I have purchased iphone 11 on Dec 2 and as per the eligibility i should have gotten a cashback of rs6000 within 120 days. It’s been 122 days and i still have not received the cashback. The customer care is not resolving the issue since they are only taking card lost issues during lockdown. Please look into it.

    My name is shariq Khan, I have bought my apple ipad with hdfc bank debit card on 18/01/2020 from imagine store, select city walk mall, saket, new delhi. as mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days of the transaction), i still haven’t received my cashback till now, it's been more than 120 days. I have asked in imagine Store, they said to check with bank.

    Hope this issue gets resolved and the cashback is credited as soon as possible as i am undergoing financial problems too due to lockdown

      I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 14/12/2019 in indore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in the store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          There is no update from HDFC bank or any of their customer services. We are getting calls for Credit cards and loans, but for complaints there is no service at all from the bank side. This issue is being unattended for more than a week now. Can I get any update from bank officials here asap.

                I purchased hp laptop from vijay sales maninagar branch, ahmedabad on 22.01.2020. At the time of purchase we have been told that there is the scheme of 10% cashback on hdfc credit cards and i also received the sms for the same advertisement. Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days. But now its been almost 4 months i. E. 120 days and still i haven’t received the cashback of 10% on my purchased amount.

                              I purchased an iphone 11 on 29/11/2019 from croma store (Mumbai - phoenix mills). As per the offer i was supposed to get a cash back of inr 6000 within 120 days. Now it’s more than 120 days (I. E 155 days to be precise which is more than a month delay) and i still haven’t got the cash back. I tried to get in touch with the customer services but again no luck. I've attached the invoice copy for the same for more details. Hope this issue gets resolved soon and i receive my cash back.

                                Dear maám/sir,
                                I was told by your representatives that there will be no annual charge for your card and they have taken numerous documents at the time of making this credit card. Also when i talked to your customer care executives regarding this and further cancellation of the card, then she told me to deposit only the minimum amount of 420/- and said that this will be returned later. But nothing was done.
                                This is not expected by a reputed bank like you. Please note that all these events create a very bad impression in my mind and will refrain in future to be associated with your system of banking any way if it happens like this. Please revert my charges or cancel my card.

                                    I have an account with hdfc cust id 25515090, that has been in active use for a couple of years (10 years). I have been noticing since many years but i didn't get time to complaint, today also i noticed that deducted 295 rs for the quater january to march that on a quarterly basis deductions have been made under the head "isaqmc". I read around and found that this is being done for having the mutual fund buying ability via net banking.

                                    The truth is i have never deposited and bought shares in mutual funds, what i come to know that 2 demat accoutns mutual funds accounts have been opened i request you please the close the accounts.

                                    Kindly stop deducting the same and reverse the charges made on the account.
