There was a cashback offer of 10% when I bought iphone I bought the phone on 1st dec from Bajaj Electronics and it costed around 46k.
It has been more than 150 days and I haven't received sent email to hdfc with Bill's attached 2 months back I haven't recived any reply even after sending emails multiple times

    amount debited from account and not credited to recipient

    Dear sir,

    I have transferred amount of 8000rs to my house owners account through hdfc netbanking imps option. But still not credited to his account. So please look into this problem and refund the money to my account.. Its very urgent details below.

    I bought a iphone 11 on december 7th i was supposed to get a cash back of 6000 but haven't got anything as of now it has been more than 120 days but still not got the cashback from the bank

        Today 1/5/2020 friday I went kadayanallur main bazaar ATM and tried to withdraw 2000 rupees from ATM and after given all the inputs its took some extra time and eventually says transaction time out but money was credited my accout

              I have purchased iphone 11 on Dec 2 and as per the eligibility i should have gotten a cashback of rs6000 within 120 days. It’s been 122 days and i still have not received the cashback. The customer care is not resolving the issue since they are only taking card lost issues during lockdown. Please look into it.

                My name is shariq Khan, I have bought my apple ipad with hdfc bank debit card on 18/01/2020 from imagine store, select city walk mall, saket, new delhi. as mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days of the transaction), i still haven’t received my cashback till now, it's been more than 120 days. I have asked in imagine Store, they said to check with bank.

                Hope this issue gets resolved and the cashback is credited as soon as possible as i am undergoing financial problems too due to lockdown

                      There is no update from HDFC bank or any of their customer services. We are getting calls for Credit cards and loans, but for complaints there is no service at all from the bank side. This issue is being unattended for more than a week now. Can I get any update from bank officials here asap.

                            I purchased hp laptop from vijay sales maninagar branch, ahmedabad on 22.01.2020. At the time of purchase we have been told that there is the scheme of 10% cashback on hdfc credit cards and i also received the sms for the same advertisement. Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days. But now its been almost 4 months i. E. 120 days and still i haven’t received the cashback of 10% on my purchased amount.
