      I have tried a purchase for free fire dimond 400 ₹ amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account with purchase reference as follows [protected]-tomgoogleplaymasterm.
      But the purchase has not been done and no dimond is credited into free fire ac please reverse my money
      I tried contacting the hdfc customer support but no response on this.

        Hdfc cust id: 58527777

        I have purchased an iphone for inr 109900.00/- on the 5th of december, 2019.
        There was a cashback of inr 7000/-, for which i was told that i will be getting it after 3 months/90 days. But after 3 months/90 days i haven't received the cashback yet. Also i called the hdfc phone banker and they told me i will be getting it in the last week of march but still i am witing for the cashback in the month of april.

        So can you please provide me with an update when shall i receive the cashback or the necessary steps to be taken by me to receive the cashback.

          I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 9/12/2019 in jaipur. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, i have asked with vendor, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

            Hello sir,

            This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

            Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 13th august 2019 and i was charged since 2017 under the name of depository charges.

            Initially when i opened a salary account with that demat account, they forced us to open without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now. Even there is no message after the depository charges are applied to me through message or mail.

            And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

            Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my salary account.

            Dear Customer,

            We would like to inform you that the regulatory guidelines stipulate that Demat accounts can be closed only on receipt of valid closure requests received from the customer.
            Hence, we request you to please submit the closure form to any of our branches offering depository services. The form has to be duly signed by all the account holders.
            The form has to be submitted to the branch in person (at least one of the account holders) incase of transfer cum closure cum waiver request. To process the same, we request you to submit any one self attested copy of valid proof of identity which is mandatory for all the holder(s) viz PAN card, passport, Voter ID card, Driving license etc.
            There are no closure charges involved if the closure constitutes transfer of securities to another Demat account having identical name(s), identical PAN and order. For example, there are no off market transaction charges if all the securities are transferred from the Demat account in the name of Mr. Ramesh Tandon to another Demat account which is the name of Ramesh Tandon.
            The off market transfer charges in such a case shall be waived, subject to submission of the following documents by the account holder during closure:
            Annexure Q (copies enclosed) duly filled & signed by the account holder(s) with target DPID and client ID correctly filled up
            Duly certified (signed and stamped by the receiving DP) Client Master List (CML) or Original Crystal Report (CR) in case of CDSL Accounts obtained from the target Participant with whom the client has opened a new Demat account or maintains a Demat account
            Statement of Holding of the source account duly self-attested by the account holder.
            All unused delivery instruction slips (DIS) to be cancelled and surrendered along with the Annexure Q
            IMPORTANT: If all the above requirements are not met the waiver of off market charges will not be extended to you and you will be charged for the transfer to the other Demat account as per the tariff schedule agreed at the time of opening of Demat account.
            We request you to provide de-linking instructions separately for e-broking/online trading account.
            You may also contact HDFC securities at [protected]@hdfcsec.com to get additional clarifications.
            Also, Kindly note that, Demat account held in sole name with nil holdings and no outstanding Demat charges can be closed based on email insctruction from your registered email id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your 8 digit demat account number (can be viewed under HDFC Bank Net Banking>>>Demat Tab) and DP ID

              Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 884.62/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 8th april 2020 under the name of depository charges feb20.

              Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 884.62/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.

                      Hi my name is umesh isalkar. I hold an account with the hdfc bank lalit mahel chowk, fc road in pune.

                      I have been charged on my debit card rs 2290 at pwicare.com this is an adult website i had inadvertently logged in a few days ago and consented a small surfing fees as well.

                      However on april 15, the money got deducted even when i was not logged in on the website.

                      This happened at around 21:02 pm on april 15. I request the refund of the amount as i had not authorised it.

                      Please block payment to this website in future and also help me get the refund of rs 2290 at the earliest possible.

                                My loan account number is 63092975, as per lockdown due to Covid 19 and rbi instructions, ECS was presented on my ICICI bank account on 04/04/2020 and it was bounced.
                                I were already submitted online Moratorium request and accepted by HDFC bank.
                                After moratorium, presented ECS in my bank account and debited ECS return charges by ICICI bank Rs.590.00 when contacted with concern bank, told and advise me for contact with HDFC bank.
                                I requested you, kindly reverse my ECS return charges which was debited by ICICI bank.

                                    Dear sir / madam,
                                    I've paid an amount of rs 1333 for renewing my motor cycle insurance policy through hdfc netbanking. Unfortunately transaction failed, but the amount got deducted from my account. I've checked with the merchant side and they did not receive this amount. So kindly do the needful to revert this transaction.
