As per rbi guidelines bank can’t levi any kind of charges on the salaried account under maintainability of the account they have put a hold of 500 today who know tomorrow it will be 10 k or something and for something like they haven’t responded to any kind of justified answer for it.

    Cancellation of one assist membership
    I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- from my credit card number ending with 6523 without my concern on date:13/03/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299.

      Address: HDFC Staff in Reliance Digital Showroom in Madinaguda Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Andhra Pradesh, 500049

      I purchased a triple door samsung refrigerator from reliance digital, madinaguda, chandannagar, hyderabad on 8.10.2020 with finance from hdfc.

      At the time of purchase, staff of reliance digital told me that i will be getting cashback if i purchase through hdfc loan. Cashback offer was of rs.9000 from hdfc and rs.3000 from reliance digital.

      They said the cashback benefits will be credited directly into my account on completion of 3 emis out of total 6 emis.
      After debit of 3rd emi, i asked reliance staff ms. Yashoda and she assured i will get the benefit before 4th emi paid up.

      Now even 5th emi paid up but still i did not get the cashback.

      One mr ramu of hdfc from reliance digital showroom in madinaguda hyderabad spoke to me but hardly any use.

        I got a call from club factory customer care number ([protected]) about order refund money after long discuss, he told me to put card number in app my account side then suddenly i got debite massage of three transection 1500/, 9999/and 4999/ then. I blocked my card, but now bank is not taking any action insest of ask me to pay money, now please help me i can't pay 16500/

          I have purchased 04 december 2019 reliance jewellery and there was 10% cashback if you pay through hdfc bank debit card but the cashback amount has not been credited in my account. It’s been a long time and no one is paying attention to my complaint neither hdfc. The cashback has not been credited in the account despite being more than 90 days.

            I'm waiting for the link since more then 24hrs.

              Dear team,

              I have written earlier few months before complaining about the credit card team harassing me in whatsapp. (Thats for missing payment for a month)

              In dec '19 - i couldnt do the payment because of personal reasons and health issues im going through - what ever salary i get goes by 5th of every month on loans and paying interests - left with nothing to survive (You can check my account statements).in this situation i asked the deputy manager - chennai branch (Mr. Manivannan r - and his mobile # [protected]). To arrange for a settlement and close this credit card, which he agreed if i pay that months minimum due - i clearing informed him that i can not continue paying this minimum amounts as its never ending and my overall due is growing endless. He agreed to arrange for the settlement - so i paid about 13 thousand on 31st jan 2020 hoping for the settlement to happen. But there was no update, instead the cc teams harrasment started again from last month. I explained to each and every representative the situation but no use - they were more like machines than humans.


              Instead - my salary account is blocked and showing negative balance of -17k, i was not able to access even those few rupees which was left for my survival. I was put into embarrassment when i swiped by card last night in the super marker and i have return the food items bought. Today morning - the collection team had went to my old chennai address in the early hours (About 7am) where i dont stay anymore since i moved to bangalore and informing about my payment due to my relatives - can there be any more disgrace the bank can do to the customers than these??? I called mr. Manivannan - there is no response and called the credit card customer care and logged compliant as well (Reference # [protected])

              I'm already going through stress and metal depression - can share my medical records if required. Im on medication and severe financial crisis for last one year. I can not handle this situation anymore and this email will hold as evidence for further investigations. If the bank continues to harass me - i may have to take actions for which the hdfc bank and credit card collections team will be responsible.

              I want my salary account to be released and need a settlement and time to close my credit card.
              Don't want any calls anymore from the cc team - if possible put me to do not call list and they can not whatsapp me (Please refer my earlier complaint on this) or visit my relatives home.

              Would request you to take care of my concern and to take actions on the teams who were misleading me.

                I had salary account with hdfc bank when i was working in an institution but as i left my job on july 2018 salary not credited since august 2018. I had balance of rs 40000 above at that time but bank starts deducting 300 plus for maintenance per year so i withdrawn all my balance for my personal reason.

                Since then i didn't receive any call from the bank stating about average monthly balance but now i shocked to see my account with negative balance of rs. - 5574.30. I thought account will be close automatically when i left my job.

                What should i do now. Please help me to close my account. I'm not in a position to pay the amount to make my balance zero as i have no job right now. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance.

                  I hold an hdfc account through which i withdrew rs 20000 on 28thfeb on receiving money from atm that is located inside the office, i was surprised to find fully torn note of rs 2000 further joined by cellotape, i was told to office person who handle hdfc account he suggest to visit branch to get the currency changed in working hours, i went there and talk to praveen garg, he directly denied and said talk to customer care, i can give guarantee, i am not able to lodged the complaint till now.

