It's been more than one month I am requesting for NOC but the HDFC bank Credit Card Division is not providing it.
In the month of Feb 1st, 2020, I had paid jumbo outstanding of RS.1.30lakhs on my credit card ending with 6295.
Since 1st Feb 2020, I am following up and for an NOC and giving a call to customer care daily once about checking the status and whenever I am giving a call to call center I am hearing the different processes from each individual and followed each process still having the same issue.
I have taken so many follow-ups on phone banking, in beginning, they given the commitment of 4, 5 working days and said I will receive a NOC letter on my mail id or Hard Copy, but now they are saying that I have to send the request letter to HDFC credit card division, Chennai.
After I came to know that I have to send a letter, I have sent a request latter to HDFC Credit Card Division, Chennai on 18th Feb from DTDC Courier services Docket number is B70817542.
I had received an acknowledgment on 21st Feb 2020(on my registered number), saying that the courier has been received HDFC CC Davison Chennai and they will respond to me ASAP.
Since I am following with escalation manager and floor escalation manager that is Usha and Manjula K, Still I am not getting any positive response from escalation managers as well even they are giving a falls commitment saying that I will receive my NOC but till date 5th of March 2020, I have not received.
I am very frustrated due to this type of experience. I never expected this type of service from HDFC.
I will never ever suggest anyone use HDFC services either I will use.
Kindly look into it and sort it out ASAP and take action against misusing the power and giving fall comments and falls process.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In my complaint i have already mentioned that i have reached out to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but not getting a response, then why are you suggesting me to reach out to them again.
Please escalate it
