My name is Ansar, [protected]. Iam a victim of HDFC CUSTOMER representatives and i need a justice and resolution towards my concern. I have taken 9 lakhs LOAN on Mar 11th and related account#[protected], Again i got call from one of
HDFC LOAN representative called Lakshmi ([protected], [protected]) saying iam eligbile for PL(personal LOAN), so after listening her speech, i took forward step
to goahead for personal LOAN, with only 1 condition that if she can provide the LOAN for me and my brother both. However she didnt provide the LOAN to my bro, she cheated
me, i don't want to drag my bro PL issue here, so lets ignore it. During my 11.5 lakhs LOAN process, she never asked me whether i need new LOAN or top up LOAN, she simply applied for
top up LOAN and make me lot of confusion with her beautiful words and she herself take decision to close my previous LOAN account#[protected] and
she opens a Top up LOAN#[protected] with 20 lakhs and she proceed. After 11.5 L amount disburse to my HDFC salary account [protected], CUSTOMER id 64871232, i called many many
times to that lady lakhsmi, she never tries to answer my calls. If answer she starts confusing again with her super experience. Later after a week i called HDFC
CUSTOMER care and register a complaint against her (Case#[protected] and requested not to close my previous LOAN account and make the new LOAN as separate like a parallel account.
And also they share a respective manager contact number Anil - [protected] and he lsiten to my concern in very polite way and he again share one more contact
who is the manager (Vasant [protected]) of Lakshmi. I talk to him and he arrange one more lady to look into my case and her name Sahira Banu ([protected], [protected]).
This lady is very much experienced, i have attached all voice recordings and whatsapp chat of this lady, you please go through it, she said she will definetely
make it to parallel account, just wait for some time and later after 12 days when i contact her, she stops picking up the phone and today she respond over whatsapp
with silly reasons and still she requesting me to wait and she cant guarantee the exact date when this will be done. When i called yesterday to Anil, he informed me to speak
with Vasant, when i called him he said within 10 min he will get back to me, i waited for 1 hr and when i called him, he just answer the call, and keeps
shouting on me and drop the call with very aggressive manner, i havent used a single ruppee from the LOAN amount,
i just need the previous LOAN to be not closed and top up LOAN should come as a new account. If you can't do this, then pls cancel this LOAN, and iam not ready to pay any charges
because i kept on hold till today only because of these ###. I sincerely request HDFC to take very strict action towards lakshmi and Sahira and kindly assist me

Iam really fed with up their service, they especially lakshmi and sahira have wasted my lot of time, and mostly they played with my internal feelings. Iam really disappointed, and felt nervous
for taking a LOAN from such reputed bank. Iam a HDFC CUSTOMER since 5 years and iam ashamed to say that. Iam expecting some response from your end and a resolution more importantly i want hdfc needs to payback penalty to me for wasting my time here

Previous loan taken on March 2020, and the recent loan taken on end of Sep 2020. Iam chasin to resolve this issue since 15 days but no luck. Please help

    My account is showing an amount of 5800 held by Hdfc Bank with a negative balance of -1300 even if they cut that negative balance I should still get 4500.How do I remove my account from hold and get the money ? The bank was not at all helpful

        In this current outbreak wherein RBI has given relif on EMI and i am paying my EMI by going into bank by requesting them to debit my EMI as they have applied moratorium and ECS wasn't activated by that time.

        To avoid paying more EMI in later stage i have opted out from moratorium and paying my EMI.

        I want refund ACH charges asap

            I had purschased iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on in OCt 2019 Via Amazon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now and while speaking with HDFC CREDIT CARDS, instead of helping, they are asking the consumer to provide the details of the cash back scheme.

              Hello Team,

              I have a FastTAG For my car UP32JY8475 from your bank.

              This was blacklisted & no reasonable explanation was given & I wasn't even informed about the same by the bank.They say that your balance went negative but as checked in my balance it never went negative. This person gave me a case no that was[protected].

              After I noticed my fastag was blacklisted while being on the toll tax in fastag lane. And I raised a request by call on 9-10 Oct and I was informed by the people on call it will be resolved in 48 hr.

              Was traveling again and was fastag still blacklisted I call them back after 4 days then the team mentioned that it will be resolved in 48 working hours. On the same call I asked to speak to concerned people/team and wss denied saying that the manager or team will call me back.

              After a 7 days I call them back today hoping that my issue might be resolved till now. Now the person say that he has checked with the manager and it has resolved will be updated. This person gave me another case no that was UI10243077.

              I am traveling again tomorrow But now the team says it might take 2 more days to resolve this.

              Please help on the same.Also provide the Escalation matrix for the same.

              Still not update from the bank they are putting my call on hold and disconnecting it.

              They have mentioned multiple time that i will recieve a call back from the concerned team. But it hasn't happened till now.

              Also they are making fake promises that the issue will be resolved till 30 min, 1 hr, till noon & till evening.

