I had seen many times, this hdfc did not allow me to modify the order and put new order specially in the peak time like today from 3.15pm to 3.30pm, i did not able to buy the share i wanted to buy instead of i brought a different share for which i have already placed the order when i was trying to modify the same it was always showing all exchange are down but at the same time zerodha was working fine. So guys please care full from this cheater... Instead of of providing better service they will send fake advice and will charge the most.

    I am using hdfc bank regalia credit card for more than 10 years.

    Credit card no. [protected]

    In january 2020, i was supposed to travel from 18th to 22nd. My payment due date for credit card is 24th of every month.
    To avoid any delay, due to my travelling, i dropped a post dated cheque (19/01/2020) to hdfc bank drop box on 15th january 2020.
    But their oversmart employees presented the cheque to my bank on 17th january 2020, which was two days prior to date printed on cheque. Therefore my bankers (Janata sahakari bank ltd.) could not honour the cheque, despite there was sufficient balance in my cc account.
    This was brought to the notice of hdfc bank. Therefore they reversed the payment return fee rs. 650 and sent me an apology letter on 6th march 2020.

    Despite the issue has been resolved as it was purely their mistake, hdfc bank cards have sent me a current month's statement mentioning finance charges rs. 8078.46

    This is totally not acceptable to me.

Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Specific to your card account, we are not in receipt of complete payments towards the outstanding as per the statement due date and in view of the same, bank charges as applicable were levied to your credit card account. Hence, we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.       Hello sir/maa'm,

      I hold credit card of hdfc bank from last 3 years, on 26/02/2020 overlimit fee (Ref# 14802071000226999973570) of rs.600 has been levied on my credit card for over limit transaction which has happen through oversight. The bank has access the transaction without informing me and without my consent which is the responsilibity of the hdfc bank to inform the costumer about the charges, regading the same i have called hdfc credit card customer care on 16/03/2020 and complaint about the same but they refuse to reverse.
      I am requesting you to please look into the matter and reverse rs.600 with gst, so please reverse the charges asap.

      They are not giving proper response, they are cheating customers by giving over limit of 50 and charging 500+gst on credit card bills this is totally fraud at least they should inform customers about the charges.

      In rules it is showing over limit fee but when you have defined a certain limit to my credit card why did you authorize the payment over the limit, supposed tomorrow if I swipe for 100000 rs will you accept the transaction. This is totally fraud you should have informed me by call or message regarding the charges or you should have reject the transaction, either authorize the payment for 100000rs or reverse my 500 rs, you are giving 1 to 100 rs as over the limit and charging 500.

        On the 28th of february, 2020, i was charged a dc intl post txn markup,

        Could you please help me understand why that happened,
        It’s very hard to track the deductions of money from the account unless notified and given an explanation for the deduction,

        I did send money to uk in october 2019 though, so why am i being charged a fee right now when i have already been charged earlier,
        For what needed to be paid as a bank fee, i was charged and paid that too,

            I have process jumbo loan on my credit card some mount of inr 75000/- as a dd on dt 7th march 2020 and it will be deliver within 7 working days through currier service on customer address now after 11 days still didn't received dd on my address and also i have discussed with currier services what they telling me it will be reached 2 to 3 days..?? (I don't think that vikroli to kalyan will take 1 hour more.. What service you provide to customer. I am very frustrated with this kind of currier service you referred on this important work.

But we are sure that we counted properly and while handling cash she had mixed those three 2000 rupees notes in her cash and we saw that and even told her why she mixed our notes she said its ok.                 I received sms from hdfc bank 13.03.2020 that Rs-1865/- deducted from my credit card to one assist membership fee. Hdfc customer rang information. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my credit card and use of my card by the company is really a criminal act and the co.
                I want my money back. Dont dare again to do this.

                  I want to close the credit card which is in dead state, i hold platinum card from this bank and could not manage my account properly due to less knowledge regarding usage.so after getting few calls from bank i was offered a plan to close the card account with a split payment.i had completed the agreed payment in two installments

                    Dear hdfc team,

                    I have availed a two wheeler loan under the account no : 55419995 in tirupur branch (Tamil nadu) on march 2018 for the period of 2 years to purchase a honda shine bike last instalment is paid on february 2020 total 24 installements were paid that there is no pending payment from my side.
                    Now i apply for noc by that time they are asking for to pay rs.4294 (Totally 13 installements) against check bouncing charges but from the first installment the amount is realised from my account through ecs mode.
                    I have submitted the bank statement for the particular period account have enough fund on that date so please consider the above and do the needfull.
                    I didn't get proper response from the customer support team in branch.

