Hi,
I bought my iPhone using HDFC debit card from Reliance Digital on[protected]. I was told that the cash back will be credited within 120 days. However, I have not received it till now.
Please take a look.

Please note that when i bought the iphone, as per the advertisement, if i use the HDFC credit or debit i should get a cash back of 6000 INR. The duration of this cashback is 120 days. If you check the time till now, it has been more than 120 days. However, i have note received the cash back till now. Please take a look at this issue and let me know what is the problem.

        I had selected moratorium then too their is huge amount deducted from ac as loan manual hold charges wts this i dnt get it and nobody is answerable from the bank my emi is 4600 and the debited cahrge is 4496 so it's better to pay the emi na instead of wasted 4496 don't understand what the hell they are doing so tired also they are putting unwanted charges on credit cards pls help

          I have bought my iphone 11 pro with hdfc bank debit card on 26/12/2019 in aptronix pmc bangalore. As discussed with aptronix, i will be getting cashback with in 120 days from billed month end.
          Now it crossed more than 120 days (Infact ~130 days). But still, i have not received my cashback of inr 6000 till now. Its more than 120days over. I hope bank will take of this issue and try to find a resolution so that cashback will be credited sooner.

            First of all a lady called me and she said that she belong from hdfc bank and she told me that hdfc bank is providing loan against bhartia axa life insurance and she told me to pay 64000 by purchasing the policy and it is a 20 year policy. I have paid this amount on january and she told me not to discuss the loan matter towards the policy agent. But it has been completed 4 months still there is no response from them. They theft as a team and i have there call records and there team members phone number so please kindly help me to get out of it

                Hello dear i have salary account with hdfc bank they charged every month up to rs 25. When i was ask from bankers they told this is transaction charges. But in this lock down every bank are free for any kind transaction no matter that transaction would be related to imps, neft & rtgs. Then why hdfc bank charged in my account approx rs 24. This is not first time they are charged every months. What is this? I have below attached the screen short related to my bank account.

                Bank are charged small amount from every accounts for increasing there profit. Bank are think customers are not take seriously about small charges due to this banks are charges so many kind of small charges from every account.

                      I have hdfc sal account and having personal loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi without fail and maintains balance in account but hdfc bank deducted charges me 236 two times for emi rtn charges what is this charges and what is related this charge without any intimation how you guys deduct amount from accounts and around 472 (236 + 236) rs.
                      Please check it once and return back my amount immediately.

                        Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 4th january 2020 from unicorn info solution aundh pune. As per offer by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) but i haven’t received my cashback until now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in unicorn info solutions, they said to check with bank.
                        Iam not able to open tt from the below url as there is no option of cash back to select.

                                Hdfc bank — mctf atw transaction 1000 rs. Deducted

                                Sir, 1000 rs. Deducted as (Mctf atw mentioned in transaction statement) from my account no. *38079 from ranjit avenue branch, amritsar ifsc code hdfc0001407 on 04/05/2020.
                                I called to customer care for many times, but did not get any response.

                                Kindly let me know why the above amount is deducted from my account?

                                Now 1000 rs. Have been deducted from my account as mctf atw transaction.in my statement no reference no. Is showing for this transaction.

                                My account had 10401.29 rs. But now my savings account is in 8706.59 rs, which are not short of mab.

                                Sir pls revert asap.

                                  Hello team, hi i have purchased iphone 11 from reliance digital on 11th of january 2020. I was supposed to get inr6000 cash back within 90 days.
