Hello sir,

This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 354/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 16th june 2023 under the name of depository charges may-2023

Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 354.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

    Sir, UPDATION OF KYC IN HDFC WALLET ID NO: [protected]
    VEHICLE NO: MH13AZ8122, MOB NO: [protected]

    HDFC has sent one SMS on 09.06.2023 for updation of my KYC before 30.06.2023. So I have sent one mail on 09.06.2023 by mail along with all my details., viz Aadhar, Pan, Vehicle Regn, RC. Upon on my continuous follow up, repeated mails, they have provided one Ticket No: 678170 and sent one mail on 12.06.2023 stating that my name has been updated in their system and attend for Video call. This 3rd Video call again failed due to non updation of KYC in my wallet. I have raised this issue with their escalation matrix to following adress;TISH.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, hdfcbank.[protected]@1pay.in, escalations.[protected]@1pay.in, shodhan.[protected]@1pay.in, fastag.[protected]@1pay.in, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, since 09.06.2023 issue was not resolved every time they sent one reply mail stating that "We have forwarded your details to the concerned team, we will update you on priority". I really fed up with their least concern towards customer and even requested them to delete my credential in their HDFC fastag. Called to their Toll free number [protected] atleast 10 -12 times and they too have little knowledge about their duties/work allotted.
    I humbly request you to instruct HDFC to delete my credentials in their HDFC Fastag, so that I can register my Fastag with other service providers in the market for better service. I don, t bother for my balance lying in their wallet also.

      I opened a new salary account in HDFC Bank on 7th June but till date I didn't received the welcome kit. Your representative (Rakesh & Akhileshwar Pandey) called me in 15th June Regarding for my physical KYC after visiting I complete my KYC & fill form for new KYC after that your representative told me your kit is dispatched 4-5 days in your home address but still I didn't received any kit from your bank. Last 2 days I called in HDFC bank but many times he told we will check and transfer my call any other department but they didn't any response from your representative. As a requested to you please let me know when I received my welcome kit in my home address

          I joined a company which provided me a salary account of HDFC in Pune however I left the company 2 years ago . A 1000 rupees was deducted from my account a year ago for not maintaining minimum balance not only they deducted the amount when I visited the branch to ask about deduction and close the account they asked me to pay more as my balance is in negetive. Now that the account is not in use it has a negetive amount of around 3000. When I visited the branch they behaved rudely and said that you have pay the amount or else your account will get charged more for not maintaining minimum balance. Please help me with it, this is unnecessary charges and if any amount gets deposited in my account from somewhere they deduct it all. I believe that the issue will get resolved thus I am complaining about it. Please help!

            Today I received my credit card statement and there are 2 extra charges which I don't know what are for as shown in attachment. There's EMI and also GST which should not be there. I want to get those charges removed because I don't know what they are for and not related to any of my purchases

              I have changed my mobile number on my NRO accounts to Asutralian number, since then I havent recieved a single OTP from HDFC back.. No one provides any information. The online netbanking system for HDFC does not even allow to change email or phone number, this is creating lot of issues for me

                      On 6th June 2023 i.e, today i found that Rs 288.43 has been deducted from my debit card.
                      After checking in the mini statement I could find that it was mentioned as DCD amount which got deducted . Which is nothing but a false transaction happened.
                      Kindly check this on priority and please get the amount credited back to my account.

                              I applied for a credit card through HDFC bank. Their employees came to my office, house and completed verification 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received any updates after that. When checked their credit card tracking website it says ‘Records not found’.

                                I am unable to receive the credit card statement for the card ending 9683 as this card was lost and a new one ending 0480 was issued.

                                I have tried number of times to resolve through the rm and customer care but no positive reply.

                                  Regalia card wrongly charged

                                  I am Madhuparna Roy. I used my Priority Pass on 9th April at Hyderabad airport having no idea that HDFC bank has started charging for domestic usage. I had no clue that it's supposed to be only for International usage now. I was shocked to see a charge of Rs. 2658 for this in my April statement. Prior to this I had no outstanding in my card. As soon as I realized abt the charge I called up the customer service on 18th May. Bcoz my HDFC bank...

                                  I am Madhuparna Roy. I have used my Priority Pass on 9th April at Hyderabad airport having no clue that HDF bank now charges its customers for domestic usage. My HDFC card is paid off and clear with no outstanding and so I had no idea that I will be charged for the domestic usage of the priority pass . When I was scrolling through my msgs i saw the statment and was shocked to see a charge of Rs. 2658 out of nowhere and that they have provide a due date Immediate!! All this without even informing the customer through call/email/message.. even if they send a fine print, no one will ever know. This is clearly a fraud!! I called up their customer support on 18th May, I still have the recording. The lady on the line said she is registering a complaint and that they should revert in 3 to 4 working days. Till date I have received no intimation from HDFC regarding the complaint. On top if that my May statement came with a Late Fee!! This is clearly cheating. Plus this affects my credit rating. I want HDFC to either reverse the charges and clear my credit report with immediate effect, or I will take this matter to the RBI Ombudsman. Plus, I am a writer with connections in media houses, so I qill make sure the world knows about the cheating tactics used by HDFC. SO, I will appreciate a prompt action in this matter.

                                    I have applied for a home loan transfer from SBI Bank to HDFC Bank. HDFC Bank arranged for an executive named Srinivas to handle my loan process. Mr. Srinivas contacted me and gathered all the necessary information and requirements for my home loan. In 2021, I took a home loan of 40 lakh and a top-up loan of 20 lakh, totaling 60 lakh. Currently, I have an outstanding balance of 58 lakh with SBI, and I wish to transfer the loan and obtain a top-up of 5 lakh.

                                    Srinivas instructed me to apply for a home loan of 40 lakh and a top-up loan of 23 lakh, and I submitted the loan transfer application in the first week of March. The loan was sanctioned, but Srinivas started ignoring my calls regarding the document submission process. From April to June, I made over 300 calls to him, and although he occasionally responded, he mostly ignored my calls and displayed a careless attitude towards my work.

                                    A few days ago, he provided me with a demand draft (DD) totaling 58, 46, 920, consisting of amounts 38, 94, 875, 9, 85, 558, and 9, 66, 487. Out of the total loan amount of 63 lakh, I received a DD of 58, 46, 920, leaving a balance of 4, 53, 080. However, after submitting the original documents, I only received an amount of 3, 48, 000, and the remaining 1, 05, 000 has not been released yet. When I asked Mr. Srinivas about the unreleased amount, he stated that it cannot be released. I am extremely upset with HDFC's service

                                      Hi I purchased an iPhone 14 Plus on 7th January 2023 from imagine store select city mall, saket and was promised a cashback of Rs. 6000 in 120 days but I still haven't received this cash back. Pleas HDFC look into this and kindly credit the cashback as was promised to me
