      Hi Team,

      Could you let me know why amount 589.81 is onhold in my account.

      It's been more than a month now it is showing as unhold.

      I have not received any sms nor any communication regarding the same.

      Kindly unhold it ASAP.

      I don't see a real reason for such unhold that too for a month now.

        I took the cellphone of iphone on 30/12/2019, but after completing 120 days, I didnt received my cashback .Why is ir we need to contact cx care, Why the cashback wont auto credit it after completing 120 days

            On today 13/04/2020 i was paying the corporation house tax for an amount of 3050 rs through hdfc netbanking. after submitting the OTP password the amount got deducted but the transaction was not completed. Kindly check and revert my amount back to my account.

                Hi sir, i have purchased purchased gold ornaments for 2.5lac in lalithaa jewellary mart p. Ltd. No.6-3-883, sbr souk, panjagutta, hyderabad, telangana - 500082 on dec 21st 2019, on that day hdfc credit card offers 2% cash back offer but till the time i didn't get my cash back amount.100 days completed and i have already escalated to all concerns of hdfc bank/i spoke to customer care couple times but till now i have received my cash back amount,

                      Hdfc fastag was not working, so i made a cash payment to toll plaza.
                      Still, hdfc charged from me.
                      Their customer card told to send a mail. I've sent several reminders. But they stopped giving replies.
                      I told them to cancel my card & refund me whatever amount they can. At that, they stopped responding.

                                  I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending 2820 without my concern on date:09/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

                                      Sir i have prob in credit card payment in feb payment due on march 9 th but i allredy sumbit my reqest in call centre i have some prob in my family member are death on 3th march and my payment due in 9 th march i have not saficent payment to give you for full payment after then i will pay yours bill payment minimum after then you people surchage in late payment in this statement i am yours 5 years old customer without any delay payment from my side.
