I have bought an iphone on january 1st and at that time i had an cash back offer of 5000 rupees if you pay through hdfc bank debit / credit card and i paid with my hdfc debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been a long time and hdfc bank is not paying attention to my complaint. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 4 months.

    Hdfc bank — isaqmc charges

    Sb acct. No[protected] (Preferredcustomer). I have just noticed a levi of rs. 295.00from my sb account supposedly for mutual fund transaction through netbanking. I have never done such transaction. This is a serious matter and i demand immediate reimbursement of this and all previous such charges
    This account does not hold any mutual fund a/c with bank.
    This practise is going on since 3 years with complain branch manger and relation manger who promise to take up case with all request forms filled and then ask us to run from pillar to post within the bank.

      Today 5 may, 2020, without my information, i have received 151.80 spend via credit card xxxx 0696 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21 without pin, i received this message today i tried to call customer care number but it is not working.

      This is very careless and unprofessional transaction without my knowledge. Kindly investigate this unauthorised payment via amazon1258399, can't trust now amazon and hdfc peoples.

      Please give a proper solution and kindly take action against this people without our knowledge how they can do such things.

        I bought iphone 11 from apple store on 9th december 2019 vie hdfc debit card with emi option. As hdfc bank and their customer care promised i should get cashback of inr6, 000/- within 120 days. However, i haven't get cashback till today (5 may 2020). I have also complaint via email twice but they don't even think their duty to revert back on this. I hope after complaining here, i will get my cashback soon.

        Please contact me hdfc bank to resolve this issue soon.

          I want to cancel the Emi of ₹2, 00, 000. Booked on 15.4.2020 on my credit card, but customer support and phone banker not available, Im trying from 20.4.2020 to connect but cannot contact them to cancel Emi now they will charge evry month untill Emi gets cancelled what to do

          It is not my mistake now that I didnot tried to contact the hdfc cc department to cancel Emi.. I have also mailed on the services.[protected]@hdfc for the cancellation of Emi and they repliet with a refrence number now how to cancel the Emi as days are going and I will be charged to pay Emi untill it is cancelled

            cashback not credited to my account after 120 days

            Hi team,

            I have made a transaction of amount -69900 rs on 24th of december at
            Reliance digital store pune.

            At the time of purchase there is an offer on all apple iphone products
            Which is cashback of amount 6000 rs if we made purchase through hdfc
            Credit card or debit card and extra amount 3000 rs cashback from
            Reliance digital

            I have received 3000 cashback from reliance...

            I have lost my credit card some months before and same i have informed to hdfc credit card department they asked me to clear outstanding then i have cleared the same and informed them to close the card but still there is no any response from hdfc. Day by day they are charging on that stolen cc and sending statements to me to pay the amount this is ridiculous. I won’t pay whatever they charged on that stolen cc this is only because of hdfc team if any issues they can check recorded calls of [protected].

                I had bought iphone xr with hdfc bank debit card on 24/12/2019 from realms store in new delhi. As per the offer i was supposed to receive cashback of 5000 within 120 days from the transaction month end.
                I haven’t received my cashback till now, and it is more than 120 days.

                              Hi i have been using the credit card for the past two years and paying monthly dues on time. Two months back i contacted the agent and asked for the settlement offer and he gave me one. Now due to the pandemic of coronavirus i lost my job and i contacted the agent to cancel the settlement offer instead let me pay monthly dues. Now he has been harassing me to pay more than the usual else he will come to my home create a scene infront of my neighbours and talk to my father about it.
                              This has been a mental abuse for the past couple of days. I wrote an email as well to the bank but i didn't receive any response.

                              Hello I am a HDFC credit card holder with the total outstanding due og 28000/-.I have been going through some financial concern due to the pandemic hence was making minimum due payment only and sometimes even they got delayed.I have been getting constant harrasing calls from the collection agencies of Hdfc ..Today on the call they informed me that they have my bank statement and i have the amount in the bank but im not paying.The account they are taking about has minimum balance only and that belongs to my husband im the second holder only. Please confirm if HDFC and pass on this information to the collection agency and if yes under what authority and what al informantion can be revealed to the collection agency.I will be clearing my total amount and cancelling my card but HDFC needs to teach some empathy to the collection agents as these are very tough times for everyone.Please do confirm about the information released so that i can just close all my transactions with hdfc if they are allowed to do so.

                                Hi,
                                From 04 january 2020 every month there is unauthorised payment against ref. No. Amazon1258399 being deducted from my card no. Xxxx9655 on every 4th/5th of the month without otp. I raised my complaints to amazon no. Of times and given statements for all such payments and called hdfc bank as well but getting no resolution till date. Last night i received message as below:
                                Alert:rs.758.99 spent via credit card xx9655 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:37:06 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]. From my card total payment of approx ₹1500 has been deducted. I have even removed my card details from amazon account even then such deductions are being made. I can not rely on amazon and hdfc bank both. Looking for proper resolution to my complaint.

                                How is this fraud happening, I can see here everyone is having the same complaint and still no permanent resolution.

                                  I have bought my iphone11 pro with hdfc bank credit card on 25/10/2019 in croma as mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in croma, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                    Sir,
                                    Already i posted a complaint against hdfc education loan charges on Ecsrtnchg .that is rs 191 and again today i maintained my account balance.they will charge same on the rs.398 extra.what is this sir? In the covid-19 quarantine days.u doing like this.. iam very disappointed to this.already i applied a moratorium plan for the April 2020 to may 2020 .then why should u take my money fo April and cheaply using the charges for something..take it all sir.some people beg for money from others..in this covid-19 situation u people are very worst sir, i want my money in my account..my hdfc loan number is 36793727.please sir do something
