Fastag not received till date, rs.500/- paid on 15/11/2019.
Fastag application reference number hfr380599. No email received and amount deducted / paid from my account.
I have applied for fastag, but a message flashed (Attached) that the fastag application pdf is sent to your registered email id. Unable to contact at [protected] as no response on this number, and no contact email for complaint.
Rs. 500/- paid on 15/11/2019 but no confirmation email or any call received for fastag..

    I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 02/02/2020 in imagine store, kolkata. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in iphone store, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I bought iphone 11 from faridabad merchandiser. I was updated that i will receive a cashback within 120 days however its been 6 months, i am waiting for the cashback. I checked with the shopkeeper from which i bought the phone. He said that i have to contact the bank. I tried approaching custoner care however ivr not let me through. I never expect such hassel from the big service provider like hdfc bank.

            I have brought my iphone 11 with hdfc bank debit card on 26/01/2020 from reliance digital, elante chandigarh. As mentioned by hdfc bank to receive cashback of ₹6000 within 120 days from the transaction month but i didn’t receive my cashback till now. It’s more than 120 days so i hope this issue will be resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  Today morning i transfered 6000 on 31st may 2020 from my hdfc app to my other bank of baroda account via imps. Amount debited from my hdfc bank account but not credited after more than 48 hours to my bank of baroda account. Status shows processor down. How to get refund? Please help me out. As it was utmost important for me, i feel harassed and helpless. Will bank repay me the amount?

                    Hi all,

                    I had purchased iphone11 from croma on january-26-2020. As per the offer there was a flat cash back of rs 6000/- also specified in the bill to be credited within 120 day. Now its more than 120 day and i have not received the cash back. On calling hdfc bank i was asked for offer details and was said the marketing team will check and revert before 08-jun-2020.
                    I feel the bank should now about its offer and not tell customer that it would check and inform. It create a doubt on the customers mind.

                        Respected sir/madam,

                        Greetings!!

                        I've made a transaction to vendor 1mg by using hdfc bank credit card through payment gateway: paytm rs. 2498/- on 08.04.2020 successfully.

                        Due to unavailability of the product the order got cancelled on the same day itself and the refund amount rs. 2498/- has been initiated by the vendor 1 mg with reference no: rrn/refund id: 20200409111212801300168384265857591 on 09.04.2020.

                        Since then, i was waiting for the refund amount to my account, unfortunately the same is did not get credited to my account even after more than a month.

                        I had raised a complaint to hdfc bank and called to customer care multiple times but no one is there to address my problem, i'm not sure about that, whether the bank is having customer care service or not?, if the bank is having customer care service to serve their customers, definately some one should have responded by this time from hdfc bank's end.

                        Would request you to kindly check this complaint and get back my refund amount to my account at the earliest.

                            My name is freezan mohammed and i bought an iphone11 using my hdfc debit card since hdfc provides a 6000 rs refund. Its been 4 month and the money has not yet been refunded. Also i have written several times for the bank along with the bill copy but no response yet. These are hard times and i would like the bank to do what they promised their customers.

                            This is reference to policy no: 17645708 and 17634462. I wish to inform you that i had purchased both two policies (First[protected] hdfc life super saving plan 20/05/2015) and (Second[protected] hdfc sl progrowth super ii 26/05/2015), which both have lock in period of 2 years from date of issued as per your employee. Same has been expired on 26/05/2018. I was unable to pay the premium, contacted the your chandigarh office and send many emails for refund of amount and chandigarh area manager anuj mathur [protected] and duputy manager supriya [protected] was told that the both policies has got a lock in period of 5 years, now 5 years are over but still i m not getting my amount back despite of repeated visit to your branch. Your agents just cheat us making false commitments to sell the policies. Kindly look into the matter and make arrengent for the refund of my matured amount in the form of cheque or dd. Or i have to move to the consumer court for the same.

                                        Dear hdfc team,

                                        I hope you all are safe and taking necessary precautions to prevent yourselves from covid-19 outbreak. I am shivani kalsi and i have diners club credit card *privilege* which i am using from last four months and now you have charged membership fee 2520₹ + gst however your executive told me in the beginning when i received this card that if would add one utility bill (Electricity, telephone, water bill, postpaid bill etc.) then this card will be free for lifetime so now i will not pay these charges because my friends also holding same card and they have added utility bills (Smart pay) and now their card is lifetime free.

                                        I will not pay a single penny on the name of membership fee +gst because i have already added my airtel broadband bill and it's been four months.
