    Hi team
    My account balance has been to minus of amount 1171 mentioning mi revenue update.
    Neither ur customer care is helping me out of this not the local hdfc bank persons, every person/executive gives me a different story.
    What’s happening without the confirmation or any notification of the customer how can you hold the amount.
    Please release my hold amount.

      Hi,
      I did shopping at life style in december 2019 when there was 10% cashback running for atleast shop of 10000, and i did shop 3 times for rs. Around 14000 at 3 different dates in december, but look like i haven't get any cashback for any of these 3.. It was written that cashback should get credited in next 3 months... So please i am really concerned about it.. Where to check what to do? Reply asap?

        The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
        First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

          I have a salary account with hdfc in hdfc0009400. I can see that amount of rs2372.70/- have been kept hold with the subject as mirevenue holds through gefu. I dunno the reason behind locking the amount. First it started with rs200/- and now they have kept huge amount. Please escalate this and resolve it asap.

              I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 118.00 on 20-Feb-20 towards ADHOC ATMT CHGS INCL GST 180220-MIR[protected] . I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. Kindly clarify why I have been debited with the above said amount.

                I have bought iPhone 11 128gb on 14/01/2020 for rs 69, 900 under hdfc bank cashback scheme of rs 6000. its been more than 120 days but yet i haven't received the cutback.
                hope this issue gets resolved and cutback will be credited to my account.

                  I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 15/01/2020 in apptronix hyderabad. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in apptronix, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                      My account has frozen without any notice. Many times coming in bank's circle, they told me that my credit card bill not pay. I have made a request from the bank officer of the hdfc bank. They did not do it. And told me what will do if they do not?

                      I have a hdfc bank credit card. I was able to pay my credit card every bill on time, but 1 year ago, some of the family's problems did not pay their credit card bill. I made a lot of requests from the bank please removed the hold from my bank account. I was already pay my credit card billed amount 39000/- and balance bill pay soonly with interest. But they did not remove the hold from the account. At this time, situation is very critical due to lockdown. I am not able to do money from any other account. So that i am not able to meet my daily needs or pay bill. I request to you that please remove held from my account. So that i can complete my essentials and your credit card bill has also been successful in time.

                        Yesterday i received message of transactions on my mobile no. The transactions were not made by me. Then i started getting lot of messages with otp no etc. I immediatly blocked my card through app. Now i am tryinh to contact hdfc credit card complaont no but no body is picking up. I want my new card issued & remittance o[censored]nauthorised transactions.

                          I bought AC and TV by using HDFC bank debit card in month of September-2019 and November -2019 .

                          I was told at that time that you will recieve a cashback in the mean time of 120 Days but till now I doesn`t recieved anything .

                          Customer care is not working .So whom we need to complaint

                            Am having hdfc credit card and am not using the card for the past two years. Last year i raised a query to deactivate the one assist service for this but they auto debited the amount from my hdfc savings account.
                            Now also they send the credit card statement for auto debiting.

                                Hdfc bank charge me rs 1399/- for some plan on my credit card without my knowledge. When i made complain regarding this to customer care they gave me comittment that i will receive my refund within 48 hrs (Which never came). I followed up several weeks and was getting same response that this is a genuine charge and we cannot refund it.
                                After a month the outstanding amount was more than 1399/- they charged me addition fee (Late fee charge). I disputed again because it was an active case which was not resolved by the bank.
                                Due to my studies and work, i stopped following up with bank. The amount is now rs. 8760.42.
                                Please help me out with this. I am 26 and i am the only earning member of my family.

                                        I have cancelled a order on amazon, i got a msg from hdfc after few hours that

                                        Your transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 8104 for rs.17999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:29:10

                                        But i still didn't received any amount in my account, i checked it online. I also had word with amazon they said refund process is done from thier side.
