This is to inform you that i've been wrongly charged by hdfc bank for my card ending with 7713.
2950rs charged of annual fees being showing on my statement even though my card was free lifetime...
Seriously, relationship with hdfc bank has not been so good so far..
Their executive told me before applying credit card, that credit card would be lifetime free, you don't need to pay a single annual fees..
Then why i'm being showing 2950rs annual fees, which is wrongly by all means.
1st hdfc bank, charged me 589 rs for not reason,
Now, hdfc cc department, deliberately charged me 2950..
Either they have to waived off this amount or i'm going to end my relationship with hfdc..
Because so far hdfc service is not good at all.
Below i'm attaching screenshot of lifetime free card...
Also i applied thru netbanking, on my netbanking page, it clearly showing lifetime free credit card if i apply before 30 nov, 19..
I'm not expected such services from company like hdfc...
Kindly inform them to reverse that such amount which they never admitted to charge..

We would like to inform that the Regalia credit card will attract a nominal renewal fee, considering the features and benefits available with the card. The initial year fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the first 120 days exceeds Rs.600000. Our records indicates that you have not fulfilled the spend requirement. Hence the Membership Fee has been levied on your card account. However, further the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs.3, 00, 000.00. We request you to use your credit card for the aforesaid spend limit to get the renewal fee waiver on future renewals.
