I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 19/12/2019 from inspire store, indore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked the store as well about it, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

    Hello sir,

    Sir i had done the transaction of 3000rs from lasuldia nori branch indore axis bank atm at 16.4.2020 but due to lack of money, first debited and then got credited at the same time but 18.4.2020 3000s (Mctf ate mentioned in the transaction) are shown deducted in my statement.

      My account has more than 7 thousand rupees under hold. I dont know what's this for. Please release my funds without this type of charges.

      Also i have not paid emis from march. Also applied for moratorium and it got accepted from hdfc bank. I have received messages regarding the same. I have my account credited with some amount and that amount got adjusted for march and april months emi. I want that money back. Please help regarding the same.

        Hi,

        I made a transaction on[protected] at reliance digital store - zirakpur.
        I bought an iphone x, transaction amount was 49, 900 inr and was entitled for a cashback of 5000 inr.
        Its been more than 130 days & i have not received any communication yet.
        I have been using hdfc's credit card since more than 10 years & never felt this kind o[censored]ntrusted behaviour.
        Please provide an update asap.

            We have ref. The today received my hdfc credit card bill statement, in which there is no option given for pay min. Amount to be mentioned why??
            We are using this credit more than 3 year continuously, even still today first shown this incident, there is no option given for min. Amount paying why??

            I have baaught TV & washing machine in december which has 10 % cashback offer from HDFC debit card . HDFC executive assured that amount will be credited in account in debit card section at Netbanking but not received the same yet.

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in wtp imagine, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                          I was told that no charges would be applicable for the service you just have to confirm.
                          And when the amount was debited from my i was confused but then again it credited to my account. So i thought it step to activate the service but know it's debits the falana charges without my concern. I dont wanna use that service and want my refund back.

                              I had purchased iphone 11 and a smart watch on 1st december using my hdfc credit card using which i was supposed to receive 6000 plus 1000 rs cashback against that transaction after 120 days of purchase. But till today i haven’t received the cashback. This is really disappointing experience. I would request you to please kindly look into this matter and solve it on priority. As i really need that money to use in my next transaction.

                                  HDFC Bank has put 3441 amount on hold again, once already debited without any reason again the same amount is on hold. Total loss of Rs.6882 reason unknown. This bank has lot of charges of which customer is totally unknown. Rs5 has been debited n times from the account.
