HDFC Bank Complaints & Reviews

When i try to login to internet banking i am not getting otp which is asked after i enter the username and password.
While i carry out other transactions i am not getting otp and i am not receiving any alert messages of cash withdrawal or deposit. I am not receiving any messages at all from the hdfc bank. So please resolve this issue as early as possible....

My father and mother had fixed deposits (Ch/1687465, ch/1687520, ch/1687472, ch/1687537) with hdfc. All these deposits matured in jan 2019. Hi, i got my home loan approved by hdfc loans. The bank has a subvention tie up emaar and hence i decided to go ahead with hdfc loan associated with emaar.

However, the bank executive did not complete any document formalities required thereby leading to delayed payments to the builder.

I had missed a payment on my hdfc credit card and even after advising the recovery agents that it will be done in a few days i received threatening messages on my mobile saying the executive will come to my home and recover the full payment. Being a woman i feel it was extremely disgraceful and feel i should discontinue my business with hdfc. I feel that agent should be fired for such rude behaviour and making threatening calls to someone...

Hi, my father was a long term user of hdfc credit card, he got expired recently and i informed the bank and they gave me a reference number and then they didn't follow up for a month two... After which i received a call from a recovery agent stating i have to clear the out standing amount and settle dues for which i requested them to provide me with a suitable settlement option as i can't pay the entire amount by waiving off interest fees...

Everday they are calling and asking form the pending payment i told them a date but everday they are calling and abusing me.

I was abused and harrased by a hdfc personal loan recovery team in public by which i was very embarrassed
He was about to hit me and i was very harrased in public by two of the recovery agents
I have a relationship with hdfc since 2013 and i m regularly in touch with the concerned manager/executives
I m in a plan to clear of the total dues related to loan with negotiation in reducing charges

I spent arround 189 & 59 & few more dollars worth indian money in singapore via my debit card on[protected] &[protected]. But money is being deducted with description debit card pur adj dt 02-02-19 on[protected]. Please explain why is this happenig.? And please explain the percentage calculations. I had redeemed gift card voucher worth rs. 2000 using hdfc netbanking around 28th of december 2018. But the same has not been delivered to me yet.
On contacting the hdfc home branch and customer care, they have conveniently put the issue onto blue dart - the courier delivery partner.
But as per the awb number it's showing as courier returned to original shipper.

I have raised a cheque book request on 23/01/19 at pune. Next day i received a sms " your cheque book sent on 24/01/2019 via ace express. Awb no. Hd7519250. Then i track on ace website but it shows invalid awb no. & there is no information available at ace express (Acecourier.in)
Please take this complaint on priority basis because if cheque book not receive within two days then i lost the house, i am buying....

Transaction of rs. 500 is reversed by kake walk yesterday but amount is not credited in my bank account. Transaction was done through hdfc debit card.

I have attached a screenshot of the message that i got from hdfc bank after the transaction was reversed, but i checked my bank balance and found that amount hasn't been credited yet.

Hdfc bank has charged my current account rs 7280 every 3 months. I saw this and asked them and they replied by saying average quarterly balance should be atleast 1, 00, 000/- or else there is a fine of rs 7280/-. This is totally ridiculous. They are just ripping their customers. Don't open a current account with hdfc. Try other national banks like bank of baroda...

The same got processed successfully as on same day (And it was an otp-based debit), than after this transaction an auto-debit by hdfc bank has been made stating 'mctf 16/01' for the whole / same amt. I have trying to book train tickets from irctc and spicjet flight from cleartrip and spicejet website via netbanking and debit card option. Am continuously getting declined and phone banking officers (Even senior guy on the floor) arent able to tell me why its declined. Instead they are saying everything is fine while the error is from hdfc web site (See the url in 2nd screenshot in the attachment)

Am about to miss the flight...
