I initiated a transfer of 15000 on 30th of october 2019. The amount was debited from my account and the beneficiary bank still does not recognize the transaction. It has been t+1 day and still the funds are not credited back to the account. Below is the message

Please be informed that i have received call from customer care team and given information about claim for policy dividend and applications.

I already are co ordination with your s hyderabad office team for portfolio generation and dividend amount claiming of my policy.

So request to we need to cross check with customer care about my portfolio...

My funds in my savings account was put on hold without any notification and intimation from my end. When asked, they said it is because i blocked my cc. But, i blocked my cc because of an unauthorized transaction. And, if this was the process, then it should have been explained to me before and not after this was done. I would have issued a new card. Please unblock my savings account funds immediately otherwise, will have to take this up...

At starting only i told him i don't want to take any policy now, but he told me that just listen once then you decide.
I listen all policy details and told him that i don't have to take this right now, but i can think in future.

This is in regards to a message which i received this morning which i have no clue about. It goes like this :
"dear customer mandate reference no : hdfcxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx issued to sbi life insurance company limited"
With value rs. 67110.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing."

Could you please let me know what exactly is this since i haven't acted on any mandates regarding sbi insurance.

I was credited rs200 through paytm in my salary account. Suddenly i saw that rs171.72 has been hold and reason is showing "mirevenue hold through gefu." in salary account mab maintenance is not mandatory then why this amount was hold my account? My account no is [protected] and my branch is bidhannagar. Please release the amount asap.

I have pay electricity bill on amazon but it was unsuccessful they have refunded money to bank which was debited from my debit card. I also received message on amazon that - my refund on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 3925 for rs. 1234.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]". But till now i didn't received money in my bank account in a month

Ahb chgs inc gst oct-mar2019-mir[protected]
Im hdfc bank holder since i opened account there is not any deduction till ocyober 2019 after that i have credited my account with 5000. Rs then only 6686 is on my account about 900 is deducted for unknown reason this very ridiculous i want my money back or else i will with another bank really unsatisfied with hdfc bank services i also called customer care but they didn't answering me what...

Hdfc seems to have launched a new website. When i try to login it shows up the login window of the old website, briefly shows the interface of the old website, then logs out and takes you back to the home page of the new website. This is an endless loop. To give a ray of hope, it has an option of accessing the old website on the home page of the new website. However, clicking this does the same thing. I didn't even knew about this charge.
I saw it today an amount of rs 177 has been deducted without prior notice which a very disappointing factor, though the account being credited with my salary that means every time i need to pay some odd amounts which gets debited directly.
This was not expected from a reputed bank. Total disappointment. Instead they ask for personal loan with an aggressive push.

I have an account hdfc bank in kanjurmarg west. I have applied for a home loan from pnb housing finance limited. I gave 7 signed cheques to the pnb guy and also filled and signed ecs form both having the same signatures. Whenever the ecs comes for clearance to hdfc bank, they bluntly reject for signature mismatch while the signed cheque gets cleared without any problem. I have an international number registered with my hdfc account.
I do not receive any otp's for any online transaction.
I was also told that i will be sent an otp on my email id as well, that facility also does not work.
The mobile number works for logging into my netbanking account, but i do not get any otp if i transact on a third party website

I can provide my mobile number and account number if needed...

Hi.. I am not happy with the service of relationship manager... Can you please let me know how to change relationship manager at hdfc bank?
My relationship manager is extremely slow. If i have asked any question she replies after 3-4 days post reminder. Post reminder she raises query with relavent team and that too she shares their response after 2-3 reminder and half the time she is on leave......

I m a regular customer of hdfc bank. Running saving account, pf & nps account with hdfc from last 5 years. I have been charged 1299 rupees for hdfc securities trading. I am unaware of it & these are leived on account of trading while i have not done any trading with hdfc.

I had made a credit card bill payment to a wrong credit card number through phonepe from my hdfc account.
I called the customer care immediately asking them to revert the transaction, they said the receiving party should raise the complaint, even that was done. But no proper action from the bank authorities.
I'ts a hefty amount of 28000 and i want to revert the transaction.
Each customer care assistant says different...
