Credit Card Outstanding not converted into EMI even after requesting for it

Address: Mumbai HDFC Head Office

The total outstanding on my HDFC CC card was Rs 209079 for Aug.

I would have paid this bill in full however, i received a message from HDFC that i have an option to convert my credit card outstanding into an EMI for 24 months, (Please see the screen shot of the message received)

HDFC Banking was not available because of Covid so i applied for this EMI conversion via message. (Please see the message sent from...

I have an HDFC Salary Account since last 10 years & using credit card also last 5-6 years & paying all the EMI, credit card on time but due to this pandemic situation unable to clear my credit card payment this time since Apr 2020, even I spoke to Bank multiple times to block my card & give me settelment option but they are not giving. I am paying my personal loan on time, loan on credit card on time even this COVID situation but bank is sucking the customer like anything they are putting interest on interest on credit card due but not providing settlement option.

Last month Sep 25-27 I received a call from Vikaspuri Collection Dept with a name Puja, she harrased me alot, she spoke to my HR in my office almost torturing like anything. I complaint against her in HDFC bank but till date no action take. HDFC only wants money from their customer they dont want to resolve their problem. Her no. is [protected] & [protected] she called me & saying if you can't pay this amount you need to suicide with your family because you used bank amount & not returning. After listening all this I borrowed Rs.5, 600/-(Minimum amount told) & paid on 28 Sep, 2020.

Now on 10th Sep, 2020, I was checking my account it was showing a negative balance of Rs.6, 489 when I complaint against this with bank they told this is hold by Collection dept for non payment of credit card due. I was totally shocked when last month I received call they told me to pay the minimum amount Rs.5, 600/- now I paid but now bank is saying this was Aug month due sep month due was Rs.12, 189/- . HDFC only cheating their customer wrong commitment everywhere they only want money.

      UPI Blocked

      I Had blocked my card, net banking, upi id because of some suspicious activity. Then i got a instant card, activated my card and net banking. But still i am facing issues while doing upi payments. But i am not able to send money via upi. I went to the nearest branch but they told me to call customer care and still i am not getting any help from customer care.
      I want you to unblock my upi id as soon as possible.

        Had made debit card transaction to merchant on 6.39 pm on10th oct 2020 but the store have not received the credit, want refund to my account as soon as possible Ref: POS541919XXXXXX9800 OPEN ROAD

        It has been more than 48 hours but my account has not been refunded yet

          Hi I have been charged with one assist service fee of -/1899 on my credit card ending 2246 without my consent. I am not interested in this service and I would like to cancel the service and I want a refund on the same.

            What the hell is this going on from HDFC Bank, they again hold my amount 146.37₹, even 1.5 months done but amout not return in my account and even not any statements given from bank side in passbook. I want my money back.

                  My name is Indrakala have been charged Rs.1899 on my HDFC Credit Card on[protected] without my permission. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my Card.

                  I have raised the same complaint since last year and I have raised request for refund process for concern period. And your team given the commitment for the refund process as well for deactivation, but it have resolved the issue with refund nor deactivation.

                  This year also i have faced the same issue and was an amount of rs 1299 got deducted from my account without my concern or prior knowledge. With dissatisfaction of your service and policies. Because of this reason i would like to cancel the account with you bank and refer to others.

                  Before cancellation i would like to have the refund for the year 2019 & 2020. If this have been done i will continue with your service.

                    I reported a fraudulent transaction in my account after which my account was locked. It has been 15 days, i have visited nearest branch twice, given written application, filled up few forms, but still it is not active.                       The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 2354.33 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

                      The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                      First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                        Personal lon number:68667061. Never missed the payment since 1 year till now. Couldn't pay it on time just this month October. The HDFC recovery agents started harrassing me from the very next day of EMI date. It's just 6 days delayed for now and they didn't even spare when I was hospitalized. Now they have called my friends asking for payments. Such rude and harrassing behaviour from the bank which was never expected. I have emailed a complaint on 12th Oct just received an automated response. This type of Harrasment from HDFC would take people's life.

                          PayZapp team provided a coupon PAYZAPP150 for using on Grofers website but later denied honouring the cashback, the PayZapp Customer Care is pathetic and does not honour the cashback amount.

                          Grofers is really cooperative, they provided the snapshot of the code applied on their website but even after that PAYZAPP team does not trust that email and they are very fraud Company and does not look for customer satisfaction. PayZapp is just behind looting innocent people.

                              I’m Jayanta Pakrashi from Kolkata, trying to get some help from you. I have already visited HDFC offices several times and called the customer care too, but didn’t get any solution to the issue. I also sent emails to the following customer services emails and didn’t get a single reply!

                              I had a car loan account in the HDFC bank[protected] which was completed in September 2020. I didn't receive NOC till now after making several calls to the customer care and visiting loan office in Kolkata at Gillander House. I came to know that the issue is me being a ‘defaulter’ in credit card. I paid all my due in the credit card account on 1st March with an extra balance amount of RS 233. But the system has not been updated yet and everyone passes the responsibilities to the other team!

                              Could you please check this issue and let me know the reason? I’m having real trouble even though my asset delivery is stuck due to this.

                                Dear Bank Officials ( if any reading this from HDFC),

                                Covid 19 is a same situation for all. Like the way you are doing your job for your livelihood in the bank, there are lakhs of people suffering now because of no jobs/salary deduction/EMI's/Charges etc.

                                In this situation, one have a bank account so that they can atleast keep their whatever money they have for hard time. But if bank itself will start duping customers, where should we go then???

                                It seems you people are waiting for the amount in the account and you just block it and then even use it without any information to the customer. This is absolutely wrong and unethical as per the agreement signed by the customer.

                                Like all complaints raised above, you people have debited my account too unknowingly.

                                Highly unacceptable behaviour from a bank like yours.

                                  I was to receieve a refund of rs. 21499 and it is almost 1 month I have not recieved my money.
                                  I am trying my best to reach out but it is ofno help. Worst Customer support. Neither the bank helps nor the customer care executives.
                                  They are just rolling this by asking for this and that, but till date I have not recieved the money.

                                    I submitted account closure request at Hdfc Infopark branch kochi. Bank staff told me they are unable to close my aacount due to credit card seen for me. I have told them that I am not using any credit card nor received any. As suggested by them I have contacted customer care and they told me there is no credit card linked to my registered mobile. I told the same to bank staff. But my account closure request was closed saying to sumbit a new request as they cant hold the request pending for more than 7 days.
