I am a HDFC credit card holder and my credit card number ending with xxxx1346. This mail is to warn you regarding the fraud your company is doing with me and other such customers.
Money has been deducted from my account without any prior consent or information from me. I was informed in clear words that this credit card is free and I don't need to pay any charges. Your company charged me for one assist policy or service for which i never opted. Rs 1399 were deducted from my account on (date ) and i was assured later that it won't be repeated again.but on 03 April 2020, Rs.1399 were deducted again without my consent and still it is showing overdue left to pay.i talked with hdfc customer care and i was informed that they are not charging any money and no money is being deducted by them for any value added service.
So, i want my money back as soon as possible or i am about to lodge a complaint against this fraud company on consumer forum of Delhi government and Government of India. I will file an FIR against your company for committing fraud with consumers, stealing their money and no prior or later consent approval is done .nit only i will make sure that my complaint is forwarded to the cyber cell but i will file a case against your company for online fraud and phishing . I have already done the mandatory streets within 3 days of the fraudulent transactions..and now, RBI will definitely take the stringent action if i send them a confirmation mail.
