I am a parakram singh jadeja son, lakhdhir singh jadeja railway security force rajkot post, i have taken a loan of rs. 1200000 on 18.03.2019 under home loan no[protected]. My annual income is rs. 600000 / - i have completed the subsidy. The document was submitted to hdfc bank 150 fit ring road branch rajkot on 07.04.2020, but till date i have not received the subsidy received by the pradhan mantri awas yojana, in this regard, i have directly met the bank manager but many times he did not make me aware of the reality and came with me indecently, please sir, please give me all cds on my home loan, pradhan mantri awas yojana, so that i and my family will be able to get rid of these problems.

    I purchased one mobile (19990 rs) on 24 jan 2020. And there was 10% cashback if paid via hdfc credit card. I have not received my 1990/- till 27 june. I tried contacting them on their call center/online complain. But no option to choose for such kind of issue. Finally posting my issue here.

        I recently received my new hdfc emi card.
        Received a text saying
        "dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 4333. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly."
        I did not apply for any membership. And this was done without my consent.
        Kindly cancel the membership and revert the amount at your earliest.

            I have paid all the overdues then why bank has again put a hold of rupees 185k i am a salaried person and i have medical issues but still you guys are putting a hold even i have paid whole amount. Therefore please remove the hold

              The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 486.51 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

              Account type: salary account
              The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
              First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

              If this is because of not maintaining account balance because i move my amount to different account as soon as i get salary. Then please note this is a salary account and deduction on salary account is not permitted.

              I[censored] search also on google on top under HDFC bank website itself it shows there is no minimum balance to maintain for Salaried account i.e. it is a Zero amount balance account. Then why there is a deduction happened?????

              what kind of deductions you ppl are making in my HDFC account. It is a salary account and as per guidelines no active salary account should be charged for minimum account balace.

              Again i had deduction of rs 103.49 on 15th June 2020
              and rs 486.53 on 2nd July 2020.

              Can someone respond on my query.

                Money has been deducted from my account a total of ₹1769 in three transactions of ₹590. This amount was first on hold when i didn't have any money in my account it resulted in my account going into negative but as soon as money got in my account it has been deducted. I want full explanation what it is for and also i want the refund for it. I'm really unhappy about this as it has been deducted from the money which was very important for some personal use.

                    I applied for credit card, i recieved phone that i don’t need to submit documents since i was already having a savings account, a salesman came and took the photo of my premises and bussiness, then after 15 days recieved reply that card declined, these 15 days were important, despite satisfying all the condition i don’t know why they declined, i[censored] wanted to decline then why didn’t u tell earlier this is not your house that u can tell when u want, other people have other work to do, i especially switched to hdfc for their service but now i realise all are same, useless. Kindly enquire on the same, removing my account then seems the only option.

                      My name is vamshi krishna and i had ordered redmi k20pro of rs.17200 in flipkart on 18th june and cancelled it on same day after 5 hours i returned this order due to personal reason.

                      Flipkart initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Flipkart sent this reference number (082514)
                      And told me to ask bank executive but bank executive said that amount is not credited ask to flipkart. So i am totally confused about the issue.

                          I have called hdfc fastag customer care more than 10 times and registered complaints regarding fastag blacklisted issue. But the issue is yet to be resolved. But every time i call, they say it will get resolved in 3 days but its been 5 months. Pathetic service.

                            I have called hdfc phone banker regarding the transaction query. I have -1786.86 rupees in my account. I wanted to know in what ways this amount is deducted. I have few emis. But the merchant where i am paying the emis told me that the bounce charges will be waiveoff if i pay by this month. One of the emi i paid via paytm because the merchant informed me to pay and i got the payment done confirmation as well. But still the bounce charges done by hdfc. These are the things which i wanted to clear, but the phone banker didn't have the proper information. Finally after more than 40 minutes, she scolding on me. I tried to ease her by requesting to not taking too much stress, my query is still not resolved. All i wanted to know in what way the amount is deducted. But she behave very rudely. My query is still unresolved.

                            now I have -2375.86 in my account. I want to know all the details of deduction which I am unable to get. I have paid the EMI of L&T Finance Two Wheeler loan in the month of June in advance, still it is showing that ACH charges transact in my account. And now in this month, I paid the amount in advanced and updated in L&T Finance, still it is showing that ACH canges transact. For both June and July 2020, ACH deducted.

                            Now, come to credit card issue, I didn't get any information about extension of moratorium, and suddenly I got a call from HDFC for the credit card payment. Why you guys didn't informed me about the moratorium extension? not a single message and not even an email. I tried to contact hdfc for the extension of moratorium but all the time it is saying like because of less employee it is difficult to connect the call. on 25th of june I got a call and the executive provided me his senior's number, I called him more than once but he didn't respond, not even did a call back. I didn't get information and now HDFC wants credit card payment. This is not good...contact me HDFC regarding this because I got a call today and I gave all the details and the executive just cut the call...this is the behaviour of HDFC's employees now a days in this worst situation which the world is facing right now.
                            Same happened with me and they have put a hold of ruppees -185000 amd still they are not listening to me

                              I have applied for fastag for my new car with application reference no: hfr01532159 on 28 feb 2020. But i haven't received my fastag till now.

                              Earlier i had closed my fastag account for my old car as i sold it then applied for new fastag for my new car. When talked to your customer care executive he told me that as i have registered with same mobile number for the new fastag, the issue of fastag is not possible. He told me to send my complaint to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com by email. But, when i tried to send email it was found that the mail id does not exist. I tried calling customer care multiple times but they are saying to wait for a week, but after the wait there is no progress.

                              So, i request you to cancel my application and refund the fee of rs500/- i have paid for new fastag. When i closed old tag i got my wallet balance but not received the returnable security deposit of rs.200/-. Please take necessary action to refund these amounts.

                                I am too much upset as i have ordered materials from amazon and cancelled it, however, i was supposed to get a refund of 1200 rs. I am calling amazon customer service from past 2 weeks and they say that i will have to speak to the banks customer service. I am unable to get connected to any person from the bank so that i can share the concern and also i am not getting any relevant option on ivr.

                                Kindly look into this as i am tired chasing my refund amount and no one is ready to look into this.

                                  In april & may month why bank is not said that you will have pay interest on emi an you availed moratorium facility.

                                  Now after 90 days bank is asking interest for emi

                                  If you are doing so means bank is earning money.

                                  I have given emi on time but still bank is asking for interest
