I wish you lodge a complaint against a mobile prepaid recharge transaction done on 07.05.2020 through the payzapp app.
Although the recharge was for a vodafone mobile number, upon completing the transaction, the recharge was not completed and the detail showed "sale at payzapp bill pay, bangalore" which did not make any sense. The money got deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not done.
Below, i am attaching the screenshot of the transaction details showing in the app for reference.

Complaint marked as Resolved Somehow the recharge got delayed and it became successful only after about a few hours. Although the cashback was not issued by the app even then.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
