Hi,
I have made wrong transaction of 10000rs two times on 13 aug 2016 to icici from hdfc, and i inform to customer care of both bank, they told me that we are raising complaint against wrong transaction but i didn't received any response from them.
After that, now i send email to hdfc, they told me, we have raised the request to icici bank and if they accept and resolve from their side, then we will put back your money in your account. But they are not telling me whether it's been accepted by icici bank or not?
I really don't understand, how can i get my money back?
I am icici and hdfc bank account holder and made wrong transaction to icici from hdfc. I need my money back into my account.
I am feeling helpless. Kindly help me to get solution.
