My hdfc bank fastag is not working i had coplaint about it to customer care they send me a link via sms for repayment for issue new fastag. Payment was done on 28.07.2020, after that i had contacted three times to customer care they are unable to resolve my problem. They provide my a mail id on which not mail is delivered, it indicate domian is incorrect, till i am waiting for any type of response from there side.

    Date of the transaction 08/15/2020, amount of transaction 47812.11, reference number[protected].

    On 15/08/20 i have paid amount towards credit card bill of bank of baroda from hdfc net banking rs. 47, 812.11. It got debited from my sb account but not reflecting in bob credit card. Cheque/ref no.[protected] please reconcile it immediately. My bill due date is 19-08-20 and i dont want any penalty. Urgent matter

      Hi,
      Bank has deducted overdue amount of rs 22, 924 on 3rd aug 2020 against personal loan[protected], as per debit message it says amount recovered.
      Bank again hold same amount of 22, 924 on 13 aug, no revert on mail and tweet.
      Its really mental harrassment for me.

        Hi,
        I have been raising complaints regarding hdfc credit card for last 4-5 months and not getting any support on the same. I have been dropping mails for last 4 months and even sent and escalation mail to nodal officer hdfc delhi/ncr zone but no response received.
        Since the day i have complaint to my rm, she has stopped responding, she neither pick calls nor respond back. I have tried almost 50 calls in last 2 weeks. I have tried all the possible options but no one is connecting to me on phone for discussion and on social media platforms they just turn back with a note of terms and condition and do not discuss on the complaint.
        1. I feel harassed by hdfc now as they are not solving the issue and adding more financial charges every month for delay on their part of not responding to complaint. I am not supposed to bear charges for them not responding to my complaints. I have already paid everything of my expenses made.
        2. I need to get my rm changed as soon as possible, she is useless and never responds to the complaints or any issues. Instead of looking into my issues for a classic customer, she has completely stopped responding. Is this kind of service we are supposed to get from hdfc. Really pathetic. Worst experience of my life.

                I have been charged incorrect processing fees. When they did not reply for weeks about that. I surrendered my credit card. I sent broken card to chennai with the credit card closure form. However, they are just refusing to close the card. Keep calling me every couple of days that "we have received your closure request and why don't you take another card". It is been 2 months i asked for closure. However, they are in no mood to do so. I wrote their emails, called them, wrote to rm and nodal officer. Even their nodal officer is equally useless.

                  I order a item from amazon.in 12/08/2020 amount of 1162.8 order successful and amount deducted normaly. But today (14/08/2020) i did not perform any order but same amount deducted from my account rs of 1162.8 and shown in bank statement that mctf 12-08 amazon.in

                    I'm an hdfc bank holder since i opened the account there is not any deduction till march 2020 after that i have credited my account in the month of august with 31250. Rs then on my account rs.637 is deducted for unknown reason this very ridiculous i want my money back or else i will with another bank really unsatisfied with hdfc bank services i also called customer care but they didn't answer me what is this for. Please give my money back

                      Unauthorized payment transaction without any OTP

                      Dated: 14th August 2020 Time: 5:50 PM

                      I suddenly received an SMS from my HDFC credit card that a transaction amount of Rs. 748.75 has been deducted from Amazon Digital. I quickly logged in to my Amazon account and found that there are no new orders, however, the above mentioned amount had been deducted from my HDFC credit card account. There was neither any OTP in my registered mobile number nor in my registered email address.br...

                      I have opened new regular savings account with hdfc bank last month (Customer id[protected]. For that i have applied for debit card through bank for first time.. They have deducted rs.590/- from my account for debit card issuance without my knowledge..

                        false transaction - mer emi loan precl 6907.88 rs

                        In this current bill statement, the amount of 6907.88 (14/07/2020) rs has been charged..

                        So i want to know, what is this and why is it added in my current bill..

                        I am saumya praharaj, hdfc credit card holder (Card no. 5241*5265), the last cheque was not cleared due to some technical issue but after that i have debited the last payment amount of ₹11, 000/- only (Eleven thousand) on 27.07.2020 through upi payment.

                        But then after the same amount of ₹11, 000/- only (Eleven thousand) was again debited from my account through the cheque on 28.07.2020.
                        I am continuously following this matter since 28/07/20120 and contacting the person owho was looking after this matter, but zero progress i found and last one week he is not answering my call and not even bothered.

                        Now i request you to reverse the extra amount of ₹11, 000/- only (Eleven thousand) which was debited by mistake asap.

                            I am regularly trying to touch with you regarding my issue, even i have visited the nearest branch for this. My previous inquiry is under hbl=[protected].

                            My account number is [protected] and it is freeze since the personal loan is credited to my account. Can you please look into this?

                            As my account is freeze, i couldn't transfer the balance to my account, and due to which my emi got bounced. It wasn't my fault and it is directly impacting my cibil score.

                            I regularly try to touch with the nearest branch, but they weren't helpful enough and responded to me that don't worry about emi bounce.

                            Can you please help on this, and clear my cibil changes for this. As i have already responded to you on this issue, please look into it immediately.

                            Even on the email, they aren't responding me, but why my EMI got bounced, they called me for the same. Is it the way they handles there customer? they even haven't given me the alternative way to repay my payment. They are completely responsible for this.

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs:1899 without my concern from my credit card ending with 3998 on 07th august 2020. I m not interested about this service anymore kindly cancel my membership and refund my debited amount of rs:1899 as soon as possible.

                                Despite several emails, physical submission of application at the branch, complaints to the greviance cell, even to the nodal officer nothing has been done till date. Since june i am following up with the bank but in vain.
                                I have received confirmation via email twice that "the credit card has been delinked". Hdfc seems to be quite adept in fooling around, considering customer s as super fools... How can they reply without even looking into the matter or they are deliberately into such nonsensical behaviour???.

                                For a bank like hdfc this is ridiculous!
                                Since june i am following up with this matter... As i need to close my savings bank a/c which i am not able to do so cuz of the non-delinking.

                                This seems to be my last hope! Hope will not regret complaining on this forum as my issue will be speedily resolved hereafter.

                                  Hi my name is gopal saxena from ghaziabad i am using hdfc credit card from 10 years my last month credit card outstanding on 14th aug 2020 one guy came from hdfc or 3rd party behalf on hdfc bank his name was pushpendra nagar as per true caller name i were little bit busy so my wife went on main gate for attend that hdfc guy but that guy taken picture of my wife then they have shared my wife picture with anyone on whatsapp my wife suddenly saw all activity my wife taken mobile phone from his hand and delete photo from his gallary folder and my wife were checking his whats app suddenly that guy taken mobile phone and start his bike very fast and go i am calling him lots of time and massage him but he is not giving any reply so i have to know who give the rights to take pictures of any customer without customer permission hdfc bank have any rights for take picture of customer specially female i will take legel action againts him and agency also