                      I have received a call today, 10.59am 19 march 2020 from mobile number [protected] claiming to be kanika mathur from hdfc life insurance. She has given my policy number as classic assure number 90976200. She says i have only paid the first premium of 50, 000/- in 2012 and that if i pay at least three premiums now, the lock in period will be completed.

                      She has asked me to contact mr. Rajeev mittal, [protected] relationship manager.

                      I have no policy with hdfc, which i had already verified by calling hdfc directly and this is a fraud operation going on.

                      They have somehow got hold of a database of insurance customers that they are using to perpetuate this scam.

                      I am reporting this so that action can be taken.

And I tried calling this number for freaking many times but could get connect... I need help.. This is not very good.
                        HDFC BANK sent the sms like that-"congratulations! Your completed Personal Loan app is now accepted.Pls quote ref no.[protected] for any status update- "

                        But within 24hr the executive informed thet there are some civil regarding the previous consumer loan from ICICI BANK, which is already paidup...
                        i want the explanation regarding that matter...

                          Yesterday i went to hdfc bank for cash withdrawal and employee responsible misbehaved unexpectedly for no reason by ordering me to do the duties which she was supposed to do and also by not clarifying the queries ask for multiple times and not only this but also she took the help of her manager without helping the customer the manager also supported the employee by not asking her about the issue instead asking to the customer and supported her miss behaviour by refusing that employee will not apologize even when asked the manager also tried to hide his employees fault by threatening that police will be called for no reason

                          So request to take severe steps against this manager ditiraj chakraborty and employee bijata das who are not only harassing and humiliating the customer but also not helping the customer in anyway and when asked to say that they are not here to help the customer

                          The incident goes as

                          On 18. 03. 2020 I went to HDFC Bank to withdraw cash through cheque. The employee responsible did not cut the check by herself instead asked me to cut and when I submitted the check to her she accused me by saying that I did not cut it properly. To this I said the employee that it was her duty to cut the check instead the customer as she had the equipments to cut the check properly and also her duty. Meanwhile I had a query where to write 'self ' as it was my first time to cut a cheque so I asked employee to help me with that but instead of helping me she raged behaved arrogantly by not responding to me and called the peon to take the cheque to the manager. The manager called me and asked about the issue and I said him the issue but did not listen to me and pretended as if he is not able to understand the issue and suddenly said that he will call the police even though there was no reason to call the police and that we customers should be responsible for such duties even if you don't know or it is the first time for us to cut a cheque the manager also said that the employees are not here to help the customers for these things.The manager did not even ask anything to the employee and supported her for the misbehaviour and shouted by saying us to go from the place and threatened by saying that Police will be called even though we had no fault . As a customer I couldn't tolerate the humiliation and misbehaviour that happened to me and my mother so said to call the police so that I can protest against the nuisance happening in the place. The manager and the other staff humiliated without considering us as female and senior citizen and humiliated by restricting us to go initially and threatened that they will call the police for no reason. There was a lot of insult humiliation harrassment misbehaviour happened to us which as a customer we do not deserve.

                            I purchased my phone on 29th october, 2019 with a hdfc cashback scheme. I was told i would reciece the cashback within 120 days, it's been around 140 days, the cashback amount was not credited to my account. I tried registering a complaint on the website but there is no provision to register a complaint regarding cashback. No clarity was given when i visited my nearest hdfc bank. So, i would like the promised cashback amount back.

                              Hi team,

                              This is to inform you that my both savings salary account under customer id 46725845 is in negative balance due to repeated hit of standing instruction from capital first. The account was opened in the year 2012. After 8yrs this account should have been closed or there should not have been activities. The total outstanding is rs.75000 approximately. I am financially broke man.

                              Couple of years back i went to dombivali, mumbai branch for inquiring about my account status. They told me that its a closed account and we can do nothing about it. I was very happy that day because it was a closed account.

                              To my surprise i found that my account is dormant and not closed when i opened a new salary savings account with vile parle east branch, mumbai.

                              They told me to mail you regarding its closure.

                              I want you to close my account with immediate effect because whatever money i am crediting its getting debited at once. My condition is miserable.

