I had done the credit card payment twice. I am not able to connect to the executive over a call. I had dropped an email to hdfc bank but didn’t get any response.

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 04/01/2020 in ‘the chennai mobiles’ trichy. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Please look into this and hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 01/01/2020 in apptronix bengaluru. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I bought my iPhone 11 on 28th December 2019 from an iPlanet outlet in Bengaluru.
          I was told to get a cashback of 6, 000 in 120 days, also my slip from swipe machine contains that information. It has already been more than 120 days and no cashback received.

                On 02 may, 2020, without my information, i have received 999 spend via credit card xxxx 0862 at amazon1258399 without pin, i received this message today i tried to call customer care number but it is not working.

                This is very careless and unprofessional transaction without my knowledge. Kindly investigate this unauthorised payment via amazon1258399, can't trust now amazon and hdfc peoples.

                Please give a proper solution and kindly take action against this people without our knowledge how they can do such things.

                    I purchased iphone 11 on 6/12/2019 from i digital paschim vihar new delhi.
                    I was entitled to get 6000rs cashback from hdfc bank within 120 days but its been more than that and it is not credited to my credit card.
                    This was to be done by hdfc bank and they are not responding through call centre or email which i sent to them
                    I hope this issue gets resolved and cashback of rs6000 is credited as soon as possible.

However, I have not received any cash back till date. Hence, kindly request you to process my cash back request.

                                  I have bought Iphone 11 on December 2019 from Vijay Sales at B-1 Janak Puri-East in Delhi by using HDFC Bank Credit Card. I haven't received a cashback yet. As I have been told that within 5 months I will receive a cash Back.

                                        I cancelled my subscription to bumble and i received a message stating that ;
                                        "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0690 for rs. 200.00 has been credited/reversed by google *bumble on[protected]:23:20:54".

                                        But when i checked my account, it has not been credited.

                                        I got 3 similar messages saying that 1 rs was credited /reversed by google temporary hold

                                        Please suggest a solution
