    I bought an iphone on 09/02/2020 for which i supposed to get cashback worth ₹6000 with in 120 days
    I call every day on coustomer care no one responds my call
    No email replies

        I have purchase merchandise from louis philippe and there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank credit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been 115 days. It’s been a long time and no one is paying attention to my complaint neither hdfc nor louis philippe. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 90 days

          Today 13/06/20, i got message that 3079/- is being debited from my credit card for one assist & the kit will be dispatched soon. It wasn't even asked to me before for this kind of service. I was thinking to keep money in this bank but after this, i will not. Today you've deducted from my credit card, tomorrow you'll deduct from debit card. No guarantee.

          As it was a 2nd saturday, i couldn't even visit the branch & due to corona, call centres are also closed. Refund my 3079/- asap.

          I'm not disclosing any confidential details here. Reply me asap to get this over.

            I have not received cash back on purchase of iphone xr dated 13/01/2020 to till now. Company claims that they credited the cash back rs.5000 within 120 days from the date of purchase.
            Kindly resolve this problem asap and credit the cash back amount into my credit card.

                  I purchase iphone 11 from iphone genuine store and in my bill receipt it is mentioned that i will get a cashback of 6000 after 120 days from the billing date but it's more than 5 months till now i haven't received the cashback even i am not able to call hdfc customer care resolve my issue do let me know what kind of details you required my name is simranjeet singh

                    Hi,

                    I purchased iphone 11 using hdfc bank debit card on 26/01/2020 from cariano store, kamla nagar delhi through which i was entitled to receive a cashback of rs.6000.00 within 120 days. I have not received the cashback as of now. I also contacted the store but they asked me to contact the bank. The customer care service of the bank is not functional. I have come here hoping for a resolution.

                        On 8th may and 8th june rs.169 was deducted feom my credt card without otp/pin at amazon 1258399. I had not done any transaction on that day. I had sent a mail to hdfc support on 8th may but no reply. I want immediate action and refund on this issue.

                          My financial condition from 1 year is not good i can’t pay 5000 rs charges for not paying emi on time i have paid total emi amount 6 months back that time charges were 1000 now it is 5000. I am very depressed because my financial condition is not good and i can’t pay 5000 charges (20%) of my loan amount please waive the charges and close the account.

                            I would like to change my relationship manager hdfc. Whenever i asked something then he will say i will check and get back to me but never. Because of this issue i changed my salary account to another bank. Kindly please change the relationship manager.

                                I had purchased an iPhone XR using the HDFC Bank cashback offer on 12/01/2020 from Aptronix - Palladium Mumbai . As per the offer, within 90 days the cashback of 5000 INR should have been credited in my bank account. It's been 150 days to be precise, but the cashback has not been credited to my Account. I tried contacting the helpline number provided on the website, but it has been of no help either.
                                Even complaint form filled and submitted 15 days back has not been responded to. Absolutely devastating experience.

                                        My month of june installment due is 04/06/2020 its overdue; ecs deducted from financier (Hdfc bank) on date 08/06/2020 and same date debited my installment amount 3, 355 and again ecs debited rs.590 on date 11/06/2020 from my icici bank account. I cant understand why ecs charged 2 time in same month.