                  Please help me out.

                    Hdfc bank debited rs 590 twice this month. While calling bank its not connecting. Last month also same happend. I need my refund amount, as we r poor people. If we call customer care there is no response, and its not coonecting. Monthly minyhlh facing same issue. Kindly help me out from this problem and need my refund.                         I have a savings account with hdfc mindspace branch. They deliberately blocked my account. Cust id 22840860 ac no* 0286. Priya nair in the branch did this to me. I am a heartpatient. I was supposed to get admitted for treatment on 11th march. Because of priya nair i could not get admitted. I do not have any loan with hdfc still they did a block. I have already complained to pmo and cm's office as well as rbi lokpal. If anything happens to me hdfc and priya nair is responsible. Noone in the bank is able to answer why they did this. I have no loans with them

                        They lie. Now they have guts not to reply. When PM and Amit Shah and rbi asks them they will call.
                        I did not receive any mail on the 6th march. Account was blocked on the 9th by priya nair. So how can you mail me on 6th.

                          I have been asking policy copy of credit protect plus plan master policy no. Pp000092 policy ref no.888987 dt 27.1.2020

                          But till today neither any fruitful response nor policy copy received.

                          Now, in your mail, you ask me the certificate no.

                          I also request the hdfc to give me certificate no. & in reply they said, there is some thing wrong in printing certificate of policy.

                          Whenever i am asking the policy copy, they have been saying, there is some thing wrong in printing certificate policy.

                          This answer they have been saying from the date of policy 27.1.2020.

                          So what can i do? What is the way to get policy copy & certificate no? Please guide me.

                          If the hdfc insurance division serves like this and delay in giving policy copy & certificate no. Then
                          How can they get insurance policy from people.

                          Even ask me by somebody, i said dont take policy in hdfc because they do not give policy copy & certificate no. & their service is very very poor. As i expereienced this type of response from you.
                          If there is any problem in printing certificate of policy then it should be rectified then & there
                          & kept your trust in people.

                          I paid rs.64838/- premium on 27.1.2020 for credit protect plus plan for 15 years for rs.2864838/- in the name of t. S. Ramkumar dob:03/12/1993 registered mobile:[protected] registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
                          When i take policy, your rep said, in 10 days policy document reach you, but after making complaint in
                          [protected]@hdfclife.com, credit protect group ops, as well as consumer complaints forum
                          There is nothing happen, still i dont receive policy copy.
                          You ask me, confirm certificate no. But they gave me only policy information after complaint made in consumer complaint forum only. And not complaint made in your [protected]@hdfclife.com.

                          After making payment of 64838/- on 27.1.2020 & take a policy in hdfc, to get policy copy, i have to make complaint so many time and after sending so many time the complaint, you have not made any solution
                          Which is much upset me.

                              Hi,

                              This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                              An amount of rs.885 has been debited on 12th march 2020 from my salary account, mentioning about depository charges on demat account.

                              I have never used this account, when the account was given to me it was told that the dmat account would be absolutely free whether i use it or not. This is clear exploitation of customers and cheating. I am shocked to see this has happened inspite of me not using the demat services at all. I need a refund of these depository charges and will close the account once an for all. Very disappointed with hdfc.

                                  I got the message 'ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending * for rs. 1999.00 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:23:56'
                                  But money is not reflected in my account.
                                  Amazon says its done from their side, so atleast money is not with them.
                                  Money is not with hdfc either?
                                  What should i do? If i have to wait atleast i shouldn't receive these misleading messages.

                                    My hdfc bank personal loan account number is 63138243. This month i am not able to pay emi because i left my job due to health issue. And my father got expired. I got new job but my salary come next month. You can check i am a regular payers i have never missed single payment of loan this first time happened. So irequest you to please allow me to pay emi from next month onwards. As a old customer i can expact at least this from your side.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have been charged an amount of rs. 811.26 without my consent and authorization.

                                        I went to the bank to open a current account. Firstly, they forced me to open a de-mat account and lured me stating the services will be free for lifetime.

                                        I have been dealing with hdfc bank for over 8 years now and never had any complaints until now. But this time, they took away an amount of over 800 rupees without authorization.

                                        This is clear case of cheating and looting customers.

                                        My de-mat account overall balance value is 41 rupees approx.

                                        The only trade i did till date was but 10 shares of value rs. 70/-.

                                        Rs. 800+ service charge for a transaction of mere rs.70/-. That too, when i was promised free services.

                                        I strictly deny this charge and demand a refund.
