Every month credit card bill total amount not tally with charges

Actual total amount=2, 453.19 rs

In statement total bill mentioned: 3, 195 rs

The difference is 741.81rs they not mentioned

    The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 524.24 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

    Account type: salary account
    I need clear details about hold fund and release the same
    The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
    First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.
    HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I am a senior citizen account, but no proper information regarding to correspond with the branch manager. But too much harassment. Decided to close my all accounts. For information to other customers
    For simple reasons holding the balance amount in the SB accounts. It happens once in awhile unable to pay any EMI instalment, for which double the amount are holding.
    I don't know why mi revenue gefu hold of 1938 rs, please resolve my issue...

    Kindly request you to work on this issue and resolve soon as possible.

      My name is sakthivel and i had ordered vega helmet of rs.964 in amazon on[protected] and after[protected] i returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected]
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected]
      And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian hdfc bank doesn't have such policy. So
      Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

        I mistakenly paid into a wrong HDFC credit card and I contacted the Hdfc customer care through mail. They also asked for my bank statement for the transaction but still have not responded to it for more than 2 months. Its been a total of 6 months and I haven't been able to get my issue resolved. Please respond to it as soon as possible.

          I'm holding savings account in hdfc bank for past 6 years, and this is the second time they have deducted unnecessary charges of inr 885/- as depositary charges. I have never used their demat service for a single time still this has happened for 2nd time. Please help in this matter as due to covid situation even their customer helpline is not responding.

              There is debit adjustments in my fast tag accounts.
              Can you please give me clarification as why did this happen.

              Have attachments to this complaint.
              Total debut Adjustments done on 7-Aug was 289.25 + 145.75 = 435/-

              After raising the concern on 18-Aug they just reverted 200/- (OD-Reversal)

              Can Hdfc team give explanation.

                I am arun kumar selvaraj. Last july 14th 2020 rs.2599/- has been deducted from my credit card without my knowledge by activating one assist mfee insurance. They converted that in to smart emi and deducted rs.100 as charge and everymonth emi amount has been added in a statement. So please take action on this and cancel the insurance and refund my amount in a credit card balance. My mobile number is [protected]

                  I have been harassed by so called hdfc bank telecallers (They claim so) regarding personal loan. I have been putting these callers in my blocked list for so long. I also request the telecallers to stop calling on my number. But it still keeps coming, and with an even higher frequency.

                  It is affecting my daily routine. Calls come at any time, when i am resting on weekend or on weekdays while i am in some important meeting or waiting for an important call, or even driving.

                  Its a big nuisance in my life. Situation is going out of hand. High time that it stops.

                  I request the competent authorities and hdfc bank organizations to bring some relief by curbing these unnecessary and nascent callers.

                  The registered telemarketers have been allocated 10 digit numbers of "140XXXXXXXX" number series for ease of identification. It is possible that the calls to you are in the nature of cold contacts by freelancers who acquire telecalling databases from other sources.

                  In such situations, the cause for action lies exclusively with the affected parties who have the right to lodge a formal complaint with TRAI within 03 days of any violation similar to what you have experienced recently.

                  As a corporate entity, our Bank is compliant with all directives, regulations, and laws of the land and we have set in place substantial controls over telemarketing activities. However, it is beyond the scope of our control or authority to identify such freelance agents and bring charges on them. Only the affected parties have the right to take up the matter by lodging a complaint to their telecom service provider so that the matter can be taken up as per the provisions of law.

                      2. Apart from the above, i always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. High interest rate itself is a charge.

                      How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges reversed.

                            My account was not active for past 3 years.I went to my nearest branch they said check NEFT transaction your account will be active status.i received sms saying my account status has been successfully changed from inactive to active 6 months before. But when i do online transaction, following is the message received with transaction failure: there is a memo present on the debit account, transaction declined. Again i went to my nearest branch they said we can submit re- kyc.After that you can able to transfer funds.

                            I sumitted re- kyc form 2 months before and i also mailed to HDFC Customer support.For past 6 months, i cannot able to transfer funds.

                            But no response from my nearest branch still.
                            kindly help me on this.

                                Hi sir,
                                I have mailed numbers of time to hdfc bank credit card team in last 4 month but still they are not replying.
                                They have upgraded my old moneyback credit card to ragilla but not delivered to me which cause my previous card in blocked state and i did not get the the statement for bill for that month to pay at right time. So i sent an email for this issue and they sent a manual statement late which cause late fee and interest and tax charges. After that i sent again an email for this issue a month back but they did not replied. I followed up multiple time. I have all the mail which i sent but they yet not replied.
                                Pleas help me as they are adding late fine and interest every month without resolving the issue and all the issue is from hdfc bank side only.
                                Please do the needful.

                                  Hdfc life agent made me sign a bond with false expectation stating, no penalties will be charged when i cancel my policy only the gst will be deducted. Now during corona i have family emergency and hdfc refuses to pay back my own hard earned money. I had deposited 310000 and they talk about paying me only 90000, when i want to terminate my policy, i don't need the ineterest i only need my own hard earned money, which i am now fighting for.

                                  Raised escalations and complaints got no update. I warn you never go for any long term deposits through the agents. I got deceived. I need my 3lakhs back.

                                        I opened a new Digi Youth Saving account through online method in your Rana Pratap marg branch hdfc bank on 30th july but till date i didn't received the welcome kit. I have completed the video kyc and i have also deposited the money in account which your bank is not letting me use now.
