I tried transferring money from my kotak bank app to nbd (Dubai) branch account..
The transaction was successful however the recipient didn't receive and also the same was deducted from my account
After having word with my bank they say it has been transferred to hdfc account with branch in mumbai
I tried contacting the branch with calls and emails still no response

I'm working at hdfc life as corporate agency manager. Company will release salary advance due to covid19 amounted as Rs 12438.

An amount of 819 has been deducted from my account for depository fee. When googled I came to know the deduction is for demat account . I haven’t opened such account. I’m using only salary account . How can you deduct without prior information . I need the amount back otherwise prior action will be take....

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 7135 without my concern on date:25/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1399/-

Late night at 00:02 am I crossed Dadri toll on GT Road.Toll charges deducted from my HDFC fastag account.

But again now at 08:00 am again toll charges deducted showing same toll Plaza, although myself as well as my car is in Delhi at my home.

I contacted their customer care number, but getting no response.

Kindly help me get my money back.

I have bought iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card in from delhi. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now,. I have asked in shop where i brought, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I had cancelled my railway tickets which was booked online via hdfc debit card, now i received a message that"ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 1314 for rs. 1550.00 has been credited/reversed by ecaterin3165892 on[protected]:02:25:07" but still when i checked my balance, it is not credited to my account number, please do check what is wrong and revert back to me quickly....

I had seen many times, this hdfc did not allow me to modify the order and put new order specially in the peak time like today from 3.15pm to 3.30pm, i did not able to buy the share i wanted to buy instead of i brought a different share for which i have already placed the order when i was trying to modify the same it was always showing all exchange are down but at the same time zerodha was working fine.
