I was supposed to receive cashback after 3 months of purchase of Samsung Tv bought from Reliance digital on 21 december, 2019 with HDFC FINANCE Loan no. [protected]. Why I haven’t received the cashback yet. Please help

    Maine hdfc bank mai online account open kiya hai par bank ki taraf se koi bhi response nahi mila hai mujhe debit card or passbook nahi mila or account doorstep kyc verification bhi nahi kiya gya hai

      I purchased an iphone 11 with my hdfc debit card because it said there was a running offer which would give me a cash back on the purchase of iphone 11 and its already 120 days but i haven't received my cash back. The bank when called refused to solve the problem. I got my phone on 4th jan 2020 from a store called mobile planet in mumbai. Because of the covid situation i am unable to go to the bank too. The bank isn't accepting any calls and the shopkeeper says they aren't reponsible for the same as its between the bank and the customer

          Hello,
          I bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 23/12/2019 at reliance digital, vashi, navi mumbai 400703. As mentioned by hdfc bank, i was to receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction date. The time frame of 120 days passed on 23rd april 2020.in fact it's 120 days past the transaction month end as well. I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. My latest statement dated 3rd may 2020 did not reflect the cashback. I checked with reliance digital, they asked me to inquire with the bank. I tried calling the bank over the helpline, but they are not entertaining queries like this one at current time.
          Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited in my credit card statement as soon as possible.

            I want to cancel the emi of amount 2, 00, 000 kindly help me out as phone banker is not available tried a lot to contact but cannot connect on call to cancel the emi
            I want to cancell it within 45 days and my bill is also yet to be generate kindly cancel the emi

            Plz calll me on [protected] i want to cancell the loan and emi on credit card

            This is not done as i will have to pay emi untill it is not cancelled. And i don't know when will the customer support team for hdfc credit card will resume

            It's not my mistake and i don't wish to pay any charges to hdfc credit cards

              Without any information any thing they have kept money on hold and debited from my account without any message of deduction.
              I haven't noticed how many times they might have done like this.

                    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card - 6 months emi on 19/12/2019 in gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible since my credit card is going to expire in june 2020. Need quick help on this one.

                          Dear sir on 29th april i made 2 payments 500 ₹ each of axis mutualfund through hdfc net banking option but after putting my mobile otp it shows error massage "403 forbidden" but amount was deducted from my account both times but not credited to axis mutualfund website. Now axis mf is saying they have not recieved the payments. Please help me to get my money back.

                            Hello team.

                            I had a salary account with hdfc bank, but has now been turned as savings. Because of salary not getting credited the bank has been charging me with fee. This has not been showing up on any statements till august 2019 which they sent me regularly. I have no idea how can a non maintenance fee from oct 2019 till may 2019 be 40000₹.

                            Today i had my returns credited to my account with hdfc and they seem to have easily adjusted this with the returns.

                            I want this to be refunded bank and there shall be no challenge in do so hdfc

                              A refund was initiated on 16th of april by an international merchant. The refund amount was 100$. But i am yet to receive it in my account, how can i get it any sooner? I have merchant confirmation screenshot. I would like this to be resoloved as soon as possible. I have mentioned my contact details above. I cannot contact the bank directly because of phone call restrictions put in place due to the coronavirus. Waiting for an immediate resolve.

                                I had purchased an apple iphone xr on 25/12/2019 from aptronix for rs.47900. The cashback offer ongoing during that period was a cashback of rs. 5000 which was supposed to be credited to my account within 90 days. The same has not been credited to my account yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    Hello,

                                    My self gopi ramankatti using hdfc moneyback credit card which is actually inactive.

                                    I got charged by rs.1399/- on 23 march 2020 for the service which i am unaware of namely to say is one assist mfee.

                                    I don't know who gave you the right to do this, and also i tried to call customer care but with no response, i am writing here, please look in to this, as i don't want to pay any amount for the services which doesn't make any sense to me.

                                    Hopefully i will get my charged money back.

                                    And please block such services, i don't want anything of such services. Otherwise will block my account and all customer relationship with hdfc bank. It is not acceptable from such reputed bank.
