Im sneka, Salary account holder of your bank, Recently I noticed that my account has been debited with an amount of 86 Rs for ACH Return Debit charges.
As of now amount of 448/- was in minus balance .
So here I am requesting you to please refund the debited amount to me.

and need the proper reason for the cause.

      Dear Customer,

      We observe from your e-mail that you seek clarification regarding the ECS return charges levied in the account. We are happy to help you with the information about the charges levied in the account.
      What are the charges for ECS returned due to insufficient balance? In case of a returned ECS (Return in a month) the following charges are applicable:1st - Rs.450 + GST (Sr Citizen - Rs 400+GST) 2nd - Rs.500 + GST (Sr Citizen - Rs 450 + GST) 3rd onwards - Rs.550 + GST (Sr Citizen - Rs 500 + GST) In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear fund balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for ECS received in a clearing.
      We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said ECS was not sufficient to cover the ECS received in a clearing. Therefore, the ECS was returned due to insufficient funds, and the corresponding charges for ECS dishonor were levied on your account. We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, on the ECS date, to avoid the ACH return charges being levied to your account.

        ACH Debit charged of 1770 without Giving any prior intimation on 26th April 2023

        My account is getting debited with 649₹ four times in a day and followed by 3 times a month. When I visited bank, all they said was we can't help, you check with the loan provider. What a gesture to close the issue. I request everyone to not trust HDFC bank anymore, they are conning people.

              I am often checking my hdfc acc, and was surprised by seeing the deductions again, i understand if there is any bounce payment then the bank will put the penalty charges, but there are two or three charges for the same month, which is absolutely incorrect, can any one please suggest me what needs to be done.

                This is with reference to my child who is working with your reputed entity HDFC Bank. I am trying my level best to get in touch with the management regarding this issue but I am not getting any proper response for it. Mr. Jimit who is the manager of the branch holds my child for working even after banking working hours. She reached home lately and when called and ask the manager he straight away says ''this is not the right time to call pls call tomorrow ''
                This is not the right answer expected from an employee of your bank, I am Father of a daughter and I cannot just sit back calmly and wait my daughter coming home late night. And above this your employee branch manager talks in this way. As a father i want an explanation for this. Will your bank be responsible is anything happens to my daughter on her way home late night? Why is she been hold after working hours also? This is not the first time, it happened many times. Pls revert back

                      HDFC has deducted a total of Rs. 7, 763 from my bank account without any intimation of maintaining a minimum balance. It was a salary account, to begin with, but no intimation was given of it being converted to a savings account. I started receiving emails to maintain a balance from September 2022 but in my statement, the amount has been debited from Feb 2022.

                      Even the bank representatives are clueless and saying that I should have maintained my balance from March 2022 onwards but in my statement, Rs. 708 has been deducted thrice for the month of February 2022 itself.

                      Without any mail or even an SMS, Rs. 7, 763 has been debited. HDFC is a fraud bank and is deducting amounts with baseless transactions. I want my money bank. We are not rich people and HDFC being a white-collar thief should return my money back.

                        I have been charged continuously since i agreed to increase my credit limit on the HDFC credit card which was ofcourse free of cost but my dues are never ending despite paying everything off I still keep getting charged for OFFUS EMI which no one from the customer service desk could ever confirm. I am also being charged GST for God knows what reason. I have been paying since the last 6 months and now have not paid for this month and HDFC Bank has been calling and harrassing me with calls by customer service executive shouting at me to pay my dues and calling scolding me for not being regular whereas i have been regular. I need my money back for this EMI charges that are fraudulent. I opened an HDFC account because I thought this was the best and most honest bank but I think it's time to I realised how this bank has been duping me for money. Is this how HDFC has been making money????

                          I am always called for HDFC bank credit cards and services etc, though I block them with various caller apps. I even get Robo calls for the same bank.

                          This is very disturbing though i Opted for DND from my telecom subscriber. I have told people ( both my telecom provider and HDFC bank ) to block me from getting these unwanted calls but in vain.

                            Have purchase i phone from Vijaya salesand there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been a long time and no one is paying attention to my complaint neither hdfc nor vijay sales. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 90 days

                              I used the card for one transaction, and later visited the branch where i was advised to put up auto-pay with another account that i get salary in.

                              Inspite of auto-pay, i kept getting messages that my payment is due. I went to the bank multiple times to get this checked wherein the credit card executive logged in my account and kept telling me nothing is due and that i should ignore the messages.

                              Since the amount in the messages kept on increasing, I grew suspicious and logged in to check again. This time even on my account it is showing due along with around 900 INR penalty for late payment and return of payment.

                              I fail to understand how it is my fault when I've repeated tried to understand those misleading messages by visiting the branch thrice.

                              Now I have to pay the penalty for trusting hdfc bank executives who told me nothing is due and i should ignore the messages.

                              Please help me I'm a working person and it's a big headache for me to visit the branch again and again.

                              The HdFC bank tekari chambers number on Google is not responsive, nor i can find another number on which i can talk to any executive.

                              This evening I have paid the total due amount of 4500. but it is still not reflecting in my account

After pultting the number in DND still i am receiving the calls . On call when I tells them that my no in DND they says sorry and cut the call .. this is my daily task
