    My money was deducted today with the sum of 590 twice that is a total of 1180. Without any notifications which are not at all valid.
    This was known to me when i was going through my bank statement and when i wrote a mail and phone i did not receive anything useful. And automatic mail was generated stating it will take 12-15 days for an official to look into it.
    What a shame this is.

      Amount refunded by Amazon Rs 3239.10 not credited to my card. This amount was credited to my credit card No [protected].

      Refund reference # 045419, this amount was processed by amazon on 4 April 2020, but till date its not processed by hdfc bank.

      Kindly let me know when the amount would start reflecting in account

      I tried contacting customer care but was not able to do so because of COVID-19 crisis .

      I have even sent couple of mails to my HDFC relationship manager, but haven't heard anything on that.

      It's more than 3weeks and not sure when the amount would be credited back

      We have checked our records and confirm that the charge of Rs. 1, 116.90 levied to your account pertains to ACH debit return.

      In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear funds balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of ACH(s) received in clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear funds balance at the time of presentation of the said ACH(s), was not sufficient to cover the ACH(s) received in clearing.

      Therefore the ACH(s) was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for ACH(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

      We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the ACH(s), to avoid the ACH(s) return charges being levied to your account.

        Hello team,

        Greetings of the day.

        I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 22/12/2019 in nyasa nashik. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in nyasa, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

            I have provided all the possible proof and details of refund still the bank have not credited the amount in my account. Please look into the matter.
            On 4th april 2020 i received refund of rs. 8170/- in my credit card but the same is not reflecting in my account.
            Arn number of refund is as follows

            Acquired reference number: 75503720096039297964215
            Arn is the proof that payment has been made and it is passed to the bank.

            Screenshot of transactions are attached as the proof that amount has been reversed but not credited yet.
            I have been ignored since last 25days, hope to get the status of my refund this time otherwise i will just block my card and shutdown my & my family's account from hdfc bank. If you can not help your customer in this crucial time then what can i expect from you.

              Please give proper reeason for this deduction, i am under the moratorium issued by the TBI and i am registered as well

                I purchased an iphone on 3 rd december, 2019 and was supposed to receive 6000 cashback from the HDFC credit card. The credit card is tagged to the phone number [protected].
                However, the cashback hasnt been sent to me as of now and we have already crossed 120 days.

                  Hi sir-

                  I had raised a service request to get cheque book from hdfc. Which i did not received yet. Today i can see my account has debited with rs. 156.98/- for cheque. Kindly request to credit the amount asap. This is not acceptable to debit the money without intimating the customers.

                  Also, suddenly i can see rs. 79.04/- automatically hold by hdfc without any reason. Please action on it.

                  I still did not get any update on this. Further I can see again rs. 599/- gold by the bank. I am Not sure why it's happening. I don't expect this . Please resolve this ASAP and release my all holded money.

                  Also, I am not able to make call to customer care. Is there any email id where I can ask this to resolve.

I want to file a complaint against amount on hold, an amount of 3, 036 has been put on hold by the hdfc bank and before this also they have charged me a numerous time by deducting almost 500-600 rupees periodically every month but this time they have gone too far and put an amount on hold for 3, 036. I have also called their customer care numerous time and they just transfer my call to other departments and also...

                      My opening balance on 27.04.2020 was Rs.02.96.I had a Gpay transfer done of Rs160 and an other Gpay transfer of Rs.200. Both the amounts have been put on hold ad is now showing a minus balance 1287 in my Account

                                    Hi,

                                    I have mistakenly bought 2 policies and mailed multiple time to hdfc support team and called. They are not initiating refund for my second policy nor replying on mail.
                                    As well i want to continue with first policy but need name correction in my form mailed for this as well but no reply. Tagged them on twitter as well no reply.
                                    I will definitely lodge a complaint after lockdown against you guys.

                                      Am varsha, an hdfc account holder. Last year i have activated oneassist but i didn't use any of it's benefits nor registered to it's applications but still i have paid around 1900 last year and the customer service member said me i'll get call fa next year if i want to again take this oneassist membership or i can cancel the membership.
                                      This year without any notifications, from my credit card ₹1, 899 have been debited.
                                      Am not interested in this oneassist and i don't want to pay any further amount as am not using oneassist.

                                      Please check and i request to cancel this payment effectively.

                                      Hi, I hv raised a complaint regarding Oneassist payment on 26th April, and I got calls from the one assist team but till now I haven't got my money back, there's no repayment done to my account.
                                      I have paid my credit bill of 1899 on 3rd of may which was the last due date. But I haven't got my repayment still from ull.
                                      I urge you people to look into it and transfer 1899 ASAP to my account.
