    Hi my name is umesh isalkar. I hold an account with the hdfc bank lalit mahel chowk, fc road in pune.

    I have been charged on my debit card rs 2290 at pwicare.com this is an adult website i had inadvertently logged in a few days ago and consented a small surfing fees as well.

    However on april 15, the money got deducted even when i was not logged in on the website.

    This happened at around 21:02 pm on april 15. I request the refund of the amount as i had not authorised it.

    Please block payment to this website in future and also help me get the refund of rs 2290 at the earliest possible.

      I bought a I phone 11 in chengalpet poorvika on 31/12/2019 thorugh HDFC debit card, the cash back money 6000rs is not yet received.

      Also There is no response and updates from the Bank side . very disappointed with their unprofessional behavior .

      The concerned people from bank side resolve the issue at earliest.

        This is to inform that dated[protected] I have been charged with OFFUS EMI, PRIN NB:06, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980413002153571), which is not genuine, I have always paid all my emi's on or before due dates.

        Hence I would request you to remove this charge asap, so that I can pay rest of my emi on time.

          Hi team,

          Please look into below issue.

          I have loaded 555 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debitted from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transaction.

          I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

              My loan account number is 63092975, as per lockdown due to Covid 19 and rbi instructions, ECS was presented on my ICICI bank account on 04/04/2020 and it was bounced.
              I were already submitted online Moratorium request and accepted by HDFC bank.
              After moratorium, presented ECS in my bank account and debited ECS return charges by ICICI bank Rs.590.00 when contacted with concern bank, told and advise me for contact with HDFC bank.
              I requested you, kindly reverse my ECS return charges which was debited by ICICI bank.
              I hope and aspects for your reply.

In case your EMI transaction bounced, you have been automatically opted in for EMI moratorium and there will be no further EMI debits in your account for April '20 and May '20.

                Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 02/12/2019 in Imagine Mgf Metropolitan Mall gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Imagine, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

                            I have a home loan account in hdfc (Branch : wakad, pune).
                            I have auto-debit facility enabled in order to pay my monthly emi.
                            But in this month i. E. April 2020, my emi was not auto-debited.
                            It was supposed to be auto-debited on 10th april 2020.
                            Please note that had sufficient balance in my account.

                            Please let me know the reason why it was not debited.
                            And let me know if i can pay it by any other method without paying the late fees.

                              Hi, I have received a message from VMHDFCBK stating that " Your RUPAY card XXX5230 missed you!But if it is not used in the next 30 days, we will have to suspend your card. Prevent it by using your card now!"

                              I did not received any card and I do not have any clue on how to take this further.

                                    My credit card no. [protected]

                                    I have already paid minimum amount of rs. 6600/- of last month of credit card statement. And as per rbi guidelines i requested to moratorium regarding payment for three month and they have also sent me a sms that you can now defer credit card dues to june 2020 i enclose herewith the bank sms for your ready reference,

                                    I surprise that bank have sent a e statement to my registered mobile no.[protected] that your have no minimum dues and total due is rs.128883.00.

                                    I in this situation this is not possible for me to pay entire amount. I request to bank that if they cannot give the moratorium facility as they have sent me the sms that i can defer the dues upto june 2020 as per rbi guidelines.

                                    If possible i try to pay minimum dues of the entire amount on this problematic days.

                                    Please resolve my problem and reply at the earliest

                                    To avail the credit card moratorium,
                                    (a) voluntarily defer paying the outstanding during this period i.e. make NIL payment
                                    (b) turn off AutoPay (in case the same is currently availed) through net banking / mobile banking to avail the benefit of the moratorium and reactivate the same post the end of the moratorium period.

                                      I don't know how you guys charge the amount of rs rs 3021.43/- as "mirevenue hold through gefu" amount if please look into it i don't know why they charge that much amount. If it's because of a credit card i have already make the necessary payment of it. Please remove the amount coz within two days i am about to receive the amount from my pf. Requesting to you please check and remove.

                                      I have already clear the Pending EMI if its related to the credit card requesting you to please clear it, I am going to receive the amount of rs 11000/- for my EMI if the 3000/- is not clear the amount will be deducted to 8000/- please clear it check my credit cards details.

                                        I bought clothes from reliance trends on december 29th 2019 and there was an offer of 10% cashback on paying through hdfc credit card/debit card - i have done transaction of rs 2076.92 using my debit card and that's why i'm entitled to get 10% cashback with in 90 days. Reference num. Against the transaction is[protected].

                                        But i have already completed 90+ days, still i didn't received such cashback.
