This is in regards to a message which i received this morning which i have no clue about. It goes like this :
"dear customer mandate reference no : hdfcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx issued to sbi life insurance company limited"
With value rs. 67110.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing."

Could you please let me know what exactly is this since i haven't acted on any mandates regarding sbi insurance.

I was credited rs200 through paytm in my salary account. Suddenly i saw that rs171.72 has been hold and reason is showing "mirevenue hold through gefu." in salary account mab maintenance is not mandatory then why this amount was hold my account? My account no is [protected] and my branch is bidhannagar. Please release the amount asap.

Im hdfc bank holder since i opened account there is not any deduction till ocyober 2019 after that i have credited my account with 5000. Hdfc seems to have launched a new website. When i try to login it shows up the login window of the old website, briefly shows the interface of the old website, then logs out and takes you back to the home page of the new website. I didn't even knew about this charge.
I saw it today an amount of rs 177 has been deducted without prior notice which a very disappointing factor, though the account being credited with my salary that means every time i need to pay some odd amounts which gets debited directly.
This was not expected from a reputed bank. Total disappointment. Instead they ask for personal loan with an aggressive push.

I have an account hdfc bank in kanjurmarg west. I have applied for a home loan from pnb housing finance limited. I gave 7 signed cheques to the pnb guy and also filled and signed ecs form both having the same signatures. Whenever the ecs comes for clearance to hdfc bank, they bluntly reject for signature mismatch while the signed cheque gets cleared without any problem. I do not receive any otp's for any online transaction.
I was also told that i will be sent an otp on my email id as well, that facility also does not work.
The mobile number works for logging into my netbanking account, but i do not get any otp if i transact on a third party website

My relationship manager is extremely slow. If i have asked any question she replies after 3-4 days post reminder. Post reminder she raises query with relavent team and that too she shares their response after 2-3 reminder and half the time she is on leave......

I had made a credit card bill payment to a wrong credit card number through phonepe from my hdfc account.
I called the customer care immediately asking them to revert the transaction, they said the receiving party should raise the complaint, even that was done. But no proper action from the bank authorities.
I'ts a hefty amount of 28000 and i want to revert the transaction.
Each customer care assistant says different...
