I applied for credit card, i recieved phone that i don’t need to submit documents since i was already having a savings account, a salesman came and took the photo of my premises and bussiness, then after 15 days recieved reply that card declined, these 15 days were important, despite satisfying all the condition i don’t know why they declined, i[censored] wanted to decline then why didn’t u tell earlier this is not your house that u can tell when u want, other people have other work to do, i especially switched to hdfc for their service but now i realise all are same, useless. Kindly enquire on the same, removing my account then seems the only option.
