The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

    I had done a recharge of 7697 through my debit card i requested for the refund from the company .I received sms from the company that my fund have been credited but it is not yet credited in my account.

      I have provided all the possible proof and details of refund still you have not credited the amount in my account. Please look into the matter.
      On 4th april 2020 i received refund of rs. 8170/- in my credit card but the same is not reflecting in my account.

      Hello team,

      I have purchased an iphone 11 128 gb from imagine store at mgf metropolitian mall, m g road, gurgaon on 14th dec 2018. I had opted for 6 months hdfc no cost emi which offered me 6000 rupees cashback within 3 months.
      It has been more than 3 months now and i have not received any cashback.
      Request you to credit the amount as promised.

        Dear team,

        Please check, i have opted for morotorium for my car loan instalment. My car number is pb10hd7785. My instalment is deducted from my savings account. I have opted to not to deduct the same. Refer screen shot attached with the pic.

        Kindly find this through car number. Not sharing account details for security reason. Call me if required in other detail. Even after banks confirmation i will refund back the deducted emi on 17th. I still not recived any penni. Refer screen shot.

          Monotorium enabled without permission and received bill of Rs. 65000 which is not spend by me.ans moreover ask pay immediately, tried customer care so many times and paid Rs. 20000 already so that there will not be any dispute later on and also levied late fees also unnesseaey kindly call back and solve this on urgent basis as I have never had any dispute with HDFC CC always pay my bills on time. Tree times I said no no for moratorium still they enabled it ams don't know why they are asking for Rs. 64500/

          We wish to inform you that all HDFC Bank Credit card customers who were regular in their payments on or before 01 Mar 2020 and unable to make any payments from 01st Mar 2020 to 31st May 2020 will be automatically made eligible for the moratorium. Customers need not take the pain to call the Bank or send any email / SMS confirmations to the Bank to avail moratorium on Credit Card dues. Credit card customers with Autopay option active for payments can use NetBanking/MobileBanking to switch off their Autopay Instruction. Your EMIs if any, on your credit card will be automatically deferred to Jun'20 onwards. Post the moratorium period, your Autopay will be automatically enabled / reinstated by us so that your scheduled payments are back on track. You have complete discretion to either take advantage of the moratorium or to continue with your scheduled payments. Your credit card statement / Insta Jumbo Loan statement, will carry the total amount due and on non payment of the due, the customer would be deemed to have availed of the moratorium benefit. However we wish to advice that you continue to pay your dues in order to avoid interest charges. Hence the choice to avail the moratorium is purely voluntary with applicable interest charges. Minimum card dues along with accrued interest during the moratorium will be liable for payments post the moratorium period.               I did not select one assist on my credit card but the amount debited from my account pls refund the amount by cancel that one assist fee and do needful pls dont recomend these types of fees without knowledge of customer. I did not understand the situation i can't able to connect your customer care so pls do refund the amount fastly and dine before 10/05/2020 do update the statement

                I opened a new current account in your talcher branch hdfc bank on 4th april but till date i didn't received the welcome kit. As a requested to you please let me know when i received my welcome kit in my home address. Welcome kit dispatch message not received yet. I go to branch but your representative was told due to corona virus the welcome kit delayed for despatch. I already inquiry in postal and courier there was no welcome kit.

                  This is to inform you that i've been wrongly charged by hdfc bank for my card ending with 7713.

                  2950rs charged of annual fees being showing on my statement even though my card was free lifetime...

                  Seriously, relationship with hdfc bank has not been so good so far..

                  Their executive told me before applying credit card, that credit card would be lifetime free, you don't need to pay a single annual fees..

                  Then why i'm being showing 2950rs annual fees, which is wrongly by all means.

                  1st hdfc bank, charged me 589 rs for not reason,

                  Now, hdfc cc department, deliberately charged me 2950..

                  Either they have to waived off this amount or i'm going to end my relationship with hfdc..

                  Because so far hdfc service is not good at all.

                  Below i'm attaching screenshot of lifetime free card...

                  Also i applied thru netbanking, on my netbanking page, it clearly showing lifetime free credit card if i apply before 30 nov, 19..

                  I'm not expected such services from company like hdfc...

                  Kindly inform them to reverse that such amount which they never admitted to charge..

                  We would like to inform that the Regalia credit card will attract a nominal renewal fee, considering the features and benefits available with the card. The initial year fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the first 120 days exceeds Rs.600000. Our records indicates that you have not fulfilled the spend requirement. Hence the Membership Fee has been levied on your card account. However, further the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs.3, 00, 000.00. We request you to use your credit card for the aforesaid spend limit to get the renewal fee waiver on future renewals.

                    Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc00000000xxxxxxxx issued to bharti axa life insurance co. Ltd with value of rs. 60000.00 and frequency adho is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

                    I have not given any request & how come i am getting such messages and due to covid - 19 lock-down i am able to contact the bank

                          I bought iphone 11 worth 64990 from apptronix hyderabad on 15/12/19.
                          As per the ongoing offer i used my hdfc credit card to avail a cashback of amount 5000 within 120days.
                          Its been more than the given time period and still haven’t received the cashback. Tried contacting the customer support team but unable to reach because limited number of agents available due to lockdown.
                          Look into it, this is very frustrating and not a good customer service.

                                  I have made an online payment fee for rs 2276.34 as on 12.04.2020 using my hdfc debit card. The same got processed successfully as on same day (And it was an otp-based debit), than after this transaction an auto-debit by hdfc bank has been made stating 'mctf 12.04.' for the whole / same amt. Of rs 2277 (For which i am totally unaware for which purpose, it has been deducted from my savings a/c)'.
