Hello team.

I had a salary account with hdfc bank, but has now been turned as savings. Because of salary not getting credited the bank has been charging me with fee. This has not been showing up on any statements till august 2019 which they sent me regularly. I have no idea how can a non maintenance fee from oct 2019 till may 2019 be 40000₹.

Today i had my returns credited to my account with hdfc and they seem to have easily adjusted this with the returns.

I want this to be refunded bank and there shall be no challenge in do so hdfc

    A refund was initiated on 16th of april by an international merchant. The refund amount was 100$. But i am yet to receive it in my account, how can i get it any sooner? I have merchant confirmation screenshot. I would like this to be resoloved as soon as possible. I have mentioned my contact details above. I cannot contact the bank directly because of phone call restrictions put in place due to the coronavirus. Waiting for an immediate resolve.

      Dear team,

      I had purchased an apple iphone xr on 25/12/2019 from aptronix for rs.47900. The cashback offer ongoing during that period was a cashback of rs. 5000 which was supposed to be credited to my account within 90 days. The same has not been credited to my account yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
      The reference number is posted on the subject line. Kindly refer the same for other details. Also a mail had been sent by me on [protected]@hdfcbank.com with all the details mentioned.

          Hello,

          My self gopi ramankatti using hdfc moneyback credit card which is actually inactive.

          I got charged by rs.1399/- on 23 march 2020 for the service which i am unaware of namely to say is one assist mfee.

          I don't know who gave you the right to do this, and also i tried to call customer care but with no response, i am writing here, please look in to this, as i don't want to pay any amount for the services which doesn't make any sense to me.

          Hopefully i will get my charged money back.

          And please block such services, i don't want anything of such services. Otherwise will block my account and all customer relationship with hdfc bank. It is not acceptable from such reputed bank.

                    Dear sir on 29th april i made 2 payments 500 ₹ each of axis mutualfund through hdfc net banking option but after putting my mobile otp it shows error massage "403 forbidden" but amount was deducted from my account both times but not credited to axis mutualfund website. Now axis mf is saying they have not recieved the payments. Please help me. My customer id is[protected].

                      I was supposed to get a cashback of ₹5000.. within 120 days of my purchase.

                        I purchased a dell laptop worth 73, 738 inr on 14th december, 2019 via hdfc credit card. At that time 5% cashback offer was there on dell laptops payment through hdfc credit card. Now it's been more than 4 months and i still have not received cashback from the bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          Greetings!

                          This is in reference to the pending cashback of around[protected] inr. I had bought an iphone 11 on 3/12/2019 and was entitled to get a cashback within 120 days from the last date of the transaction month and a similar shopping from other partner merchants in jan (The clause was 90 days for this one). Both of the conditions ended on 30th april but i have not received any cashback.

                          Please provide a resolution at the earliest.

                            I didn't get any call from one assist regarding their plans, but they charged me rs1, 999.00 towards subscription. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my hdfc debit card ending with 8010.                                 I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6720 without my concern on date:09/04/2020.                                   The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 565.00 as mirevenue hold through gefu.

                                    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 27/12/2019 in chromA delhi airport.As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in chroma delhi, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                        I purchased iPhone 11 from phonewala store Gandhinagar Gujarat on 31 December 2019 and was entitled a cash back of rupees 6000 on my debit card but I haven’t received it yet.
