Today I had received a call and he told me he call from paytm
and my kyc document are suspended for some reason and said he
will help to resolve the problem but after some time. I got massage from my
HDFC bank you spent amount of rupees 9999 and other massage
is you spent rupees 1000. So may I request to please check it and
revert as soon as possible my tradition id is *[protected]* for
amount of rupees 9999 and Transaction ID is [protected] for
amount of rupees 1000.

Hai I have not received my refund against the cancellation of a product from flipkart which has initiated from flipkart but not able to see any refund status on account.

      I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 3597 without my concern on date:18/01/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

Money is not kept in the house. it is read to do business. no one is giving such a big problem. the bank just needs money, in any way, you can help me. We have filled our money from time to time. pleas head to be taxed a lot. we don't have much demand, just run away for a while, don't help sir. Modi care has a franchise. We pay with our card. And we pay a lot. And the date of filling my bill has arrived. I have a lot of cards the 21-day lock has been downloaded. The credit card bank does not understand this. Where do we pay so much tax? Card date should be extended

              In the month of october i purchased a laptop using the offer given by hdfc bank on my debit card i. E. 10 percent cashback. I was informed i will get that amount after 90 working days but it's more than 100 working days, nothing i received. I phoned to customer care they were giving me different numbers to call about my issue but it not solved yet. Please look into this.

                Subject - someone else is using my credit card

                With the above subject i am yogesh prasad sharma i was not applied for hdfc credit card but the same credit card is received by someone else and missing it and i don't know the credit card number or any no details regarding this

                I am requesting you to last warning plz close it the same issue asap within week and do the needful action early regarding this issue

                So many times i talk to your hdfc executive but no single reslove.

                In my past time. I was not applied for any credit card. If applied plz give me proof.

                I am requesting you to plz close it matter asap. Otherwise i need to go the consumer court regarding this issue i already mailed you regarding this

                  This is regarding my cashback offer on purchase of iphone using hdfc card.

                  Purchase was dated 21 dec 2019 using hdfc debit card

                  Cashback was supposed to be received within 90 days, but i have not received it yet.

                  Please look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                  I want the bank to look into the issue and provide my cashback as soon as possible

                      I tried transferring money from my kotak bank app to nbd (Dubai) branch account..
                      The transaction was successful however the recipient didn't receive and also the same was deducted from my account
                      After having word with my bank they say it has been transferred to hdfc account with branch in mumbai
                      I tried contacting the branch with calls and emails still no response

                      I mentioned earlier am not a HDFC account holder so I couldn't complete the process mentioned in the link and also my transaction was successful and the same has reached your bankand this has been confirmed by mey Kotak bank can I have someone call me...it's very embarrassing that a bank has got an extra money in the account and no one bothers to return...                                 My fastag is blacklisted or deactivated. I came to know about it when i used it first time at toll plaza on february 29, 2020. I contacted to hdfc fastag customer care, they assured me that the issue will take two working days to resolve. But, as of march 24, 2020, it has not been resolved yet. I continuously contacted to customer care since then and they usually told that my issue will be resolved within two working days.

                                It is highly disappointing to get the hdfc fastag and the pathetic response of hdfc bank fastag customer care service.

                                Please do the needful asap. Hope to get positive response this time.

                                Is it really so difficult to activate my FasTag? I am suffering a lot over a month and still waiting to resolve my issue. It is highly disappointing and repentance to purchase a FasTag from HDFC Bank. Such a pathetic services of HDFC FasTag Customer Care I ever experienced. I have to travel through Toll Plaza at the end of lockdown, what should I have to do? Should I kneel down in front of the HDFC Bank?

                                I can understand that you have limited staff due to COVID-19 situation, but I raised my concern a long time ago and still you not assuring me that how much time you will take to resolve my issue.

                                It is my humble request that please look at this matter and resolve my issue ASAP.

                                  I have my salary a/c in hdfc shekhupura, kursi road, vikas nagar branch, lucknow.
                                  When my a/c was open in this branch i dont know how they have registered some wrong contact no. Because of which i have never got any texts regarding my salary or withdrawls. After few months when i visited to this branch of hdfc and asked them to register my contact no. As they have registered some wrong no. They told me to do it myself from atm. At that same time i have registered my contact no. From same branch atm but still its not working, because of which i am not able to link my adhaar no. To this a/c of mine.

                                      Dear sir/mam myself vikas soni and i have a salary account with hdfc bank where my account no is '[protected]' I had started with sip in mutual funds of rs 1000/- using auto-pay option. But i didn't have sufficient balance in sip date so i have been charged ach debit return charges of rs 590/- on 23/03/2020

                                      I have called customer care and they told me that this amount is deducted because of payment bounce.

                                      I have never been informed that this would be charged due to lack of funds. What are these charges for! Why are they so high.
                                      If sip investment started with rs 1000/- and due to insufficient balance they charged rs 590/- where they haven't informed before this is not good with the customer.
                                      Hdfc bank has to return this money. There was no intimation from the bank on the consequences of not keeping sip amount in account.

                                      Please help me resolve this. People are losing trust in public banks and now these banks also!!!. Although it doesn't make a difference to hdfc bank for sure, but i will close my account if it is not returned. If auto debiting is a service you provide as a bank, then it is your duty to inform me of the charges for the same. Heights of fraud. You must give me a warning that if funds are insufficient you will be charged. Nothing was there.

                                        Hello,

                                        My father sent me the rent money via upi but bank has hold rs 2839.33
                                        This is very Unproffessional behavior
                                        I was told that i can open account in there bank as a student
                                        They didn't told me about any penalty and now they held my rent money
                                        transaction date- 23 march 2020

                                        I have attached all the suffiecient details in attachments, Please look into it as it is reflecting on reputation of HDFC bank
