I purchased an ipad almost 4 months ago using my hdfc credit card opting for the 3000 rs cashback offer. The cashback was supposed to get credit within 120 days but it's been more than that and i haven't recieved my cashback yet. Please help me with this. I have all the required bills with me and the hdfc customer care is not very easy to approach.

    Good afternoon,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that for the past 3 months starting from april'20, there has been a debit of rs199 on monthly basis, claiming it be a mandate given to amazon in debiting my card.
    Where as please be informed that i have neither given such mandate to amazon nor subscribed to audible gold monthly paid membership asin as claimed by amazon.
    I have already written to amazon to stop such debit, but they have further done the same during this month.
    I have attached the messages received from hdfc bank credit showing the transaction made and it is clearly without otp /pin.
    Request you please stop processing of such mandate and also refund the amounts debited so far.

      I got a message from one assistant membership plan worth 1899 on[protected]... Without my permission you are activated the plan and deducted my money from my credit card... Call me back [protected]... And cancelled the plan immediately... It's a warning to you.

            I participated in hdfc homecenter cashback offer and bought a sofa worth rs. 55960/- and was supposed to receive a cashback of 10% with coupon code hcfur20.

            I applied the coupon during purchase and received relevant discount but the cashback is pending.
            The purchase was made on 6th of january 2020 and the cashback isn't received even after six months which is really bad.
            HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I have bought my iphone11 pro max with hdfc bank credit card on 08.03.2020 in reliance digital of phoneix mall, white field, bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank, cashback of rs.7000/- will be credited within 90 days from the date of transaction. But till date i haven’t received my cashback. It is more than 90 days. I enquired with reliance digital and they advised to take up with bank. Please look into the matter and credit the cashback amount.

                I'm a consumer aswell, and have today submitted a similar complaint such as yours related to cashback with HDFC.
                I just wanted to know, did anyone message you asking for mob no details? I have got one such message but it's froma new account. Seems suspicious.

                  My account balance shows rs. -1445 and no transaction showing that value.
                  This is strange contacting hdfc bank do not answer the call and not replying to my email.

                  My amb is also accurate, but still do not know why this amount was debited.

                      I have bought tv with hdfc bank debit card on 27/01/2020 at bangalore in reliance digital. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 90 days from the transaction month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.
                      Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          Sir/madam,
                          Under your correspondance [protected] my credit card no - [protected] had settled and there should be no such demand for noc.
                          But the credit card manager/excutive - mr. Vikash kumar singh employee code - v13150 (Mobile no - [protected]) trying to neglect all this facts. He demanding me sum of rs - 12, 462.19 for noc.
                          As for the the new delhi district consumer disputes redressal forum said once the bank had received the amount as settled between it and the customer, it cannot revive the original outstandig.
                          I request you to please solve this matter as soon as possible. Because this matter is still going on since feb 2019.

                            Hi,
                            From 23 june 2020 there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being rs.999 deducted from my card no. Xxxx6453 today[protected]:03:02:53 without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no resolution from my card total payment of approx ₹999 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint.

                              I purchased a apple 5 series watch on 19th feb '20 using my hdfc card which provided a 4000 cashback within 120days via 6 months no cost emi option. It's been more than 120 days and the cashback has not yet been credited.
                              Secondly, the first month's emi has reduced 500 rupees more than the normal amount which should be deducted, i'm not sure why as my account had enough money for the transaction.
                              Been trying to reach the cc, and the call gets auto disconnected after awhile without reaching any personal.
                              HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Its been more than 3 days, and no official of HDFC bank has contacted me.

                                  I was charged twice for using priority pass in march 2020, but the bill came in june 2020. While applying for the credit card they mentioned that airport lounges are totally free and will be complimentary as card benifits.

                                  There was no proper intimation from hdfc about these charges and this case as a hidden charge.

                                  While are the lounge they do not mention any charges and in the slip as well no charges were mentioned.

                                  There is no response from customer care email and due to covid no one is responding to customer care over phone.

                                  This is very bad and not expected from a bank like hdfc and it makes me think that this is a hidden change with an intention to unfarely charge customers. This is clear breach of trust and not reasonable.

                                  If they do not reverse this charges i will file a compliant on the consumer court and also breach of trust case.

                                  If anyone of you also faced similar issue please feel free to contact me for your expriences with hdfc

                                      On[protected], i have attempted to pay an amount of Rs 50000 from my savings account using my debit card, however, the transaction was failed but money got deducted from my account.it has been five days and amount is yet to be credited back to my account.

                                      I have, first, tried to contact my branch, but the branch was closed due to lock down.
                                      Before writing here i have registered my complaint on hdfc website, but no response was elicited. and i have contacted the customer care, my concern is not enlisted in the given options.

                                      it has been 5 days since my account was debited for a failed transaction.In these 5 days i received no postive response from any of the hdfc platform.

                                      I expect a positive response to my issue here.

                                        Credit Card - Amazon Pay Voucher Not Received

                                        I had applied for the credit card on 20/01/2020 under the offer 'Complimentary Amazon Vouchers of Rs.1500'. I activated the the credit card on 29/02/2020 and made the first transaction on 01/03/2020. It has already been 3 months since, and I haven't received the vouchers yet.
