I had purchased an iphone 11 from reliance digital in bangalore on jan 26, 2020 using by hdfc debit card.. It's been 120 days, but i haven't received the cashbook of 6000/- as per the offer. The call to hdfc customer care is not getting through.

      The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 565.00 as mirevenue hold through gefu.

      Ifsc: hdfc 0000771
      Branch: bilaspur
      The bank did not notify me before or after holding my funds. I came to know only after checking my account balance. For your information it's a salary account and can be maintained at zero balance. Nobody response in mail and phone banking.

        My complaint no."hbl=[protected]"

        I was approached by one of credit card selling team member from mumbai of hdfc bank explaining terms and conditions of regalia first credit card. As per explanation given by him, first year membership fees will be waived off if the card holder during first 3 months of issuance has minimum 4 transactions amounting to rs. 500 each.

        After issuance of card dated 03/01/2020, i again received a call from hdfc bank inquiring for receipt of credit card. Over the call, i again confirmed the above mentioned points and he told me exactly the same thing as the earlier selling member has briefed me. If they have a system of recordable line, they can cross check it from recorded calls on my no. [protected].

        After all these confirmations and briefing, i could not able to ascertain that how am i billed with this first year membership fees amounting to rs.1, 180/- when i followed all the terms and conditions? I also attached details of charges and status of payments in below attachment.

        I also lodged complaint on customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com but did not received any response even when my due date of payment is 06/06/2020.in my opinion this is case of mis-selling and due to this customer should not suffer.

        It needs to be waived off as soon as possible before due date of bill. Please help to resolve the same.

                I open new savings account at anathandavapuram branch in mayiladuthurai on apr 18 2020 still i never received welcome kit /debit card i went down and ask branch in charge he is not responsive and said call customer care i call many times i cannot get the officers to talk any idea when i receive my debit cards or any possibility can i get from the branch

                  Purchased a tv at croma store using hdfc bank card. Cashback was 5% of the product value and was capped at 2500 rupees.

                  As per the policy it'll take 90days for the cashback to be credited but it's well over 3 months and it's not credited yet.

                    Dear Sir, I am Chandrakant Chalse Having Saving Acct.In Chinchwad Gaon Branch, Its a Joint account with my Blind Brother Prahalad S Ingle.I went to draw money from Ganeshnagar Talawade ATM.Un-fortunately ATM was not working, So went nearby ATM it was HDFC.After TRANSACTION I got message that money diducted from my BOM account before ATM disburse money MSEB power GONE. I awaited till power resumes After power resume Machine got re-set.money though cut from account not disbursed to me.No response to my several visit to BRANCH and emails No response Please cooperate

                      As per rbi guidelines it is not good from your part to collect non maintenance charges
                      That too iam a student and it is difficult for me to pay 7754.71 as non maintenance charge.

                            I have bought my iphone 7 with hdfc bank debit card on 18/10/2019 from macapple cochin
                            As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 3000 within 120 days from the transactional month end)
                            I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                  I have salary account in your bank :[protected], the thing was i have balance of 14200 i visited atm and i tried to withdraw money for hospital getting insufficient balance i don't know with out information to me how you stopped using my account you know the hdfc bank people very worst action on and pathetic situation because in this situation we are not getting salary and no other income sourse to me and we have in lot of troubles in covid-19 you fellows you people blocked my account and 1 more thing the amount i placed for hospital propus of my son having 1 year he have some low blood issue how stupidity you people really i will complaint to rbi also because o[censored] blocked my money with out info. I have two wheeler loan its settled for 2 emi which i have due to your bank and this is final warning to you people if you people not release my fund i will suiside and i write your bank name how you people doing harassment to me i spoke your executive and i took 3 months time also for 2 emis i don't have rs1 also in my hand and how can serviove in this covid-19 maritoriyam also have but they herrasing for money

                                    I have bought my iphone 11 with hdfc bank debit card on 13/02/2020 from reliance digital, habitat mall, mysore, karnatka. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of rupees 6000 within 90 days from the transactional month end). I haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 90 days. I have asked in reliance digital, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                        I had purchased my iphone 11 64 gb on 19/01/2020 by mode of hdfc bank credit card. At apple store they informed me that you will recieve your cashback of ₹6000 within 120 days in your credit card statement. But its been 126 days from purchase date i have not recieved my cashback yet. My 4th emi is been generated by bank but not yet they credited any cashback in my unbilled transactions also till now. So please take neccesary action against this and solve my problem as soon as possible.
