Hi

Please note i received a call from hdfc bank hr name ronit kapoor on friday for the assistant manager post, they asked me to pay fees of 1850 rs as registration cost to join further. They given me the study material to prepare for the interview. Please check and confirm if this is fake. Also required the money back for me which paid

    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0603 without my concern on date:04/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

      I have bought iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card (Nri account holder) on 16/12/2019 from apple store in dlf cyber hub, gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction date) but unfortunately i have not received the cashback till now and its more than 120 days. Due to the lockdown i am not able to contact the store. Kindly get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

        I have bought an i pad on 11 december 2019 from i crest (Apple varified retailer)
        And there is an offer that if you spend more than 26000 or some from your hdfc debit or credit card you will get 3000 cashback and i have bought the i pad with the sum of total 29000 from my hdfc debit card. I read all the terms carefully but till now i have not get any update about cashback.
        Even i mailed hdfc their response is not satisfied.

          I purchased new i phone 11 on 7 December 2019from chandigarh authorised apple store ”icrescent “with my hdfc bank regalia credit card and today till 25 april 2020, I have not received any cashback. Try to call many times bt unable to talk. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap. Cashback amount was rs 6000 and I purchased i phine 11 white 64 gb for 64, 900..it should be credited into my account by now. Kindly look into the matter.

          I tried to upload my complaint details on the link you provide bt this was not possible as when i was entering reference number error shows to enter properly so i am sending details here. Or send me some mail id where i can share all details .
          I am attaching pic also of the form which was not getting submitted coz of reference number problem.

          I bought new i phone 11 white on 7 December 2019 and till date I haven’t received any cashback which was promised by hdfc bank of RS 6000.
          I have already send pictures of my bill along with bill slip mentioning that i am eligible for a cashback of Rs 6000 and it will be posted in my account with in 120 days.

          But till date there is no cashback received.

          I am not able to paste picture here. Let me where can i send offer details and bill Picture along with slip mentioning that i will receive cashback within 120 days.

            MI am not at all satisfied with my Rm service and behaviour.
            Very rude and number of times never answers n returns my calls.
            If asked she starts fitigting and talking rudely.

              Cannot change mobile number through netbanking. Due to Covid 19, no one is available to take calls.What is this behaviour!It is already hard during lockdown, now i cant even access my own money from my own account as my sim card got blocked because i hadnt recharged it for sometime.
              Hi Moumita, I am facing the same issue, I have to update my mobile number online since it is lost, and I am abroad. Could you please share if this got sorted and you were able to change it online? or through some other process?

                I purchased iphone 11 on 26th dec 2019 and was told to get a cashback of 6000₹ within 120 days of purchase.
                Today is the last day and i’m yet to receive the cashback.
                I tried reaching out to reliance digital from where i purchased it but they said it should be resolved by the bank only as it was bank offer.
                Let me know the issue and try to resolve it asap.

                  Alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xx9494 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21:14:47
                  I can't understand without my prior knowledge someone has used my card details in amazon that is also without any otp notification. Pls solve the problem and i want the above mentioned amount to be credited in my account. It is a serious issue, if not solved i will block my card and will making further payment of my outstanding dues.

                      Hi,
                      I am kamal sharma policy holder of hdfc pro growth plus no[protected], i am also an account holder in hdfc bank with account number - [protected].
                      I am writing in regard to inform you that i have been cheated by hdfc life with my policy and i want my money back with interest and the inconvenience caused and i request to to do this on top priority.
                      I am writing this in detail as i am a student and was unaware about the lies that were told to me when i went open a savings account with hdfc bank and never wanted all these problems in my life with worrying about the insurance policy and the money which i am losing in this and now the company is harassing me by calling ten times a day to make the payment second time which i am not going to do. All the details that are mentioned in the policy that i am in administration and i am a consultant with annual income of 5, 00, 000 are all misleading by your so called agents or financial consultants. Just refund my money or else i will have to close all my accounts and fixed deposits, credit cards and also by the way i am a preferred customer and the negative publicity from my mouth for the rest of life and the complete story on the social media say instagram, facebook, twitter etc.

                        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 09/01/2020 in reliance digital kadapa as mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.                                     I have done payment through HDFC Credit card via Payzapp to the merchant M/S SAI Tyre Banglore IND was successfully done and amount was debited from my HDFC credit card too but neither merchant's account was credited nor amount refunded in my account ever.
                                    it's been almost 9 months completed to my complain in which i have provided each & every document requested by HDFC Bank.

                                    Payment done from my side but merchant not received/deny to received payment, and provided account details which was of HDFC. also visit to his branch to HDFC Bank, and discussed to branch manager for this transaction but as per branch manager, merchant not received same amount.

                                    What can you do regarding this transaction please.

                                      We are unable to liquidate your fixed deposit since the source account from which your fd was originally booked is closed/blocked. Please visit your hdfc bank branch for liquidating the fixed deposit.

                                      There is employee available to reply my query and no option to get the amount.

                                      Due to lockdown effect, no one available for reply and they blocked my amount simply.

                                      Bank people should notify, if they are taking such actions, in locking period how can i get my money and utilize for treatment.

                                        I took a personal loan from hdfc bank a few years ago. I was able to pay my loan at the emi time, but 1 year ago, some of the family's problems did not pay their loan emi. My loan emi would have been pay from my axis bank account. But hdfc has held my hdfc bank saving account.ac. No is [protected]. I made a lot of requests from the bank please removed the hold from my bank account. I was already pay my pending emi with interest. But they did not remove the hold from the account.

                                        I am neither able to send money or get money from anyone because of my bank account held. I'm also having a lot of trouble getting into my everyday household expenses.

                                        At this time, situation is very critical due to lockdown. I am not able to do money from any other account. So that i am not able to meet my daily needs. I request to you that. Please remove held from my account. So that i can complete my essentials and your emi has also been successful in time.
