I have purchased iphone 11 on date 6/11/19 from apple store delhi and was entitled for 6000 cashback, its been more than 4 months and i have not received cashback for the same so i am here for the complaint i also i have the bills and receipts for the same hoping for resolution

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card in dec, 2019. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked apple, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I cancelled my subscription to bumble and i received a message stating that ;
      "ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 0690 for rs. 200.00 has been credited/reversed by google *bumble on[protected]:23:20:54".

      But when i checked my account, it has not been credited.

      I got 3 similar messages saying that 1 rs was credited /reversed by google temporary hold

      Please suggest a solution

        there is a memo present on the debit card

        My hdfc savings account has blocked state from last 1 year.
        I recently did my re-kyc for the second time and also visited hdfc bank personally more than twice. I received sms saying my account status has been successfully changed from blocked to active. But when i do online transaction, following is the message received with transaction failure: there is a memo present on the debit account, transaction declined....

        Sir, I have received message from bank that is April and may 2020 moratorium accepted.then why they hit my account and make ecs charges on it sir.its very bad to this covid-19 situation sir.iam very disappointed on this.they charges r.191 and again 398 rs debited in my account..what is this sir..i have planned moratorium and bank also accepted so refund my debited amount to my account.do not make any ecs charges on this sir.why they give moratorium plan and then also hit my account and make ecs charges..this is dissatisfied me sir . please needfull ..my Hdfc Loan number is 36793727 and debited account icici a/c[protected]

        Iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this Bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls . I don't know why they charged using the way of Ecsrtnchg and what is this?
        I already posted the same complaints on hdfc bank loan account for asking why ecs charges made and they replied me that the hdfc bank doesn't charged for EMI ecs bounce charges.
        Respected sir i want to know why the icici bank charged my account. In this covid-19 pandemic days so many people are very disturbed for this type of charges.Atleast they have maintained some amount for emergency purpose.
        But suddenly i shocked and know this charges of my account balance.it is very very disappointed me. I Attached the debited transaction in this complaint. Kindly i need my amount reversal for my icici account.its amount near by INR 590.And i must have to know why the icici bank charged this amount.please do some needfull.

          I have purchased iphone 11 on date 24/01/2020 from imagine apple store Bangalore and was entitled for 6000 cashback, its been almost 4 months and i have not received cashback for the same so i am here for the complaint i also i have the bills and receipts for the same hoping for resolution

            First of all it, s hard to reach customer service becauseit takes a alot of time and the ivr option are very difficult and trickly to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

              I have not received my HDFC Cashback of ₹5000 which was attached with the purchase of my iPhone XR 64 GB.I had purchased the phone on 23/12/2019 and now it has been more than 120 days and still haven’t received the cashback amount of ₹5000 yet.PLEASE GET IT CLEARED ASAP.

                HDFC team,

                I have my salary account with hdfc and I can see that my account with INR 1328 held through GEFU. Why my account is in debit when this is my salary account with zero balance. Why HDFC without information they have done debit??

                  On 30.03.2020, i made payment of rs. 7000/- to icai but the transaction was cancelled and they refunded amount on 20.04.2020. They provided an arn number but no amount was credited to my bank a/c.
                  Attached screenshots for your reference.
                  Kindly look into this matter and credit the amount into bank a/c at the earliest.
                  Its has already been 15 days since generation of arn number.

                    I have brought apple iphone 11 on dec 01 2019 from hdfc prepaid card and as per offer given by the hdfc bank of cashback of rs7000 by purchase of iphone of rs69999 within 120 days effective from last date of the month of purchase.                       BRN CASH TXN CHGS INCL GST " of " 177.00" if you did not help me otherwise i will with other bank. unahappy about your taxes without confirmation, till this date did not get any alert or did not get any sms or mail about this tax . without instruction how can u diduct balance .

                              I had purchased a washing machine in the months of October 2019. I made the payment through my HDFC Bank credit card as there was an offer of 10% (about 3000/- ) cashback to be sent back to my credit card within 90 days from purchase which I haven't received till date. I contacted HDFC Bank customer care and they said its 90 working days* ( *which means excluding Saturdays and Sundays) but now it's been more than 180 days and I am still waiting for my cashback. Now I am not able to get in touch with customer care executives as well. It's been really frustrating. I am cursing myself to have used HDFC banks services now. I have been on my toes to get this cashback but its of no use. Cashback offers from HDFC bank seems like a marketing gimmick to trap customers into using their services only to deceive them in the end. I have been hdfc bank account holder for a long time but had never used their credit card services in past. This first time experience itself has been a bitter one. I am thinking of even closing down my account with them.

                                I have bought an iphone on january 1st and at that time i had an cash back offer of 5000 rupees if you pay through hdfc bank debit / credit card and i paid with my hdfc debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been a long time and hdfc bank is not paying attention to my complaint. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 4 months.

                                  Sb acct. No[protected] (Preferredcustomer). I have just noticed a levi of rs. 295.00from my sb account supposedly for mutual fund transaction through netbanking. I have never done such transaction. This is a serious matter and i demand immediate reimbursement of this and all previous such charges
                                  This account does not hold any mutual fund a/c with bank.
                                  This practise is going on since 3 years with complain branch manger and relation manger who promise to take up case with all request forms filled and then ask us to run from pillar to post within the bank.

                                    Today 5 may, 2020, without my information, i have received 151.80 spend via credit card xxxx 0696 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21 without pin, i received this message today i tried to call customer care number but it is not working.

                                    This is very careless and unprofessional transaction without my knowledge. Kindly investigate this unauthorised payment via amazon1258399, can't trust now amazon and hdfc peoples.

                                    Please give a proper solution and kindly take action against this people without our knowledge how they can do such things.

                                      I bought iphone 11 from apple store on 9th december 2019 vie hdfc debit card with emi option. As hdfc bank and their customer care promised i should get cashback of inr6, 000/- within 120 days. However, i haven't get cashback till today (5 may 2020). I have also complaint via email twice but they don't even think their duty to revert back on this. I hope after complaining here, i will get my cashback soon.