                              To close your account held with HDFC Bank, please submit the account closure form (available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center> Personal Banking) along-with Extended KYC annexure ( available on www.hdfcbank.com> Forms Center > Personal Banking > Extended KYC Annexure ) at any of our nearest Bank branches.

                              Addressing your concern we wish to clarify that Combined closure form is a common form which is required to fill in by an account holder incase he holds more than a single product with the Bank.

                              By filling this form our customers can close all other accounts/products and delink the same along with Savings account held with the bank. For ex : ISA account/ Depository account / Credit card etc.

                              You will need to tick the relevant boxes mentioned on the form.

                              This application must be signed by all Joint Holders where the account is held jointly in the same order of names as appearing on the account or by sole holder in case of sole ownership account to be closed. In case the account is in debit balance, please fund the account to the extent of the over-dues together with interest, before submission of application for closure.

                              In case the account is dormant, please submit a letter at the branch for activation of your account. Your account closure request can be processed only post activation of your account.

                              We regret that we are unable to process the request for account closure received through PhoneBanking, NetBanking, e-mail, scanned or faxed copy for security and authentication purposes. In case you are unable to visit the branch, you can send the account closure application to the branch by postal service or courier.

                              We also request you to destroy or surrender the cheque book and Debit Card at the time of account closure.

                                When i was atom pohacha there was gordy, i was stopped when i was going in. He told me that you do not remove the mask that you have tied on your mouth, so i did not know rabi, i said that the head is still corono due to fear, i have tied the mass, only then they said, if you will not take the month, i will not let you go, satrap, i said that you should go inside with me, i have no problem, then he pushed me all these things meiji, i started the phone to record in my phone, when he saw the phone in my hand, he dropped me down and started beating me. It is a shameful thing for this biggest back of yours, if you are seeing this lie then you cctv can check the footage. Datm id: s1annm13, shalimar branch atm nashik on 15/03/20 13:13 from my request to you that action should be taken.

                                IFSC code is correct.but amount deducted from account .ifsc code and account number is not matched.
                                They given 36 working ETA but after that no response or responsibility

                                  Dear hdfc,

                                  I have settled my credit card on 2017 and my last payment against my credit card is 31/03/2017.

                                  Moreover i have paid at the time of settlement rs.29600. Since it shows more than 40000 rupees.

                                  My card credit card number :[protected]

                                  It is showing in my cibil report as settled, but i want to close this account.

                                  There is no response from local branch.

                                  Kindly let me know my pending amount to close my credit card account.

                                  Also let me know the repayment procedure and noc guideline.

                                  It would be appreciated if you can resolve my issues and it will help me to avoid get support i will file the same case in rbi and ombudsman

                                  I have applied fastag through hdfc bank wallet id created costomer id created but fastag sticker not received yet. Kindly look into the matter please.
                                  Purchased iPhone 11 on 15-oct-2019. Still cash back not received. Just making ur customers fool. When ever I called ur call centre they just ask to drop a email. But u never get a reply.
                                  I just got message fo refund for railway ticket cancellation into my hdfc account but my statement is quoting i haven't received any money . i need to know the exact issue from the bank side because total amount is about 4550 and i want it to get resolved asap ...

                                    Hi -

                                    I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 63459594

                                    I have linked my LIC payment to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, every 7th midnight but bank/loan institute has not debited my account on the said date/time.

                                    So i have paid the LIC due amount through online on March 9, 2020. But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 590.00 in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

                                    Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

                                    In terms of Clearing guidelines, issued by RBI, the clear fund's balance available in the account at the beginning of the day would be considered for the purpose of Cheque(s) received in the clearing. We note that in your said account, the clear fund's balance at the time of presentation of the said Cheque(s), was not sufficient to cover the Cheque(s) received in the clearing.

                                    Therefore the cheque was returned due to insufficient funds and the corresponding charges for Cheque(s) dishonor were levied to your account. Kindly note that these charges attract GST as applicable.

                                    We advise you to maintain sufficient clear funds balance in the account in the future, at the time of issuance of the cheque, to avoid the Cheque return charges being levied to your account.

                                        NWD DECCHG debited from my account on 29/02/2020 twice amounting 29.50/- and 29.50/ though it is salary account and I have not withdraw-ed money from ATM more than twice. Please give explanation why this is deducted from my account without any sms or intimation? Please refund asap.