              Also there is no update about the case to the customer. And I am just told to wait every time I call for an update and new lies are told on every time i call

              This is in reference to the FASTAG issue.Please find details below:
              CUSTOMER ID:: [protected]Wallet ID:: [protected]CAR NO:: UP32JY8475
              I was given false hopes and the customer service desk in denying escalating the call.Also the CSD team has mentioned multiple times for a call back from the team which is supposed to be handling this issue.
              This, The Team members mentioned we have forwarded/requested for a call back.  I have followed these steps around 15 times but still no resolution on the HDFC part.
              Also What kind of customer service desk denies to provide escalation matrix. All they say is to drop a mail on fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com  but there is no response on the same as well.
              Everytime I call I am given a New timeline for 2 Days. Which keeps on increasing every.
              Please provide escalation matrix for HDFC FASTAG issues

                  Yesterday I placed an order on Amazon. But after sometime I had to cancel the same as I was getting a better discount on another website. So after cancelling my order at around 12.45 am, I got a message from HDFC Bank that the refund amount is reversed to my account. But they are still not reflecting. And these top banks have pathetic customer support. And they are not even responding to the emails. Are they going to refund it or not? Please check.

                      I've been charged 885 rupees from my HDFC account for depository charge. I'm trying to contact HDFC from 16-oct-2020. I sent several emails and tried calling customer support 20 or 30 times. I can't connect to any of customer support. I researched it on internet and found it was charged for my demant account. But im not using my demant account, so i have to be classified as BSDA account and my charge should be like 100 or something. They charged me a much amount. I didn't get any intimation or notification also they said demant account is free. The person who collected my documents said there is no charge but a commission. There is no notification, intimation or response from HDFC and horrible customer support. I need my money back. They clearly mentioned on their website about BSDA account.

                        The invoice said that I'm eligible for Rs. 6000 cashback and it will be credited to my account within 120 days.
                        But it's 11 months now approximately 330 days and still I haven't received cashback.
                        When can I expect to get the cashback.

                          My name is kishore Kumar ..I have been holding HDFC Regalia Card ending with 4107...I applied for a moratorium from April to August.. In September i got a call from HDFC collection department. One of the guys (i do not want to name him considering that it might affect his career) promised that if i make a minimum due of 21750, my card will not get blocked and will be eligible to restructure. Trusting the banking professional i paid 22000..I clearly mentioned that i need an easy restructure plan as i am in no position to make such hefty monthly payments and interest on interest and late fee...Kindly reverse the late fee, over limit charges and hefty financial charges that has been levied on my card account and restructure my card account ..It is really unfair to leech out from customers during these troubled times..

                          I have been getting calls from HDFC backend team demanding 42000 payment. If im on LOP, how can you be demanding so much?

                          Kindly help me come out of this by resolving this dispute asap and provide me the restructure plan..

                              Hi All,
                              I had made the wrong payment to my Credit card. Instead of giving the acct number
                              card ending 8013 . I have paid into account with a card ending 8019.

                              I have sent the documents (Indemnity form with wrong payment details, bank statement, and Bill desk screenshot) in mail multiple times
                              It has already been more than a month and I have been patiently waiting for a response for the wrong payment done but I haven't heard anything from you.
                              I agree it is my mistake .And the wrong payment done amount is huge and no action till now, so I'm very disappointed with HDFC with the slow service you are providing. I have been a customer of HDFC from few years now. and I have been doing my payments on a regular basis. But seeing this kind for ignorance I no longer want any service from HDFC and want to cancel my Credit card. Please take necessary steps.

                                I am asking to close my bank account
                                As I don't have any job to this HDFC bank. They are giving silly reason.
                                They are saying credit card is linked with your account where as I never took credit card, after they said it's EMI Loan which was clears in July 24th but still link was not removed. It's been 2 months over every time I contact hdfc they say within 24 hour link will be removed. Now they are fined about 600 rs for not maintaining minimum balance I lost almost 2000 rs in hdfc bank.. still no response. I request you to please resolve my issue..

Today again I tried to contact the hdfc customer care 10 times but call get disconnect automatically.. nobody is responding properly..Again my 100 rs also deducted.. hdfc I never thought that your bank is like this..

                                  I have been charged with extra ₹4500 in my October 2020 credit card bill.
                                  I have mailed to hdfc credit card services mail asking the details. No reply since 1 week. Its already 20 this month. I have to pay bill by next month.
                                  If i don't pay the bill by time, i will again get charged with late payment penality. But these people won't respond for our queries. Then who will charge them for their irresponsible behaviour.

                                    I am a regular policy holder of HDFC life. Few days back received the mob call projecting HDFC life office dealing with Fraud. He told me you have purchase HDFC life policy through some Agent who is fraud party and we have blacklisted them now. He told me that since you have purchase these policy from Agent, the commission due to this party can be refunded to you. Since verbal communication do not have any standing I have told him to send me detail mail on communication on HDFC company letter Head. I have a mail from him on HDFC letter hear giving details of the payment. He told me to deposit a amount of Rs 5100 in HDFC life banks acc for some charges. Since the account is on the name of HDFC life I have believed him and transfer the money. Now he is asking me to deposit some more money which cautioned me and report the matter to you. I can produced the document and details of this acc to you. kindly look into matter as it your company reputation also .

                                      I have a savings account in HDFC which was opened by my current company which has the permit of zero balance.Recently my account balance was zero and it was showing in negative (-2349).When I transferred Rs 3000 in the account it is now showing Rs 649.Now where is my rest of the money gone? I am trying to contact to the customer care number but unable to talk to a bank agent as it is saying due to covid 19 restrictions we are operating with limited number of staffs. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
