Hi team,

I purchased an iphone on 3 rd december, 2019 and was supposed to receive 6000 cashback from the HDFC credit card. The credit card is tagged to the phone number [protected].
However, the cashback hasnt been sent to me as of now and we have already crossed 120 days.

    Hi sir-

    I had raised a service request to get cheque book from hdfc. Which i did not received yet. Today i can see my account has debited with rs. 156.98/- for cheque. Kindly request to credit the amount asap. This is not acceptable to debit the money without intimating the customers.

    Also, suddenly i can see rs. 79.04/- automatically hold by hdfc without any reason. Please action on it.

    Hi team-

    I still did not get any update on this. Further I can see again rs. 599/- gold by the bank. I am Not sure why it's happening. I don't expect this . Please resolve this ASAP and release my all holded money.

    Also, I am not able to make call to customer care. Is there any email id where I can ask this to resolve.

    Stock I can see the issue is not resolved yet.

    Moreover, additional money has been put on hold. Kindly suggest on this. This is completely not acceptable to do such activities by without any reason.

I want to file a complaint against amount on hold, an amount of 3, 036 has been put on hold by the hdfc bank and before this also they have charged me a numerous time by deducting almost 500-600 rupees periodically every month but this time they have gone too far and put an amount on hold for 3, 036. I have also called their customer care numerous time and they just transfer my call to other departments and also...

        My opening balance on 27.04.2020 was Rs.02.96.I had a Gpay transfer done of Rs160 and an other Gpay transfer of Rs.200. Both the amounts have been put on hold ad is now showing a minus balance 1287 in my Account

                I have bought my two iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 each within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      Hi,

                      I have mistakenly bought 2 policies and mailed multiple time to hdfc support team and called. They are not initiating refund for my second policy nor replying on mail.
                      As well i want to continue with first policy but need name correction in my form mailed for this as well but no reply. Tagged them on twitter as well no reply.
                      I will definitely lodge a complaint after lockdown against you guys.

                        Hi,
                        Am varsha, an hdfc account holder. Last year i have activated oneassist but i didn't use any of it's benefits nor registered to it's applications but still i have paid around 1900 last year and the customer service member said me i'll get call fa next year if i want to again take this oneassist membership or i can cancel the membership.
                        This year without any notifications, from my credit card ₹1, 899 have been debited.
                        Am not interested in this oneassist and i don't want to pay any further amount as am not using oneassist.

                        Please check and i request to cancel this payment effectively.

                        Hi, I hv raised a complaint regarding Oneassist payment on 26th April, and I got calls from the one assist team but till now I haven't got my money back, there's no repayment done to my account.
                        I have paid my credit bill of 1899 on 3rd of may which was the last due date. But I haven't got my repayment still from ull.
                        I urge you people to look into it and transfer 1899 ASAP to my account.
                        Kindly do the needful.

                          Dear concern,
                          I have purchased the apple iphone xr from the croma store in cannught place, delhi on hdfc card cashback offer of a sum of 5000 rupees which according to the offer shall be posted in my account in 120 days, but today on 27 april the time period is over i bought the mobile on 27/12/2019 and i haven’t tecieved my cashback. Below enclosed the copy of my bill in which i was entitled for cashback.
                          Please help i bought the mobile just because of the offer, now i am worried about my money.

                            I am frequently travelling abroad and use international sim cards for their convenience and economical cost. Quite frequently i need to make online or debit card transactions, but the otp is always being sent to my registered phone number only, and not to my registered email id. This is so inconvenient and does not make sense. What if i lose my indian sim? Does it mean that i will have zero access to my own bank account.
                            Hdfc needs to send otp's on email ids also and have alternate options available.

                            Unfortunately I cannot progress further as HDFC bank has still not provided me with the Complaint reference number which I had raise on their website on 26th April. Because of this I am unable to proceed as guided by you.
                            Secondly, please advise if the request letter must be printed in hard copy, signed and scanned.
                            What email ID do I send this request letter to?
                            HDFC bank's customer care is not responding to any email IDs.

                            The link that you have sent above does not mention any hard copy letter to be sent.

                                payment debit 3 times from my hdfc credit card account

                                Dear sir,
                                I have made payment for trade certificate on parivahan.gov.in (Transportcommmhsbiepay) but there was an error and the amount got debit from my account but to date not refunded to my account.
                                I had tried it 3 times from my hdfc credit card xxxx3986 and all 3 times the error occurred and my credit card were charged with rs.10, 118/- (Each time) in all 10, 118 x3 = 30, 354/- on 17th march 2020. But to date not refunded...

                                Please note i received a call from hdfc bank hr name ronit kapoor on friday for the assistant manager post, they asked me to pay fees of 1850 rs as registration cost to join further. They given me the study material to prepare for the interview. Please check and confirm if this is fake. Also required the money back for me which paid

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0603 without my concern on date:04/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

                                    I have bought iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card (Nri account holder) on 16/12/2019 from apple store in dlf cyber hub, gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction date) but unfortunately i have not received the cashback till now and its more than 120 days.
