I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399+100/- from my credit card number ending with 6072 without my concern on date:16/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399+100/-

I am complaining about my online fraud

One cow i found in road in very critical condition and to help them i found animal help line number in online and call to them ([protected] after that they provide another number [protected] they send me one link and inform me paid 10 rupees and we send vehicle to help them wheh i go though link and put otp then they deduct my all mony form both account SBI and HDFC...

transaction timed out but money got debited from current account

iphone cashback

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 1/12/2019 in electroworld noida sector 18. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in electroworld, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

Dear sir i have hdfc credit card through which i had paid rs. 50000 my sbilife policy premium on 22/03/2020 and same amount was deducted from my card on same day.

online payment through netbanking getting failed & call centre numbers not reachable

Hi team,

I have been trying to pay my lic premium using the netbanking facility, however am repeatedly getting the below message :

"we regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more info, please contact your nearest bank branch or use phone banking services.

To amplify the issue, you phone banking services are also dead.. It dosent proceed beyond the language selection...

First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful...

Online transaction for recharge of rs. 400 of tatasky account was done by me via tata sky app through payzap as guest check out through sbi debit card and the amount of rs 400 is deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. Transaction statement message received on my mobile number is also reproduced below for your reference.

unauthorized deduction

I am concern with security of my account there is many times unauthorised deduction of money from my bank account without any permission or information to me, this happen again and i can't immediate reach customer care due covid19, also no email response from support team.
