      I made an online transaction with my debit card to olymptrade.com on 26 apr 2020 of $10. After a couple of dayson 28.4.2020, i see that the same amount has been deducted again with the narration saying "mctf progue with out cheque/ref. No. I contacted the original beneficiary and they are unaware of any such transaction triggered from their side. I want to understand why this and to want a refund asap. I see this forum has a couple more complaints with the same description and issue as mine. The complaint has been resolved as well. I want an answer immediately.

        My name is md naushad alam. I am using hdfc regallia credit card from one year, on 17.04.20 rs.900 got deducted from my card for hegic-credt shirld %26amp;flc and 100+gst for emi processing fee - smartemi in rs295.54.
        I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorised manner.
        I request for policy cancellation to customer care.
        So, i request to please refund all amount +any taxes which were chargedto my credit card. Please cancell all the policies and smart emis permanently as i do not wat to buy any as of now

            I was entitled to receive 6000 rupees cash back on iphone 11 purchase within 120 days. I bought it on 21/12/2019. I have already crossed the cooling period, but i am yet to receive the cash back. Please expedite to resolve this problem.
            I bought it from reliane digital, phoenix mall, chennai on 21/12/2019.
            Hope this problem will get resolved and will receive the cash back as soon as possible.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now. The help desk of hdfc is also not responding. I think i have been made the victim of fraud. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                  I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                  I'm using hdfc credit card since last 1 year card number ending with 9231. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                  Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                  And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                  So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                        I have registered autopay on my loan account number[protected]; the emi was due for rs. 3328 on 29th march 2020. However, i could not pay the same as insufficient balance so i paid the same dated 07th april 2020.

                        Bank has charged me rs. 531 as autopay return fees. I request to reverse the same, if required they can charge interest for the same instead of return fees so much on this small dues.

                                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                While I today check my statement balance showing balance of Rs -2954. Till date im not received refund which are you commitment.
                                Very Bad Experience with HDFC bank. Today I feel not comfortable for banking with HDFC. They are charges very huge amount penalty.

                                Please suggest how to maintain Minimum Balance in Account current situation Covid 19.Right now, 2 to 3 months I am not in the condition that I do the minimum balance in the account.
                                Kindly Note if not get solution of my query in time. I'm going to close my account.

                                Please give me clarify why my account in -2955. And I'm not going to pay this penalty.

                                      I bought an iPhone at an iworld store and payed using my HDFC debit card in full on 2nd December 2019. I was promised 6000 cashback on the 69000 I payed for the iPhone which was to be credited within 120 days of the it's been time but I haven't received the money in my account the card I used was a rupay debit card. I have attached the receipt along with the complaint please see to that issue.

                                        We all know that we are facing very difficult situation due to lock down.. But all the hdfc bank are asking the employees to be workaholic at this lockdown situations...in fact they are concerning about only the business and not the humanity... Employees going to office at this lockdown period itself a very big challenges. The company had been forcing the employees in an in human way. At this time asking all the employees to do more number of targets like fd and rd which is totally unacceptable... People are not machines... Humanity is first and then comes next.. So it would be better if the bank not force the employees to be workaholic and the targets shouldn't be considered as an vital one at this lockdown period.. Hope u will also understand the humanity level since you are a human.. Jai hind.
