then I have cancelled it. ~15th April.. I got my money refunded as well
      Again I have ordered same product using same HDFC credit card EMI option and got my good delivered.
      When I have checked, I could see that both loans are in active state. Ideally first loan should be in inactive or closed.
      So finally knowing the fact that this lady will not help in anyways and I do not have much time I called her.
      Her response was very unprofessional. She started saying- Ya you have to pay EMI amount and other things. Then I said I have not received the product only. I have cancelled my order but still showing as active. thats my query i said. She immediatly cut my call. then no response. How unprofessional is that. Again I tried reaching out, she dint respond.

      This lady, today she called again. I said yesterday I have called for my query but then why did you cut my call.
      she said, because you are not understanding I have cut ( though she did not explain me anything and more over she was giving vage answers without clarity)
      I said, If I dont understand you will have to make us understand but its not correct to cut the call. Then again she said yes we are here to cut call and again she cut the call.
      This is NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE FROM HDFC.

      As a proof of concept, I request you to pull up the my call recordings if its available.

      I am writing this issue by putting in lot of time hoping to get this addressed and check with Ms.Jhansi Kanthala

      Such a disgusting Lady!

        I transferred the 14000 amount from my HDFC account to ICICI by adding beneficiary and through IMPS at midnight 2-3 pm . After 2 minutes received a message that your amount of 140000rs is being timed out and failed.
        I waited for 2 days. HDFC is bad and customer service can't even reach customer care. Ye me what should I do .
        I need my money in my account URGENTLY.

          I initiated imps payment of RS.70000 yesterday on 09-May-2023 from my HDFC Bank account to other bank account from mobile app. However the amount was deducted from my account and was not delivered to beneficiary account.

          I then received message on my register mobile: "Failed: Your money transfer of INR 70, 000.00 on 09-05-23 timed out. For status, contact beneficiary(HDFC Bank IMPS Ref *******)"

          When I check with beneficiary bank account people, they confirmed that money hasn't reached yet and asked me to check with HDFC Bank. Request to credit the amount back to my HDFC account.

            This is a fraud. My hard-earned money got debited without asking me.

            Can you please check and update the reason for debiting the amount from my account?

                Below is my experience what I felt today :-

                Very bad experience. 😌

                The staff made me feel " what have I done wrong that I came to this branch to open a salary account".

                What is the time it takes to open a salary account ?

                My friend opened online in 10 mins.

                I too tried it but glitches occurred online due to which with my number their where many leads generated for that branch. So it was not opened online and they said to visit the branch.

                I visited, the first person I talked was the "Customer Experience staff" . I conveyed my problem, he suggested me to go home and come after 7 days when lead gets expired. I asked him what should I wait this much can't you cancel the lead now ? Then he sent me to a different desk to convey my problem.

                The next desk person listned me carefully and then said " sir for kyc you have to visit your nearest branch where you live in hyderabad, I said him the lead is generated in this bank other branches has told me to visit this branch and now you are saying me to visit other branch ? 🤔

                Then when we questioned him then he is giving solution to me that ok sir we will do your kyc here.

                Then he sent me to the customer experience staff then that person told me to sit .

                I was waiting for atleast 20 mins patiently, then he calls me tells give your adhar number, then he give me documents to fill and sign it. During which again he wasn't asking me to give him documents rather he was doing his other work for at least 15 min.

                Then he took my documents then he gave me another document to fill, then he tells me to take a selfie and email him. But in bank their is no network for Airtel, I ask him how can I email him, he is laughing and ignoring me and cracking joke on Airtel then after 10 mins he says you can go !!

                I am shocked, that is my account created, he says yes its done you can go.

                Now do realize the process which my friend did online was 10 mins, but when I visited the branch the same process they made me to do it ilnearly 2 hrs.

                Above I explained you the process, the readers can judge themselves signing three papers, and sending a selfie takes 2 hrs to process by the employees of bank.

                When I was leaving other employees where smiling at me. !! as they have wantedley done this to me.

                If you want hdfc services, surely go any branch but not this.

                This was my experience where I learnt to have patience when front person wants me to loose it .

                                My wife submitted documents and cheque on 25th april they give welcome kit and atm(empty pass book..not any details in passbook) same day
                                but not received any msg and mail till 1st may and again she went to bank on 2nd may

                                  I have been charged with finance charges in my last 2 statements in & april & may month around 6500 Rs . I don't know what are these charges?? I have no information about this. None of your executive also told me on call while selling this card to me..
                                  Kindly explain to me these charges..
                                  I will not pay these charges. I haven't charged these in my lifetime. I have hdfc & icici credit card also from last 3 years..

                                    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                      Sir/Madam


                                      HDFC Home Loan representative offered me a housing loan with lowest interest and I submitted all hard copy of documents asked by the representative for validation. As per the direction of the representative documents uploaded in the online portal On April 13, 2023.Next day, HDFC representaive made a phone cal and informed me to pay the processing fee as all the process is completed.

                                      Soon after paying processing fee their version changed. The representative now says that the RBI guidelines are changed just after my application submission and now my KYC documents are not meeting RBI guidelines.

                                      Immediately I asked to cancel my loan application and refund the processing fee. They asked me to send a mail request to customer care for the same.Suprisingly next day, HDFC representaive made a phone cal and informed that they will process the loan which I rejected and asked for a refund.I had made several mail requests to customer care HDFC to process the request which they didn't respond.

                                      Through this platform I would like to enlighten every one about the Home Loan strategy followed by HDFC:

                                      1. First attract the customer by offering lowest interest rates and then deceive the customer as if entire validation process is completed and loan approval is pending only because
                                      processing fee payment is pending.

                                      2. Once the processing fee is collected then they exhibit their true colors. Give reasons as invalid/insufficcient documents or against RBI guidelines and simply delay/reject/ drag the loan processing .

                                      3. Customer satisfaction is of least importance to HDFC and only total amount collected under processing fees matters to them.

                                      Your team wrongly guided, misleaded and cheated me to collect the processing fees. HDFC please refund my Loan Processing Fee for file no:[protected] if you really value the customers.

                                      Is this your business policy to collect processing fee from customers by cheating and later on give reply as per policy we can nor refund.?
