Still not solve problem by your side I dont want this member ship now it's showing 1535 amount unbilled in my card what the hell are you guys doing. Is it the way you solve customers problems. I strictly told you that I don't want your discount or anything Just give me back my 1535 as soon as possible. And in my account you mark my problem as solve but it's not solve what in the world guys you think you solve this problem. First it's 1399 ruppes unbilled showing now it's 1535 ruppes showing. Give me back my money and Cancel your Goddamn services.

      Credit card - not giving sms

      The hdfc bank regalia credit card is not giving sms after a transaction. Today I made a transaction for rrs.16749/- and I did not even get a SMS. So there is no way of knowing whether actually how much was deducted from account. Their pathethic website If i login i cant see that transaction in unbilled transactions also, such is the quality of their servce. If i call customer care there is no one to pick up and they say reason is covid, then...

        The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 6324/- as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

        The amount Hold on 9th oct 2020 & next working day i am going to branch and told this but till now no response from their side .The was told to contact customer service.

        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

          Salary Account blocked

          I am using Hdfc salary account and some dispute transaction happened in my account and informed the same to Hdfc bank customer care they suggested and blocked the debit transactions/NetBanking and debit card. When I reached to bank to unblock the account they are not responding properly and not unblocking my account....

                Highly irresponsible behaviour by Sriraj Ghadge of HDFC bank, I head approached by their agent who claim to be from HDFC bank amd lured me to do BT of my high interest rates PL but after taking all document and not understanding the details they rejected the loan which I respect as it can be due to not understanding the details but the sales manager SrirJ is so busy even than Mr Puri that neither he picks up the cell phone nor he calls back and neither respond on text messages

                HDFC bank should have better managers than him

                  Hdfc charged my account for 885 rupees .I called customer care they also said we are not sure about this charges, they said visit branch they told me, i said raise a dispute and refund my money that time customer care executive said we don't know about this charges so we can't help you and call was ended by the executive. Is this hdfc bank service to customers, thats not at all previously also hdfc charged with 882 ruppes from account I was really frustrated about hdfc and their charges .please get my money back, or refund my money at any cost.

                      I have over paid an amount of 72458 on 14th October, 2020. HDFC net banking always shows the statement bill without any due. I tried calling Customer care but there was no response. This excess amount is not any small amount. So please consider my request for refund of excess amount.

                              Credit Card Outstanding not converted into EMI even after requesting for it

                              The total outstanding on my HDFC CC card was Rs 209079 for Aug.

                              I would have paid this bill in full however, i received a message from HDFC that i have an option to convert my credit card outstanding into an EMI for 24 months, (Please see the screen shot of the message received)

                              I have an HDFC Salary Account since last 10 years & using credit card also last 5-6 years & paying all the EMI, credit card on time but due to this pandemic situation unable to clear my credit card payment this time since Apr 2020, even I spoke to Bank multiple times to block my card & give me settelment option but they are not giving. I am paying my personal loan on time, loan on credit card on time even this COVID situation but bank is sucking the customer like anything they are putting interest on interest on credit card due but not providing settlement option.

                              Last month Sep 25-27 I received a call from Vikaspuri Collection Dept with a name Puja, she harrased me alot, she spoke to my HR in my office almost torturing like anything. I complaint against her in HDFC bank but till date no action take. HDFC only wants money from their customer they dont want to resolve their problem. Her no. is [protected] & [protected] she called me & saying if you can't pay this amount you need to suicide with your family because you used bank amount & not returning. After listening all this I borrowed Rs.5, 600/-(Minimum amount told) & paid on 28 Sep, 2020.

                              Now on 10th Sep, 2020, I was checking my account it was showing a negative balance of Rs.6, 489 when I complaint against this with bank they told this is hold by Collection dept for non payment of credit card due. I was totally shocked when last month I received call they told me to pay the minimum amount Rs.5, 600/- now I paid but now bank is saying this was Aug month due sep month due was Rs.12, 189/- . HDFC only cheating their customer wrong commitment everywhere they only want money.
