I have blocked my credit card even not using from past 5 months, but in this month renewal charge imposed on me. May i know that why it is so even after blocking.
I have chosen not to issue any card but u have issued card and also it is not delivered to me.
I am not interested in your card.   replace all

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the Times Titanium credit card will attract a nominal renewal fee, considering the features and benefits available with the card. However, the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 1, 50, 000.00
Our records indicate that you have not fulfilled the spend requirement. Hence the Membership Fee has been levied on your card account. We regret our inability to accede your request. We request you to use your credit card for the aforesaid spend limit to get the renewal fee waiver on future renewals.

I think you haven’t read my message, I have requested to block my card then why issued a new card, also you charged renewal fee even i am not using your card??

    I bought an apple iphone xr

    Date: 7th january 2020
    Dealer: croma mum-phoenix market city kurla a123 mumbai 400070
    Billing amount paid: rupees 49, 900.00
    Mode of payment: hdfc debit card

    Cash back of rupees 5000 was suppose to be credited in my hdfc bank account within 120 days but yet not received.

    I request the authorities to kindly take action for the same.

    I have already given a complaint about cashback to HDFC bank through mail and this website. It was given before 15 days still no action has been taken.Now how long i have to wait for my cashback

      Hdfc bank — one assist membership fee debited from credit card without any information

      This is ajaish singh from kanyakumari district. I did not get any call from your one assist executives to renew one assist membership but today i got a message from your bank that

      One assist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 5777. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly.

      Pls deactivate this membership and refund my money back.

      Why you people are forcefully activating this plan???

      Pls resolve this issue.

        I have cancelled my subscription on storytel. But the amount got deducted before the end date. I requested for refund. From the bank I received a message stated that the transaction has been credited/reversed on my debit card. But the amount is not reflected in my account.

          I lost my phone a day prior to lockdown v1 and has become much of a hassle for me ass i am unable to furnish a few transactions at priority and using special services entitled to my debit card. If you could please provide me my cx id on my registered email id?

          I tried reaching the cx care but was unable to be redirected to a no. Where i could probably speak to an executive.

            Hello i have purchased iphone 11 pro on date 8/1/20 with the scheme of 6000rs cashback with the card but it’s already 5 months from the purchase still not received the cashback or response from the mail I wrote for the complaint and customer care are not answering the call

                Today your bank loan emi deducted from my account rs.7827 while we already have moratorium for apr and may'20.

                  I had made a purchase of Apple iPhone 11 under the HDFC Bank cashback offer of Rs 6000. It was purchased on 08-Jan-2020 from Aptronix Bangalore. The 6000 cashback was supposed to be credited back to my HDFC diners club black card by now which was mentioned time of 120 days and it's still not credited. Please let me know when will I get back the amount. Thank you

                      I purchased iphone 11 pro in jan 2020 and i was told that i would get a 6k to 9k cashback within 90 to 120 days.
                      I have tried using the contact us option of hdfc but it does not have a relevant category to raise the complaint.
                      Even though i submitted it under some category the ticket acknowledgment was not received.
                      Can someone please look into it and resolve the issue.

                          I bought my apple iphone 11 in january.
                          I was promised i will receive 6000 cashback. More than 3 months have passed i have not received cashback
                          In hard timew of covid 19, i am short of money. It will b great you keep your promise
                          I have receipt where it is written you are entitled for csshback 6000 which you will receive in maximum 120 days!
                          I dont know what are you policies or customer prefrences but its already more than 120 days
                          This is the third time i am complaining
                          I have also reference no. Of complaint
                          Bank behaviour in such hard times is not appreciated
                          Its the third
                          Please tell me how many more times i need to complaint so i get my cashback

                              I purcahsed iphone 11 on 19/12/19 and i was suppose to recive cashback within 120 days of ending of transaction month. Contacting customer care has been a nightmare. Can you pls guide me on how this can be resolved.
                              I had huge hopes from HDFC on being a good bank with better customer service. But so far i dont see them delivering on it

                                  I bought an I Phone with my HDFC credit card on 8th Feb, 2020 as it was offering a cashback of 6000 INR. It has been more than 3 months and I have not yet received the cashback. Why do you provide such services if you can't satisfy customer on time?

                                      I have purchased an iphone xr using hdfc credit card on 25th december 2019 from reliance digital. While purchasing the same i was told that i will receive a cash-back of ₹ 5000 within 120 days, and today is 13th may 2020 which counts to 140 days in total, this is obviously more than 120 days still i have not received any cash-back yet, can you please help me on the same..?
