I had to get refund from oyo rooms but till now hdfc bank has not processed my refund. It is more than a month and customer care at hdfc bank is not responding to the complaints.
Below is the mail from oyo rooms citing the transaction reference for refund:
"resolution provided - as per our telephonic conversation we inform your refund status, bank reference no. Kkbk[protected] please contact with your bank"

We confirm that the refund will be generally credited in 10-12 working days from the date of merchant confirmation.
