My previous credit card is stolen so i filed it as lost few months back. I received a message saying it has due. When i check the same in net banking there was no due on the card. I have a salary account with hdfc bank. I have started with sip in mutual funds (Paytm money app) using auto-pay option. But i didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so i have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590 (5 times) and total 3000 rs is deducted from my account and now my balance is showing -1190 rs on 15/03/2019.

Today the bank has provided me statement wherein they have charged me 1180 as first year membership fees. You are requested to look into the same. When i try to login to internet banking i am not getting otp which is asked after i enter the username and password.
While i carry out other transactions i am not getting otp and i am not receiving any alert messages of cash withdrawal or deposit. I am not receiving any messages at all from the hdfc bank. So please resolve this issue as early as possible....
