I am Vijay Kumar Nair. I work for times now. I have a complaint. Personal loan number 67300951 cust id2720693. I want to awail moratorium on pl for april and may. But deliberately the numbers and website not working. If you cut the emi i had mailed to [protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com. At this time instead of helping tried various tricks. If you cut emi i will be forced to take legal action as you deliberately posted numbers not working and website not working. Bad service HDFC at this time when you need to help.

I have pay the 11751 Rs and 17010 Rs bill respectively using my HDFC credit card by phone pay application.
After that, I have checked my HDFC credit card account information, I am shocked because HDFC credit card system is created the three loans(11050 Rs, 11751 and 17010 Rs) with ROI 20 % as an aggregator EMI-OFFUS without inform me.

I have calculated all loans' interest amount 4000 Rs.

Why HDFC bank is doing this type of hidden cheating with me ?

I need my answer as soon as possible.

1421.90 rupees hold by mirevenue through gefu.. Without notice.. Please refund this amount in my salary account. Mobile appilcation shows rs.. 1422But in statement 171.11rs shown.. Please clear this as soon as possible. Consumer should also be explained about the new policies or such hold introduced by banks for betterment of consumer bank relations. Thank u

Im using hdfc bank salary account for more than 4 years but they are taking more than 50 thousand mirevenue charges in my account due to some personal issues i hv taken my salary via cheque for 3-4 months and my account balance showing negative although i dnt have any credit card or personal loan outstanding and as per rbi guidelines they are not allowed to do the same into any particular salary account so request you to pls look into this matter during this corona outbreak i need money for my family so pls reverse this charges on priority

I (Denni davis) is availing a car loan bearing the account number 48908440 in hdfc bank. I have not defaulted my emi loan payment till now.
I have received an sms from the bank today evening[protected] reminding me to pay the monthly emi due on 5th of april 2020.
Will the rbi's circular for 3 month moratorium relaxation be applicable for me.

Due to change of my job my salary bank account is change to other bank account so i want you to please deactivate my hdfc salary account which is right now converted into saving account and due to non salary credit in this account my account is going negative and negative and i have no knowleged about that and when i checked this account it goes negative 3500 without any use. Please deactivate this account.

Your branch manager told me that this account will automatically deactivate after november but today is march my account not deactivated and it goes minus 10000
Now your branch manager msg me and saying please maintain minimum balance earlier he told me it will deactivate automatically after oct when there is -3000 only

Requesting you to unfreeze my account as it is causing lot of trouble.
I have been following up with my personal bankers and have been getting no progress.
I received 11250 USD to my account last week and post which my account was freezes asking to provide a clarification on source of funds.
I was able to provide the same on 12th March.
I don't see any progress.
My last month and this month salary s also deposited to same account. And which has made me not use any funds in that account.
Request you to please resolve this at the earliest.

Cancellation of one assist membership. Iam a HDFC Bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs, 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4870 with out my concern on date :21/01/2020 Iam not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more .so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs, 1899/-. Hdfc bank is the worst bank in india and they don't have a heart because i told them to convert my dues into emi's i will pay but they didn't agree fir it and deduct my whole salary. Now due to the situation of covid-19 i don't have a money to buy food.

If i am no more then that is because of the hdfc bank and if i live then i'll make sure i don't have any servcies with you guys.

I made an outward remittance from hdfc bank to ing bank australia. The recipient has not received the money yet. I made on 19th march its now 31th march and its not received.

I have raise a complaint at hdfc bank. But no one responds. The compaint reference number is hbl[protected].

I raised the same complaint earlier, i can see some one from hdfc responded by nothing after that. I want this to be resolved asap

Hi, i am writing this to let you know that i have bought iphone11 from imagine store mani square mall which is under systematixmedia on 5th of december 2019. I have bought the iphone 11 during offer period of hdfc cashback 6000/- which must be credited to my bank account. Still there isn't any cashback which is credited to my account as of now. Please help me to get the cashback credited to my source account as soon as possible.

Hdfc bank is very cheating bank, i have affected some economic problems due to covid-19. Rbi told don't unnecessary charge to customers, but bank atm withdrawn charge deduction my bank account, cit nagar branch, chennai. Sir this is a matter of concern than i have been cheated for last two years.i repeatedly tell the customer care every year to stop deducting the amount of rs 1399 for one assistance fee.but every year i am assured that frm next year the same will not be deducted.. but the same thing happened again this year.i am a retired person.it is impossible for me to give 1399 every year with out any reason.i by any cost need the refund of rs 1399 as i have told the cc many times to cancel it as early as possible..they told me that it was cancelled last year.but why it is decduted this year again???? Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, on 26 dec 2019 there was an unauthorised transaction of rs. 20000. From that day i emailed hdfc bank several times. Every time they told me to pay the amount. I have lived police complaint about the same and the police investigation is under process. But the hdfc bank forcing me to pay the fraud amount. Now in these se sitive days duevto covid-19, it is difficult for me to pay for fraud transaction even i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement. So please try to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/12/2019 in Poorvika Chennai . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.Please rectify this.Im waiting more than 120 days every month statement generating Cashback not credited to my credit card

One cow i found in road in very critical condition and to help them i found animal help line number in online and call to them ([protected] after that they provide another number [protected] they send me one link and inform me paid 10 rupees and we send vehicle to help them wheh i go though link and put otp then they deduct my all mony form both account SBI and HDFC

I was making transfer to vendor. My amount got debit after inserting otp. Transaction timed out hence transfer was not successful. I contacted bank they just saying "refund aa jayega wait karo" but no refund received. More than a week passed.
