The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 20/12/2019 in amayra gadget store ludhiana. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

      I bought an iPhone at an iworld store and payed using my HDFC debit card in full on 2nd December 2019. I was promised 6000 cashback on the 69000 I payed for the iPhone which was to be credited within 120 days of the it's been time but I haven't received the money in my account the card I used was a rupay debit card. I have attached the receipt along with the complaint please see to that issue.

        Hi,.
        We all know that we are facing very difficult situation due to lock down.. But all the hdfc bank are asking the employees to be workaholic at this lockdown situations...in fact they are concerning about only the business and not the humanity... Employees going to office at this lockdown period itself a very big challenges. The company had been forcing the employees in an in human way. At this time asking all the employees to do more number of targets like fd and rd which is totally unacceptable... People are not machines... Humanity is first and then comes next.. So it would be better if the bank not force the employees to be workaholic and the targets shouldn't be considered as an vital one at this lockdown period.. Hope u will also understand the humanity level since you are a human.. Jai hind.

            I have bought my i phone 11 with hdfc bank debit card on 21/12/2019 from i pearl store, naranpura, ahmedabad, gujarat. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 90 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days.. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible

              Hi, i have got my salary account in hdfc bank and they have deducted 581 rs from my account as a mirevenue hold, because i withdrew money from other bank's atm.
              Now we all know it's a tough time, and lockdown period. And there is no hdfc atm in one km radius from my home.
              So we can not roam freely.

              Now, as a responsible citizen, what do you expect? Should i find hdfc bank, or should i use the nearest atm?

              I used nearest atm for my needs. And i am sure if lockdown extends, i have to do it again.
              There is no choice i have.

              In short i request you to please return my money. It's not like i did it willingly, it was an emergency for me.

              Please consider my complaint/request.

                  I had purchased iphone 11 from apple store on 31st december 2019 using my hdfc bank debit card, at the time of purchase there was a offer from bank for 6000 cash back after 120 days. But its been more than 120 days and i haven't received the cashback yet in my account, if the bank cannot process the services they extent then why should they bring on such scheme.                       My money was deducted on 27/04/2020 with the sum of 590 twice that is a total of 1180. Without any notifications which are not at all valid.
                      This was known to me when i was going through my bank statement and when i wrote a mail and phone i did not receive anything useful. And automatic mail was generated stating it will take 12-15 days for an official to look into it.
                      And ive already applied for the moratorium facility provided by IDFC BANK in which i have my loan account which was activated and this HDFC bank account is the ECS account for the loan account.This is nlt the way to take money from people during this hard time.

                          Hi hdfc,

                          My bank account : [protected]

                          Mirevenue hold through gefu many times amount is deducting from my salary account around 5 to 6k.. These deductions are happening from feb 2020. I inquired in bank, they said first need to clear the due amount then only we got to know. I shocked that how come it is charging like 5 to 6k without knowing bank people...

                          I have a personal loan with cashe and not paid emi on due date so they have already charged more penalty charges like 8 to 9k in a month only.

                          I need to stop my all payments through ach or ncs or others. Mohana

                              Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to bse limited with value rs. 50000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                              I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screen shot of the sms is attached herewith. I dont want to invest in any in current situation. Please reslove this issue asap and let me know the status.

                              I got a msg from HDFC bank(JD-HDFCBK). i usually get my daily blanance or otps from this bank. Its not 10 digits number and i can't call to them. I visit my branch today and they have taken written request in paper. Thanks Suresh

                                  I had applied for moratorium on 1st april 2020 and my moratorium request was successful but still my emi got deducted from account without any information

                                    I purchased iPhone XR from Aptronix, Bangalore (Phoenix Market city, Whitefield) on 27th December, 2019. The offer was a cashback of Rs. 5000 on HDFC credit cards, within 120 days from the date of purchase. Today is 27th April, 2020. Its been more than 120 days, and I have not received the cashback yet.
