Hello team,
I have a home loan account in hdfc (Branch : wakad, pune).
I have auto-debit facility enabled in order to pay my monthly emi.
But in this month i. E. April 2020, my emi was not auto-debited.
It was supposed to be auto-debited on 10th april 2020.
Please note that had sufficient balance in my account.
Please let me know the reason why it was not debited.
And let me know if i can pay it by any other method without paying the late fees.
