The bank has auto debited Rs, 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4870 with out my concern on date :21/01/2020 Iam not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more .so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs, 1899/-.     Hdfc bank is the worst bank in india and they don't have a heart because i told them to convert my dues into emi's i will pay but they didn't agree fir it and deduct my whole salary. Now due to the situation of covid-19 i don't have a money to buy food.

    If i am no more then that is because of the hdfc bank and if i live then i'll make sure i don't have any servcies with you guys.

      I made an outward remittance from hdfc bank to ing bank australia. The recipient has not received the money yet. I made on 19th march its now 31th march and its not received.

      Attached is the transaction copy.

      I have raise a complaint at hdfc bank. But no one responds. The compaint reference number is hbl[protected].

      I raised the same complaint earlier, i can see some one from hdfc responded by nothing after that. I want this to be resolved asap

I have bought the iphone 11 during offer period of hdfc cashback 6000/- which must be credited to my bank account. Still there isn't any cashback which is credited to my account as of now. Please help me to get the cashback credited to my source account as soon as possible.

            Sir this is a matter of concern than i have been cheated for last two years.i repeatedly tell the customer care every year to stop deducting the amount of rs 1399 for one assistance fee.but every year i am assured that frm next year the same will not be deducted.. but the same thing happened again this year.i am a retired person.it is impossible for me to give 1399 every year with out any reason.i by any cost need the refund of rs 1399 as i have told the cc many times to cancel it as early as possible..they told me that it was cancelled last year.but why it is decduted this year again????                 Sir i have credit card in hdfc bank, on 26 dec 2019 there was an unauthorised transaction of rs. 20000. From that day i emailed hdfc bank several times. Every time they told me to pay the amount. I have lived police complaint about the same and the police investigation is under process. But the hdfc bank forcing me to pay the fraud amount. Now in these se sitive days duevto covid-19, it is difficult for me to pay for fraud transaction even i don't have job right now, so that i have plan settlement my credit card, last 3months the hdfc peoples contact with, i am told to him, pl give the settlement. So please try to understand my issues and close my card with lowest settlement amount.

                  Have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank credit card on 01/12/2019 in Poorvika Chennai . As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days.Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.Please rectify this.Im waiting more than 120 days every month statement generating Cashback not credited to my credit card

                            I have complained in hdfc branch (Branch code-04721) hirapur, dhanbad in written as desired by bank manager on 16.03.2020 about deduction of balance in my account and my family group account.

                            Now it's about 15 days past but yet my problem has not been resolved neither branch responding about matter..
                            I personally called bank manager, he denied to take any action and said "we are only working as emergency service to our clients".

As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in electroworld, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                                  Dear sir i have hdfc credit card through which i had paid rs. 50000 my sbilife policy premium on 22/03/2020 and same amount was deducted from my card on same day.
                                  However, today morning i have got the message that rs. 50000 spent via credit card xx5097 at sbilife10983 on[protected]:05:58:55. I didn't gave any standing instructions or mandate to anybody/bank. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Because if it not resoved it will reflect on my credit card statement next month.

                                    "we regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more info, please contact your nearest bank branch or use phone banking services.

                                    To amplify the issue, you phone banking services are also dead.. It dosent proceed beyond the language selection...

                                      Dear team,

                                      I have a savings account in your bank since 2012. Recently (Nov - dec) it was noticed that an amount 773.50 debited from my account as debit card annual fee expense. From 2012 onwards i am maintaining minimum balance account as per your policy.

                                      My customer id:43974169.

                                      It will be grateful if you are waiving the amount for continuing your valuable services with your bank else i will cancel the account.
