Please be informed, i have been wrongly debited around inr 2400 as mirevenue gefu charges by hdfc bank ltd. Without any information. The reason for deduction has not been mentioned or clarified to me.
Please note, this is a salary account & i have never maintained any minimum balance, neither any such condition has been informed to me till date by the bank. I have been maintaining this salary account for almost 10 years now & never been charged anything like this.
Now, as it is lockdown situation due to the pandemic, i request hdfc bank ltd. To rectify this asap. I have already raised complaints in their communication channels & grievance redressal two days ago, but they are not responding. This is totally irrelevant & puts me in deep trouble in such lockdown condition.
Please help me to get this cruel mistake by hdfc bank ltd. Rectified immediately. My details are as follows:
