Updated by Nandini456 I tried to upload my complaint details on the link you provide bt this was not possible as when i was entering reference number error shows to enter properly so i am sending details here. Or send me some mail id where i can share all details .
I am attaching pic also of the form which was not getting submitted coz of reference number problem.

I bought new i phone 11 white on 7 December 2019 and till date I haven’t received any cashback which was promised by hdfc bank of RS 6000.
I have already send pictures of my bill along with bill slip mentioning that i am eligible for a cashback of Rs 6000 and it will be posted in my account with in 120 days.
But till date there is no cashback received.
I am not able to paste picture here. Let me where can i send offer details and bill Picture along with slip mentioning that i will receive cashback within 120 days.
